Amy Carroll serves as President and is a Principal of TradeMark Properties. With over 17 years of real estate experience, Ms. Carroll oversees all operations for TradeMark Properties. As a leader of the company, she promotes collaboration across all service lines to ensure that all clients receive excellent service. With her experience assisting institutional and national clients, Amy has the knowledge needed to provide every client with exceptional customer service and essential information about their property operations, accounting, and reporting. Prior to becoming President, Amy led TradeMark’s property management team. She worked for CBRE, Avison Young and Capital Associates before joining TradeMark, managing Class A office, retail, and flex properties throughout the Triangle area. Beginning her real estate career in multi-family and residential before transitioning to commercial, Amy has formed a unique perspective and wellrounded approach to management that makes her successful in every aspect of real estate business.

Garrett Wyckoff, Director of Business Recruitment at the Economic Development

Partnership of North Carolina (EDPNC) in Raleigh, has filled a variety of economic

and business recruitment roles throughout his career in economic development.

Currently, Garrett oversees day-to-day business recruitment operations including employee workloads,

output, and resources. He is responsible for leading and directing the organization’s efforts to attract

new corporate operations and high-impact expansions to North Carolina.

Previously, he served as a Senior Business Recruitment Manager and was responsible for recruiting new

business and industry to North Carolina. He worked closely with individual companies, site location

professionals and the commercial real estate community and established himself as a reliable and

knowledgeable resource to his clients.

Prior to joining the EDPNC in 2014, Garrett spent nearly 13 years with the North Carolina Department of

Commerce, where he was an integral member of the state’s business recruitment team. His North

Carolina Commerce background also included roles in managing a portfolio of Community Development

Block Grants and serving as the program manager of the Industrial Development Fund (IDF).

Garrett holds a BA and a MPA from Bowling Green State University in Ohio and is an active member of

the North Carolina Economic Development Association. He resides in Raleigh and has three wonderful

children.

John Moyer

As Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Coworking Partnerships, John Moyer supports the North American sales team and develops strong relationships and strategic partnerships for the company.

John is an experienced sales leader, with more than 20 years of consumer product and sales management experience. Since joining Vari in 2015, John has held several roles supporting the rapid growth of the company, including Director of Sales and Vice President of Corporate Accounts. His passion helps serve clients and create life-long fans of the company.

Prior to joining Vari, John held a leadership role with Gemmy Industries, an industry leader in seasonal décor and LED lighting, where he managed the Walmart Corporate and Target accounts. He began his career as an outside sales representative at Revlon Cosmetics. His experience at Revlon built a foundation for a sales career spanning multiple industries, with a focus on providing a high level dedicated service and client engagement.

John graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Marketing. He lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife of 20 years and their two children. He enjoys traveling with his family as a way to experience new places and creating lifelong memories together.

Stacy Connell

Stacy Connell leads Technogym sales in the Southeast for health, corporate and performance. Stacy brings 20 years of experience in the fitness and wellness industry as a nationally recognized health, wellbeing, and recreation expert, speaker, and consultant from her work in the higher education and corporate wellness settings.

Stacy’s holistic approach to health and wellbeing is as multifaceted as her experience. As a consultant, Stacy supported her clients through strategic planning, wellbeing strategy and framework development, built and natural environment design, benefits design and product development. She has had points of pride in her career such as authoring the NC State university-wide wellness strategy and leading a newly expanded health promotion department as Georgia Tech’s first Senior Director of Health Initiatives, with responsibility for leading and developing a holistic approach of health and well-being serving 32,000 students and 10,000 employees. Stacy has also served in campus recreation roles focused on fitness and wellness at the University of Georgia and Texas Christian University.

Throughout her career, Stacy has harnessed her passion for biophilic design and the built and natural environments by serving as a key member of small- and large-scale facility and landscape projects. Projects range from fitness studio renovations to large scale construction projects including the Kandeda Building for Sustainable Design, Georgia Tech Campus Center Renovation and Expansion, and the Carmichael Wellness and Recreation Center Renovation and Expansion.

Stacy proudly served as the co-chair for NIRSA’s inaugural Health and Wellbeing Task Force. She now serves on the Wellbeing Advisory Council for the American Cancer Society, Partnership for a Healthier America and the Jed Foundation. Stacy has held previous board roles with National Consortium for Building Healthy Academic Communities and is involved in the American College Health Association, the Health Enhancement Research Organization, the National Wellness Institute and NASPA: Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education.

Stacy has been featured and contributed to various publications including NASPA Leadership Exchange, NIRSA Know, and Campus Rec Magazine. She has also been invited to share and contribute her best practices with others. Stacy has given over 30 conference presentations and speaking engagements related to population health, wellbeing, campus recreation and employee wellness.

Stacy received Bachelors’ Degrees in Exercise Physiology- Fitness & Nutrition and Biological Science from Florida State University and a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Georgia. She also holds many fitness and wellness credentials including certified wellness practitioner, certified health coach, registered yoga teacher, certified strength and conditioning specialist, personal trainer and fitness instructor. Additionally, Stacy has continued to expand her knowledge through intensive leadership programs, diversity and inclusion trainings, and skill-based education in motivational interviewing, improvement science, and design thinking.

Stacy lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband and their three children, Mason, Logan, and Piper. Stacy enjoys unwinding with family hikes, working out, and good wine with great company.

