Brian F. Tucker is a Managing Director with JLL's Agency Leasing team, specializing in the representation of major owners, investors, and institutions in the Washington, DC Metro region. Brian's vast prior experience in the development and instutional ownership sectors brings significant added value to his clients in positioning their projects.

Brian joined JLL in August 2016. Prior to joining JLL, Brian was Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, heading Northern Virginia Agency Leasing. Prior to that, he managed the Northern Virginia office of over 50 real estate professionals. Brian's previous experience included heading Mid-Atlantic Leasing for Beacon Property Company, then the largest public REIT in the US and he was a principal with The Evans Company, then one of the largest development companies in the DC metropolitan area. Brian has leased in excess of 20 million square feet and been involved in many of the largest and more complex leases in the metro area over his 30 year career including major transactions with: CSC, Boeing, SAIC, Booz Allen Hamilton, US Postal Service, The National Science Foundation, Harris Corp., PWC, Deloitte, E&Y, Capital One, WeWork, GSA, Wells Fargo, AOL, Sprint, Nextel, and American Bar Association. His law firm experience includes transactions with: Morgan, Lewis, Bockius; Pillsbury, Shaw, Pittman; Holland & Knight; Morrison Foerster; Littler Mendelson; McGuire Woods; Greenburg Traurig; Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher; and Baker & Hostetler, among others.

Timothy Steffan has joined RPAI as President – Eastern Division, and is responsible for executing the strategic plan for the Company’s eastern region portfolio, including the oversight of asset management, leasing, property management and re-development. Prior to joining RPAI, Mr. Steffan was Senior Vice President, Asset Management and Commercial Leasing for Macerich’s Eastern region, which included partner relationships, strategic objectives and performance metrics, budgeting and forecasting, return analysis/pro forma modeling on development projects, and other company initiatives including Parking Revenue. In addition, he led the company’s commercial leasing ventures including Tysons Tower at Tysons Corner Center. Mr. Steffan received a B.A. from Syracuse University and a M.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Development from The American University in Washington, D.C. He is also a licensed real estate broker in Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C.

Elizabeth has been a planner with WCL&W since 1990. Prior to joining the firm, she was the Vice President of Planning for the Milton Company, a homebuilder in Northern Virginia. Her public sector experience has included working as a Land Use Planner for Fairfax County and as Economic Development Coordinator for the City of Falls Church. Elizabeth specializes in Fairfax County, City of Fairfax, and Town of Herndon matters, helping clients achieve comprehensive plan amendments and zoning approvals and assisting them in the resolution of land development/site plan issues. She has worked on numerous residential, commercial and large scale, mixed-use projects as well as redevelopment transit-oriented projects.

Most recently, Elizabeth has focused on transit-oriented developments for the extension of Metro’s Silver Line through Tysons Corner to Dulles Airport.

Mr. Hard is the senior executive for LCOR’s Bethesda, MD office, responsible for all Washington, DC metropolitan area development activity. Among his accomplishments are the development of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office headquarters in Alexandria, VA, the acquisition of the COMSAT campus in Clarksburg, MD, the development of North Bethesda Center at the White Flint Metrorail station in Maryland, and the Oyster School/Henry Adams House in the District of Columbia.

Mr. Hard’s affiliation with LCOR dates to 1981 when he joined its predecessor The Linpro Company as a Partner. He subsequently was named Vice President of LCOR upon its founding in 1992, and an Executive Vice President and Principal in 1999.

He is actively involved in a number of industry organizations serving on the Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute’s Washington, DC District Council, Treasurer of Hospice Caring, Inc., and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee of the Montgomery College Foundation.

A graduate of Lafayette College, he also was awarded an MA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Fred Rothmeijer has 25 years of experience in commercial, residential and mixed-use real estate land and building development. With over seven years of experience in highly sophisticated development projects in Europe, he joined TCC in 1998. As Principal he was responsible for acquisitions and development of projects in the Washington Metropolitan area. Fred co-founded MRP Realty in 2005 and oversees the Development, Construction Management and Asset Management divisions. He has developed in excess of 6 million square feet of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects worth over $1.5 billion. Fred is a graduate of Columbia University School of Business with an M.B.A. in Finance & Real Estate, and Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands with a Master of Science degree, summa cum laude. Born in the Netherlands, Mr. Rothmeijer was an officer in the Royal Netherlands Air Force.

