Gale is responsible for the coordination and oversight of sales and occupancy efforts for Mather senior living residences. She works with sales teams within each residence to guide them in meeting their goals, and has led them to master the art of relationship selling.

Gale has also been instrumental in training management and frontline teams within senior living and community-based initiatives in providing extraordinary customer experiences.

Before joining Mather, Gale served as AVP of Sales & Marketing for Classic Residence by Hyatt and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Retirement Community Specialists.

Gale earned her bachelor of business administration degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.

Ensuring everyone has a safe, affordable home is Lizabeth’s life’s work. She has more than 35 years of nonprofit and public sector experience in affordable housing development, planning, policy, and advocacy. Since joining 2Life Communities in 2014, Lizbeth has led our growth and innovation initiatives, including developing and modernizing more than 1,000 subsidized apartments; launching Opus, our new middle-market product; and integrating healthcare

programs and financing with 2Life’s housing strategy. Prior to joining 2Life, Lizbeth served as Associate Director of Public Housing and Rental

Assistance for the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development. There, she led initiatives to preserve and reform the state’s public housing system, expand the state’s rental voucher program, and create the HomeBASE program that provided housing for more than 6,000 homeless families. Earlier in her career, Lizbeth led real estate efforts for the

Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation and worked as a community organizer leading local, state, and national efforts to preserve expiring-use subsidized housing. Lizbeth serves as the chair of the Newton Housing Partnership and on the board of the Citizens Housing and Planning Association. She has a master’s degree in urban planning from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Maria brings extensive experience across independent living, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, and skilled nursing to The Abbey at Westminster Plaza. Before transitioning to senior care, she spent over 20 years in print and digital marketing at the Houston Chronicle. Maria's passion for connecting with seniors and hearing their remarkable stories inspired her to pursue a career in senior living.

A Fort Bend County resident since 1986, Maria has been actively involved in her community. She served ten years on the Stafford Planning Commission, where she helped establish Fountains Park. Maria has also held leadership positions on several nonprofit boards, including Hispanic associations. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, photography, and writing. Maria is a proud new grandmother to her first grandson.

Ken Linehan, Managing Principal and Owner, specializes in all forms and intensities of multifamily and mixed-use developments. His residential experience for many regional and national clients includes active adult, affordable housing, market-rate, renovations, senior housing , student housing, and timeshares. Ken is responsible for establishing overall goals and objectives and coordinating implementation plans. With over twenty-five years of experience, Ken handles the most complex projects of the highest magnitude and prepares strategic plans for project success.

Bud serves as Senior Vice President of Senior Living for Wohlsen Construction Company, a $500 million-plus Construction Management and General Construction firm with offices in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Regions (from Connecticut to Virginia).

Bud has 40+ years of construction industry experience. During the span of his career in construction, he has worked as a field supervisor, planning engineer, project manager, senior project manager, project executive, and vice president, working on projects ranging in size from $15M to $650M, with expertise in design-build and preconstruction services contracts. His experience includes involvement in all aspects of the construction process, from proposals and bids to preconstruction planning and budgeting, subcontractor procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Bud received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University. His varied project experience includes senior living, residential multi-family, hospitality, commercial, and education projects for both public and private. High Profile senior living clients include Allegro Senior Living; Brandywine Senior Living; Shelter Development, LLC; Senior Living Development, Erikson Living; Formation Development Group, LLC; LCB Senior Living; Anthology Senior Living; McCaffery Interest, Inc.; Shelbourne Healthcare Development Group, LLC; Sunrise Senior Living; National Lutheran Communities & Services; and Newbridge on the Charles.

He is active in community service, including coaching youth sports, and is a St. John Neumann Parish Building Committee member. Professional affiliations include the American Society of Civil Engineers and LeadingAge.

Bud resides in Lancaster with his wife, Nancy, and enjoys spending time with his family, working to improve his golf game, and spending time on almost any outdoor activity.

Chuck Hurchalla is the president of Evolution Sustainability Group. He has over 30 years of experience in the deregulated energy markets, including natural gas, electricity and petroleum products. In addition, he has been instrumental in helping clients develop comprehensive energy management solutions that meet or exceed energy efficiency and sustainability goals.
