Herald Towers

Herald Towers

Herald Towers is the single largest urban flagship retail opportunity in the United States at one of the most heavily trafficked intersections in the world.  The property offers a full block presence with over 550 feet of linear frontage 50 feet in height diagonally across from Macy’s Flagship (#1 store in the world with revenue of approx. $1B). It is the largest billboard valued storefront available in the country. Importantly, the building is not landmarked and the façade could be completely redesigned to match the aesthetic of any new occupant.

Over 100 million people walk by the building annually and over 209 million people use the adjacent Penn Station transportation hub.  There is no other available retail location like this in the world.
