Zach’s main responsibilities as CEO include overseeing all acquisitions, sourcing capital, and building strategic partnerships. He resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife Grace Haptonstall.

He Founded ZH Multifamily in 2018 and grew his portfolio to $35M. ZH Multifamily founded the organization, The Phoenix Multifamily Association “PMA” where Zach hosted 200+ members and held monthly speaking and networking events. In order to scale and add experts to the team, he retired ZH Multifamily and PMA in 2020 and Co-Founded Rise48 Equity.

Zach’s professional background includes Healthcare Sales and Administration. He is the former President and Co-Owner of a Hospice Organization in Phoenix with 110+ Employees and $9M+ Annual Revenue. He is also a former live television news anchor and sports reporter for Arizona PBS and co-hosted a show on Fox Sports Network Arizona.

Zach holds a Master of Business Administration from the Colangelo College of Business at Grand Canyon University, and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Journalism and Mass Communication from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University. He attended Colorado Mesa University on a football Scholarship his Freshman Year of College.

Joel Behrens serves as Managing Director within TCC’s Dallas-Fort Worth office and of High Street Residential, TCC’s wholly-owned subsidiary specializing in the development of multifamily housing. In his role, he is responsible for the origination, financing, joint venture structuring, and execution of multi-family investments in Texas. During his tenure at TCC, Joel has executed on 7.1 million square feet of office, multifamily and mixed-use development projects with a total capitalized value of 2.0 billion totaling over 4,700 units. Joel began his career with TCC in 2008 as an Associate in the Houston office, focusing on office development. From 2009-2010, Joel served as an Asset Manager in Dallas, assisting with the investment committee process and oversight of TCC’s development projects. In 2010, Joel joined the Dallas-Fort Worth office as a Vice President where he assisted in the under writing and marketing of office, industrial and multifamily projects. In 2012, Joel took over the leadership of the Dallas-Fort Worth High Street Residential team.

Angela is a Senior Managing Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, focusing on Affordable Multihousing. She joined JLL in February 2022 as a strategic leader to grow this important market segment.

Prior to joining JLL, Angela was with Fannie Mae for 17 years where most recently she served as Senior Director of Affordable Housing and led the team to successive

record-breaking production volumes. In this position, she determined production

strategy and managed deliveries from Fannie Mae’s nationwide network of lenders.

Her team focused on properties with recorded rent and/or income restrictions or other affordability characteristics.

Before joining Fannie Mae in 2004, Angela worked for Bank of America, providing

construction financing for affordable multifamily properties. She also worked for

AIG/SunAmerica Affordable Housing Partners structuring equity investments in Low

Income Housing Tax Credit properties.

Angela was recognized by Affordable Housing Finance as an industry catalyst and

was named one of AHF’s 2016 Young Leaders. She has served on the board of the

Central Arlington Housing Development Corporation and as an officer on the board of the North Texas Housing Coalition.

Nikhil Nardhani

Nikhil is the Developer at The BLVD Group and is responsible for the design, development and construction of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects. He oversees and directly manages the development team and other partners to ensure the overall execution and delivery of projects. Prior to this role, Nikhil served as BLVD’s Director of Asset Management for 5 years where he oversaw all aspects of the department including operations, asset preservation, compliance, and profitability of the affordable portfolio.

Prior to joining BLVD, Nikhil served as an Asset Manager for over 6 years at a leading owner/operator based in Los Angeles with a focus on multi-family value add opportunities. Nikhil managed a portfolio of over 5000 units nationwide. His responsibilities included day to day operations, revenue and expense management, oversight of capital renovations and the overall profitability of the portfolio. AIMCO was Melanie’s work home for more than 13 years where she began as an RVP responsible for more than 18,000 units in 5 states, before being promoted to EVP of Learning & Organization for the entire organization of several thousand employees and more than 200,000 apartment homes spanning the nation.

For more than 15 years, Melanie has held designations and certifications as an IREM CPM (Certified Property Manager), SPHR (Senior Professional of Human Resources and a Master Trainer & Facilitator certified by DDI. She has regularly participated as a speaker, panelist and contributor to numerous industry events, articles, and conferences.

