Frank Mihalopoulos is the owner of Corinth Properties. He graduated from Southern Methodist University and has thirty-seven years of experience in real estate investments and development of commercial retail and office properties. His developments are throughout the country, primarily in the southwest. His projects have earned national and local awards and recognition from the commercial real estate industry, business publication including The Dallas Business Journal, the City of Cedar Hill, City of Dallas, York County Pennsylvania, and the City of Nashville, TN.

Mr. Mihalopoulos is widely regarded for his creative ability to redevelopment malls across the country. His most recent mall redevelopment project is West Manchester Mall in York County, Pennsylvania. Mr. Mihalopoulos also development One Hundred Oaks in Nashville Tennessee, a renovation of an existing mall into a mixed use project with Vanderbilt University Medical Center occupying 450,000 square feet for medical clinics and 430,000 square feet of retail. He has completed Eldorado Plaza, a 30-acre neighborhood center in McKinney, Texas, the Gateway Center in College Station, Texas, and the original shopping district in Cedar Hill, Texas {The Plaza at Cedar Hill and Cedar Hill Village} and developing Spring Creek Village in College Station, Texas. Mr. Mihalopoulos is currently developing Glen Oaks Crossings {Super Walmart development in Oak Cliff}, Red Oak Crossing {Super Walmart shadow development in Red Oak, Texas}, The Avenue in Oak Cliff {grocery anchor/urban mix-use development in historic north Oak Cliff area of Dallas}, Canyon in Oak Cliff {regional power center development in Dallas} and development of West Manchester Town Center with partner, Anthony Ruggeri.

Mr. Mihalopoulos is a current board member of The Real Estate Council of Dallas, Texas and Shelter Ministries of Dallas. He previously served on the boards of Federal Reserve of Dallas Advisory Council, Goodwill Industries, St. Mark’s School of Texas, City of Dallas Cedars Area TIFF, Urban Rehab Standards, and Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church where he chaired the building committee overseeing the construction of the Church’s new facilities. He is a member of North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and ICSC. Mr. Mihalopoulos has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University and also attended the University of Illinois – Chicago campus.

Relevant experience

Ratner has been an executive vice president of the company since 2001 and is an officer and/or director of various subsidiaries of the Company. He also serves as president of Forest City Texas and leads the company’s presence in Dallas, a core market for the company.

Board service

As a member of one of the founding families and a large shareholder with over 20 years experience at Forest City, Ratner brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the real estate industry to the Board of Directors. In addition, he is a former practicing attorney and his legal experience and acumen provide critical thinking and analysis to the Board.

General background

Ratner is active with numerous community, charitable, educational and professional organizations, including membership on the board of trustees of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, Case Western Reserve University, the board of directors of the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas and the board of governors of the Greater Dallas Symphony Orchestra.

Michael Hazinski

Michael Hazinski joined Retail Properties of America, Inc. in 2007 and currently serves as Vice President, Director of Investments. In this role, Mr. Hazinski is responsible for both acquisitions and dispositions in the Western Division. Since joining RPAI, Mr. Hazinski has executed $3.0 billion in transactions encompassing acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing and joint venture equity. Prior to his current position, Mr. Hazinski was responsible for the asset management of RPAI’s institutional joint venture portfolio; he was also active in the asset management of the Company’s office and industrial portfolio. Before joining RPAI, Mr. Hazinski worked as an asset manager for closed end funds managed by Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation.

Mr. Hazinski received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Dayton and an M.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Jeff Moloznik

Jeff Moloznik serves as Vice President of Development at RED Development, LLC. Most recently, he managed the development of CityScape Phoenix, RED Development’s $500 million, 2.5 million sq. ft. mixed-use, high-rise destination in Downtown Phoenix. Since project conception, Jeff led the development of CityScape Phoenix. With more than 40 retail tenants; a 242 room hotel; 600,000 square feet of class A commercial office space; a City of Phoenix Park; two parking garages; and 224 high rise residential apartments; CityScape Phoenix has created a place to call Downtown Phoenix. Currently, Jeff is overseeing the development of The Union Dallas. A similarly configured mixed-use, high-rise infill redevelopment project in Uptown Dallas and anchored by a 60,000 SF urban, full service Safeway grocery store.

Jeff’s responsibilities include public and private financing, entitlements, tenant relations, design oversight, construction coordination, marketing, community outreach, and governmental relations. Additionally, Jeff is the Asset Manager of RED Development’s newly completed Kimpton Hotel

Palomar at CityScape, Phoenix’s newest four-star boutique hotel. Prior to CityScape, Jeff lead the development of over one million square feet of open air RED Development retail centers in communities across the Midwest and Southwest. Committed to the local community, Jeff currently serves on the Board of Special Olympics Arizona, the American Heart Association, the Downtown Phoenix Partnership, the Board of Genesis Academy Charter School in downtown Phoenix, the City of Phoenix Tourism and Hospitality Board, and the Phoenix Parks Foundation Board of Directors.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He resides in Phoenix, Ariz., with his wife, Molly.

Steve Graham

Steve Graham brings together a rare combination of expertise in architecture, construction, development and leasing. His career has embraced all of these talents and interests resulting in development experience focused on the largest and most-complicated commercial development challenges. Before launching Stellar Development Steve spent the previous 10 years as the Vice President for Destination Development for RED Development. Steve contributed greatly to the leasing, development and strategy behind some of RED’s biggest shopping centers, including The Legends Outlets of Kansas City, The Promenade at Chenal and The Legends at Sparks Marina.

Steve’s success lies in forging strong relationships with everyone from anchor tenants to community leaders, and from his wealth of knowledge of public financing structures and how to create successful public/private partnerships.

Steve received a BS in engineering and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin and his Masters in Architecture from the University of Kansas. Steve is well known in the destination attraction industry and is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars related to tourism-driven retail development.

In his role as Principal, he leads a wide variety of project types including regional retail and mixed use projects as well as innovative contemporary churches and higher education projects. To each project he brings a commitment to client service and innovative cost-effective solutions. His work is characterized by his passion for creating memorable spaces that connect with their communities. Tip earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas and a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Tip has served as President of the Dallas Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and President of the Dallas Center for Architecture. He is also active in the Texas Society of Architects. He was named a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects in 2010 and is an active Board Member and volunteer at the Dallas Arboretum & Botanical Society. In his own time, Tip leads various community planning initiatives in his North East Dallas neighborhood where he lives with his wife Lana and their new dog, Mavrick.
