Rian and his twin brother Rory Maguire co-founded CHC Development in 2011. At CHC, Rian

Maguire is responsible for the feasibility analysis and development or re-development of

commercial projects selected by the company. His specific activities include acquisition and

entitlement, financial analysis, development planning and management, and all aspects of

coordinating details with city officials, contractors and consultants from procurement to

completion of each project. In addition, Mr. Maguire is responsible for negotiating purchase

contracts and tenant leases. CHC has built a portfolio of projects that includes office buildings,

commercial retail space, residential developments, medical office buildings, and land

investments.

Prior to starting CHC, Mr. Maguire served as Vice President of Development for a Dallas-based

commercial real estate company for six years. There, he managed over 1400 acres of residential

and commercial land and developed numerous office properties, as well as played a significant

role in property management of the company’s portfolio.

Prior to entering commercial real estate development, Mr. Maguire worked at Teague Nall and

Perkins in Fort Worth as a civil engineer, which included all aspects of land development,

engineering design, consultant coordination, governmental coordination and construction

management of commercial, hospital, and school district developments throughout Dallas and

Fort Worth.

Mr. Maguire graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Science in

Civil and Environmental Engineering and also from UTA with a Master of Business

Administration. Mr. Maguire is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, and

resides in Fort Worth with his wife, Kerin, and their two sons, Kellan and Rylan. In his free time

he enjoys cooking, traveling, and is an avid sailor.

Glenn is the COO of Lone Star PACE in charge of day-to-day operations. Lone Star PACE serves

as Program Administrator for city and county Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) programs in Texas. C-PACE provides financing for commercial, industrial and multifamily projects that support economic development and resource conservation in Texas communities. C-PACE is designed to overcome the barrier of significant upfront costs for energy efficiency and water conservation projects by offering attractive financing to commercial property owners.

Glenn has more than 35 years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry. He holds the Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) designation and is the current chair of the DFW chapter. Glenn is also an MAI Member of the Appraisal Institute and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Texas.

In addition to his role at Lone Star PACE, Glenn is president and founder of KLM Realty Advisors, where his team has underwritten more than $18.8B in loans for B-Piece investors of Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities.

Glenn is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University, where he received a master’s degree in Land Economics and Real Estate and a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics. He and his wife Lori (also an Aggie), reside in Plano and have two daughters.

Jim is a senior managing director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has contributed to the permanent, construction, and mezzanine financing and preferred and joint venture equity capitalization of retail, office, multi-housing, industrial, hospitality, senior housing, single family rental and data center assets totaling in excess of $17 billion during his tenure. He started with HFF in 2008.

John Brookby serves as Assistant Vice President of Commercial Development at DFW

International Airport. In this position, Mr. Brookby is responsible for managing revenue-

generating development and leasing of Airport real estate.

He is involved in the strategic planning, marketing and implementation of business

initiatives for commercial land development and redevelopment and in the Airport’s

Land Use Master Planning processes outside the central terminal areas.

Mr. Brookby has over 25 years of real estate experience and an extensive background

and knowledge in aviation and real estate development, master planning, architecture,

construction, real estate marketing and financial analysis, and development processes.

Mr. Brookby holds Master of Science in Real Estate and Bachelor of Architecture

degrees, and he is a licensed architect and private pilot.

Robert Sturns

Robert Sturns has more than 25 years of experience holding leadership roles in municipal government, commercial real estate and banking operations, with the last 20 years negotiating terms and structuring deals for economic and community development programs in Texas. As a certified Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP), Mr. Sturns has received numerous awards and accolades for creative and successful business recruitment/retention efforts. By leveraging partnerships with public and private entities, he has been directly engaged in the announcement of over $3.0 billion in new capital investment and 25,000 jobs.

