Tim Steffan joined Comstock Holding Companies®, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHCI) (“Comstock” or “Company”) in early 2018 as Executive Vice President of Asset Management, Leasing & Development. Mr. Steffan is responsible for management of the asset management, leasing, and development operations of the Company. As a member of Comstock’s Executive Management Committee, Mr. Steffan has played a key role in the development and execution of Comstock’s strategic plan and the recent reshaping of its management team in support of the 2018 transformation of Comstock’s operations from for-sale homebuilding to commercial real estate development, asset management, and real estate related service provider. While leading by example, Mr. Steffan’s results oriented management style inspires teamwork, creativity, integrity, and a collaborative work environment.

Diana Pubchara is Chief Marketing Officer of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc., the leading independently owned commercial real estate services firm in Florida. As CMO, Ms. Pubchara manages all aspects of Blanca Commercial Real Estate’s marketing, branding, communications, and business development efforts – working on behalf of both the firm and its clients.

With nearly two decades of marketing expertise, Ms. Pubchara previously served as Chief Marketing Officer for the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce (GMCC), one of South Florida’s largest business and networking organizations. During her 7-year tenure at the GMCC, she played an instrumental role in growing revenue, driving membership engagement, and forging relationships with key businesses, Miami stakeholders, and partner organizations.

Prior to joining the GMCC, Ms. Pubchara worked as a business development executive for Hemisphere Digital Press, a commercial printing and marketing company based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. While there, she was responsible for new client development and managed customer relationships with partner advertising firms.

Ms. Pubchara earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.

Jan Hanak

Jan Hanak is Vice President of Marketing + Communications for Regency Centers.

Jan leads Regency's marketing, communications, and market research team, directing all corporate, brand, and property marketing activities for 480+ shopping centers nationwide.

Jan joined Regency in 2010, serving as a Marketing Design Manager and helping to lead Regency through a significant rebrand in 2012. He assumed the role of Vice President in 2015, growing the marketing team into a best-in-class in-house agency for the company. In 2021, Jan earned the Joan and Martin E. Stein, Sr. Award, Regency's highest honor, recognizing employees' business acumen and ethical standards.

Before joining Regency, Jan served as Director of Design and Interactive for a full-service advertising agency in Florida. He has also worked in various creative capacities for organizations, including MCI, Chemence, and Citi. Jan's focus is a design-minded view toward marketing and communications with a keen eye toward emerging marketing technologies and demographic/psychographic trends.

Jan earned a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Florida, is a member of ICSC, and is a board member for Downtown Vision, Inc., the Business Improvement District for Downtown Jacksonville. He is also a member of Leadership Jacksonville's class of 2024 and volunteers with the United Way, HabiJax, SisterHermana, and other local charities.

Jan enjoys spending time with his wife near the water, exploring their hometown of Saint Augustine and the rest of Florida. They also take turns visiting their two daughters at their rival schools, the University of Florida and Florida State University.