As CEO of Dominion Realty Partners, LLC Andy oversees development, acquisitions, strategic planning, construction and financing of eco-friendly commercial and residential projects throughout North Carolina, Virginia and South Carolina. Prior to creating Dominion Realty Partners, Andy joined Daniel Corporation in 1987 and served as Senior Vice-President while overseeing the Southeast and Mid Atlantic regions for that company.

Over the past ten years, Dominion Realty Partners, LLC has developed and acquired over two billion dollars worth of commercial office buildings, multi-family communities, high-rise condominium projects and mixed-use developments throughout the Southeast region.

Before entering the real estate field, Andy played on the World Professional Tennis Tour (ATP) for five years. Andy won over nineteen professional titles and reached the semifinals in doubles of the US Open and the doubles finals of the Australian Open. Andy is a graduate of Woodberry Forest School in Virginia and played collegiate tennis at North Carolina State University. His recent awards and designations include: Two-time All American and All ACC in Tennis at North Carolina State University, Two-time past President of Raleigh Racquet Club and five year Board Member, Member of North Carolina Tennis Hall of Fame, George Whitfield Hall of Fame inductee, Mary Milam Lifetime Tennis Achievement Award Winner, 2011 North Carolina Tennis Association President’s Award recipient, 2013 -2014 USTA National Board of Directors - Delegate at Large, USTA Southern section Delegate at Large, Secretary of the Board of Directors USTA Southern Section, USTA Junior Competition Committee member, USTA Varsity Collegiate Committee member, Chairman of NAIOP Urban Redevelopment Forum, Two-Time President of Triangle Area Office Building Association and Chairman of NC Tennis Association Capital Association Campaign. During the past seven years Andy has raised over $9,000,000 for tennis programs, facilities and opportunities for those less fortunate. Andy resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife Carol and their children, Rhyne and Alex.

Abbitt began his career with CB Commercial in 1997. He was the Managing Partner for The Shopping Center Group, LLC in Raleigh from 2000 through 2013, at which time he joined Columbia Development. Abbitt specializes in site acquisitions and tenant relationships for Columbia Development. Abbitt has completed transactions with almost every major retailer operating in the Carolinas, and has been involved in over 150 anchor tenant transactions. A partial list of completed transactions includes Ross Dress for Less, Old Navy, The Gap, Banana Republic, Office Depot, Target, The Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, Lifetime Fitness, Harris Teeter, LIDL, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Costco, Publix, Ulta, DSW, TJX Brands, BI-LO, Walmart, Chipotle, Starbucks, Sheetz Petroleum, Verizon Wireless, and LA Fitness. Abbitt Graduated from the University of Georgia in 1997 with a BA in Real Estate. Abbitt coaches soccer in his free time and is an avid outdoorsman.

Zac Vuncannon

Zac Vuncannon is a Deal Principal on the Development & Investments team at Foundry Commercial, where he will partner with colleagues to identify and execute on investment opportunities in the Carolinas. The Foundry D&I Platform in the Southeast has completed or has in progress 47 projects totaling $3.2 billion since 2015, with a current development pipeline of $2.6 billion in the next 12 months.

Vuncannon brings nearly 20 years of real estate development, acquisitions, and capital markets experience to his role. Prior to joining Foundry, Vuncannon worked in Washington, D.C. and Raleigh, N.C. to acquire and develop real estate within the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. His real estate background includes both institutional and sponsor-led roles, providing a balanced perspective on value creation across multiple asset classes.

Vuncannon graduated from Washington & Lee University and currently resides in Raleigh with his wife and three daughters.

Joe Meir

Joseph Meir was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. He graduated from Ravenscroft High

School, where he captain of the Tennis Team, and was recently inducted into the Sports Hall of Fame. In

1978, he attended Duke University where he played #2 singles and #1 doubles on the Varsity Tennis

Team. Since graduation from Duke University in 1981, he has been actively involved in the commercial

real estate business. In 1984, Mr. Meir joined the Real Estate Department at Prudential-Bache Securities

Inc., in New York City, where he became an Assistant Vice President. At the investment bank, he put

together joint ventures and limited partnerships for new developments throughout the United States. In

1987, Mr. Meir decided to pursue the development side of the business and left the investment bank to

attend the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in their Center for Real Estate Development. After

receiving his Masters Degree, he spent one year with Richard Gordon Interests, a Hartford-based

commercial developer, before returning to Raleigh to join his father and start Blue Ridge Realty, Inc.

Jared Londry serves as Executive Managing Director and Co-Market Leader of Stream

Realty Partners Carolinas. Jared is responsible for leading the strategic direction and

day-to-day operations in Charlotte, as well the growth of Stream’s platform across the

Carolinas.

In addition to his leadership role, Jared is an integral part of Stream’s Sunbelt Capital

Markets Advisory Group. In this capacity, his responsibilities include consultation and

disposition advisory services, focused primarily on institutional sales, joint ventures, and

financing strategies, and overseeing all business across Stream’s platform in North and

South Carolina.

Prior to joining Stream, Jared co-lead institutional office and industrial investment sales

for Cushman & Wakefield in the Carolinas. In his tenure at C&W, Jared executed more

than $3 billion in investment property transactions across the Sunbelt. Jared began his

career working in structured finance for TIAA-CREF and Wells Fargo Securities.

Before moving to the Raleigh-Durham area, Kimarie had 14 years of experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth market where she brings over five years of experience in corporate strategy and finance.
