Ofir Hagay, President & CEO of Moonwater Capital, has over 30 years of experience in real estate development, international business, executive management, and business consulting. Throughout his career, Mr. Hagay has been an entrepreneur and visionary in the real estate industry.

Mr. Hagay has been extremely active in the Las Vegas office market proven by his acquisition and leasing of 13 large office properties over the past 10 years. Mr. Hagay’s other business endeavors include partnering and consulting in many different industries with well-known companies and partners/clients that include John Deere, USAID, Seaboard Corporation, Volvo Trucks and Bosch.

His many years of international business experience included the ownership and management of office buildings in Bulgaria where he successfully owned and leased the buildings to Price Waterhouse Coopers and to the Embassy of the European Union to ten-year terms. Mr. Hagay resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with his wife and three children.

Taylor Arnett brings more than a decade of expertise in acquisitions to his role as Vice President of Acquisitions at CapRock Partners, including a proven track record for sourcing and underwriting deals, and procuring capital across commercial real estate asset classes. Since joining CapRock Partners as an Acquisitions Manager in 2014, Arnett has further expanded the company’s deal pipeline in Southern California with a focus on infill properties in Los Angeles and Orange County. In 2017, Arnett was promoted to Vice President of Acquisitions after leading CapRock Partner’s expansion out of California with the purchase of a handful of off-market industrial properties in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Prior to joining CapRock Partners, Arnett served as Acquisitions Manager for Asset Management Consultants, Inc. (AMC Investments), where he anchored a team that purchased and/or joint ventured more than 30 real estate investments, including industrial, office, retail, and multi-family properties, averaging $75 million in transactions annually.

Previous to joining AMC, Arnett was a senior financial analyst for The Koll Company where he was responsible for the underwriting and due diligence processes on office and industrial acquisitions ranging from $10 million to $50 million in the southwest U.S. Arnett began his real estate career as commercial real estate appraiser at Frazier Capital in Downtown Los Angeles.

Arnett graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Occidental College in Los Angeles, where he played collegiate football, serving as Captain his senior year. He is a Board Member of NAIOP SoCal, as well as a graduate of NAIOP Southern California Young Professionals Group, in which he has stayed active as the Chair of the 2016-2017 YPG Alumni Committee. In 2016, Arnett was one of 21 selected nationally to receive the NAIOP Developing Leaders Award. He lives with his wife and daughter in San Clemente.

James Wall is Director, West Region for Rockefeller Group. In this role Mr. Wall is responsible for formulating and implementing the financial analyses of projects and of proposed asset sales, gathering and evaluating economic, demographic and real estate market data in addition to assisting in the due diligence and entitlement processes.

Prior to joining Rockefeller Group, Mr. Wall was with JLL Capital Markets focusing on underwriting commercial real estate dispositions as well as preparing investment advisory packages including valuations, market research, and disposition strategies.

Mr. Wall holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama. In addition, Mr. Wall serves on the Board of Directors for the Building Block Foundation Fund and is an active member of NAIOP.

Phillip Dunning is the Partner for the Southern Nevada office with Panattoni Development Company. He brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and has been with Panattoni since 2021. Prior to being a Partner, Phillip served as a Senior Development Manger for the Southern Nevada office.

As a Local Partner he is responsible for identifying opportunities for development, underwriting the investment, achieving entitlements, managing the design and construction, leasing and disposition of assets.

Phillip started his development career working as a third party broker in Las Vegas and nationally. During his brokerage tenure he assisted in the development of a national fast food brand in Las Vegas which included ground up entitlements, construction and remodel of existing space. Prior to joining Panattoni, Phillip moved to a full time development role with a local firm, developing restaurants and multifamily projects.

Phillip earned his CCIM designation in 2011, he is a NAIOP of Southern Nevada Board Member and current Treasurer. He is active in the Southern Nevada CCIM chapter as a past member of the board of directors and past president. Phillip is a member of the NAIOP Government Affairs and golf committee.

John Ramous is the Partner in Nevada for Dermody Properties and is responsible for the company’s existing Nevada portfolio as well as new industrial speculative and build-to-suit projects and acquisitions throughout the state.

Mr. Ramous was previously Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Schnitzer Properties where he managed an industrial portfolio of more than 10 million square feet in southern Nevada. While with the company, he was responsible for the sourcing and oversight of all acquisition and development projects in southern Nevada as well as major leasing, capital, operating, budget and management decisions within the region.

A 30 + year real estate veteran, Mr. Ramous has also served as Portfolio Manager with First Industrial Realty Trust, Senior Real Estate Manager with Mutual Benefit Life Assurance Corporation and Senior Acquisition Associate at Prudential’s PGIM.

Mr. Ramous holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Connecticut. He is a recent Corporate Board Member of the NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He is a Past Chair of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and Past President of its Henderson Development Association. He’s also an Executive Advisory Board member at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas’ Lee Business School. Ramous served as a North Las Vegas Mayor’s Financial Advisory Council member and was a member of Congressman Heck’s Economic Advisory Task Force.

Sam Stahnke, MCM, LEED AP BD+C, Is a construction professional with more than 14 years of experience providing clients with turnkey design-build solutions. As the Vice President of ARCO National Construction’s Kansas City division, Sam services new and existing clients throughout the Midwest, specializing in industrial ground-up facilities, expansions, and tenant improvements. Sam is involved in projects from concept to completion, working with clients throughout the proposal, preconstruction, design, and construction phases of a job, ensuring they receive a finished facility that meets the needs of their business for years to come. Sam holds a Master of Science Degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Washington University.
