Riggs Kubiak

CEO

Honest Buildings

Riggs co-founded Honest Buildings in 2012 after ten years in the commercial real estate industry, including more than five years working at Tishman Speyer in acquisition, asset management and global sustainability. He learned first-hand the frustration and inefficiency that results from real estate being one of the last industries relying on out-dated, paper-based processes and he believed strongly that enterprise-grade technology could solve these problems in the same way it has in almost every other sector.

Riggs is relentlessly focused on building the best team and the best technology to move the real estate industry forward. He is widely recognized as a thought leader in real estate technology, speaking everywhere from the White House to our own annual Honest Buildings Real Estate Innovations Summit, and contributing regularly to leading publications, including Entrepreneur and The Commercial Observer.
