Kendall has served as Vice President of Training and Marketing, Senior Regional Manager, Property Analyst, and Assistant Director of New Business Development. Other responsibilities included supervising the corporate housing department and regional maintenance operations. Kendall has owned and operated two locations of a franchise business for five years and currently volunteers in multiple local organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University.

Valerie has a breadth of experience in all types of real estate lending and brings over 30 years of commercial real estate, underwriting, and client management experience to the team. Valerie’s experience affords her a unique understanding of the bank’s entire structure and operations. She serves on various boards and committees advocating for affordable housing.

Larry James has provided executive leadership since joining CitySquare in 1994. Known in the Dallas faith, business and media communities as a social entrepreneur and committed servant to the people of East and South Dallas, Larry came to CitySquare after serving 14 years as senior minister with the Richardson East Church of Christ in Richardson, Texas.

He is a graduate of Harding University (BA 1972), Harding University Graduate School of Religion (MA 1973), New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (MDiv 1977) and Tulane University (MA—American History 1986). His first full-length book, The Wealth of the Poor, was published by Leafwood Publishers in 2013.

Larry spent eight months in 1998 as executive director for the Greater Dallas Community of Churches but returned to CitySquare with a renewed clarity that his place was with the people of Dallas’ inner-city community. Since 1999, Larry and wife, Brenda, have made their home in the inner city and have been active members of First United Methodist Church-Dallas. He currently serves the church in a dual appointment to CitySquare and Highland Park United Methodist Church.

Linda McMahon is the President and CEO of The Real Estate Council, The Real Estate Council Foundation and The Real Estate Council Community Fund. Founded in 1990, The Real Estate Council (TREC) is Texas’ largest and most influential organization of its kind representing more than 1,700 commercial real estate professionals and 500 companies which make up over 95% of the top commercial real estate businesses in North Texas. Over the last 23 years, The Real Estate Council Foundation has been a leader in efforts shaping the future of Dallas including the original $1.5 million investment that spearheaded Klyde Warren Park, as well as $6.3 million in pro bono legal and title services and $250,000 in funding that helped create Dallas’ Urban Land Bank. We are known for our long term investment in the city’s neediest neighborhoods – St. Phillips, Jubilee, Fair Park, to name a few. The Real Estate Council Community Fund is a community development financial institution – and makes loans to nonprofits who are engaged in our core mission related activities – housing, education, job creation and the environment.

Linda has been actively engaged in community development initiatives for more than 25 years as part of her three decade‐long banking career. Formerly, Linda was the Southwest Director of Community Development Banking for JPMorgan Chase Bank. As such, managed a team of commercial real estate banking professionals covering Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arizona, Colorado and Utah. The team specialized in providing financial products that support the development and revitalization of low and moderate-income communities. She is a Principal with Neighborhood Strategies, an advisory consulting firm in the areas of affordable housing and community development.

Linda is Founding Chair of Impact Dallas Capital – a new nonprofit organization – which has created a private investment capital initiative to invest in Southern Dallas commercial real estate projects through the GrowSouth Fund and is part of Mayor Rawlings’ GrowSouth Initiative. She is a member of the Dallas Regional Chamber Board, Downtown Dallas, Inc. Board, Commit! Leadership Board, Dallas Habitat for Humanity Honorary Board; and the Dallas Center for Architecture Columns Advisory Board. Linda serves as a Judge for the Dallas Business Journal Best Real Estate Deals; serves on the Dallas Independent School District Future Facilities Task Force; a member of the Downtown 360 Planning committee; a Judge for the Connected City Design Challenge and the planning committee for the Urban Summit. She is a member of The Dallas Assembly, The Real Estate Councils of Texas, the Urban Land Institute, The Texas Lyceum Alumnae, Leadership Dallas Alumnae (1991) and Lifetime member of the Texas Exes. Linda is the past Vice Chair of The Real Estate Council (2006‐2007), past President of the Texas Affiliation of Affordable Housing Providers (2009‐2010). She is a founding member of Housing Texas and the Louisiana Affiliation of Affordable Housing Providers. She has served on the Fannie Mae National Housing Advisory Council (2006‐2008) and was actively engaged with the Louisiana Recovery Authority in redevelopment initiatives following hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Linda has been a frequent speaker nationally on issues surrounding economic and community development.

