Adrian Verdin

CEO

On Brand Hospitality

Adrian Verdin is the Chief Executive Officer of On Brand Hospitality, bringing over 27

years of experience as a chef, owner, and operator to one of Dallas's most dynamic

hospitality companies.

Adrian's roots in the industry run deep — inspired by cooking alongside his Mexican

mother, herself from a family of restaurateurs, he earned a full scholarship to the

University of North Texas's School of Hotel and Restaurant Management and opened

his first concept at 21, one of Dallas's earliest fast-casual Mexican restaurants. That

entrepreneurial drive never slowed. Through Crave Catering, he brought interactive

cooking experiences to everyday home chefs while executing large-scale events for up

to 10,000 guests, and built partnerships with industry luminaries including bartender

Jason Kosmas, restaurateur Phil Romano, and Food Network celebrity chef Amanda

Freitag.

Adrian is the founder of Bar Draught, the first turn-key cocktail draft program adopted by

major brands including MGM, Hilton, Gaylord, The Omni, Whole Foods, and Sea World.

He has also spent five years consulting for Hospitality Alliance, developing 12 concepts

nationally.

His fingerprints are across the Dallas food and beverage landscape. He serves on the

board of Downtown Dallas, Inc., co-chairs the Dallas Arboretum Food and Wine

Festival, and on the Visit Dallas Experience Committee. He has produced marquee city

events including the 41st and 42nd Annual Dallas St. Patrick's Concert and the Dallas

Día de los Muertos Parade and Festival. In 2020, he opened Jaxon Beer Garden — just

two weeks before COVID-19 — and guided it to over $8 million in sales by 2021. The

following summer, he launched The Exchange Hall, spotlighting acclaimed talent

including 7x James Beard-nominated Chef Regino Rojas, 2022 Chef of the Year Misti

Norris, and 2017 Chef of the Year Joshua Harmon.

Most recently, Adrian co-founded Café Olivia, a chef-driven breakfast and lunch concept

built on clean, thoughtfully sourced ingredients and the belief that exceptional everyday

dining should be accessible, intentional, and rooted in community. Café Olivia's first

location opened in October 2025 in Addison, followed by a second at Dallas Arts Tower

(2200 Ross Ave.) in Dallas, with a third currently under construction at Park and the

Dallas North Tollway in Plano.
