John O’Donnell founded Riverside Investment & Development Company (previously operating under O’Donnell Investment Company) in 2010 and was an early executive member of The John Buck Company, ultimately becoming the President and Chairman of the Investment Committee. Mr. O’Donnell left The John Buck Company in 2010, after 28 years at the firm. During his career, Mr. O’Donnell has managed development or redevelopment in excess of 40 million square feet with capital transactions in excess of $10 billion, which includes eight Chicago office buildings. John has a BBA from Loyola University, and a MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, and has a CPA certification.

Mr. Wold has over 30 years of real estate experience. Previously, Mr. Wold served as Senior Managing Director of Tishman Speyer and was a member of its Investment and Management committees from 2004 to 2014. In this role he was responsible for the Midwest, Atlanta, Boston and Washington DC regions the included over $5.0 billion of real estate acquisitions and developments. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer he served as President of TrizecHahn Office Properties, where he spearheaded the investment strategy and growth of its office portfolio which totaled $5.0 billion in assets (50 million square feet). The portfolio was concentrated in seven major markets including New York, Washington DC, Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, Atlanta and Chicago. Mr. Wold served as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Trizec Office Properties when the US subsidiary went public as a national REIT in 2002. Previously he was Executive Vice President and the head of the US Acquisition Group for Equity Office Properties. EOP eventually became the largest US office REIT in the country. Prior to EOP, Mr. Wold held executive positions with the Cambridge Companies, Wells Fargo Realty Advisors and First National Bank of Chicago. Mr. Wold has served on the boards of Trizec Office Properties and Captivate Networks, Inc. Mr. Wold received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and a M.S. in Real Estate from Southern Methodist University.

Ari Glass joined Zeller Realty Group in 2002. As President of Zeller Realty Corporation, he is engaged in locating, analyzing and recommending potential acquisition opportunities for ZRG, including financing, equity sourcing and transaction structuring. Previously, Glass was Leasing Director and responsible for leasing and marketing the commercial space at 401 North Michigan Avenue and 211 East Ontario Street.

In his acquisition/recapitalization role, Glass has been integrally involved in structuring and executing 15 transactions worth over $1.5B. Glass led the successful restructuring of the securitized first mortgage on Meridian Mark I & II with JE Roberts (now part of C-III Asset Management). In his capacity as Project Manager, he has led the award winning repositioning of The Wrigley Building which has included securing Landmark status; structuring equity co-investment in Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits; planning and executing a $125MM renovation and re-leasing strategy for the 22% leased project. Prior to joining Zeller Realty Group, Glass worked for Golub & Company as the Director of Marketing. During his four year tenure, he was responsible for leasing and marketing Golub’s downtown Chicago portfolio, completing 140 transactions for nearly 700,000 square feet of space in three and a half years. Glass also worked as a financial analyst and leasing representative for Jones Lang LaSalle in Chicago. Among the properties he was responsible for were 500 West Madison Street, 30 North LaSalle Street and One East Wacker Drive.

Glass is a graduate of Bradley University, where he earned a BS in Business with a concentration in Finance. He earned an MBA with honors at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Glass is on the Board of Directors of Landmarks Illinois, and active in the Jewish United Fund of Metropolitan Chicago (JUF). In addition, he is a past President of the board of FTC Chicago.

Mr. Hites is Principal and Chief Investment Officer for The John Buck Company with primary responsibility for the development and implementation of investment strategy, oversight and coordination of the firm’s investment activities and the origination of new investment opportunities. Kevin also has direct responsibility for management of capital partner and investor relationships. Kevin is a member of The John Buck Company’s Investment Committee and Board of Directors.

Prior to joining JBC, Kevin was a Managing Principal and Chief Investment Officer at Pearlmark Real Estate Partners, where he oversaw and coordinated the firm’s investment activities. Kevin invested over $2 billion in real estate across the U.S. on behalf of Pearlmark’s private equity funds during his 15-year tenure at the firm. Previously, Kevin was with ING Clarion Partners in New York, where he was involved in acquisitions and asset management. He also worked in Morgan Stanley Dean Witter’s Real Estate Investment Banking Group in New York.

