WHY THIS MATTERS

What You’ll Learn:

  • Flex space is on the rise in DFW and nationally because it is more attuned to hybrid work. What impact is this having on the office market?

  • How is sublease availability impacting direct leasing efforts, and what is the outlook on sublease space for the remainder of the year?

  • How the flight for quality has affected the Class A office market, and what owners of Class B and C buildings can do to compete.

  • How will the leasing model evolve and adapt moving forward?

  • Is now a good time to build speculative office buildings?

  • The role of small businesses in America has grown stronger through the age of the internet; how does this paradigm shift affect office design for small businesses vs. large corporations?

  • Data shows that buildings in dense, urban areas have lower vacancy rates and are commanding higher rents. Experts say this is due to walkable access to nearby amenities. How should office buildings in driveable suburban areas compete?

  • How are building owners optimizing space by leveraging technology to track building usage?

How You'll Do More Business:  DFW office tenants and landlords are living in a pandemic-scarred market that presents them with a smorgasbord of opportunity, pain, revival and new development. Hear from developers and landlords as they check the market's temperature, and share the reality of operating,  investing in and building office assets in DFW today. Panelists will share information on recent transactions, major upcoming projects, distressed buying opportunities and much more! This event will provide critical insight into what the future of the DFW office will look.

Who You’ll Meet: Owners, developers, investors, brokers, city and government officials, business consultants, architects, engineers, lawyers, accountants, bankers, and technology companies.
