This trophy office building was delivered in 2016 and is now the headquarters for Foulger-Pratt, as well as offices for SK&A Group, Hutton Patt and HT Than Law Firm. It's also home to Orange Theory Fitness and Addie’s restaurant, with Gringos & Mariachi expected to deliver in November 2017.This is the second office building at Park Potomac, contributing to the existing master-planned development that provides a pedestrian oriented environment of mid and high-rise commercial and residential. Since arriving at Johns Hopkins University in 2001, Mr. McDonough has been responsible for a range of

real estate development initiatives including mixed-use retail, residential, office, and lab projects.

In Baltimore City, he has been revitalizing the Charles Village neighborhood adjacent to the Johns

Hopkins Homewood Campus in Baltimore, Maryland. In 2006, he completed a 313,000 sf mixed-use

residential and retail project, with a 24,000 sf Barnes & Noble bookstore as the anchor retail tenant. In

2016, working with the Armada Hoffler and Beatty Development team, he recently completed an

additional 328,000 mixed use residential and retail project with garage parking. Charles Village now has

approximately 75,000 sf of new retail offerings. He is now working with the community and Baltimore

City on a new street and streetscape plan for Charles Village to complete the transformation of this

adjacent urban neighborhood.

In suburban Maryland, from 2006 to 2010 he collaborated with property owners, Montgomery County,

and citizens to obtain approval for the Great Seneca Science Corridor Master Plan, a 27 million sf transit

oriented mixed-use live, learn, work, and play science community designed to advance health for the

world. Working with development partner JBG, in 2012, he completed the National Cancer Institute’s

(NCI) new 11 acre, 575,000 sf NCI Cancer Research Campus adjacent to the Johns Hopkins Montgomery

County Campus. He is now working with JBG on developing a 70,000 sf BSL2 lab to house the NCI’s

cancer genomics research labs.

Prior to joining JHFRE, working for the federal government, Mr. McDonough held senior management

positions at HUD, FDIC, and RTC, where he was responsible for originating and managing more than six

billion dollars in real estate debt and equity financings in the public and private capital markets.

Working in the private sector, as Vice President for Multifamily Development for the National Housing

Partnership, he structured and closed over $250 million in debt and equity financings while developing

10 new apartment communities primarily in the Chicago, Washington and Florida markets. Mr.

McDonough began his career in real estate serving as the Housing Program Manager for the Mayor of

Boston, where he was responsible for the rehabilitation of 45,000 housing units, and reorganizing the

Boston Housing Authority pursuant to a court ordered Consent Decree.

Mr. McDonough holds a Master’s Degree in City Planning from Harvard University, and a BS in

Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Douglas Olson has been a leader in the Washington metropolitan real estate community for more than 25 years. Doug joined Monument Realty in 2002, and as a partner in the firm, he serves on Monument’s management and executive committees. Doug’s astute knowledge in the areas of property acquisition, development, leasing, and marketing has contributed to the success of many of Monument Realty’s most significant business development opportunities and partnerships. He oversees the acquisition of existing assets, plays a key role in procuring development initiatives and third-party ventures, and directs the leasing and management of the firm’s commercial portfolio.

Prior to joining Monument Realty, Doug worked with CarrAmerica Realty Corporation and the brokerage firm Smithy Braedon Company. He is the past president of the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors and has served consecutive terms on the board of governors of the Washington Building Congress. He has also served on the board of directors and the executive committee of the Downtown DC Business Improvement District, and was a mayoral appointee to the Interactive Downtown Task Force.

A native Washingtonian, Doug is a recipient of the DC Building Industry Association’s President’s Award, recognizing distinguished service to the industry and the community. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business.

Montgomery County Planning Department

Since July 2013, Gwen Wright has been the Director of the Montgomery County Planning Department of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission. In this role, Ms. Wright oversees a wide range of projects that aim to improve the quality of life in Montgomery County by conserving and enhancing the natural and built environment. Montgomery County is one of the largest jurisdictions in Maryland with over 1 million residents and has a key role in the dynamic Washington D.C. metropolitan growth area. Ms. Wright also worked for the Montgomery County Planning Department from 1987 to 2008. During this period, she served as the Chief of Countywide Planning, including supervising the Environmental Planning, Transportation Planning and Historic Preservation Sections, as well as serving as Acting Planning Director.

Prior to her appointment as the Montgomery County Planning Director in 2013, Ms. Wright was Chief of the Development Division for the City of Alexandria Department of Planning and Zoning for five years. In this position, she reviewed development proposals throughout the City of Alexandria and shepherded a wide variety of projects – from urban infill to major brownfields reclamation – through the regulatory process and implementation.

Ms. Wright began her career in Texas as the Director of Architectural Design and Redevelopment for the Galveston Historical Foundation in Galveston, Texas. She has degrees in Architecture and Architectural History from Yale University and has spoken at numerous national and regional conferences on a wide variety of planning issues.

Ms. Wright lives in the Cleveland Park neighborhood in Washington D.C., where she is co-chair of the Cleveland Park Historical Society Architectural Review Committee. She is a member of Lambda Alpha and a graduate of ULI Washington’s Regional Leadership Institute.

