developments and shopping centers within the D.C. market, Henry utilizes over 35 years of

experience in the retail industry to create well-organized and exceptional projects from

conception to completion. With comprehensive knowledge in a wide array of retail types

including urban, mixed-use, neighborhood, lifestyle, and power centers, Henry is recognized as

a trusted retail advisor and an expert in the commercial real estate industry.

His ability to form and cultivate close-knit partnerships within his team and among his clients

cultivating places. Under his leadership, the company’s leasing and brokerage portfolio soared

Donna, a founding member of Cityline Partners, is responsible for Cityline’s strategic planning, and for oversight of the company’s day to day execution of its business plan. Prior to Cityline, Donna was affiliated with West*Group for several years, first as the CEO of Park*Crest, and then as Executive Vice President for West*Group. Prior to her tenure at West*Group, she was General Counsel and Vice President of Real Estate for Opus East, and a partner with the law firm of Hazel & Thomas, now known as Reed Smith.

Donna serves on the Board and Executive Committee for George Mason University Foundation, and chairs the Foundation’s Real Estate Committee. She is also on the Board of New Hope Housing and a member of the Urban Land Institute Executive Committee, and the Urban Land Institute Trends Committee. Donna earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, and her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Stephen Cumbie is the Chief Executive Officer and Principal of NVCommercial Incorporated, NVRetail and Metro Realty Group, commercial real estate investment, development and services companies which projects exceed $1.0 billion in the Washington, D.C., Richmond, Virginia and Denver, Colorado areas. NVCommercial (http://www.nvcommercial.com/) and NVRetail (http://www.nvretail.com/) projects include office, retail, hotel and mixed-use properties. Metro Realty (http://www.metromgt.com/) provides asset management, property management and development management services.

Stephen Cumbie is also the President of NVCapital Advisors (http://www.nvcapitaladvisors.com), which manages a $30+ million opportunistic real estate investment fund. Since the initial closing in November, 2011, the fund has made nine investments totaling over $33 million and successfully liquidated seven of the nine.

From 2008 to 2011, Mr. Cumbie served as the Executive Director of the Center for Real Estate Development at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and as an adjunct professor. He co-taught the real estate development course in the MBA program.

From 1977 to 1983, Mr. Cumbie co-founded all of the “NV” companies including NVR, a publicly-traded home-building company that operates through the Ryan Homes and NVHomes trade names (2015 revenues of $5.27 billion).

He is the immediate past Board Chair and board member of INOVA Health System (2014 revenues of $2.69 billion). He also serves on the Board of Directors for George Mason University’s Board of Visitors, UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School Foundation, WashingtonFirst Bank, AusculSciences, William A. Hazel, Inc. and The Unity School of Christianity.

Mr. Cumbie previously served on the Board of Directors of NVR Inc., NVR Savings Bank, Potomac Bank of Virginia and the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce. Both NVR Savings and Potomac Bank were sold for significant gains to Crestar and Sandy Spring Bank respectively. He was President of the Northern Virginia Chapter of NAIOP in 1991 and served as a member of the national NAIOP Board from 1999-2004. He was appointed to the Virginia Public Buildings Board by Governor Mark Warner, the Virginia Port Authority Board of Commissioners by Governor Tim Kaine and the GMU Board of Visitors by Governor Terry McAuliffe.

Mr. Cumbie graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina in 1970 and received a Master of Business Administration degree from UNC in 1973.

David R. Millard joined the McLean office of Avison Young as a Principal in April 2011. Formerly, he was an Executive Director with Cushman & Wakefield, which he joined in early 2004. Dave has over 25 years experience in commercial real estate in the Washington Metropolitan area marketplace. He has focused his efforts on landlord representation and corporate tenant representation services throughout the greater Washington Metropolitan area. Dave's experience spans a wide range of real estate transactions on behalf of his clients, including lease acquisitions and dispositions, build-to-suits, investment sales and structured financing. He has been involved in more than 8 million sf of real estate transactions since 1996.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Dave spent eight years with Transwestern Commercial Services as Senior Vice President of Owner Advisory Services. In that position he specialized in office leasing and sales in Northern Virginia and was a stockholder in the firm. Dave was also a partner at Smithy Braedon during his tenure there from 1984 - 1996.

