Mr. Huberty has over 10 years of real estate investment and finance experience. He joined George Smith Partners in 2024 and focuses on Debt, Joint Venture, Ground Lease, LP Equity and co-GP Equity for commercial real estate investors, developers, operators, and financial institutions.

From 2019 to early 2024, he worked as Vice President of acquisitions at Montgomery Street Partners, a real estate investment firm focused on co-GP equity investments. There, he orchestrated or assisted with the closing of over $2B in transactions through a variety of structures. He worked across product types with a focus on multifamily, build to rent, student housing, ground lease, manufactured housing, seniors housing, industrial, and single-family assets across the US.

From 2014 to 2019, he worked at JP Morgan as an acquisitions Analyst and Associate in the Real Estate Americas Group. He focused on office, industrial and multifamily investments across the Northeast and Southeast.

Mr. Huberty graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA in Real Estate and Finance and with a MS degree in Finance.

Watkins Partners, an advisory firm that has advised clients on over $25 billion of multifamily transactions. The firm was also retained by HUD as its exclusive loan sale advisor for all of its multifamily and healthcare loan sales. Todd previously held several positions at Fannie Mae, including Director of Capital Markets in the Multifamily group where he had responsibility for developing and implementing its strategy for the purchase of seasoned loan pools from large financial institutions as Associate General Counsel. Prior to Fannie Mae, Todd was Vice President and Senior Counsel at Merrill Lynch and a corporate attorney with O'Melveny & Myers L.L.P. He has over 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry and expertise in real estate law, compliance, and deal structuring.

Todd has an A.B. from Harvard University and a J.D. from the University of Michigan. He is former Chairman of the Board of CISV USA, the American affiliate of the International Peace Education Group, Children's International Summer Villages. Michael Becker is a Co-Founder & Principal at SPI Advisory, LLC and heads SPI’s Dallas,

Texas office where he oversees all aspects of property operations, including asset

management, property management oversight, accounting and taxation, capital

improvement and renovation projects, and investor relations. SPI invests in 3 major Texas

markets of Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, and San Antonio with a portfolio of approximately

8,000 units under management. Michael has closed over $3 billion in multifamily

transactions since SPI’s inception in 2014.

Prior to SPI, Michael was a 15-year veteran Commercial Real Estate Banker and has

originated and managed numerous portfolios of permanent and bridge loans in all major

asset classes. Over the last 5 years of his banking tenure, Michael focused exclusively on

multifamily properties, where he was the number one loan producer for his division at a Top

3 National lender for his last 3 consecutive years.

As a Portfolio Manager, Michael directly oversaw the management and financial

performance of the countless C & B class multifamily properties with average asset value

of $250M he originated loans for. As a result, he accumulated an exceedingly diverse

network of suppliers, contractors, consultants, and service providers during his tenure.

This gives him the ability to quickly and efficiently implement a breadth of value-added

Patrick Hazard has over twenty years of experience in architecture and planning experience. His expertise includes multi-family of varying types (adaptive re-use, three story walk up, five and six story wrap and high-rise). Additionally, Patrick has vast experience with industrial projects, hospitality, civic, educational, historical renovation/adaptive reuse, and sports facilities throughout the United States and foreign countries.

Patrick is currently engaged in project management for a hybrid five story wood frame and eight story cold form metal framed multi-family project near the Bishop Arts area of Dallas with a shared six story cast-in place parking garage with residential amenities at the top level of the garage. Concurrently, Patrick is collaborating with this same developer on an approximate 420 unit “urban” style multi-family project in the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards, consisting of five, four-story residential buildings with some tuck under parking and a separate leasing/amenity building. Beyond multi-family Patrick has recently completed or nearing completion of over one and a half million square feet of combined speculative industrial buildings at sites in Roanoke, Midlothian, and Plano.

Patrick led the team on the Historic Jefferson Hotel in Downtown St. Louis, originally built in 1904 and later added on to in 1928, the building will be renovated to mixed- use, with retail ground level, a 225-guestroom Marriott AC Hotel and 235-key residential. Additionally, he oversaw the team working on a 24-story high-rise multi-family tower in downtown San Jose, California, with 374 residential units.

Patrick’s other projects include Cambria Hotel and 1900 Pacific Residences, an historic adaptive reuse of the 1933 Tower Petroleum and 1951 1900 Pacific buildings in downtown Dallas, Texas. It includes 150 residential units, 177 guestrooms and a rooftop pool; several Aspen Heights single family for rent style student housing projects thought out the United States; the Galleries at Park Lane residential in Dallas, Texas, and the historic Sinclair Building in Fort Worth, Texas. The Sinclair is being converted into a hotel, featuring a steak house, rooftop bar and prime location next to downtown Fort Worth’s Sundance Square. Here, he is implementing modern technologies, including power over ethernet lighting. Other experience includes management of school renovation projects for Dallas Independent School District and industrial warehouses adjacent to Andrews Air Force Base. Patrick also worked closely with Aspen Heights for their Daymark project, a 202-bed community southwest of Historic Downtown Waxahachie, for high functioning, intellectually disabled young adults. This project required careful coordination with the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (TDADS) and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