Melanie developed her passion for operating communities, learning the intimate importance and details of ensuring that apartments become true long term “homes” to residents from her early years of working as a leasing consultant. Joanne Broadway is managing director of real estate for Greystar, and oversees the management operations for the Central North/Dallas region that includes Dallas/Fort Worth and Oklahoma. Joanne has been active in the multifamily industry since 1994, and joined Greystar through the JPI acquisition in 2008. Joanne’s experience includes predevelopment, new construction lease ups, high-rise, mid-rise, garden, senior living, renovations, and mixed-use projects, resulting in a wide range of knowledge on all aspects of property management. takes to build world-class charging infrastructure. Prior to joining Chargie, Ryan served as the

VP of Business Operations and Program Management at PCS Energy, the largest installer of

Jennifer Picquet-Reyes began her career in 2000 and has managed projects in a wide variety of sectors which involve new construction, renovation processes, restoration as well as LEED certification. As a team leader, Mrs. Picquet-Reyes collaborates with our clients and consultants to coordinate all parts and phases of a project, from the early stages of programming, planning and schematic design through construction documents, construction administration and project closeout, and delivers a thorough, well designed and sustainable building.

Jennifer is currently working on several hotel projects, including the adaptive reuse of multiple historic buildings. Dallas/Fort Worth renovation experience includes the Butler Brothers Building, Allen Building, Mercantile Commerce Building, 211 N Ervay in Dallas and the Sinclair and Sanger Buildings in Fort Worth. Current Historic tax credit projects include the Gospel Lighthouse Church conversion to a Dream Center, The El Tropicano Hotel in San Antonio, as well as several other projects in various cities. Renovation experience outside Texas includes the First National Bank building in Oklahoma City, which includes residential and an Autograph by Marriott. Jennifer is also working on the Jefferson Building in St. Louis, which is being renovated into residential and an AC Hotel by Marriott. Jennifer’s new construction multi-family and hotel recent projects include A 2o acre mixed use development in Fredericksburg, TX, 3111 Sunset on Lake Grapevine, Springs Ranch in Colorado Springs, CO, the Galleries at Park Lane in Dallas, Amelia Farmer’s Market Residential in Dallas, The AC/Moxy Dual Brand in Uptown, AC by Marriott Hotel in Fort Worth, Embassy Suites in Amarillo, and The Delta by Marriott in Southlake, TX, renovation of the Hyatt Regency Hill Country and The Woodlands Resorts.

Jennifer’s work with prior firms includes the project management of the historic Thurgood Marshall US Courthouse, 35-story building housing 23 courtrooms in downtown Manhattan. The project included MEP and life safety upgrade for the entire facility, new courtrooms, as well as numerous preservation efforts and LEED certification. Also, the Cooper Hewitt Design Museum in New York seamlessly integrates both new infrastructure systems and design interventions within the historic building. Jennifer also has experience in Washington DC working in the US capitol building on a HABs project for the Old Supreme Court Chamber and several on-call projects with the Architect of the Capitol. Jennifer’s previous experience also includes multi-family residential, hotels, libraries, schools, transit, radiation facilities and tenant finish outs.

With these projects has come a knowledge of and experience with historic preservation, LEED certification, adaptive reuse, design, construction schedule, document coordination and construction administration. These projects have taken her to environments all over the country.

Prior to forming RCP, Mr. Myers founded Realty Capital Corporation (“RCC”), a Dallas/Fort Worth based real estate development company. RCC has developed over 60 commercial and residential projects during the last fifteen years. Mr. Myers was previously a partner with Lincoln Property Company, a national real estate development company, and a development partner with GSC Realty Corporation, a Dallas-based real estate company.

Mr. Myers graduated summa cum laude from the University of Illinois with a BS in Finance. He received the University of Illinois Bronze Tablet, the highest academic recognition of the university. He later graduated from Harvard Business School with a MBA. Mr. Myers is married with one child.

Brian Hirsh sits in Mesa West Capital’s Chicago office and is responsible for originating loans on behalf of the firm’s various investment vehicles. He oversees the entire origination process from sourcing through loan closing with primary geographic focus is Texas, the Southwest, and Mountain regions. Within these regions, Brian manages broker and sponsor relationships, as well as evaluating the credit for all firmwide transactions in these markets. Thanks to the efforts of Hirsh and others, Mesa West Capital has closed more than 300 transactions totaling more than $19 billion since inception. housing, manufactured housing and affordable housing. Over the last 17 years, Amber has been directly

involved in loan production totaling over $2.5 Billion.

Amber is an active member of The Real Estate Council, Commercial Real Estate Women and holds the

Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Amber was a founding member of the

Prior to founding Zebel in 2019, Hamid led the preconstruction data analytics at Western National Group, a large multifamily development/construction/property management firm, based in Southern California. He now works with large multifamily developers and GC's, such as Irvine Company, Ryan Companies, and Legacy Partners, who share their historical construction cost data anonymously through Zebel, the "Switzerland of Construction Cost Data".