Linda has a B. A. in Government from The University of Texas at Austin. Linda is married to Patrick McMahon. They have three daughters, McKay, Colleen and Lindsey, son-in-law Vincent and grandchildren Vince, Cole and Ivy.

Chris Dischinger is a proven leader within the real estate development industry and is co-principal and co-founder of LDG Development in Louisville, KY. He is committed to the business of building better lives through developing quality, affordable communities for hard-working families and active seniors to grow and thrive.

In 1994, Chris formed LDG Development with his business partner Mark Lechner, successfully focusing on acquiring, developing, building and managing single-family homes. The company eventually grew to have a portfolio of more than 500 homes as well as acquiring and managing commercial real estate properties in 17 states. In 2002, LDG saw an opportunity to enter the Housing Tax Credit Program and by using this model, LDG has developed over 8000 units in multiple states.

Today, LDG has three main divisions, all focused on maximizing growth and production. With the mission statement, “Everyone Deserves a Quality Place to Live”, the company has over 30 employees in its offices located in Louisville, KY and Austin, TX and are focused on developing and managing quality properties for the thousands of families of residents and families it serves.

Chris has served as president of four different trade organizations including the national president of the Society of Exchange Councilors. He resides in his hometown of Louisville, KY with his family.

Paul J. Weissman is Senior Managing Director and Head of Affordable Housing

Finance at Hunt Mortgage Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hunt Companies.

Mr. Weissman has nearly twenty years of experience in multifamily housing. His

experience includes development, tax credit syndication, lending and investment

banking. He has been involved in the development and financing of over $3

billion in multifamily transactions over the course of his career including transactions

involving nearly every form of assistance available to affordable housing projects.

He has experience with tax exempt bond financing, §8 subsidies, §202 and

§236 subsidies, low income housing tax credits, HOPE VI, the FHA tax credit

pilot program, the Rental Assistance Demonstration program and many others on

affordable communities stretching from Connecticut to Hawaii. Prior to joining

Hunt Mortgage Group, Paul was a Senior Vice President at Dougherty & Company,

a Director with Credit-Suisse and a Vice President at Newman Capital where he

was responsible for the purchase of unrated tax-exempt bonds in highly structured

transactions to facilitate the new construction as well as acquisition and rehabilitation

of low-income housing tax credit properties. Mr. Weissman began his career in

affordable housing as Associate General Counsel for Simpson Housing Limited

Partnership.

Mr. Weissman holds an MBA from the Leeds School of Business and a JD from the

University of Colorado School of Law.

Mitchell Voss launched WindMass Capital, a Real Estate Private Equity Firm in 2017. Prior to forming Mitchell was a Vice President in Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Group where he focused on originating CMBS, balance sheet and bridge loans. Prior to working at Goldman Sachs Mitchell was at UBS Realty, UBS' Real Estate Investment Arm where he worked as an acquisitions and asset management associate performing both development and acquisitions along with asset management on multifamily, industrial, office and retail. Immediately prior to UBS Mitchell was in Deutsche Bank’s Real Estate Structured Finance Group. In total Mitchell has developed in excess of 1.0 million square feet of Industrial, 1,000 apartment units and underwritten in excess of $35.0 billion in potential deals while placing over $6.0 billion of both debt and equity.

Furthermore, Mr. Voss started his commercial real estate career holding an analyst position at Centerline Capital, a firm focused on multifamily lending and due diligence. Immediately after graduation and prior to his position with Centerline Mr. Voss worked for a private equity group based in Chicago where he completed a rigorous two-year analyst program. Mr. Voss holds a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University’s SC Johnson School of Business and a BSBA from the Daniel's College of Business at University of Denver where he double majored in Finance and Marketing.

Paul N. Panza is Founder, President and CEO of Nicholas Residential. In this capacity, he establishes and executes the strategy of the Company and oversees the financial and operational performance.

