Justin Parker, Chief Financial Officer, joined RCN Capital in 2017. Since joining the company, Justin has taken over all Treasury and Capital Market functions. He is responsible for day-to-day loan funding, portfolio oversight, cash management, cash flow forecasting, and banking and funding relations. Justin also manages RCN’s short and long term forecasting, loan sales to investors, credit facility relationships, and asset-based analytics in regards to liquidity, income generation, and portfolio performance. Justin has previously worked at Ally Financial, Inc. and Finance of America, both of which where he supported the Treasury and Capital Markets departments. Justin holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Clemson University, and an M.B.A. from Queens University.

Liya Mo

Lafayette Real Estate

Liya Mo is a Senior Associate of Acquisitions and Operations at Lafayette Real Estate. She is focused on the SFR investment and Brandywine Homes USA.

Prior to joining Lafayette, she worked at Deloitte Consulting in Real Estate & Location Strategy, helping companies find optimal real estate space for geographic expansion and relocation. Liya has also worked for Rockefeller Group in real estate development, FortBridge Capital Management in real estate acquisitions, and Goldman Sachs in asset management.

Liya received her MBA/MA degree from The Wharton School and the Lauder Institute where she majored in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship & Innovation (MBA) and East Asia and Chinese language (MA). She completed her undergraduate degree at Washington University in St. Louis where she graduated magna cum laude.

Matthew Neisser

CEO and Co-Founder

Mr. Neisser is the CEO and Co-Founder of LendingOne. He has scaled the platform into one of the largest and fastest-growing private lenders in the country and has worked across all facets of the firm. Mr. Neisser has focused his career in real estate and finance. He served as the Principal at a regional commercial real estate firm that handled office, industrial, retail, multi-family and land. Mr. Neisser also gained valuable experience in residential real estate and land development throughout his career. Mr. Neisser brings to LendingOne years of knowledge in technology and finance and has coupled this with his range of experiences in the real estate market from owning, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.

Mr. Neisser also is a member of the Young Presidents Organization, Urban Land Institute, Turnaround Management Association, Columbia Real Estate Association, and International Council of Shopping Centers. He graduated with honors from Rutgers University-New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and with honors from Columbia Business School with an MBA.
