Andy VanHorn is the Head of Real Estate for the Washington Commanders, where he oversees all of their real estate efforts, including the search for a new stadium site.

VanHorn joins the team with over 25 years of experience in all aspects of real estate investment, development, and operations. He most recently was President and Chief Development Officer at Dweck Properties, establishing a $900M development pipeline on company owned properties and a construction management company which completed $100M in work in its first three years.

Before Dweck Properties, Andy was an Executive Vice President at JBG Smith responsible for entitlement, community and governmental activities associated with the company's portfolio in National Landing. He has led a variety of notable projects in the DMV area, including Amazon’s HQ2, Virginia Tech’s Innovation Campus, and the mixed-use Potomac Yard commercial center.

Andy also worked in real estate private equity with Buvermo Properties and Charles E. Smith & Clark Construction. He received his BS in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and his MBA from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

Andy serves as a Board Member and an Officer for True Ground Housing Partners, a regional affordable housing developer. He is also an appointed member of the Arlington County Economic Development Commission.

With a background in architecture and development, Will joined Forest City in 1989, focusing on managing the corporate Tenant Coordination / Construction Group. In the late '90s, Will's role transitioned to Vice President, Commercial Development, managing all aspects of retail and mixed-use development and then further expanded to Senior Vice President, Forest City Washington. In his current role, Will is responsible for the entitlements, public-private partnership and all aspects of the development of the commercial component for the $330M Ballston Quarter project in Arlington, VA.

Devin oversees acquisitions in five Northeast markets of the U.S. and is responsible for identifying, evaluating and structuring profitable retail development opportunities throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast region.

Devin joined Regency as Vice President in 2010. He has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate development, shopping center sales, and tenant and landlord representation within the Mid-Atlantic market.

Previously, Devin served as principal at KLNB Retail, a leading commercial brokerage and management company in the Washington-Baltimore area for about 15 years. He served as a representative for many national and regional companies in their retail real estate needs to include leasing, sales, development and new store openings.

Devin earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and business economics from the University of Southern California. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as skiing, golfing and coaching youth soccer. He is treasurer of the Arlington Soccer Association, a nonprofit youth soccer organization serving more than 6,900 kids in the Arlington, VA area. In addition, he is also on the board of New Community for Children, a Washington, DC inner-city nonprofit, which provides youth with learning experiences that build their academic, social and creative skills.

Tina Leone

Tina Leone, a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant, has more than 20 years of consulting, financial and management experience. She became the Chief Executive Officer of the Ballston BID in December 2011. The BID works to create a Ballston that people love through vibrant and dynamic branding and placemaking, elevated neighborhood experience, and relationship-building programs.

Prior to joining the BBID, she was the President/CEO of the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce beginning in July 2009. Within five months of coming on board, Ms. Leone streamlined the Chamber’s operations, re-established the Chamber as the voice for business in Alexandria and increased membership by 15%, from 630 to 715 members. The Chamber had reached over 800 members as she departed.

Her former positions included that of the President/CEO/CFO of The Lorton Arts Foundation where she provided leadership for the start- up 501(c)3 organization and transformed that vision into a vibrant cultural community that today hosts more than 100 artists at the Workhouse Arts Center at Lorton. The Workhouse is a 55-acre, 30 building-site formerly known as the former Lorton Correctional Complex. She guided the Workhouse proposal through Fairfax County’s adaptive reuse plan approval process and managed the Workhouse site rezoning, construction, and lease negotiations with Fairfax County, as well as completed a $26,200,000 public bond financing. She secured over $5,000,000 of donations and $6,000,000 of state historic tax credits. The Workhouse opened to the public in September 2008 and welcomed over 200,000 visitors within its first year.

Prior to joining The Lorton Arts Foundation, Ms. Leone held accounting and business consulting positions in various organizations. In these positions, she was responsible for audit, review, and compilation engagements, establishing and directing corporate financial policies, and overseeing human resource functions. She was the acting CFO for American View Networks, a national radio program syndication company and the Director of Finance for PromiseMark, Inc., a developer of Internet and computer related protection services. Ms. Leone also audited non-profit corporations and employee benefit plans with Keller Bruner & Company (now RSM) as well as performed international operational audits for the Department of Defense, Inspector General’s Office. She has created business plans, performed due diligence reviews, and assisted in obtaining funding of over $15,000,000.

Ms. Leone is a member the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of CPAs. She has an MS in Management Information Systems from George Washington University and a BS in Accounting from the University of Scranton.

Scott Parker is a seasoned restaurant, retail, and services entrepreneur with a proven track record of

success. After graduating from James Madison University in 2005 and working in sales, Scott opened A-

Town Bar and Grill in the Ballston section of Arlington in 2012, and has since gone on to open, own, and

operate Don Tito, Barley Mac, and The GOAT in Arlington, as well as Don Taco in Alexandria. A veteran

of the restaurant industry with over 20 years’ experience, Scott has also branched out into other small

business enterprises. He currently co-owns and operates Dog Thrive, a dog services brand that has

locations in Gambrills and Annapolis, Maryland. Dog Thrive offers dog daycare, boarding, training,

grooming, and retail, as well as in-home visits for dog walks and sitting. Lastly, Scott is also the co-owner

of three Vapor Fi franchise in Arlington, Georgetown, and Alexandria. Vapor Fi is a provider of premier

vapor and e-cigarette products. Scott’s forte is building small business brands by leveraging his ability to

create exciting concepts, manage people effectively, and be precise with operations. He currently works

closely with the Ballston BID, as well as the JMU College of Business and its students.

