Ms. Wheeler serves in leadership roles for a number of national professional organizations. In 2018 she will serve as president of the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals. She is also a National Product Council Chair for the Urban Land Institute. She serves on the Advisory Boards of The Real Estate Council (TREC) and TREC Foundation. Ms. Wheeler was the 2009 chair of TREC, the first woman to hold that designation. She is also a member of Commercial Real Estate Women, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Real Estate Financial Executives Association. She serves on the boards of the Jackson-Shaw Foundation, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Dallas and Circle of Support.

A graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University with a BBA in Marketing and Management, she has pursued graduate studies at the University of Texas at Dallas in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant. In 2015 Ms. Wheeler was named both Consumer Credit Counseling Financial Literacy Champion and Dallas Business Journal Outstanding Director for a nonprofit. In 2012 she received the Individual Award for Career Advancement for Women from CREW Dallas. In 2009 the Dallas Business Journal named her CFO of the Year, and in 2006 she received the Outstanding Achievement Award from CREW Dallas.

Drew Kile is a Senior Director at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a multifamily brokerage division of Marcus & Millichap serving the needs of institutional and major private investors. Mr. Kile is primarily responsible for the Dallas/Fort Worth markets for IPA Texas. Over the course of his thirteen years with the firm, Mr. Kile has facilitated and overseen the closing of transactions valued at more than $3 Billion.

Mr. Kile joined Marcus & Millichap in 2004 and was recognized as the Rookie of the Year in the Dallas Office in his first year. In 2006, he joined the company’s management team and was responsible for opening the firm’s Fort Worth office in 2007. Through his leadership as Regional Manager of the Fort Worth office, the operations grew from five agents to more than twenty over its first two years, and in 2009, the Fort Worth office achieved the highest revenue growth of all 75 Marcus & Millichap offices in the United States.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Kile held an internal finance position at Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, where he was responsible for projects in the firm’s North American Chemicals, Energy and Natural Resource businesses.

Mr. Kile holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, and he is active in the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council, the Dallas Real Estate Council, the Urban Land Institute, and the National Multi Housing Council. Mr. Kile, his wife Lynnette, and their two daughters, Eleanor and Lillian, reside in Fort Worth.

Garrett as its President and CEO in January 2022. Garrett

joined the Partnership from Downtown Dallas, Inc. (DDI),

where she served as President and CEO for nearly seven

years.

With 25 years of experience in developing livable

communities, Garrett is fueled by her passion for cities. Her

expertise is rooted in building social, cultural and economic vibrancy, creating places for

people that provide access and opportunity for all. Garrett has expanded her work

nationally and internationally through research and participation in the International

Downtown Association, German Marshall Foundation, Brookings Institute and the

International Business of Cities. She has published through many of these

organizations, working toward the health and vitality of city centers across the globe.

Garrett is proud to sit on the Board of Directors of VISIT DENVER and the CAP

Advisory Board of the CU Denver College of Architecture and Planning.

Joseph Pitchford

Joseph F. Pitchford serves as managing director for Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC. His responsibilities include project identification, development, and execution company-wide. Mr. Pitchford has more than twenty years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly in real estate development and project management.

Prior to joining Crescent, Mr. Pitchford served as senior vice president and regional director with Concord Eastridge, Inc. and as vice president and regional partner with Hines, where he organized and opened Hines' Arizona office.

Mr. Pitchford received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame and his Master of Business Administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.

Robert P. Landin is Co-Managing Partner of The Milestone Group and Co-Chairman of Milestone's Investment Committee. Mr. Landin is responsible for establishing the strategic direction of Milestone and the firm's capital markets activities and fundraising. Mr. Landin has over 25 years of real estate acquisition, development, capital markets and investment management experience.

Prior to forming Milestone in 2004, Mr. Landin held key roles with Olympus Real Estate Partners and Colony Capital Partners, two leading U.S. real estate private equity firms where he was responsible for identifying, negotiating and structuring acquisition opportunities, as well as liquidating diverse performing and non-performing portfolios. During his tenures at Olympus Real Estate Partners and Colony Capital Partners Mr. Landin transacted on over $10 billion of real estate investments.

Mr. Landin received a B.A. in Managerial Economics from Union College in Schenectady, NY and studied at The London School of Economics. He is a member of The Real Estate Council and Real Property Association of Canada (REALpac). He also serves as Treasurer and Trustee of the St. Philip's School and Community Center in Dallas, TX.