Dave began his real estate career in 1980 with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) where he was an interior design Project Manager. While at SOM, he was the Project Manager for the interior design of the 350,000 square foot Terrace Building expansion of the National Geographic Society Headquarters. In 1982 and 1983, Dave was Director of Interior Design for Ellerbe Associates (now Ellerbe Becket).

Sol Glasner

Sol Glasner has been associated with the Tysons Partnership from its inception and served as Chairman of its Board of Directors from 2012 – 2014. He is currently the Partnership’s interim President and CEO.

Mr. Glasner served for 22 years as General Counsel of The MITRE Corporation, a systems engineering firm with a large corporate presence in Tysons and a founding member of the Tysons Partnership. While there, he oversaw a varied in-house legal practice that emphasized government procurement, intellectual property, real estate matters, technology transfer and employment law. Mr. Glasner also served as the company’s chief ethics and compliance officer and, in his role as Corporate Secretary, worked closely with the company’s Board of Trustees.

Prior to joining MITRE, Glasner served in staff counsel positions at other technology companies.

Mr. Glasner is a trained mediator and provides mediation and other dispute resolution services in the courts and to private commercial parties.

Asheel Shah

Asheel Shah joined Kettler in 2007 and is President of the Multifamily Development division of the company. Mr. Shah has over 20 years of experience in the Washington DC real estate market and 14 years of experience dedicated to real estate acquisitions and development. He is responsible for the (i) company’s investment strategy, (ii) new business development activities, (iii) equity capital raising as well as (iv) building and maintaining partner relationships. Additionally, Mr. Shah serves on the Kettler Investment Committee and is principally responsible for making recommendations to the committee.

Mr. Shah earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA., and a master’s of business administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Prior to joining Kettler, Mr. Shah worked at Monument Realty, CarrAmerica Realty Corp. and Arthur Andersen LLP. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, serving on the Washington District Executive Committee and as a mentor for young leaders.

Evan Pritchard is a member of Venable's Real Estate practice, where he focuses on securing zoning and land use approvals for developers and landowners in jurisdictions throughout Northern Virginia, including Arlington, Fairfax County, the City of Fairfax, and the City of Falls Church, among others. He advises clients on state and federal legislation and regulations affecting real estate development and important changes to local jurisdictions' comprehensive plans and zoning ordinances. His clients include mixed-use project developers, large corporate clients as well as some work for nonprofits and churches.

Prior to joining Venable, Mr. Pritchard spent nearly a decade at a Northern Virginia land use and development firm. An experienced litigator, he worked with the Environment & Natural Resources Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, serving as lead counsel on 25 civil cases in federal court.

C. Daniel Clemente is the founder, Chairman and CEO of Clemente Development Company, Inc. and its affiliates. During a career of more than 35 years as an attorney and real estate developer, he has developed, owned, managed and liquidated substantial real estate portfolios and has restructured non-performing real estate assets collectively valued in the billions of dollars.

Mr. Clemente founded and chaired Community Bank and Trust Company; was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Virginia National Bank/Fairfax; founded First Commercial Bank, and served as President and General Counsel for wholly-owned real estate subsidiaries of Virginia National Bank and other lending institutions.

Mr. Clemente has served as a court appointed receiver and trustee in bankruptcy for more than thirty companies, limited partnerships and joint ventures with real estate holdings and business operations throughout the United States. He worked with the Resolution Trust Corporation and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation on the restructuring and disposition of real estate portfolios, and testified before the United States Senate Banking Committee about the impact of banking legislation on commercial real estate.

In 2010, he was appointed by Virginia Governor Robert F. McDonnell to the Board of Visitors of George Mason University, its governing body, and served as the Board’s Rector. He was also appointed by former Virginia Governor Douglas Wilder to chair the Virginia Economic Recovery Commission’s Committee on Capital Formation, and by former Virginia Governor Mark Warner to the Governor’s Advisory Council on Revenue Estimates. Former United States Senator John Warner nominated him to be Chairman of the Resolution Trust Corporation. Currently, he is a member of the Board of the Virginia Economic Development Partnership Authority Board of Directors.

Mr. Clemente received his Juris Doctor degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. and his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Fordham University in New York. He has been qualified as an expert witness in litigation involving complex real estate, corporate and business issues in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Maryland, the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia, the Circuit Court of Arlington County, Virginia, the Circuit Court of Loudoun County, Virginia, the Circuit Court of Prince William County, Virginia and the District of Columbia Superior Court.

