Why You Should Attend this DFW Creative Office Event

What We'll Cover:

  • How rising leasing activity, shifting vacancy trends and evolving capital strategies are influencing office decisions across core DFW submarkets — from Uptown and Preston Center to Turtle Creek and Far North Dallas, where the gap between premium and commodity product has never been wider.

  • How adaptive reuse and commercial-to-residential conversions are reshaping the asset landscape — including new Texas legislation that removes the rezoning requirement for commercial-to-multifamily conversions — opening doors for owners to reimagine underperforming office into mixed-use and residential.

  • How the "Y'all Street" effect, corporate relocations and major HQ moves from Frisco and Legacy West to Fort Worth and AllianceTexas are signaling where long-term office demand, job growth and talent concentration are headed.

  • How amenity-rich, lifestyle-oriented environments — Knox Street, Henderson Avenue, The Link and Clearfork — are commanding rent premiums and redefining what tenants expect from Class A office, and how Uptown's pricing dynamics set a market standard that every submarket is now chasing.

  • How owners and investors are navigating Class A versus Class B/C repositioning plays — from recapitalizations and spec suite buildouts to move-in-ready strategies — against the backdrop of lender expectations and a tenant market that has largely landed on its hybrid work balance.

  • How master-planned communities and large-tract development corridors — including the Dallas North Tollway extension and emerging hubs like Allen, Prosper and Celina — are driving corporate site selection and defining the next phase of suburban office demand.

  • Where the talent pipeline is heading: the role of Texas universities, in-migration from across the country, AI's influence on workforce qualifications, and what that means for occupiers building long-term footprints in DFW.

How You'll Do More Business: Join Bisnow for an in-depth look at the forces reshaping the office market across North Texas — from the flight to quality and experience-driven, amenity-rich spaces to adaptive reuse legislation, hybrid work equilibrium and headline-grabbing corporate relocations. This event connects the dots between leasing demand, asset strategy and long-term performance, bringing together the region's top owners, developers, investors, master-planned community builders and occupiers to unpack where office demand is heading, how Class A and conversion or repositioning plays are being executed at scale, and what it takes to drive renewals, attract talent and grow yield across DFW's evolving urban and suburban office landscape.

Who You'll Meet:

  • C-level executives, presidents and market leaders from office owners, developers and investment firms active across Uptown, Preston Center, Far North Dallas and key Fort Worth submarkets.

  • Asset managers and portfolio managers overseeing Class A, B and C office assets, including value-add, adaptive reuse, repositioning and lifestyle office strategies.

  • Leasing heads and brokerage leaders driving major HQ moves, expansions, renewals and relocations to submarkets such as Frisco, Allen and AllianceTexas.

  • Design, construction and project management executives behind amenity-rich, mixed-use and lifestyle office projects like Knox Street, Henderson Avenue, The Link and Offices at Clearfork.

  • Corporate real estate, workplace strategy and operations leaders on the occupier side, focused on hybrid work, talent attraction and future-proofing their DFW office footprints.

  • Master developers and large-tract land planners creating the mixed-use destinations and suburban hubs where corporate campuses and major office users want to locate.

Why You Should Attend: Bisnow events convene the most influential leaders in commercial real estate to identify opportunities, build meaningful connections and drive business growth across North Texas. With one of the largest audiences of CRE professionals in the world, Bisnow delivers unmatched access to the people, projects and insights shaping the DFW office market. From Uptown and Preston Center to Far North Dallas, Fort Worth and the region's fastest-growing suburban corridors.
