Robert P. Landin is Co-Managing Partner of The Milestone Group and Co-Chairman of Milestone's Investment Committee. Mr. Landin is responsible for establishing the strategic direction of Milestone and the firm's capital markets activities and fundraising. Mr. Landin has over 25 years of real estate acquisition, development, capital markets and investment management experience.

Prior to forming Milestone in 2004, Mr. Landin held key roles with Olympus Real Estate Partners and Colony Capital Partners, two leading U.S. real estate private equity firms where he was responsible for identifying, negotiating and structuring acquisition opportunities, as well as liquidating diverse performing and non-performing portfolios. During his tenures at Olympus Real Estate Partners and Colony Capital Partners Mr. Landin transacted on over $10 billion of real estate investments.

Mr. Landin received a B.A. in Managerial Economics from Union College in Schenectady, NY and studied at The London School of Economics. He is a member of The Real Estate Council and Real Property Association of Canada (REALpac). He also serves as Treasurer and Trustee of the St. Philip's School and Community Center in Dallas, TX.

Ricardo Rivas

Mr. Rivas joined Allied Realty in 2001 and he has successfully directed or assisted the acquisition/development of over 2,300 multifamily units for a total aggregate value of over $240 million.

Mr. Rivas’ responsibilities include all aspects of managing Allied Realty’s multifamily investment businesses that include acquisition and development. Mr. Rivas oversees the acquisition and disposition of assets, market feasibility, site selection, project design, permitting, construction management, and project financing. Mr. Rivas formed and oversees Allied’s first private equity fund launched in 2013 to develop multi-family assets in the major metropolitan areas of Texas.

Mr. Rivas’ professional affiliations include being a member of the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC) Emerging Leaders Committee, the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Houston Apartment Association (HAA). A native of Caracas, Venezuela, Mr. Rivas is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and he is currently C.P.A. eligible while pursuing his Master of Science in Accountancy at the University of Houston. Mr. Rivas received his M.B.A. from the University of North Alabama. He is a also a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of North Alabama and was named All-Gulf South Conference and Academic All-Gulf South Conference for two consecutive years as a 4-year member of the Men’s Varsity Tennis team (both as player and Assistant Coach).

Stacy Hunt

Stacy has been with Greystar and its predecessor firm since 1982 and is currently

responsible for national client relations and new business pursuit for the

company’s 670,000 unit domestic management operation. Since joining Greystar,

Mr. Hunt has helped build the firm’s management portfolio through the opening of

regional offices in Arizona, Florida and additional offices in Texas. Stacy is a

member of the National Apartment Association, the National Multi Housing Council

joint legislative committee, the board of directors of the Houston Apartment Association and the

Westchase District, Treasurer of the Better Government Fund of the Houston Apartment Association

and is a licensed Texas broker. He also served as president of the Houston Apartment Association in

1992 and the Texas Apartment Association in 1998. In 1973 Stacy earned a bachelor’s degree in finance

from the University of Texas.

Mr. Hunt has witnessed the firm’s growth from 2,000 units to its current ranking as the largest

apartment manager in the United States, with more than 670,000 units in 43 states. Greystar also

manages approximately 24,650 units in China, France, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, the Netherlands, Spain

and the United Kingdom. The company’s owned portfolio consists of over 51,000 units including 87

properties under construction and 31 stabilized properties in markets across the US.

Mr. Hunt is based in Houston, Texas, and the Greystar corporate office is located in Charleston, South

Carolina.

Michael Lynd, Jr.

Michael is the CEO of Kairoi Residential providing strategic direction and leadership across the entire corporate platform. He is a co-founder of the acquisitions and development partnerships in 2003 and 2006 respectively, as well as a founding partner of Kairoi. Michael has been deeply involved in the multifamily business as an owner and operator since 1995. His 23 years of experience make him an expert in the fields of multifamily management, investment, and development. Michael has invested in, developed, and disposed of more than $4.3 billion of real estate over the past 15 years. He has a valuable network of relationships with institutional joint venture partners, lenders and property owners which he has developed over his career.

Michael graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance. He is the Chairman of the Board for Alamo Regional Mobility Authority as appointed by the Governor. In connection with his role as Chairman, Michael serves on the Alamo Area MPO Transportation Policy Board and in the San Antonio Mobility Coalition. He also serves on the Advisory Board for The Bank of San Antonio and The Bank of Austin. Michael plays a large role in the San Antonio business community as well having previously held the position of Vice Chairman and currently serving on the Board of Directors of the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. When Michael isn’t busy at the office or in the San Antonio community, he enjoys being on the lake, skiing, traveling, and listening to live music.'