As managing research director, Elizabeth oversees the operations of the Transwestern Research Department in the Mid-Atlantic. She is responsible for directing economic and commercial real estate analysis, as well as identifying and forecasting industry trends. Elizabeth brings thought leadership to Transwestern’s Mid-Atlantic research through market research analysis in the quarterly publications and industry-specific white papers. She also serves as a spokesperson to clients and the media on market analysis and trends.

CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Elizabeth has over 15 years of research and analysis experience on the real estate industry. Previously, she was the National Research Director at Delta Associates, Transwestern’s research affiliate. In this role she oversaw the economic and commercial real estate research for the Washington/Baltimore, Chicago, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, and Denver markets. Prior to Delta Associates, Elizabeth was a Needs Assessment Analyst with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), where she managed research projects and provided analysis as well as product recommendations to the home building industry.

EDUCATION

Elizabeth received her Master of Community Planning (MCP) degree from University of Maryland, College Park. She received her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Government from American University.

Gensler is widely recognized as the world’s leading collaborative design firm, with 50 locations and more than 5,000 professionals networked across the United States, Latin America, Asia, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.

Throughout his 25-plus-year career, Jordan has been involved in further defining the skyline of global cities with projects like Beijing’s twin 725-foot CP Towers and Bangkok’s 60-story Magnolias Ratchadamri Tower. Jordan has also provided design vision and leadership on projects that range in scale from China’s Duke Kunshan University campus to Marriott’s new global headquarters outside of Washington, DC. Jordan’s projects have won numerous national and local awards from the American Institute of Architects (AIA), International Interior Design Association (IIDA), and NAIOP, among others. His work has also appeared in various periodicals, including Architect, Interior Design, Contract, Fortune, US News & World Report, Washington Business Journal, and The Washington Post.

In addition to being recognized for his design skills, Jordan has also been honored for his leadership. In 2017, 2015 and 2013, he was included on the Washington Business Journal’s “Power 100” list of the most influential area business leaders and was recognized as one of the top 25 innovators in the Washington, DC area. Jordan is a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects and the International Interior Design Association.

An advocate of helping the next generation of architects prepare for tomorrow, Jordan has taught at the University of Pennsylvania, where he earned his Master in Architecture, and has been the Kea Professor at the University of Maryland, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture.

Mr. Georgelas, Managing Partner, is responsible for all mixed use development activity in the Mid-Atlantic region. He joined The Georgelas Group in 2000. Mr. Georgelas has over 10 years of real estate development experience in the Washington D.C. area. As development manager he successfully led the first mixed use entitlement case under Arlington County's newly adopted Form Base Code. Mr. Georgelas manages the acquisition, entitlement, financing and development of The Georgelas Group's ambitious mixed use and transit oriented developments. Mr. Georgelas is actively involved in the community and currently sits on numerous boards including: The Washington Airports Taskforce, The Dulles Corridor Rail Association, and is Chairman of The Board of Tysons Tomorrow.

James Policaro has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, and is currently Senior Vice President of Development for Lerner Enterprises. Mr. Policaro is a founding member of the Tysons Partnership, and is responsible for the development of numerous mixed-use projects within Lerner’s portfolio, including The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II.

Gary is the Chief Investment Officer and a Partner of Meridian. Gary is responsible for

acquisitions, capital activities and investor relations.  He also serves as Chair of the Investment

Committee. Gary led the fundraising and investing efforts of Meridian Realty Partners I and II,

Meridian’s discretionary private equity funds raised in 2012 and 2016. Between these two funds,

Gary has completed in excess of $2.5 billion in investments with over $1 billion of equity in 15

transactions.

With over 30 years of industry experience, Gary represented Meridian in its first 3 years of

investments as a partner at Vinson & Elkins LLP in Washington, DC. He then headed up the

Real Estate Fund’s Acquisitions Group as a partner at The Carlyle Group, where he led and

completed over $12 billion of investments with $3.4 billion of equity in nearly 200 transactions.

These included the acquisition, development, structured financing, and recapitalization of office,

hotel, retail, residential, industrial, land, senior living, and mixed-use properties. He also led the

firm’s efforts in the formation of Carlyle Realty Partners I, II, III, IV and V – an aggregate of

over $5 billion in investor commitments – before joining The Meridian Group in November

2007.

Gary received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. from The University of Texas

School of Law. Gary is on the Advisory Board for George Washington University Business

School's Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis.