Kevin earned his AB degree in Business Economics at Brown University and his MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Prior to forming White Oak Realty Partners in 2009, Richard was Executive Vice President, CFO & Principal at Fifield Companies managing all transaction and property level operations in the acquisition, disposition, and financing process including responsibility for all offices, parking, retail and residential properties. After initially joining Fifield in 1994 for the acquisition, financing and repositioning of the Civic Opera Building in Chicago, Richard rejoined Fifield as a principal in 1996 where he spent 14 years placing over $4 billion in debt and equity for all of the firm's projects including the USG Headquarters Building, Dulles View office campus in Northern Virginia, the Quaker Oats Company Headquarters Building, the Windy Point office complex, the Zurich American Insurance Headquarters, the 550 West Washington Building, all residential projects and numerous land acquisitions. Prior to Fifield, Richard was a mortgage banker at Mesirow Financial, a leading Chicago financial services firm, where he specialized in real estate finance and acquisitions of several bank REO and RTC owned office properties. Prior to Mesirow Richard was with Banbury Development/BASSAC Financial where he was responsible for the firm's development financing and placement of third party equity and debt for several local and national based real estate owners. Diane is Chief Executive Officer and President of Hickory Farms, LLC, a leading retailer of food gifts and specialty foods available online and in catalogs, leading mass merchants, supermarkets and approximately 700 seasonal retail shopping locations. She assumed this role in March of 2016 and is leading a transformation of the company to reinvent the brand and grow revenue by developing new products and growing the loyal customer base. The brand celebrated its 65th Anniversary in 2016, and is focused on being the best retailer in the food gifting space, making the next 65 years even greater than the first. From May of 2015 to March of 2016, Diane held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance for Garrett Brands, LLC. Garrett is a privately held Chicago-based retailer of gourmet, handcrafted popcorn with over 40 locations globally. In this capacity, she was responsible for developing the strategy to drive overall growth of the business, and had oversight of the company’s supply chain, Ecommerce fulfillment, warehousing and distribution, information technology and finance functions. Immediately prior to joining Garrett, Diane spent four years as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Merchandising for Redbox Automated Retail, LLC. In this role, she was responsible for leading the company’s field operations, technical support center, inventory and logistics function, and strategy and analytics team. Diane joined Redbox as the Senior Vice President of Finance in May of 2010, and was responsible for overseeing all finance activities, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, controls and financial systems. From 2001 to May of 2010, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Crate and Barrel, a leading specialty retailer of home furnishings. In addition to her responsibilities for the company’s finance function, she served on the company’s Executive Committee, Operations Committee, Real Estate Committee and Management Information Systems Steering Committee. Prior to joining Crate and Barrel, she served as the Chief Financial Officer for iCastle.com, an internet start-up company in the home improvement industry. Before joining iCastle.com, Diane served as the Vice President, Business Financial Services – Americas for BP Amoco Corporation; with responsibility for corporate and structured finance transactions and risk management activities for the Americas-based businesses. After the merger of BP and Amoco, as a senior member of the Finance management team, she played a key role in the design and integration of the worldwide corporate finance and treasury function of the company. She began her career with Amoco Corporation in 1980, and over a period of eighteen years held a variety of financial positions in the corporate finance, treasury, accounting, and information technology areas. Since 2004, Diane has served as a director for MSA Safety, Incorporated, a New York Stock Exchange listed company that develops, manufactures, and supplies health and safety products for workers in the fire service, homeland security, construction, and other industries. She chairs the Finance Committee and serves on the Audit, Compensation and Law Committees. Diane also serves on the board of the Chicago Children’s Choir and the Dean’s Advisory Council for DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business. Diane graduated Bronze Tablet from the University of Illinois-Urbana with a BS in Accountancy and obtained an MBA in Finance with Honors from DePaul University. She resides in Western Springs, Illinois, with her husband, Jim.

Michael is a Partner at Condor Partners, LLC. He is responsible for overseeing all of the firm’s Real Estate development activity.