Mr. Panza has over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate markets, focused largely on “value-add” and “opportunistic” investing. Under his leadership and direction, the firm has achieved strong growth and performance, and expanded its acquisition, development and managerial services to meet the goals of its clients, which include institutional money managers, insurance companies, family offices and high-net-worth investors spanning the United States, Europe and Asia.

Prior to founding Nicholas Residential, Mr. Panza was Managing Director of Westmount Realty Capital, a boutique private real estate investment firm with more than $1 billion in assets under management. As a member of the firms investment committee, Mr. Panza led the acquisition and disposition of more than $300 million in commercial assets across the United States. Prior to his role at Westmount, Mr. Panza worked as an analyst in the corporate real estate group at Jones Lang LaSalle, serving clients such as Affiliated Computer Services Inc., the worlds largest diversified business process outsourcing firm, during their $6.4 billion acquisition by Xerox.

Mr. Panza is actively involved in the community and has served on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Jesuit Alumni Association and the Greater Dallas Boys and Girls Clubs of America. He is a guest lecturer at SMU’s Cox School of Business on topics including Real Estate Finance and Crowdfunding.

Mr. Panza holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Cox School of Business, and earned his BS in Economics and Applied Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Zach is the co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Pender Capital. Zach co-founded Pender in 2015 and brings over 16 years of experience in both commercial real estate finance and capital markets expertise. Zach oversees the firm’s Investment and Research program which includes deal sourcing, research, and structuring and is a member of the Investment and Research Committee and the Management Committee. Heather Konopka, CCIM, brings more than more than 18 years of Commercial Real

Estate experience to her trade, with her primary expertise in Multifamily in the Mid

Cities, Dallas/Fort Worth and Arlington areas.

As an active Texas Real Estate Broker, Ms. Konopka holds the prestigious Certified

Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation. Additionally, Ms. Konopka is a

member of the MetroTex Association of Realtors, a member of NTCAR (North Texas

Commercial Association of Realtors), where she served on the New Initiatives Advisory

Board and is a member of the Texas and National Association of Realtors. She has

encyclopedic knowledge in her specialty, have facilitated opportunities in publishing her

articles in distinguished journals and magazines.

Ms. Konopka is active in her community, involved with her church and has served on

the board of two private schools, where she was able to share her gifts of financial

analysis on the Advisory Board and Finance Committee for her daughter’s high school.

Ms. Konopka is devoted to her family; blessed with two beautiful, gifted and talented

daughters. She enjoys exercising, the outdoors, vacationing at the beach, sailing and

Jon specializes in asset valuation, marketing, property tours, and contract negotiations for multifamily property sellers. He carefully analyzes each assignment and finds innovative ways to maximize value for his clients.

Outside of work, Jon enjoys playing sports, strumming his guitar, and spending time with his wife, Stacie, and their children, Bradley, Jackson, and Finley.

Drew Kile is a Senior Director at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a multifamily brokerage division of Marcus & Millichap serving the needs of institutional and major private investors. Mr. Kile is primarily responsible for the Dallas/Fort Worth markets for IPA Texas. Over the course of his thirteen years with the firm, Mr. Kile has facilitated and overseen the closing of transactions valued at more than $3 Billion.

Mr. Kile joined Marcus & Millichap in 2004 and was recognized as the Rookie of the Year in the Dallas Office in his first year. In 2006, he joined the company’s management team and was responsible for opening the firm’s Fort Worth office in 2007. Through his leadership as Regional Manager of the Fort Worth office, the operations grew from five agents to more than twenty over its first two years, and in 2009, the Fort Worth office achieved the highest revenue growth of all 75 Marcus & Millichap offices in the United States.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Kile held an internal finance position at Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, where he was responsible for projects in the firm’s North American Chemicals, Energy and Natural Resource businesses.