Gar Herring serves as President and CEO of The MGHerring Group, a Dallas, Texas - based developer of regional shopping centers and mixed-use projects in the United States and Mexico. Over the past 35 years the company has developed more than 30 regional shopping centers, primarily regional enclosed malls, comprising more than 25 million square feet of retail space.

Prior to joining The MGHerring Group in 2004, Gar worked at Donahue Schriber in Newport Beach, California, developing and acquiring neighborhood shopping centers in California and Nevada. Previous real estate experience also includes positions with Guaranty Bank, The DeBartolo Corporation and The Staubach Company. This extensive background in real estate development, acquisition, leasing and financing provides the unique skillset required in his current role, where he is responsible for all aspects of development and operations of MGHerring properties and projects, as well as leading an in-house team that includes leasing, financing, construction management, architectural services, tenant coordination, asset management, marketing and operations.

Scott Beck has helped finance billions of dollars-worth of high-profile projects throughout the country. Mr. Beck was also instrumental in the development and design of Trophy Club, a 2,400 acre master planned city in Texas. Legacy projects are his passion, hence his vision for the 430 acre Dallas, Texas district, “Dallas Midtown” which includes the $4 billion redevelopment of Valley View Mall.

Mr. Beck has worked at some of the top financial institutions in the country. As an Associate Vice-President at JP Morgan Chase and Co.’s Lab Morgan, he focused on new business formation and corporate strategy for the bank globally. Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase, Mr. Beck was a member of SG Cowen’s leveraged Finance Group, where he provided support to clients who access the high yield and leveraged finance capital markets. Preceding SG, Mr. Beck was a senior auditor at Ernst and Young LLP.

Mr. Beck received a Masters of Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin where he completed his B.B.A. Mr. Beck is a member of the Board of Directors of United Texas Bank and is President of Beck Properties Trophy Club.

Additionally, Mr. Beck serves on the boards of various educational and charitable organizations.

Derek Alley

As CEO of VCC, Derek Alley is the senior officer responsible for implementing the strategic plan for the Company. After growing up in Little Rock and learning many roles on jobsites and projects, Derek went to Stanford University to earn his BS in Management Science and Engineering, Derek then started his career in investment banking. Afterwards he moved to BlackRock, Inc in their Private Equity Real Estate Acquisitions Group based in San Francisco, CA. Under his guidance, VCC is consistently listed in the top 100 contractors by the Engineering News Record, largest contractor in Arkansas, a top 15 multifamily contractor, and recognized as the largest retail contractor in the Country. Derek is a member of the Young Presidents Organization, ICSC, ULI, the Texas Real Estate Council and sits on multiple boards including the Encore Bank Board of Directors and the Variety Charity of Texas.

Greg joined Granite Properties in 2000 and oversees operations, development, human resources and corporate administration company wide. He also focuses on development, leasing and growth opportunities for the Dallas office. Prior to joining Granite, Greg was vice president of business development and corporate marketing of Paric Corporation, a design build and construction firm where he also served on the Executive Committee. Previously he was a senior associate with CB Richard Ellis and a national sales representative for IBM Corporation. Greg served as a past president and is a current board member of the NAIOP Corporate. He is a board member of The Real Estate Council and member of Downtown Dallas, the Dallas Chamber of Commerce, a board member of Plano Economic Development Board and Stars Children\'s Charities. He is a general associate of SIOR and CCIM designee.

Greg received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his MBA from the University of Dallas.

finalist for the Fulbright United States Scholar Fellowship for architectural theory,

named one of the 500 Most Powerful Business Leaders in Dallas/Fort Worth, and

the first recipient of the Pioneer Award for Real Estate Impact in Dallas.

Mr. Ablon is heavily involved in the community, including being the founding Chairman

of the Trinity River Corridor LGC, focused on the development of a great new central

park for Dallas - The Harold Simmons Park, Chairman of the TREC Foundation, Vice

John Zogg

John L. Zogg, Jr. serves as managing director for Crescent Real Estate Equities, LLC. Mr. Zogg manages the leasing efforts in the Dallas and Houston markets of over 2,300,000 square feet.

Mr. Zogg serves on the board of various local civic organizations including Executive Committees of Uptown Public Improvement District, Woodall Rodgers Park Foundation, Downtown Dallas and The Rise School of Dallas. He is a member of The Dallas Assembly, Urban Land Institute, City Center Tax Incentive Finance District, as well as the Downtown Connection Tax Incentive Finance District. Mr. Zogg is vice chairman of the AT&T Cotton Bowl and a founding member of the Advisory Council to the Center for Real Estate Finance at the University of Texas at Austin, Business School. In 2002, Mayor Laura Miller appointed Mr. Zogg to the Dallas Inside the Loop Committee. Mr. Zogg was named #1 Office Leasing Agent in Dallas/Fort Worth by the Dallas Business Journal in 1995 and again in 1996.

