He is currently on the Board of Directors for Bright Industries, Bright Realty, and American Legend Homes.

Mr. Bright holds a B.A. from The University of Dallas and began his career with STM Mortgage Company, where he supervised STM's real estate construction lending operations, and commercial loan placement and underwriting.

Mr. Bright has been active in several Dallas charitable and civic organizations including A Weekend to Wipe Out Cancer, Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Texas, and the McKinney Avenue Trolley Association. He was formerly on the Board of Directors for The University of Dallas.

Jacob Sudhoff, CEO of Douglas Elliman Texas, took the helm in September 2019 when his decade-old firm Sudhoff Companies joined forces with one of the nation’s largest independent residential real estate brokerages by sales volume, expanding its presence into the state of Texas for the first time.

As CEO of the Texas Region, Jacob is responsible for rolling out the Douglas Elliman brand around the state, with offices located in Houston, Austin, and Dallas. In his executive leadership role, he oversees the

company’s complete suite of services which includes development marketing, builder marketing, traditional real estate sales, relocation, and commercial real estate. Sophisticated research and analysis are conducted under his tutelage, providing pertinent market data and information to Douglas Elliman’s clients across the nation.

Jim Duey leads Milestone’s acquisition activities in Texas and the Southwestern United States. He is responsible for identifying, underwriting, and negotiating asset and portfolio acquisitions. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Duey has acquired over 15,000 multifamily units, representing approximately $1.5 billion of real estate investments for the firm. Prior to leading Milestone’s acquisition activities, Mr. Duey was the Director of Capital Services for Milestone and was responsible for managing the firm’s capital enhancement and value-add strategy. Prior to joining Milestone, Mr. Duey served at Insignia Financial Group, an early leader in distressed real estate investing, for nine years, serving in Insignia’s acquisitions team where he acquired over $700 million of multifamily investments.

When Todd left his previous firm in 2014, he was acknowledged as the all-time top producer. As Chief Investment Officer, Mike Altman directs Cortland's investment strategy with a focus on asset management. Mike joined Cortland in 2007 as a development associate and has played an integral role in growing the company, becoming Executive Vice President of Investments in 2010 before assuming his current role in 2013. Dr. John Siburt is a social entrepreneur who serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of

CitySquare, the most effective poverty-fighting nonprofit in Dallas, Texas. John is an alumnus of Abilene

Christian University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry (1996), a Master of Divinity

(1999) and Doctor of Ministry (2005). Prior to joining CitySquare in August 2012, John served for nearly

ten years as the preaching minister at the Richardson East Church of Christ, a faith community known

for its commitment to those in poverty.

John also earned a Graduate Certificate in Conflict Mediation (2005) and completed the Certificate in

Nonprofit Leadership offered jointly by the Center for Nonprofit Management and Southern Methodist

Tim Harris

Tim serves as Senior Vice President for Rosewood Property Company and is responsible for all multifamily development activities spanning from land acquisition to project stabilization. Prior joining RPC, Mr. Harris worked for AMLI Residential and was responsible for the development of multifamily properties in the Texas portfolio. Mr. Harris also previously worked for StreetLights Residential in the construction, finance & asset management, and development departments. Tim is a member of The Real Estate Council (TREC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), and Park Cities Presbyterian Church.

Will Duncan

Will Duncan, AIA is a Managing Principal in the Dallas office of WDG. Much of his 20 year career at WDG has focused on applying the firm’s expertise in urban planning and design to projects nationwide with an emphasis on Mixed-use multifamily developments. Most recently, WDG completed the 390-unit Novel Midtown, Tampa and 298-unit Axio at Carillon in St. Petersburg. Will is licensed in and has active projects in Texas, Florida, Arizona, and Kansas. In addition to his role leading the planning and design processes in the Dallas office, Will is an integral part of the office’s growth through recruitment, management, mentorship and process innovation.

Allison Brooks

A true exemplar of Texas’ enterprising spirit, Allison is an entrepreneur, a businesswoman, a visionary architect, and a designer in her own right. Allison’s discerning style and magnetic disposition are key to B2’s success. Her passion for keeping her team challenged and fulfilled in equal measure leads to frequent adventures (think neighborhood bike ride or all-team spin class) and spontaneous outings (think fabulous hotels, eateries or other local favorites). As the company’s captain and fearless leader, her treasured team would follow her into fire and back — or at least down a long stretch of the Trinity Trail in heels in high summer as long as her beloved dog Betty June is in tow.

Allison graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Architecture. She honed her skills in the Chicago area at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and A. Epstein & Sons and Good, Fulton & Farrell Architects in Dallas where she met many developers who still bear the dual distinction of friend and client.

In 2007, Allison founded B2 Design Co. A life-long learner and teacher, Allison serves as a mentor for The Real Estate Council, although she’ll tell you she learns just as much as she teaches from this experience. Allison is also involved in starting The Hockaday Real Estate group which serves to assist fellow alumni and current students interested in the real estate profession. Allison is a member of The University of Texas School of Architecture Advisory Council and part of the inaugural class of the Longhorn 100. Allison is also a proud member for YPO Lonestar Chapter.

When not in the office, Allison enjoys the great outdoors … well, from a patio somewhere in Oak Cliff, Chapel Hill, or Palm Springs with one hand on a martini and her eyes fixed on her young daughter. Her husband, Jeff Tucker, is sure to be close by refreshing the olives.

Dana Chun

Dana is a commercial real estate broker with DC Commercial Group. Her business is built on developing meaningful relationships and strategic partnerships. Her in-depth real estate knowledge, hard work, and passion coupled with creativity allow her to help clients make better investment decisions, acquire assets that meet their needs, and build wealth. Before her commercial real estate career, Dana held progressive corporate roles for well-known firms such as AIG, Bertlesmann and Target. Her corporate experience and focus on relationship management have served her well in applying this to her client base with her firm DC Commercial Group. With has a passion for learning and development, Dana received her MBA from Fordham University Graduate School of Business Administration. She also obtained her Bachelor of Arts from New York University. In addition to her post-secondary education, Dana holds her Texas broker license.