In his current role, he is responsible for the economic development program for the City of Fort Worth, including business attraction & retention, business diversity initiatives and small business/entrepreneurship development. Mr. Sturns received a commission as an Officer in the United States Army Reserve where he served for 10 years and reached the rank of Captain. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Colley leads the multifamily and mixed-use platform at Trademark, bringing a wealth of expertise in

development, capital formation, and community enhancement. Previously, with Criterion

Development Partners, Colley led multifamily and mixed-use projects, achieving an impressive

average IRR of 31.13% for investors. A well-rounded developer and licensed engineer, Colley’s

experience spans strategic planning and execution for complex residential and mixed-use properties.

Earlier in his career, Colley founded Colley Development, a company specializing in single-family

residential projects. At Kimley-Horn & Associates, Colley established the firm’s land development

consulting practice, contributing to notable projects like the Dallas Cowboys headquarters “The

Star,” Toyota USA headquarters, and JPMorgan Chase headquarters. He holds Bachelor of Science

degrees in civil and environmental engineering and human biochemistry, along with a Bachelor of

Arts in business from Florida State University.

An engaged industry leader, Colley is a national full member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and

serves on the National Multifamily Housing Council Advisory Board. He is also active locally,

serving on Fort Worth’s Mixed-Use Zoning Advisory Group (MUZAG) and the boards of multiple

other organizations.

John has been an indispensable member of the MAA team since graduating in 2004.

His contributions as a designer, director, and leader have been instrumental in developing and advancing MAA's architecture, interior architecture, marketing, and graphic finesse since its inception. John remains actively involved in the local architecture community, and his nomination and completion of the Emerging Leaders program at the Dallas chapter of the AIA are a testament to his expertise and leadership in the field.

John's work is not limited to his own designs. He also provides a positive learning experience for other team members and clients through each daily process. He is responsible for keeping the firm at the forefront of 3-D and visualization technology and sharing his knowledge and skills with colleagues and clients.

John's design and project contributions span the globe, including the United States, Nigeria, and China. His experience includes corporate architecture and interiors, multi-family and single-family residential, retail, mixed-use, and hospitality. Recently, John spent time in China collaborating with other designers in architecture, 3-D imagery, and master planning. His portfolio includes several master plans and architectural designs, including projects in Niamey, Niger, and Abuja, as well as Dallas, Texas.

John's experience, client interaction, design skills, and overall understanding have placed him at the forefront of MAA's design progression, determination, collaboration, and vision for the future. He continues to think at all scales and in all areas, inside and outside the box. John's goal is to provide all MAA's clients with the experience of seeing the vision before it becomes a reality.

Kyle Wilks

Kyle Wilks is the CEO and visionary behind

Wilks Development. He is known for his

hands-on approach and dedication to hard

work, which he learned from his legendary

father and uncle, the Wilks Brothers. Kyle

began his career in the family business at

Wilks Masonry and worked his way up to

become Vice President. The Wilks Brothers

became known internationally for growing

their oil field service company, Frac Tech,

and selling it in 2011. Kyle worked as a

Senior Executive Vice President during

their high growth phase.

Following the sale, Kyle established Wilks

Development in 2012 and has since

completed over thirty development

projects and over one billion dollars in real

estate transactions. He remains deeply

engaged in the business and meticulously

hires the best talent worldwide. As CEO,

Kyle is responsible for identifying and

evaluating potential developments,

conducting due diligence reviews, creating

overseeing construction.

Kyle lives in Cisco, Texas, with his wife, Julie,

and their four children. He is an active

From selling real estate for to business development roles at prominent local and national title insurance companies, Zach has been active in the in the real estate market since 2005.

Prior to the title industry, Zach attended The Golf Academy of America in San Diego, then spent two years playing professional golf on various mini tours in Southern California. Zach is a Veteran of the US Army. Zach lives in Argyle, TX with his wife Amber and their two boys 11&13. John Terrell is a highly accomplished real estate developer, corporate executive and

real estate broker with 44 years of experience in every facet of the real estate industry.