Prior to joining Condor, Michael was a Development Partner at Centrum Partners LLC in Chicago. He was responsible for sourcing and developing “out of the box” and institutional level projects for Centrum. He developed over $200 million of real estate for the firm, including Hospitality, Industrial, Flex Office, and Residential. Prior to joining Centrum in early 2007, Michael founded and ran his family real estate development company in New York from 2000-2007. McLean Development, LLC focused on suburban master planned communities entitling over 2,000 residential units and 500,000sf of commercial space on Long Island and Rochester, NY. From 1998-2000 Michael and his brother Sean McLean founded and ran one of the first firms focused on Hospitality in Healthcare, helping hospitals convert vacant space to hotel and special service wards.

diligence. As Managing Director of Investment Management at Origin, Marc is responsible for

overseeing the company’s real estate portfolio and executing Fund and property-level business

plans.

Before Origin Investments, Marc served as Vice President of Asset Management at Lightstone,

a New York investment firm with $2 billion of assets under management. Prior to Lightstone, he

was involved in the HSBC Amanah Global Properties Income Fund ("GPIF"). As Head of Asset

Management for the U.S. portfolio, he held responsibility for the investment performance of a

36- building national office, R&D, and an industrial portfolio containing 7 million square feet.

Earlier in his career, Marc performed in various asset management and acquisition roles at

Equity Office Properties Trust, previously the nation's largest publicly traded office building

owner and REIT. During his decade long tenure at Equity Office, Marc was involved in the

underwriting and valuation analysis on corporate acquisitions with a total value in excess of $15

billion and conceived investment strategy for assets with an aggregate value over $2 billion.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana

University. Marc lives with his wife and two daughters in a north suburb of Chicago. He is a avid

Cubs fan who also enjoys travel and history.

Mr. Shaw’s current responsibilities focus on the acquisition and disposition of Canadian and American commercial real estate complementing Manulife’s existing $16 billion portfolio. He has transacted over $3 billion and 10 million square feet of real estate since 2009. He was instrumental in the creation and structuring of Manulife’s first real estate fund. Mr. Shaw was previously based in Boston as Managing Director, Bond and Corporate Finance, John Hancock Financial Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Manulife Financial, where he was involved in the origination, structuring and management of public and private corporate debt across a wide range of industries and domiciles. Prior to Boston, Mr. Shaw was based in Washington, DC as Regional Vice President, Real Estate Finance, Manulife Financial, responsible for origination, underwriting, loan structuring and commercial mortgage portfolio management in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia and the District of Columbia. Mr. Shaw has 20 years of real estate and finance industry experience primarily focused on debt, property and capital market transactions in both the United States and Canada. Steve Sise oversees the operations of properties within Golub’s commercial and residential portfolio with an intense focus on financial and operating performance. He ensures that the property management teams collaborate with leasing, acquisitions, development and accounting groups, as well as with Golub’s capital partners, to create and execute successful business plans. Steve leverages his diverse background in asset management, acquisitions and dispositions along with a keen sense of real estate to further the strong performance of the company’s portfolio. He earned a BA degree from John Carroll University, and is a Board Member for BOMA Chicago, the Chicagoland Apartment Association and Magnificent Mile Association. As part of the Investment & Innovation global hub, Jonathan Pearce counsels Ivanhoé Cambridge regional teams on all

leasing and development activities to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Jonathan has 30 years

of experience in office & industrial leasing and the sale of corporate investment assets throughout North America.

His responsibilities also include leasing for all owned (managed and non-managed) properties and developments in

Canada and the Continental US, currently comprising more than 120 million square feet in multiple markets. Ivanhoé

Cambridge currently has four office developments under construction or pre-development in Austin, Denver, Toronto and

Mexico City, and a variety of industrial projects under development North America. Jonathan also serves on the board

of IDI Logistics, a leading US logistics investor and developer based in Atlanta, that is co-owned by Ivanhoé Cambridge.

Jonathan holds a BSc. (Hons) in Urban Land Economics and is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of

Chartered Surveyors.