Mr. Zogg joined Crescent Real Estate Equities as vice president of leasing and marketing in May of 1994. In 2004, he was promoted to managing director in Crescent’s Dallas Region. Mr. Zogg served as managing director until Crescent was sold to Morgan Stanley in 2007. Prior to rejoining Crescent, Mr. Zogg worked at Silverstone Capital Group.

From January 1989 to May 1994, Mr. Zogg served as vice president of the commercial real estate group for Rosewood Property Company, responsible for marketing and leasing office space in the Dallas and Denver areas. Prior to joining Rosewood, he worked as marketing manager of Gerald D. Hines Interests.

A real estate industry veteran for over 30 years, Mr. Weinreb spent 17 years as Chairman and CEO of TPMC Realty Corporation, a company he built into a multi-faceted investment firm prior to leading the emergence of The Howard Hughes Corporation as a publicly traded company. Located in Dallas, TX, TPMC, whose tenant roster included many Fortune 500 companies, specialized in the acquisition and repositioning of underperforming real estate and real estate related assets across the United States. In addition to development, ownership and management of real estate, the firm's activities included mezzanine financing and private equity investing.

Mr. Weinreb attended New York University and began his real estate career in the 1980s in New York City following a successful childhood career in entertainment. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. He also serves on the Advisory Council of the Lusk Center for Real Estate at the University of Southern California. Mr. Weinreb’s deep commitment to philanthropy spans local and national organizations.

Adam Saphier serves as President, Central Operations for Trammell Crow Company where he oversees the firm’s national Capital Markets Group as well as the Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston Business Units including all development and acquisition projects, new business pursuits, finance and operations. The Central Operations focuses on the following product types: office, industrial, retail, multi-housing, healthcare, and land.

Robert is the Director of Investor Relations for Milestone, a U.S. investment management company with several real estate private equity vehicles including Milestone Apartments REIT (TSX: MST.UN), the largest U.S. multifamily REIT listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange with an equity market capitalization of ~C$1.5 billion and total assets under management of ~US$2.5 billion.

Prior to joining Milestone in 2013, Robert was a member of the Shelton Group investor relations team since 2007 where he served as an account manager for private and public companies of varying equity market capitalizations and industry types. Before joining the Shelton Group, Robert was an associate for FXCM, Inc. (NYSE: FXCM), where he managed relationships with the company’s clients, including coaching traders on the fundamental and technical factors affecting the FX market. Before joining FXCM, Robert was a licensed personal financial representative for Washington Mutual Financial Services, now part of Chase, where he assisted clients with their brokerage and banking needs. Robert held NASD Series 3, 6 and 63 licenses while at FXCM and Washington Mutual.

Robert’s investor relations and capital markets experience has equipped him with valuable expertise for developing comprehensive and strategic investor relations programs.

Robert graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington, where he earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Business Administration degrees. Robert is on the board of the National Investor Relations Institute Dallas chapter.

Sayres has closed several multi-acreage commercial land sale transactions on the Dallas North Tollroad, and he is currently handling project leasing for several other developments such as Stonebrook Business Park, Frisco Bridges Place, and Headquarters I & II. Sayres places a major emphasis on developing relationships, synergy, and client service. His focus today is in real estate along the Dallas North Tollroad From 190 to US 380 now referred to as the “5 billion dollar mile”. He has also done work in the hospitality sector, and medical projects such as an expansion for Scottish Rite hospital and Heady Investments is developing a new medical office building for Baylor near the intersection of Preston Road and George Bush Freeway. Sayres plans on continuing his path to develop Class A projects, and working to give his clients the best possible locations, amenities, and first class identity to help them flourish and to set them up for success.

Kevin Mackey joined TIG in 2012 and serves as Principal and Director of Brokerage Services for TIG. Kevin has developed a program for training and mentoring TIG’s current and future brokerage and representation talent. Kevin is responsible for managing, organizing and developing system-wide seamless delivery of TIG’s professional services. His role includes responsibility for establishing a program for continuously improving the level of service and the overall operation and delivery mechanism of TIG’s brokerage platform with its combined experience of over 100 years of professional service.
