He began his community development journey at the age of 13, raising funds for the first Cancer Hospital in Pakistan "Shaukat Khanam Hospital". Since then he has been involved in volunteering and serving missions of various non profits. His focus is on empowering neglected youth and adults in Asia, Europe and The United States of America. 

Since 2005, Hassan has served as an AmeriCorps Vista "Youth Advocate" with the Salt Lake City School District and since 2015 he has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Clark County District Court. He also on the board of Nevada Chapter for the Young Non Profit Professionals of Southern Nevada (YNPN) and currently holds a Board seat on Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth - NPHY Board as well as HUD - SNH Clark County Continuum of Care Board which is the official board acting on behalf of the HUD-Continuum of Care (CoC) Program designed to promote community wide commitment to the goal of "Ending Homelessness".

Apart from being involved in a non profit sector, Hassan has over 15 years of professional experience in real estate development and private equity sector, his expertise includes underwriting, asset management and development of real estate assets.
Specializing in funding acquisitions and development projects through conventional financing, HUD programs, Tax Exempt Bonds, LIHTC, GRANTs and by structuring Public Private Partnerships. He has bachelors in computer science and holds various certifications from Neighborworks America and a Real Estate License in the State of Nevada.

Daniel Gehman attended Cornell University in upstate New York before relocating to California. Daniel has been involved in the industry since 1986 and brings specialized expertise in architectural design to the Ware Malcomb team. As Director, Multifamily, he is responsible for the growth of the multifamily practice, focusing on business development, client service, and project execution. Daniel's background includes a variety of multifamily project types, with 25 years of specialization in Southern California and current projects in the Central Valley and Arizona. He currently teaches a class in the Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program at the University of Southern California as an adjunct professor and is active in many industry associations.

Mr. Bibby’s background in both business and engineering has laid a

solid foundation for the success of Mandeville Modular. This unique

combination of knowledge allows him to approach projects with a

comprehensive understanding of both the technical and logistical

aspects.

he has had the privilege of working on in the vibrant City of Los

Michele Herron is a director in CohnReznick’s Denver’s tax practice with over twelve years of experience in

public accounting. As a member of the firm’s Affordable Housing Real Estate practice, she has worked with

for-profit and not-for-profit developers, owners and operators of multi-family residential real estate projects that

have been allocated low-income housing tax credits. As a tax director, Michele is responsible for planning,

reviewing and oversight of tax engagements, as well as identifying and resolving tax issues. In addition to

affordable housing, Michele is experienced in 45L credits, historic tax credits, and working with clients in the

market rate multi-family industry as well as the commercial real estate space. Services provided to her clients

include tax planning and compliance, consulting, and projections for partnerships, corporations and high net-

worth individuals. She also provides guidance to affordable housing clients throughout the tax credit process.

Billy Cundiff is a Managing Director of Development and leads Greystar’s Development team in the Desert region. Billy is responsible for sourcing, capitalization, permitting, construction, and execution of development projects across Arizona and Nevada. Under Billy’s leadership since joining Greystar in 2019, the region has grown to 20 projects with over $1.59 billion of total capitalization including over 4,560 units, and 1,493,487 square feet of retail or commercial space.

Previously, Billy served as an Associate at Hines, a real estate development company located in Phoenix, Arizona. Billy is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute and currently sits on their Arizona Capital Markets Council. An active alumnus of the MRED program at Arizona State University, Billy serves as a mentor to students during their capstone projects. He also holds an Arizona Real Estate license.

Jonathan Fore serves as Managing Partner for Fore Property’s Western Region, Mr. Fore is responsible for development and acquisition, with an emphasis on Fore’s West Coast activities. Since joining Fore Property in 2000, he has overseen development of approximately 5,000 multi-family units across a development portfolio that spans a wide range of multi-family communities, including affordable and luxury market rate communities. Mr. Fore holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, and is a member of the National Multi Housing Council.

Jess Molasky

Jess Molasky is Principal and Project Manager at Ovation Development, a company founded by his father, Alan, in 1984 and the region’s leading designer and developer of both market-rate and affordable multi-family housing projects in Southern Nevada.

The company has designed and built 33 multi-family communities throughout the Las Vegas metropolitan area valued in excess of $1 billion and encompassing 8,340 units. Today, Ovation is easily considered one of the state’s largest and leading developers of affordable housing with 13 projects totaling more than 1,900 units – with more under development.

After graduating from UCLA in 2016 where he studied geography, environmental science and urban planning, Jess worked for UCLA Capital Programs to build three new Leadership in Energy Environmental Design (LEED)-certified dorm facilities and two world-class LEED-certified athletic facilities to be used for upcoming Olympics in 2028. While working for the Capital Programs, Jess helped to roll out a pilot program which created transparency relative to power usage for students living in the dorms. By collecting sub-meter data and developing a dashboard, the energy consumption of each section and floor could be tracked.