Evan Pritchard is a member of Venable's Real Estate practice, where he focuses on securing zoning and land use approvals for developers and landowners in jurisdictions throughout Northern Virginia, including Arlington, Fairfax County, the City of Fairfax, and the City of Falls Church, among others. He advises clients on state and federal legislation and regulations affecting real estate development and important changes to local jurisdictions' comprehensive plans and zoning ordinances. His clients include mixed-use project developers, large corporate clients as well as some work for nonprofits and churches.

Prior to joining Venable, Mr. Pritchard spent nearly a decade at a Northern Virginia land use and development firm. An experienced litigator, he worked with the Environment & Natural Resources Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, serving as lead counsel on 25 civil cases in federal court.

As Eastern regional president for KBS, Marc is responsible for all

acquisitions, dispositions and asset management activities in the

Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Ohio. He is also chairman of

the KBS Investment Committee that meets regularly to review and

approve all new investments for the firm. Since joining KBS in 2013,

Marc has acquired $1.9 billion in real estate.

Prior to joining KBS, Marc was an equity partner and Managing

Director at Clarion Partners. While at Clarion, he was an acquisitions

team leader, responsible for acquisition activities for the Mid-Atlantic

and South-East region of the United States, where he acquired more

than $4.3 billion in real estate. In addition, Marc had oversight of all

asset management activity in the Washington, D.C. area. Prior to

that, he was responsible for asset management activities for office,

retail, hospitality and industrial investments in the mid-Atlantic and

south Florida regions. Marc joined Clarion Partners in 1999 and

began working in the real estate industry in 1990, while attending

George Washington University. He is a member of the Federal City

Richard H. Bradley served as Executive Director of the DowntownDC BID from the organization’s inception in 1997 through 2016. He guided a $12 million annual budget, which funded a multi-faceted program of special services and catalytic planning to make remarkable things happen in DC’s first and largest BID. His leadership transformed the city’s urban core from dull, dirty and dangerous into a bustling, 24/7 environment, anchored by new housing, retail, cinemas, theaters, destination restaurants, private and public museums, and a thriving commercial district with more than 60 million SF of commercial space. He continues to elevate the place management industry in the region through his work with the Crystal City BID, the Dupont BID, the nascent Silver Spring BID effort, and many other organizations.

Rich has been engaged in community building for more than 40 years. His work in DC began as president of the International Downtown Association (IDA), where he advocated for vital and livable urban centers worldwide. He has served as executive director of the Downtown Hartford Council and was appointed deputy commissioner for Public Transportation for the State of Connecticut by Governor Ella Grasso. In addition, Rich served as executive director of the Greater Bridgeport Transportation District and the Westport Transit District in Westport, Connecticut, where he also worked as the Coordinator for the Selectmen’s Committee for Youth and Human Resources, and began his career as an English teacher. He has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education from Cornell University. He lives in Washington, D.C.

Kevin Reynolds is Executive Vice President and Regional President, Director of Sales for United Bank, a subsidiary of United Bankshares, Inc. with $14 billion in assets and over 80 branches in Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. Formerly president and director of sales for Cardinal Financial Corporation, Kevin joined United Bank in April 2017, following its acquisition of Cardinal Bank. Prior to establishing Cardinal Bank with a select group of community bankers in 1998, he held executive and management positions with several leading area financial institutions, including George Mason Bank and American Security Bank.

Kevin’s volunteer efforts, business expertise, and hands-on support have helped organizations throughout the area raise funds and awareness for their causes. His contributions have made a difference to organizations as diverse as the American Heart Association, Cornerstones, The Economic Club of Washington, DC, Rotary International, The Gladney Center for Adoption, Children’s Science Center, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Special Olympics, Homestretch and The Martin Luther King, Jr. Cultural Foundation. He serves as chairman of the United Cardinal Classic, an annual golf tournament that has raised $5.3 million to benefit Inova Kellar Center and community organizations around the area.

Kevin’s contributions toward improving the quality of life in the region are widely recognized and reflect his years of service and dedication. He was elected board chairman of the 2015 World Police & Fire Games, the second largest multi-sport event in the world, surpassed only by the Summer Olympic Games. He was awarded the 2012 Tysons Regional Chamber of Commerce Executive of the Year for Large Businesses, and was finalist for the 2012 Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce Executive Leader of the Year. Kevin was named the 2010 Business Citizen of the Year by the Greater McLean Chamber of Commerce and was honored by the Association of Fundraising Professionals in 2009 as one of Washington’s most outstanding fundraising volunteers. That same year, he was honored by Leadership Fairfax with a Regional Leadership Award for fundraising leadership.

A graduate of The College of William and Mary, Reynolds earned an MBA in Finance/Business from The George Washington University. He lives in Oakton, Virginia with his wife, Stacey, their two children, and two golden retrievers.