Anthony Chang is the Managing Director for Stream’s Northern Virginia Office. Anthony will lead strategic direction and operations, with primary responsibilities to include expanding Stream’s leasing, property management, acquisition, and development services while building Stream’s brand presence in Northern Virginia.

Prior to Stream, Anthony was a Vice President at WashREIT where, among his accomplishments he co-founded its flexible office program Space+. Prior to WashREIT, he was a leasing broker with Cassidy Turley where he added more than 2.5 million square feet in agency listings in less than three years. Throughout his career, Chang has executed or advised on over $800 million in lease transactions. He serves on the boards of NAIOP Northern Virginia, Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce and the Fairfax County Economic Advisory Committee. In addition, Chang is a trustee of ULI and serves as the Chair for Mission Advancement for ULI Washington.

Stephanie joined LandDesign in 2006 as Director of Planning, Urban Design and

Landscape Architecture in the Asheville, NC office, and is currently a Partner in

the Washington, D.C. office. As a professional landscape architect and dedicated

community advocate for greenways, complete streets and green infrastructure,

Stephanie is focused in integrating economically viable and environmentally

sustainable community and site design through all of the projects on which

she participates. She believes strongly that social well being is created by

implementing proper planning, design and construction into our built environment

at all scales, whether that is integrating local greenways and trail linkages into a

high density urban area or designing a an active public realm streetscape near

a major metro station. Her current work includes several large scale mixed use

urban design / landscape architecture projects in the Tysons and DC metro area.

Stephanie has also lead many public planning projects with a community

participation process. This includes an extensive community involvement process

for City of Asheville’s signature River Arts District multi-modal transportation

project which consists of complex NEPA, state, and federal agency submittal

and review requirements balanced with other design factors such as public

arts, local character, economic development, environmental sustainability,

recreational opportunities, and resource preservation. A key design project in

Stephanie’s portfolio is Camp Lake James, a private recreation center completed

for Crescent Resources in NC. This project has received several awards for

its sustainable landscape, irrigation and hardscape design that evokes the rich

historical character of a rural mountain retreat with distinctive details hand

crafted by local artisans and creative contractors and water conservation

methods. Prior to LandDesign, Stephanie worked as a landscape architect in

Southern California on several award-winning master planned communities. Her

17 years of experience include park planning and design, community master

plans, site planning, design guidelines, and streetscapes, with an emphasis on

utilizing green techniques such as best practices for storm water harvesting and

urban tree planting details. Ms. Pankiewicz earned a Bachelor of Landscape

Architecture from the University of Georgia with honors is a registered landscape

architect in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and California.

She is also a member of several professional organizations, including the

American Society of Landscape Architects and Urban Land Institute.

Michelle Rosati

Michelle Rosati is a partner in Holland & Knight's Tysons office. She has represented applicants in a wide variety of complex land use applications in jurisdictions throughout Northern Virginia for nearly 25 years. Ms. Rosati has worked with developers and investors in achieving approvals for transit-oriented development proposals along the Orange and Silver Metro lines throughout her career. Ranging from helping clients obtain mixed-use approvals, development around the Ballston and Clarendon Metro stations in the mid-1990s, to the transformation of Tysons (with Tysons rezoning applications totaling nearly 5 million square feet pending), and spanning all the way to serving on the Stakeholder Committee for Envision Loudoun, she has been involved in the creative process of embracing the challenges and opportunities as Metro has expanded through Northern Virginia to the west. Ms. Rosati is a graduate of Colgate University and George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School.

Til Hazel graduated from Washington-Lee High School in 1947 and graduated with an AB

from Harvard Collage in 1951 and with an LL.B from Harvard Law School in 1954. He was in the

U.S. Army Infantry and Judge Advocate General Corps from 1954-58 Captain USAR. Til was an

Associate Judge in the Fairfax County Court from 1961-65. He practiced law in Fairfax County

commencing 1956 at Jesse, Phillips representing VDOT in acquisition of right-of- way for the

Beltway and commenced a solo practice in 1961. Hazel, Beckhorn and Hanes was founded in

