Bill Brokaw is senior vice president of Hillwood Urban, where he leads the

division’s business development and leasing efforts. During a career that

spans more than two decades, Brokaw has managed leasing transactions

totaling more than 7 million square feet of landmark, Class A office space

throughout the North Texas region.

Properties and projects that Brokaw has represented include Victory Park,

The Towers at Williams Square, and numerous CBD high-rise buildings, in

addition to other significant assets in Downtown Dallas, Las Colinas, and North Dallas. In 2013 and 2014, he received the Top National Broker – Agency Leasing Award from Cushman & Wakefield and has also received “Best Real Estate Deal” awards three times from the Dallas Business Journal. In 2011, he was featured as a Top DFW office leasing broker in the Dallas Business Journal’s Commercial Real Estate “Heavy Hitters” list. He has also been designated as a “D CEO Power Broker” based on his outstanding revenue production from 2010 thru 2020.

Brokaw began his commercial real estate career in 1995 at Lincoln Property Company. Brokaw has also held positions at Trizec Office Properties and originally joined Hillwood Development as vice president of leasing for Victory Park’s initial Class A office offerings. Following a move to Cousins Properties and Cushman & Wakefield, serving as executive director of their Dallas office, Brokaw returned to Hillwood to partner in the formation of the Hillwood Urban division.

Bill Cawley is the brand and vision behind Cawley Partners, a

full-service, Dallas-based real estate company historically focused

on commercial office product. Over the course of his career, Bill has

owned all classes of commercial real estate in multiple markets

across the country. He is continually recognized as one of the most

influential business leaders in Dallas-Fort Worth. In 2020, Bill was

named Developer of the Year by D CEO Magazine, and most recently,

he was the 2022 inductee to the NTCAR (The North Texas Commer-

cial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals) Hall of

Fame. Bill has acquired and developed more than 15 million square

feet of commercial office product. His company, Cawley Partners,

has been the premier office developer along the Dallas North Toll-

way, developing more than $500 million of Class A office space and

totaling more than 1.5 million square feet within the last 5 years.

Bill Cawley served as the 2020 Chairman of TREC (The Real Es-

tate Council) and is a past board member of NTCAR. Bill is an ac-

tive member of ULI (Urban Land Institute) and serves on the SMU

COX Folsom Institute for Real Estate Advisory Board. In addition to

his industry related committee positions, Bill supports numerous

charitable organizations.

Before founding QIP, Chad was Vice President, Acquisitions for Hillwood Investment Properties, where, from 2004 to 2012, he focused on development and acquisition opportunities in numerous markets nationally. In addition to helping lead the company’s acquisition team Chad coordinated over $1 billion in dispositions. He also played an integral role in the sourcing and structuring of numerous institutional joint ventures and development partnerships. Prior to joining Hillwood, Chad was a Director of Leasing and Dispositions with Emerson Partners, a Dallas based owner and operator of office and industrial properties.

After serving as Chief Product Officer for CBRE 360, Brian was tapped to become Chief

Experience Officer for Hana. Prior to joining Hana, Brian served as Executive Vice President

and Chief Marketing Officer at Zipcar, the world’s leading car sharing service, where he oversaw

all brand experience, member acquisition and engagement, public relations, policy and

partnership efforts for this innovative, urban brand. He has been a featured speaker at

numerous conferences as well as a sought out interviewee by publications including the Wall

Street Journal and The Economist on the topics of advertising, marketing and overall brand

strategy.

Most recently he was the inaugural entrepreneur in residence for the top-ranked Carroll School

of Management at Boston College, where he taught, mentored and assisted in program

development for both undergraduate and graduate students. Brian has held executive positions

at the Boathouse Group, Upromise and Connection to eBay. Earlier in his career worked for EF

Education and Sheraton Hotels.

Brian received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a

Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in finance from Boston College. He currently

serves on the board of directors of DropCar (Nasdaq: DCAR) and is an advisor to early stage

companies. In 2015, he was named a top New England CMO by VentureBeat, and in 2005 was

the recipient of the U. S. Congressional Angel in Adoption Award.