He is the President and owner of Commercial Real Estate Strategic Partners, where he

develops residential and commercial properties in North Texas and Broken Bow,

Oklahoma and provides real estate development, investment and consulting services to

international and U.S. airports and municipalities. He is the Managing Partner with

Hunter Chase Development Partners and a Partner with Tong Parson’s & Terrell Realty,

one of the largest Asian based Real Estate brokerage companies in North Texas.

In addition, he is a partner with Carillon Crown LLC where he leads the development of

Carillon Parc, a $400M mixed-use, destination development in Southlake, Texas.

Previously, John served as the Vice President of Commercial Development at

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), overseeing development and leasing for

15 years, with over 4,000 acres and 46 million square feet of commercial facilities

developed. He was the President of PG Development, LLC until January 2023,

providing commercial development, land planning, and consulting services to both

international and U.S. airports. He held executive leadership roles with Southern Pacific

and Union Pacific Railroads heading up the western half of the US for real estate.

John has also served as an elected or appointed official for 19 years, including as

Mayor and City Council member. He has been recognized for his achievements in the

industry, holds advanced degrees in business, and serves on various advisory boards

and committees.

Karla is passionate about efficiency and effectiveness, and always looks for ways to deliver both. company focused on amplifying the voice of businesses and communities. Current/Past experience

Ese transitioned into real estate full-time after an 18 years career in Workforce Mgt. & Technology

Management in Fortune 100 organizations. My experience with real-estate, passion for people, and

community led me to the commercial real estate space pod i play in today. Enriching people’s lives

through communities; by creating environments and experiences is critical to how she approaches the

projects or investments she works on.

She is actively involved in and understands the value of communities, and the different neighborhood

dynamics. Her community involvement proves her to be not just a real estate professional, but also

trusted advisor and partner. She is known for her integrity and equanimity in difficult situations. She is

Ashli Rosenthal Blumenfeld

Ashli Rosenthal Blumenfeld is Co-President of Standard Meat Company alongside her brother Ben

Rosenthal, Co-President and CEO, and her father Billy Rosenthal, the Chairman of the board.

Like many Rosenthals before her, Ashli got her start in the food biz as the 9-year-old receptionist

at Rosani Foods, the pepperoni business her father started in the 1990s. She made a formal

return to the industry working in sales and marketing at CTI Foods in 2008, which at the time

was part of the Rosenthal family of food businesses. Prior to food, Ashli spent five years in New

York City first in the Communications Department at Italian fashion house Ermenegildo Zegna and

then went on to be the Public Relations and Events Manager at St. John Knits. Ashli received her

Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Business, graduating Cum Laude from Tulane

University.

When she’s not leading SMC, she’s serving her community on boards such as Tarrant Area Food

Bank, Cook Children’s Medical Center, the Fort Worth Zoo, and the Fort Worth Symphony

Orchestra. She is also part of the Spur Committee at the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo and is

serving on the “Only the Audacious Campaign” committee at Tulane University.

Ashli and her husband Todd Blumenfeld established the Rosenthal Blumenfeld Research Endowed

Fund within the New Orleans Center for the Gulf South at Tulane to enable research on the

diverse food cultures of the Gulf South.

Ashli and Todd have two children.

development efforts, and the acquisition and development initiatives

of innovative companies and industries. Mike’s customer-driven,

entrepreneurial mindset transformed AllianceTexas into a vertically

integrated economic ecosystem. Under his leadership, AllianceTexas

Mike Berry’s track record is synonymous with the

It was Kayla’s leadership in branding, programming, design and project management throughout the pandemic that has positioned her to now take on a key leadership position in multiple projects breaking ground in 2022 including the $35m redesign of our Silverton Casino Hotel’s 300 rooms, the programming and design of our new $110m Silverton Ranch Casino/Marriott Hotel project in Pahrump, NV, and the programming and design and branding of two luxury multifamily projects totaling $210m in Fort Worth and Las Vegas. In total she is currently managing over $325m in new lifestyle developments.
