WHY THIS MATTERS

Why This Matters

  • What makes master-planned communities a safe and smart investment for both residents and investors?

  • How are developers choosing their locations and weighing the Pro’s and Cons?

  • What are residents asking for and how is the CRE community incorporating that into their work?

  • Where will the next goldmine be for investment, development and building?

How You'll Do More Business: When the pandemic hit last March, we saw a trend of people starting to spread out.  Some residents fled for more space and access to the outdoors. Now that the vaccine is being rolled out, the question is, how many will choose to stay in the ‘burbs?

Who You'll Meet: Investors, architects, developers, property managers, brokers, city officials, GCs and engineers.

What Does Your Ticket Get You: Bisnow events bring together the biggest power players in the industry to identify opportunities, build your network and expand your business. With the largest audience of commercial real estate professionals in the world, no one knows how to help your business more than us.