Cliff Booth

Cliff Booth is the president and chief executive of Westmount Realty Capital, LLC. He is responsible

for directing corporate strategy, identifying prospective acquisitions, and raising private and institutional

capital. Mr. Booth has been active in the commercial real estate business since 1979 and is highly

regarded as a cutting-edge investor.

Among his many notable achievements, he was among the early real estate professionals to assemble a

significant portfolio of light industrial properties in the U.S., and a pioneer to the commercial

development of downtown Dallas. To date, Cliff Booth has led Westmount in the acquisition of over 21

million square feet of industrial property and over 5000 multifamily units.

Mr. Booth obtained a B.A. with Honors in Political Science from McGill University in Montreal and a

M.Sc. in Economics from The London School of Economics. He is currently a member of Dallas

Assembly, Urban Land Institute as a Governor and Council Member and member of the National

Multifamily Housing Council. He has been involved with many civic and charitable organizations

including the Greater Dallas Chamber, Dallas Institute of Humanities and Culture, Vogel Alcove, Dallas

Prior to joining IRE, Mr. Miller was Executive Vice President for Internacional Realty and Royalton Real Estate Capital. He was the founder and President of Meridian Global Investors and prior to Meridian, Mr. Miller was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Lehndorff USA Group of Companies.

Mark Culwell

Mark’s responsibility is generating multifamily development opportunities and oversight of the execution of the development plan for approved projects.

Prior to joining Transwestern, Mark served as Senior Vice President – Development for UDR, Inc., a publicly traded real estate investment trust, with national responsibilities for origination and managing the development of multifamily assets in major national markets. Mark joined UDR following a stint with Gables Residential Trust as Regional Vice President – Development. Mark began his development career with Trammell Crow Residential and was a divisional partner there. Mark has developed multifamily communities in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Florida, Virginia, the District of Columbia, North Carolina, California, and Washington. In total, he has managed and developed over 10,000 apartment homes and $1.65 billion of new construction. The product has ranged from garden-style to high-rise and includes mixed use development in infill urban locations as well as suburban locations near major employment centers.

Joel Behrens

Joel Behrens serves as Managing Director within TCC’s Dallas-Fort Worth office and of High Street Residential, TCC’s wholly-owned subsidiary specializing in the development of multifamily housing. In his role, he is responsible for the origination, financing, joint venture structuring, and execution of multi-family investments in Texas. During his tenure at TCC, Joel has executed on 7.1 million square feet of office, multifamily and mixed-use development projects with a total capitalized value of 2.0 billion totaling over 4,700 units. Joel began his career with TCC in 2008 as an Associate in the Houston office, focusing on office development. From 2009-2010, Joel served as an Asset Manager in Dallas, assisting with the investment committee process and oversight of TCC’s development projects. In 2010, Joel joined the Dallas-Fort Worth office as a Vice President where he assisted in the under writing and marketing of office, industrial and multifamily projects. In 2012, Joel took over the leadership of the Dallas-Fort Worth High Street Residential team.

Dan Markson

Dan oversees our development operations, including bond/tax-credit and conventionally financed rental communities, from our San Antonio office. With 26 years’ experience in financing, developing and owning multifamily and single-family housing, he’s well-qualified to deliver the superior quality we’re known for.

An impressive record

As senior vice president of Boston Capital from 1987 to 1997, Dan was responsible for more than $400 million of equity investment in affordable housing, including new construction and preservation. From 1997 to 2003, he was a partner in Royal Castle Companies, developing affordable housing rental units including 14 apartment communities in Florida, Louisiana, Michigan and Texas. Under his leadership, Royal Castle pioneered many innovative programs such as on-site educational centers and athletics facilities, benefiting residents and their children. His considerable achievements have earned him a place in the 1993 to 2012 editions of Who’s Who in Business and Finance.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in urban geography from Clark University and a master’s degree in business administration from Babson College.

An industry leader

Dan is the national director of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) for the Greater San Antonio Builders Association. He’s also on the Federal Government Affairs and Housing Finance Committee of NAHB, is a founder and trustee of the NAHB Multifamily Council, and is a chairman of the NAHB Housing Credit Group – a key advocate for Low-income Housing Tax Credits. A past chair of the NAHB Multifamily Finance Subcommittee, he was reappointed for 2010-2011. Not only that, he’s a director and president of the Texas Association of Affordable Housing Providers, a state director of the Texas Association of Builders and 2003 Chairman of the TAB Multifamily Council.

Dan is well recognized for his many contributions to housing by his peers and in many national and local publications, including Affordable Housing Finance and the San Antonio Business Journal.

A community figure

A development advisor to the Board of Directors of Interfaith, a Rhode Island consortium of churches dedicated to providing low-income housing, Dan was also a director of the non-profit developer Charlesview, Inc., from 1981 to 1991. Currently he’s on the board of Temple Beth El San Antonio and is a director of Jewish Family Services, also in San Antonio.