Prior to founding Ambrose, Aasif worked in various positions at Duke Realty Corporation. During his career, Aasif has completed over $1 billion of commercial real estate transactions. Aasif received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University Bloomington and completed the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program. Aasif was born and raised in Indianapolis where he attended North Central High School. Aasif enjoys spending time with his wife, Tasia, daughter, Alina, and son, Kamran. David formed Origin Investments in 2007, along with cofounder Michael Episcope. He has more than 20 years of experience in real estate investing, finance, development and asset management.

As principal, David co-chairs the Investment Committee and oversees the analysis, acquisition and asset-management teams at Origin. He also assembles and leads Origin’s team of investment professionals, who share more than $5 billion of transactional experience.

Prior to forming Origin, David spent eight years at a privately financed hedge fund, where he opened and managed offices in New York and London and served as company president from 1999 to 2003.

In 2006, David cofounded One Million Degrees, which has raised $10 million to help low-income community college students graduate and successfully enter the workforce. He currently serves as the organization’s Board Chair. He also serves as the president of the Harvard Club of Chicago and is on the Advisory Board of Invest For Kids.

David received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University and MBA from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. He is married, has two children, is a youth flag football coach and has an interest in languages.

Barbara Carley

Barbara Carley is a Senior Vice President with American Landmark Properties with more than twenty-five years of commercial management and leasing experience in the greater Chicago, Boston and Indianapolis markets. In addition to coordinating the corporate operations for American Landmark Properties, Ms. Carley is integrally involved in all property investments with extensive experience in the management and leasing of office, industrial, retail and residential properties across all classes. Ms. Carley was formerly managing director at Cushman & Wakefield, CB Richard Ellis and Equity Office Properties, with responsibility for the business development, marketing, operations and financial performance of portfolios in excess of 52 million square feet. In addition to her corporate leadership roles, Ms. Carley also served as director of the Willis Tower and has spearheaded property management and/or leasing efforts at many noteworthy developments including Windham Lakes, Woodfield Corporate Center, Macy’s Chicago Warehouse, 311 South Wacker Drive, NBC Tower, Oakbrook Terrace Tower, the Boeing HQ at 100 North Riverside Plaza, and the Glen Town Center. Ms. Carley received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Valparaiso University and went on to do her Master’s work in Public Policy (MPP) at Harvard’s John F. Jack O'Brien

Jack O’Brien joined The Telos Group, LLC at its founding in 2012. Jack is a two-decade veteran of the Chicago commercial real estate industry. Formerly, he was a vice president of leasing for investment firm M&J Wilkow, Ltd. and Leasing Director of the Chicago region for Equity Office Properties. Jack has represented more than 20 different downtown Chicago office buildings and has negotiated and completed transactions with a total value of more than one billion dollars. His clients have also included Sam Zell, UBS and TIAA-CREF. In 2001, he was nominated as a finalist for Office Leasing Transaction of the Year (NAIOP) when he completed a ten year lease with DLA Piper for 265,000 RSF. Stephen Sotoloff is a Senior Principal of Walton Street Capital, LLC, a private real estate investment company based in Chicago. Eric Nordness

Eric Nordness is a Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Hickory Street Capital. Hickory Street Capital, LLC (“HSC”) is an investment vehicle founded in 2010 by the Ricketts family, owners of the Chicago Cubs baseball club. The Ricketts family purchased a controlling interest in the Chicago Cubs in October 2009 and has embarked on the transformation of the franchise, including the restoration of Wrigley Field. In conjunction with their investment into the club and ballpark, the Ricketts family has the vision for the transformation of the Wrigleyville neighborhood. HSC was formed and capitalized to advance the Ricketts family real estate development goals outside of Wrigley Field. Mr. Nordness leads real estate development for the Ricketts family.

HSC is in the process of developing the land directly west of Wrigley Field and creating a unique entertainment destination centered around an approximately 45,000 square foot open area event space (“plaza”). The mixed-used development encapsulates the plaza and two six-story buildings that will house a 175-room boutique hotel, approximately 100,000 square feet of retail space and 75,000 square feet of office space. Designed to fit seamlessly into the urban neighborhood environment this new destination will be a year round entertainment destination serving as the new town center of Chicago’s iconic Wrigleville neighborhood.