As associate director of United Therapeutics’ corporate real estate department, Thomas is responsible for site due diligence, acquisitions, planning, design and construction. In his 7 years with United Therapeutics, he has overseen more than $300 M worth of projects and has helped grow the real estate portfolio by more than 500,000 sqft. In addition to building the facilities required by United Therapeutics to produce its life-saving therapies, Thomas and the corporate real estate department strive to create spaces that are physical manifestations of United Therapeutics’ values. Prior to joining UT, Thomas worked on the planning and execution of the District of Columbia’s Water and Sewer capital improvement program.

Brent Amos joined Cooper Carry in 2008 and earned the title of Principal in

2017. Brent leads the Science + Technology Studio in Washington, DC, where

he focuses on programming and designing laboratory buildings for industry,

education, healthcare, and research. His projects represent a wide range of

facility and client types, including basic and physical sciences, biomedical,

bioscience, engineering, higher education teaching facilities for private

and public institutions, and scientific research institutions. He is adept at

collaborating with clients and vendors to create complex facilities that are

flexible to adapt to changes in technologies and research endeavors. Brent

was a standing reviewer for the NIH CO6 grant program from 2018 to 2021.

Bryant Foulger serves as both Managing Principal and Chairman of the Board of Directors and is a member of the Investment Committee. In his current role, Mr. Foulger draws on more than 30 years of real estate and management experience to provide approval and oversight of the CEO’s vision and strategy.

Mr. Foulger was recently appointed to Maryland Governor Larry Hogan’s transition team and is also involved with the Montgomery Business Development Corporation, the Greater District of Columbia Chapter of the Leadership Council for the Mayo Clinic, the Montgomery County Business Advisory Panel, and is a trustee emeritus of the Bullis School in Potomac, Maryland. Mr. Foulger attended Brigham Young University and serves on numerous professional and charitable boards.

Prior to joining Lantian, Bob held leadership positions at Washington REIT, Clark Enterprises and JBG and he has developed more than two million square feet of commercial, multifamily, retail and mixed-use development in the Washington, DC region with total development value in excess of $1 billion.

As Chief Operating Officer at The Tower Companies, Sri guides the 70-year-old DC metro area company that owns, develops, and manages over 5 million SF of office, retail, residential and eco-progressive live-work-play communities. He also serves as Vice President of Development implementing the company’s new urban vision at The Blairs District in Silver Spring, MD.

Sri is a 16-year real estate industry expert with extensive residential acquisition and development experience, most notably with Archstone-Smith.

Sri has published several papers including “Wall Street to Main Street; Valuation Insights & Perspectives.” He is on the Maryland / DC Leadership Committee of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association; serves on Bethesda Green’s Board of Directors; and is a full member of the Urban Land Institute.

Sri earned his BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and MS in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Sri and his wife Praveena live in Clarksville, MD, with their two young children. Sri enjoys cooking, travel, and golf in his spare time.

Todd Pearson

Mr. Pearson is the Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for the B. F. Saul Company

and affiliates. The Saul organization owns and operates approximately 8 million square feet of

retail space, 5.2 million square feet of office and mixed use space, and 19 hotels primarily in the

DC metropolitan area. Todd's primary role is helping the organization grow through the

identification, acquisition, and development of real estate assets. His responsibilities include:

sourcing and negotiating real estate deals, valuing potential opportunities, completing acquisition

due diligence, and managing the design, entitlement and development of our mixed use projects.

Prior to joining the B. F. Saul Company in 2005, he worked in public accounting. Todd received

his MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science

degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Polytechnic and State University.

He serves on the Board of Trustees of the National Association of Real Estate Companies, is a

Commissioner and member of the Executive Committee for the Loudoun County Economic

Development Advisory Commission, co-chairs Loudoun’s Nighttime Economy Ad Hoc Committee,

and is an active member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts and Urban

Land Institute. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Todd lives in Washington DC with his wife Sarah and four children; Mage, Jack, Eleni, and

Benjamin.

McLean Quinn

McLean Quinn is President of EYA, LLC. He oversees corporate management and strategy, investor relations, acquisition and development strategy and project stewardship, and chairs the Partnership Committee. Before being named President in February 2019, McLean served as Vice President of Acquisition and Development, leading acquisition, negotiations, entitlement, underwriting and project stewardship for numerous projects at EYA. McLean is active in ULI and is past participant in the ULI Washington Regional Land Use Leadership Institute and Leadership Montgomery.

Before joining EYA, McLean evaluated opportunistic real estate investments for Morgan Stanley's Real Estate Fund (MSREF) in New York and worked in private equity and investment banking at Wells Fargo in Charlotte, North Carolina. He earned a BA in Political Science from Davidson College and an MBA with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management, where he was an Austin Scholar. McLean lives in Washington D.C. with his wife and two children.

Scott C. Wallace is a Partner in the firm’s Land Use Practice Group. Mr. Wallace represents commercial and residential builders, land owners and institutions before state and local administrative, judicial and legislative bodies in matters of land use, entitlements, zoning and permitting. Before joining the firm, Mr. Wallace served as Associate General Counsel for the Montgomery County Planning Board of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, a nationally recognized land planning agency.