Alex Inman, senior vice president, joined the team in November 2009 and is responsible for new loan originations out of Walker & Dunlop's Dallas office. Since joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Inman personally arranged over three quarters of a billion dollars in financings from various sources which consist of Agency, CMBS, Banks, and Life Company for over 70 properties located in markets nationwide.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Inman was an associate with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), where he was responsible for originating loans in the company’s Dallas office and specialized in structuring debt and equity across all major property types. Mr. Inman is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds a bachelor’s degree. Mr. Williams is a Senior Vice President with KeyBank Real Estate Capital Markets in Denver, Colorado. He currently heads the multifamily loan production team for the Central (Texas/Rocky Mountain) and Southeast Regions for KeyBank. He manages a team which is responsible for all multifamily loan production in this region, with an emphasis on agency lending (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA), as well as life company placement and CMBS. Mr. Williams has 15 years of diversified real estate banking experience, with over 8 years of experience at KeyBank. Prior to his current assignment, he was responsible all permanent multifamily loan production for KeyBank’s Rocky Mountain based clients. Mr. Williams began his career with KeyBank as a balance sheet banker based at the firm’s Cleveland, Ohio headquarters. Prior to joining KeyBank, Mr. Williams was with Realty Funding Group L.L.C., a Denver based real estate acquisition and investment banking company. He was also with Studley, Inc., a commercial real estate firm in New York and Denver where he worked with the Capital Markets Group. He was responsible for the negotiation and restructuring of over a million square feet of office space. Mr. Williams began his career in the early 1990’s as an Investment Banker, first with JP Morgan Chase and then Salomon Smith Barney in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Williams studied Business Management at the University of Maryland and Real Estate Finance at New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Kimberly Radaker

Kimberly Radaker has been managing and overseeing Exponential Property Group and its associated companies, with a focus primarily on multifamily Real Estate, for the past six years. She has grown Exponential Property Group from 2 employees to more than 70 in that time. Her leadership helped to complete four transactions where properties were purchased, rehabbed, leased up and sold to provide a capital gains of exceeding 100% in three years or less, to the partnership. She currently leads five properties totaling nearly 2000 units and is always seeking more. Prior to her involvement in multifamily real estate she was involved with creating and running her family’s single family rental portfolio and house flipping activities. Prior to starting her real estate career Kim was a consultant with over ten years of experience in virtually all areas of qualified retirement plan design and administration. Kim is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a major in finance and concentrations in accounting and economics. She lives with her husband Matt, twin sons, James and Nathan, and her step-son Jett in Southlake, Texas.

Colin Cross is a Vice President at Hunt Mortgage Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hunt Companies. Mr. Cross originates Hunt Mortgage Group’s full range of debt product for multifamily and other commercial assets nationwide, and has expertise in all Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS and bridge loan executions. During his time at Hunt, Mr. Cross and his Dallas originations team have originated more than $650 million in various debt products, and received recognition as the firm’s top production team in 2013. Mr. Cross’ loan structuring and underwriting skills mirror the firm’s reputation for working with clients to find creative solutions to all their financing needs. Prior to joining Hunt Mortgage Group in 2012, Mr. Cross began his career working at Walker & Dunlop, Inc. in their Originations and Underwriting groups in Bethesda, MD. While at Walker & Dunlop he underwrote, structured and negotiated deal terms to successfully originate more than $1 billion in senior agency debt. Andrew Smith is Vice President and a Principal of Jordan & Skala Engineers. During his 24 years with Jordan & Skala he has led the HVAC department in Charlotte, pioneered the Dallas office, and has overseen the establishment of the Austin, Denver, Houston, and Las Vegas offices. Currently, he oversees a staff of approximately 115 people within the Austin, Dallas, Denver, Houston and Las Vegas offices. His extensive experience has allowed him to work in contracting, sales as well as in designing and managing projects of all categories. With projects ranging in size from a drive-through hamburger stand to a planned 2,000 residence retirement community and over two dozen United States Green Building Council (USGBC) projects in his portfolio, Andrew confidently oversees projects of any size and complexity. In 2003, Mr. Smith became Jordan & Skala’s first LEED Accredited Professional. Soon after that, he became instrumental in the establishment of Jordan & Skala’s Energy Services Discipline, which provides sustainability consulting, program coordination, and education services for developers, architects or other engineers who are looking for the LEED certification on their projects or for their careers. A graduate from The University of Alabama, Mr. Smith, is a Registered Professional Engineer in all 50 states, he is part of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM).