Lisa Lane, a Dallas native, is Director of Business Development in the Dallas-Fort Worth region and is responsible for leading Airwavz Solutions' products and services in the commercial real estate market. Airwavz Solutions provides custom wireless solutions as a service to building owners and their tenants in order to achieve excellent wireless performance throughout the building. Lisa is currently working with more than 70 clients, consulting them on current and future telecommunications trends like 5G, IoT and smart building infrastructure that will improve wireless performance within their buildings and yield longer-term profitability, higher building lease rates and longer tenant leases. Prior to starting M2G, Jessica was with Open Realty Advisors. During her tenure there, Jessica

was instrumental in the company’s landlord consulting platform. She led the strategy and

execution of the real estate roll out for Tesla and Spanx across North America. Jessica also

played a key role in the site selection and execution of other major brands, such as J. Crew,

Apple, Restoration Hardware, Diane Von Furstenberg, and Abercrombie & Fitch, to name a

few. She negotiated transactions with every major retail owner in the United States during her

time there.

Prior to joining Open Realty, Jessica was Senior Leasing Representative at Trademark Property

Company, where she specialized in the leasing strategy, execution, and project management

of super-regional malls and upscale mixed-use centers. Jessica is credited with bringing some

of the nation’s most premier specialty retailers to Trademark’s projects during her four years

there.

Jessica serves on the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, the TCU Center for Real Estate

Advisory Board, the Board for the TCU M.J. Neeley Entrepreneurial School, and the Small

Development Council for Urban Land Institute. Jessica was named Top 40 under 40 in 2017 as

well as received the Strong Partner Award from Girls Inc. of Tarrant County. She is a graduate

of Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real

Estate with a Concentration in Leadership.

Mr. Chismark is a Partner with Morrison & Head, a Texas based property tax consulting, due diligence and appeals practice. He oversees the Dallas office working with institutional owners of commercial real estate through acquisition, development and property tax protests. Mr. Chismark’s team represents $14.5 Billion in commercial real estate in DFW. Morrison & Head is the fastest growing tax consulting practice in Texas and was recently named one of DFW’s 100 fastest growing companies for 2020. Ryan grew up in Syracuse, NY before relocating to Texas in 2012. He lives in Dallas with his wife Chelsea and his labradoodle Dwight.

Lance Wright is a Managing Director for ACORE Capital and operates out of the firm’s Dallas, Texas

office. He manages the Central Region for ACORE which includes both the Southwest and Midwest

areas of the United States and he originates roughly $1 billion of debt volume per year.

Prior to his current role, Lance was a Regional Director at GE Capital Real Estate where he oversaw the

origination efforts in the Central portion of the United States. While at GE, Lance was named one of the

“20 Rising Stars in Real Estate” by Institutional Investor News in 2008. Prior to this position, Lance was a

Senior Director at GE and was consistently one of the top producers within North America Lending.

Lance has been actively involved in the real estate finance industry since graduating from SMU in 1990.

He joined GE in 2001 from Heller Financial where he was Director. Earlier in his career, Lance worked

with Amresco in Dallas.

Currently a Vice Chair of the 1,250-member ULI North Texas Chapter, Lance is an active member in the

national ULI Student Housing Council (STHC), and is also a member of NMHC, MBA, ICSC and The Real

Estate Council (TREC).

Lance has a BBA in Finance from SMU and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.

While at SMU, Lance was a member of the 1986 SMU Mustang football team

Lance has been married to his wife, Angie, for 19 years and they reside in University Park, Texas. They

have three children – Christian (age 16), George Nicholas (age 14) and Alexandra (age 10). Lance

enjoys watching his children’s sports teams, playing golf, traveling, and reading in his spare time.

Sayres has closed several multi-acreage commercial land sale transactions on the Dallas North Tollroad, and he is currently handling project leasing for several other developments such as Stonebrook Business Park, Frisco Bridges Place, and Headquarters I & II. Sayres places a major emphasis on developing relationships, synergy, and client service. His focus today is in real estate along the Dallas North Tollroad From 190 to US 380 now referred to as the “5 billion dollar mile”. He has also done work in the hospitality sector, and medical projects such as an expansion for Scottish Rite hospital and Heady Investments is developing a new medical office building for Baylor near the intersection of Preston Road and George Bush Freeway. Sayres plans on continuing his path to develop Class A projects, and working to give his clients the best possible locations, amenities, and first class identity to help them flourish and to set them up for success.