Prior to joining HSC, Mr. Nordness was the Managing Member for Salita Development, a boutique hospitality development firm focusing on hotels and restaurants. Eric started his career at Robertson, Stephens & Co, a San Francisco headquartered full-service investment banking firm. Mr. Nordness has experience in real estate development, institutional finance and asset management. He received his B.B.A. in finance from the University of Iowa and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in both finance and economics.

Rahul Shah

Rahul Shah is a Managing Principal at Sherpa Capital Group, LLC (Sherpa), co-founding the company in 2010.

Sherpa manages a private capital fund that specializes in originating bridge and hard money loans secured by commercial real estate. Sherpa has funded more than 250 transactions and is a direct lender with its own proprietary capital. All credit decisions and servicing administrations are performed in house by the firm's principals. Before co-founding Sherpa, Rahul founded a mortgage banking company. He originated more than $500M in residential and small balance commercial loans.

Previously, Rahul was a Manager of Business Development and Strategic Alliance at Encyclopedia Britannica executing internet strategy. Prior to Britannica, he was a Senior Consultant in the Transaction Advisory Group at Arthur Andersen. His focus was performing due diligence on corporate finance transactions involving financial institutions, private equity firms and mid-sized corporations. He consulted on more than 50 transactions in various industries with deal sizes ranging from $50M to $1B. Rahul is a CPA and graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with Concentration in Finance.

A recognized leader in the Chicago business community, Dan represents tech, biotech and media companies, both large and small, on complex real estate transactions. For nearly a decade with Chicago’s business development arm, World Business Chicago (WBC), Dan led the targeting and management of corporate relocation and expansion projects for domestic and globally based technology firms. Anthony Zeoli is a Partner in the Corporate Practice Group and the Leader of the Emerging Industries Team. He concentrates his practice in the areas of banking and commercial finance, securities, real estate, and general corporate law.

Anthony’s commercial finance practice includes the representation of borrowers and lenders in: secured and unsecured lending transactions; corporate reorganizations and restructuring; syndicated commercial financing transactions; and loan workouts. Anthony also has a vibrant securities and general corporate practice including initial and subsequent private debt and equity offerings; mergers and acquisitions; company formation and governance; and general contract drafting and negotiation. Mike Curran

Mike Curran is a Managing Director for JLL’s Agency Leasing team in Chicago with more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He began his career in property management and has spent the past 15 years in agency leasing. His extensive agency leasing experience has included assignments at Aon Center, 440 South LaSalle, 2 North LaSalle, 222 South Riverside and One East Wacker. He has completed more than 4.7 million square feet in transactions of varying sizes and levels of difficulty. In 2009, Curran completed one of the largest transactions of the year in Chicago with the KPMG lease of 268,000 s.f. and was the recipient of the NAIOP Deal of the Year Award. In 2012, he transacted more than 820,000 s.f. and completed the second largest transaction of the year with Aon Corporation.

Collete English Dixon

Collete English Dixon has more than 30 years in investment management with a focus on commercial

real estate investing. Prior to her current role at Roosevelt University, she was Executive Director -

Transactions for PGIM Real Estate (formerly known as PREI), a business unit of Prudential Financial,

and co-leader of PREI’s national investment dispositions program. In that role, she oversaw the sale of

more than 200 investment properties located throughout the US, with a total value of more than $8.7

Billion, on behalf of PREI’s investment funds. Prior to her role in dispositions, English Dixon was

responsible for sourcing more than $2.75B of wholly-owned and joint venture real estate investment

opportunities in the Midwest markets covering all property types, including office, rental and for-sale

multi-family, hotel, industrial and retail properties. Collete’s experience also includes property

development and asset management.

In her current role, English Dixon is the Executive Director of the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real

Estate at Roosevelt University where she is oversees all aspects of the undergraduate real estate

major and the MSRE/MBA-RE degree programs. She is the first African American woman leader of a

higher-education real estate program in the US. She is a member of the administrative team for the

Heller College of Business and is also the program director for the university’s Hospitality and Tourism

Management undergraduate and graduate degree programs.

She is a member of the Board of Directors and a member of the Nominating Committee for Marcus

Millichap, Inc., a member of the Board of Directors for Broadstone Real Estate Access Fund and a