1968 and merged with Reed Smith Hazel & Thomas in 2002. Til retired in 2003. During his

practice, Til represented Ted Lerner in connection with Mr. Lerner’s Tysons property and other

developers in Northern Virginia. He formed a partnership (Hazel/Peterson) with Milt Peterson

in 1972 and remained Mr. Peterson’s partner until 1990. During that time Hazel/Peterson

developed approximately 25,000 residential lots in Fairfax County and approximately one

million square feet of office at Tysons McLean a major portion of which was occupied by PRC

and now by the Federal government. He is emeritus member of the Board of Trustees of the

Miller Center Foundation for the University of Virginia; a former Chairman of the Board of the

Corcoran Museum of Art; Chairman Emeritus of the Board of Flint Hill School and a member of

numerous organizations including the Virginia Business Higher Education Council (former chair);

the Virginia Bar Association; the Fairfax Bar Association (former President); former Rector of

George Mason University; former President of the Greater Washington Board of Trade; a

member of the Harvard University Committee on University Resources; and the Board of the

Washington Airports Task force since its inception in 1982. Til is the recipient of a number of

awards including the first George Mason University Gold Medal; Harvard College Richard Flood

Award; Laureate, Washington Business Hall of Fame; Judge Advocates Association Marshall

Lifetime Achievement Award; and the Bizzy Award of Bisnow Media. He received honorary

degrees from the College of William and Mary and Christopher Newport University.

Professor Fuller joined the faculty at George Mason University in 1994 as Professor of Public Policy and Regional Development. He served as Director of the Ph.D. Program in Public Policy from July 1998 to June 2000 and from July 2001 to July 2002. In September 2001, the GMU Board of Visitors appointed him University Professor and in July 2002 he was named to the Dwight Schar Faculty Chair and Director of the Center for Regional Analysis; he served in this capacity until May 2015. He currently holds the position of Director of The Stephen S. Fuller Institute.

Prior to joining the George Mason University faculty, he served on the faculty at George Washington University for twenty-five years, including nine as Chairman of the Department of Urban Planning and Real Estate Development and one as Director of Doctoral Programs for the School of Business and Public Management.

Dr. Fuller received a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University (1962) and his Doctorate in Regional Planning and Economic Development (1969) from Cornell University. He has authored more than 800 articles, papers, and reports in the field of urban and regional economic development including monthly reports on the Washington metropolitan area (2/91 to 2/11) and Fairfax County economies (6/97 to 6/09).

Professor Fuller’s recent research has focusing on the structure of the Washington metropolitan area economy, how this changed during the Great Recession and how it will change going forward as its federal-spending dependency diminishes. He has also undertaken research on the changing workforce requirements of the Washington area’s emerging economy and the housing requirement of this future workforce. His current research involves the projected demographic changes over the next fifteen years and how these will impact the Washington area’s workforce, housing market, and demand for public services.

Professor Fuller was recently appointed to serve on the Joint Advisory Board of Economists by Governor McAuliffe. He served on the Governor’s Advisory Board of Economists under Governors Kaine, Warner, Allen and Wilder. In 2003, he was a member of the Governor Warner’s Tax Reform Working Group. He also is a member of the DC CFO Business Advisory Group of the District of Columbia, the Montgomery County Business Advisory Panel and the U.S Army Women’s Foundation. His international assignments include Kazakhstan, Georgia, Hungary and China as well as on-going projects in Portugal. He served on the Board of Directors of Tompkins Builders Inc., a DC-based company, from 2004 to 2012, and currently serves on the Boards of the Global Environment and Technology Foundation and Northfield Mount Hermon School in Gill, Massachusetts. In May of 2015, Dr. Fuller was elected as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Northfield Mount Hermon School.

Mike Proctor is the market president for the Arlington/Alexandria region of United Bank, a subsidiary of United Bankshares, Inc., a nearly $30 billion bank holding company. He is responsible for the management and operation of all United Bank offices in the Arlington/Alexandria areas, including client relationships and new business development. Proctor has financed the acquisition and construction of multiple commercial and residential real estate projects in and around the D.C. metro area. In addition, he has worked with various operating companies to provide working capital and term financing. He is a graduate of the RMA-ECU Commercial Lending School, past chairman of the United Bank Leadership Development Program and a member of the Board of Directors of the Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce. Prior to his role as market president, Proctor served as a commercial lender and a credit analyst with United Bank. He graduated with a degree in finance from West Virginia University.
