Why You Should Attend This Event

What You'll Learn:

  • How are  area multifamily operators driving occupancy through leasing strategy and targeted incentives in Raleigh, Durham and the Triangle region?

  • How are design trends proving most effective in attracting and retaining residents within recently delivered communities?

  • How are owners and managers ensuring their assets are differentiated in a crowded local landscape?

  • How are considerations around rental costs, appeal, and market timing are being applied to the lease-up process successfully?

  • How are investors balancing recent market deliveries when considering new development vs. acquiring communities?

  • How are area developers timing their next projects to align with market absorption?

  • How are investment financing, economic conditions, and migration patterns coalescing to impact deal flow?

  • How is the development community identifying locations in Raleigh, Durham, Cary and more to meet market demand?

How You'll Do More Business:

The Triangle region continues to see strong multifamily interest from local and institutional investors alike, but elevated interest rates, and a crowded development landscape are reshaping how deals and projects are getting done. There are positive indicators of demand keeping pace with recent supply, though developers and investors are still navigating complex financing realities, varying theses on timing and targeting new investments, and the latest strategies in delivery and lease-up of communities to ensure strong returns. This event will explore the latest approaches to aid absorption, as well as how capital sources are aligning acquisitions and development with market demand. Join Bisnow to gain insights into how leading firms are structuring deals, delivering projects efficiently, and positioning capital to best navigate and take advantage of the area's multifamily potential.

Who You'll Network With: Residential Real Estate developers, investors, lenders, government officials, general contractors, architects, engineers, brokers, and other industry experts.
