Mr. Schwartz co-founded Waterton with Peter Vilim in 1995 and serves as CEO and Chairman. Mr. Schwartz is responsible for strategic decisions and leadership of the firm’s business activities and operations, and participates on the Management and Investment Committees.

Prior to co-founding Waterton in 1995, Mr. Schwartz was a vice president of acquisitions for Equity Residential Properties Trust (EQR-NYSE) and from 1985 through 1989 was with AMLI Realty Co.

Mr. Schwartz holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. He is a member of the executive committee, a senior officer and chairman of the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC). He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is previous chairman of the ULI Multifamily Blue Council and a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA). Mr. Schwartz is a member of the Advisory Council for the Pritzker School of Medicine and the Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Chicago, and serves on the Strategic Advancement Committee for the US Holocaust Museum and Memorial in Washington D.C.

Greg T. West is President and Chief Executive Officer of ZOM Living and is responsible for all

aspects of the Company with particular focus on development activities nationally. He joined

ZOM in 1997 and since been involved with all aspects of the development process including

identifying new opportunities, compiling due diligence and underwriting parameters. He is also

responsible for project design, permitting, and construction. Mr. West also plays a key role in

business development and investor relations. Presently ZOM has under construction 3,700 units

in Florida, Texas, Chicago, Carolinas and the Mid-Atlantic. Over the next twelve months the

company will start 2,200 additional units bringing active development volume over $1.7 billion

dollars.

Mr. West received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Southern Methodist University and has

received two Masters of Science degrees from Texas A&M University in Land Development and

Construction Management.

He serves on the Board of Directors of the National Multifamily Housing Council, is a board

member of the Miami Downtown Development Authority and on the Advisory Board of the

University of Miami Master of Construction Management program. Mr. West is the current Chair

of the ULI Southeast Florida and Caribbean District Council and is a member of the Gold

Multifamily Council.

Mark is the Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer for Bainbridge Companies, a top 15 multifamily developer. With over 25 years of experience, Mark is responsible for transaction underwriting, capitalization and execution. He is also a key member of Bainbridge’s Investment Committee.

Mark’s experience expands across the East Coast and Texas where he has performed leadership roles as a consultant, intermediary, and principal on over $5 billion of real estate transactions. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his Bachelor of Arts from Randolph-Macon College.

Prior to joining Bainbridge in 2018, Mr. Stewart was the Chief Financial Officer for the East Coast at Alliance Residential Company where he was involved in all aspects of the operational strategy and was responsible for the sourcing and securing of both equity and debt for new development.

Douglas M. Bibby is President of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), a national organization of more than 1,100 member firms involved in the multifamily housing industry. Under his leadership NMHC represents the industry on Capitol Hill and before the regulatory agencies, promotes research and the exchange of information, and advocates for rental housing across a broad spectrum of issues. Prior to joining NMHC, Bibby spent 16 years as a senior officer of Fannie Mae, where he served on the company’s Management Committee throughout his tenure. He was part of the top management team that is credited with the remarkable turnaround at Fannie Mae in the book Good to Great.

Bibby began his career with the worldwide communications firm J. Walter Thompson where he served a variety of clients both domestically and internationally over his 12-year career with the company. At the time of his departure from J. Walter Thompson, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the firm’s Washington, D.C. operations. Bibby has been active in the non-profit community of Washington, D.C. for the past 30 years.

Bibby graduated from Denison University with a B.A. degree and was honored with the university’s Alumni Citation Award in 2004. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