Mr. Dobbie has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate. With Hunt, he has been responsible for the management of ABQ Uptown, a 220,000 square foot retail lifestyle center, multi-family assets, infill commercial developments and other projects for national retailers. Jim oversees a $300 million dollar portfolio of assets consisting of over 3,300 multifamily units, 762,000 square feet of office buildings and directs various acquisition and development opportunities throughout the southwest. In 2010 through 2012 Jim completed $500 million in acquisition, sale, and development transactions. Prior to joining Hunt Jim served as Chief Operating Officer with a regional real estate development company. His primary responsibility was structuring all acquisitions and directing the development and leasing activities for the company. Mr. Dobbie holds a BA from Southern Methodist University. Matt Greene is the VP of Sales at Fetch. Founded in 2016, Fetch is the first off-site

package delivery solution for the multifamily industry. Matt and the Fetch team work to

solve last-mile delivery for apartment communities, accepting all resident packages at

off-site warehouses and coordinating scheduled, door-to-door delivery for all residents.

Matt oversees Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success and is planning all national

market rollouts. Prior to Fetch, Matt held senior roles with multifamily smart home

technology company, IOTAS, and vacation rental management platform, Vacasa.

After graduating from the UC Santa Barbara, Matt embarked on a decade working in

sports marketing with teams and agencies with a focus on sponsorships and

endorsement deals for teams, agencies, events and personalities/athletes. This was

followed by the founding of three companies with two exits.

A native of San Diego and currently living in Portland, Matt is the father of two crazy

boys aged 3 and 1 and of the largest known French Bulldog named Meatball his wife,

Jody, and Google searches can confirm, tipping the scales at a buff 51 pounds! Matt is

an avid traveler, sports enthusiast and is slowly adopting to the ways of the Pacific

Northwest.

Mr. Rivas’ responsibilities include all aspects of managing Allied Realty’s multifamily investment businesses that include acquisition and development. Mr. Rivas oversees the acquisition and disposition of assets, market feasibility, site selection, project design, permitting, construction management, and project financing. Mr. Rivas formed and oversees Allied’s first private equity fund launched in 2013 to develop multi-family assets in the major metropolitan areas of Texas.

Mr. Rivas’ professional affiliations include being a member of the National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC) Emerging Leaders Committee, the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the Houston Apartment Association (HAA). A native of Caracas, Venezuela, Mr. Rivas is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and he is currently C.P.A. eligible while pursuing his Master of Science in Accountancy at the University of Houston. Mr. Rivas received his M.B.A. from the University of North Alabama. He is a also a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of North Alabama and was named All-Gulf South Conference and Academic All-Gulf South Conference for two consecutive years as a 4-year member of the Men’s Varsity Tennis team (both as player and Assistant Coach).

As Senior Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations and Capital Markets, Ned Stiker spearheads the firm’s capital generation, fund, and investor relation strategies. To this role, Ned brings a successful track record of developing and managing successful institutional investor relationships, as well as extensive expertise in financial analysis and modeling. Ned joined Cortland from Morgan Stanley's Institutional Securities Group, where he served in several leadership roles in interest rate products over the course of his 16 years with the company. Most recently, he was Managing Director, Global Interest Rates Products and Head of Global Macro Derivatives Product Marketing, Americas, where he was responsible for expanding Morgan Stanley's structured rates client business, both domestically and globally. Previously, he served in other roles including head of US interest rate sales and head of US agency/GSE coverage, in which capacity he was responsible for Morgan Stanley's interest rate relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the FHLB system. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Ned worked with UBS Securities as Director of Interest Rate Derivatives Marketing and with Bankers Trust Co. as an associate in their investor coverage group. Doug serves as a principal and portfolio manager at Trinity, with a focus on real estate. Doug has 35 years of experience in real estate private equity, including ten years as a portfolio manager in the private equity real estate division of Goldman Sachs, where he oversaw $4 billion in real estate and operating company positions in the firm’s funds. Doug held similar positions at the Caroline Hunt Trust Estate and Lincoln Property Company after beginning his career in 1981 at First National Bank in Dallas.

Doug continues to serve as managing partner at Corinthian Apartment Investments, an apartment investment management and property management company he founded in 2004. Corinthian's primary client is Guggenheim Real Estate Fund. Corinthian was the sponsor of a successful Trinity real estate investment offering that was acquired in 2010 and sold in 2015.