Chase Hill is the Associate Director of the Denver office and is in charge of all aspects of development and investment, including financial underwriting, site selection, entitlement and design work, consultant and construction coordination, project financing, asset management, and dispositions. Prior to working for CREA, Chase was a Senior Analyst for the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), where he worked in the Real Assets Division that manages a 15% real estate allocation for the $120 billion pension fund. Chase spent a substantial amount of his time at TRS managing a $278 million co-investment with Wood Partners, the nation’s largest apartment developer. Through this co-investment vehicle, TRS & Wood Partners developed 25 apartment communities across the county, amounting to nearly 6,000 units and over $1.3 billion in total project costs. Scott joined Northmarq in May 2020 to expand the company’s Investment Sales platform across Texas. He focuses on establishing and maintaining client relationships, and providing advisory, transactional, debt structures and equity sourcing services to multifamily owners and developers. He is part of the company’s Built-to-Rent and Institutional Advisory practice groups.

Prior to joining Northmarq, Scott was a Managing Director and Team Lead at Jones Lang LaSalle for six years, and a Senior Director and senior executive over central Texas for Institutional Property Advisors, a Marcus and Millichap company, for 12 years. During the last 18 years, Scott’s direct transactional and oversight experience exceeds $7 billion. With more than 50,000 apartment units sold, Scott is recognized as a market expert and is frequently called upon to speak or provide commentary at real estate conferences and in media outlets. In addition, Scott serves as an advisor for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Beige Book publication.

In addition to his multifamily brokerage experience, Scott served as the regional manager for two of Marcus & Millichap’s flagship offices in Los Angeles and Encino California, and was the Western United States Director for Special Asset Services where he was charged with supporting more than 300 senior agents and creating direct client relationships with many of the nation’s largest financial institutions and servicers.

JJ brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the fields of construction, real estate and sales throughout Texas and the central United States. JJ started his career in residential construction directly following college, managing regional offices throughout the South and Midwest until later starting his real estate career in Atlanta, GA. As a commercial real estate broker, JJ managed the largest producing team for Grubb & Ellis in Central Texas focused on multifamily and commercial investments and as a member of Grubb & Ellis’ Hospitality Services Group. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of Business Development for Jordan Foster Construction, the largest third party apartment builder in the state of Texas, where he focused his efforts building relationships throughout the multifamily, student housing, seniors housing and hospitality industries. JJ is a contributing member of the Texas real estate community serving on many local and regional boards & committees in addition to committing time to local charities and service groups such as The University of Texas at Dallas Real Estate Program, Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children and CRE Cares, a non-profit charitable organization for which he founded. He is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) and Dallas Regional Chamber in addition to holding past positions such as President for CoreNet Global’s North Texas Chapter in which his chapter was honored as the Global ‘Chapter of the Year’ in 2015. In addition to his college education from Baylor University, JJ has recently earned his Master of Corporate Real Estate in 2015 from CoreNet Global and has been a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designee since 2006. Drew Kile

Drew Kile is a Senior Director at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a multifamily brokerage division of Marcus & Millichap serving the needs of institutional and major private investors. Mr. Kile is primarily responsible for the Dallas/Fort Worth markets for IPA Texas. Over the course of his thirteen years with the firm, Mr. Kile has facilitated and overseen the closing of transactions valued at more than $3 Billion.

Mr. Kile joined Marcus & Millichap in 2004 and was recognized as the Rookie of the Year in the Dallas Office in his first year. In 2006, he joined the company’s management team and was responsible for opening the firm’s Fort Worth office in 2007. Through his leadership as Regional Manager of the Fort Worth office, the operations grew from five agents to more than twenty over its first two years, and in 2009, the Fort Worth office achieved the highest revenue growth of all 75 Marcus & Millichap offices in the United States.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Kile held an internal finance position at Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, where he was responsible for projects in the firm’s North American Chemicals, Energy and Natural Resource businesses.

Mr. Kile holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, and he is active in the Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council, the Dallas Real Estate Council, the Urban Land Institute, and the National Multi Housing Council. Mr. Kile, his wife Lynnette, and their two daughters, Eleanor and Lillian, reside in Fort Worth.

Mr. Hodges has more than 25 years of industry experience with expansive knowledge of the real estate market and practical application of the construction process. Over the course of his career, Mr. Hodges served as a Project Engineer then Project Manager for multiple construction projects across Texas. For more than 15 years, he held the position of Senior Vice President at general contracting/construction management firms where his focus was on growing the client base and providing executive management of ongoing operations. He joined Cadence McShane Construction Company in late September 2012 and assumed the role of President on October 1, 2012. He is responsible for the overall leadership of the company’s operations, the strategic growth of the firm, and maintaining a reputation for top-quality performance and safety.

Mr. Hodges is committed to creating unsurpassed customer loyalty. Clients return to Cadence McShane for quality but also for the customer experience.
