  • With the increase in rent prices and inflation, how are owners, developers and investors prioritizing affordability within their latest projects?

  • What types of programs and partnerships are being created to continue efficiency within these assisted facilities, especially for property owners, employees, and residents?

  • What has been changing in terms of design and technology trends? What can we expect to see in newer senior communities in terms of health, wellness, and sustainability, in comparison to 3 years ago?