Doug received his BS in finance from Miami University and his MBA from Indiana University. Doug lives in Dallas, where he and his wife have raised four children.

With more than 25 years of mortgage banking experience, Stuart Wernick, managing director, is responsible for nationwide loan originations out of Walker & Dunlop’s Dallas, Texas office. Throughout his career, Mr. Wernick has originated over $10 billion in commercial real estate financings for a wide array of asset classes across the United States.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Wernick served as a senior managing director at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC., where he was responsible for leading the team’s loan production efforts and building a fee-based business through the origination of conventional debt/equity, securitization, REIT, Agency, Life Company, and mezzanine transactions. Before joining Berkadia, Mr. Wernick served as president of Quantum First Capital, a real estate finance and advisory firm, which was later acquired by Grandbridge Real Estate Capital in 2009 where he ran the Dallas office until 2012. Mr. Wernick’s loan production experience began in the late 1980’s where he served as vice president for Wallentstein/Grubb & Ellis and later joined L.J. Melody and Company and Chase Bank of Texas.

Mr. Wernick received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin where he was president of the Texas Relays and an officer of various fraternal and student organizations.

Beyond the Company, Mr. Wernick is a member of The Real Estate Council, Mortgage Bankers Association, International Council of Shopping Centers, National Multifamily Housing Council, and Manufactured Housing Institute.

Jennifer Campbell leads Houston as a Director for IPA Texas. Ms. Campbell has closed more than $3 billion representing over 30,000 units in multifamily transactions across the state of Texas.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Campbell worked for a Houston boutique firm specializing in multifamily transactions. She also interned with Trammel Crow and CBRE debt and equity group while completing an MBA in real estate finance.

Ms. Campbell is also a graduate from Tulane and University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, where she earned degrees in music and dance. She enjoyed a 13-year career singing opera professionally, prior to entering the real estate profession. She currently is active with Urban Land Institute and is pursuing her CCIM designation.

Mr. Nail brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, not only in high-density urban development but also in

retail, office and the hospitality industry. Prior to joining PMRG, Mr. Nail served as Partner and Vice President of Development for Amicus Partners, Ltd. where he was responsible for all aspects of mid to high-rise residential development projects in Addison Circle, Dallas, Houston, and Plano. Among the notable projects he worked on is the Eastside Village development, a four-story wood frame project adjacent to the Downtown Plano DART Station. Before Amicus Partners, Ltd., Mr. Nail worked for Post Properties, a publicly-traded REIT based in Atlanta, as Vice President of Development in the Western region, encompassing all aspects of real estate development, including land acquisitions, financing, political interface, design and construction, property development, as well as leasing and marketing. He was responsible for development projects in Jackson, Mississippi, Dallas, Addison, and Denver, Colorado; including the highly received and awarded new mixed-use community, Addison Circle Phases I and II, in Addison, Texas, and the St. Luke's hospital site development in Denver. Both prospects were public private partnerships where the municipalities contributed over $20 million for infrastructure to support the developments. David Lynd joined LYND in 1997 where he served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for 16 years. During this time Mr. Lynd oversaw the collection of $250 million in annual rent collections which span across the country in 15 states and 50 different metros. Mr. Lynd has also acquired over $2.8 billion in total real estate value. As a Co-founder of the acquisition company known as Lynd Residential Properties, Mr. Lynd led joint ventures into both commercial management and the hospitality sector. This resulted in acquiring 50% of the Easton Group in 2007 which launched LYND to becoming the 7th largest manager of office and industrial space in Miami (7 million square feet). In 2009, the BC LYND Company was established. As one of its founders, Mr. Lynd created a hospitality group which currently operates 12 luxury hotels. Mr. Lynd received his Bachelors in Administration from Southern Methodist University and holds a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, as well as, the CAPS designation from the National Apartment Association. Mr. Lynd also Co-founder LYND Development Partners who earned the prestigious “High-Rise of the Year” award from Multifamily Executive for their development project EnV in Chicago.
