Gray oversees the industrial and logistics sector team globally for Nuveen Real Estate including

all transactional and operational activity across the sector vertical. In addition, he is charged

with defining the global logistics strategy, formulating partnerships and launching new

sector-focused investment funds and initiatives.

Prior to joining Nuveen Real Estate in 2018, Gray served as president and chief investment

officer of Evergreen Industrial Properties, the former US industrial platform of TPG Real Estate

which was acquired by Ivanhoe Cambridge in 2017. Before leading Evergreen, Gray worked at

Colony Industrial as senior vice president as well as Cobalt Capital Partners, which was

acquired by Colony in 2014. Over the course of his career, Gray has executed over $14bn in

industrial transactions across more than 40 global markets.

Gray graduated with a B.S. in both Finance and Accounting from Indiana University and an

M.B.A. from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Based in Dallas, Gray

currently serves as a member of Nuveen Real Estate’s Global Executive Leadership Team and

the Americas Investment Committee. He also holds a CPA in the State of Texas.

Jack Fraker

Jack Fraker, based in Dallas, Texas, is Newmark’s President and Global Head of Industrial and Logistics, Capital Markets. Fraker is responsible for driving all segments of industrial business, specializing in investment property sales and tenant representation.

Throughout his 35-year career, Fraker has been a consistent top national producer in industrial investment sales, representing some of the country’s largest corporations, global investors, pension fund advisors and REITs. Not including his participation in a larger team, Fraker has personally completed industrial capital markets transactions totaling 1.5 billion square feet and $85 billion in more than 60 U.S. cities, Mexico, Europe, Japan and South America, as well as approximately 12,000 acres of development site transactions.

Before joining Newmark, Dallas-based Fraker worked at CBRE for nearly two decades—most recently as Vice Chairman, Managing Director and head of Global Industrial and Logistics. Fraker also previously served as an Executive Vice President in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets practice and held a position on the board of directors.

George began his career with Billingsley Company in

2007 as a leasing agent at The Austin Ranch Apartment

Development and proceeded to move to the

corporate office where he served as multifamily

financial analyst and later asset manager.

In 2010 George moved to the industrial asset class

where he served as Vice President of Industrial

Leasing. George was promoted to Partner in 2012 and

now serves in an administrative role in which he is

responsible for portfolio management, development,

leasing, and financing.

George earned his BA from Dallas Baptist University

and his Master of Science in Management Degree

from Southern Methodist University and he is an

active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.

Tony Creme

Tony Creme serves as Senior Vice President of Hillwood, the developer of AllianceTexas. A member of

the marketing and development team, Creme leads the planning and implementation of the industrial

building program, the largest component of the 26,000-acre AllianceTexas project. He also works with

new and existing corporate residents to understand their operational needs in order to provide the

most effective solution for their distribution center and logistics requirements.

Originally from Syracuse, New York, Tony moved to Dallas in 1994 to attend Southern Methodist

University. During the summers of 1996 and 1997, he served as an intern with Hillwood at the

AllianceTexas project. Immediately upon graduating from SMU in 1998, Tony joined Hillwood full-time

in the marketing department, with a focus on industrial and office leasing. His role has since expanded

to include involvement in all facets of AllianceTexas, with a focus on industrial development and land

planning. Creme now lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife and children.

During the past 21 years, Creme has been a key player in the growth of AllianceTexas. During his tenure,

the development has grown from less than 50 companies to more than 500. He has worked with

leading corporations such as Bridgestone/Firestone, Coca-Cola, XPO Logistics, Martin Brower, Stanley

Black & Decker, The Home Depot, and UPS. In addition, he developed Hillwood’s largest speculative

building in the AllianceTexas development’s 30-year history at over 1 million square feet, as well as the

first build-to-suit office facility at Circle T Ranch for Chrysler Financial Services. Creme also led the

headquarters site selection and development for Galderma Laboratories, Heritage Bag Company and

Progressive Waste Solutions, formerly IESI, at AllianceTexas.

John Terrell

John Terrell is a highly accomplished real estate developer, corporate executive and

real estate broker with 44 years of experience in every facet of the real estate industry.

He is the President and owner of Commercial Real Estate Strategic Partners, where he

develops residential and commercial properties in North Texas and Broken Bow,

Oklahoma and provides real estate development, investment and consulting services to

international and U.S. airports and municipalities. He is the Managing Partner with

Hunter Chase Development Partners and a Partner with Tong Parson’s & Terrell Realty,

one of the largest Asian based Real Estate brokerage companies in North Texas.

In addition, he is a partner with Carillon Crown LLC where he leads the development of

Carillon Parc, a $400M mixed-use, destination development in Southlake, Texas.

Previously, John served as the Vice President of Commercial Development at

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), overseeing development and leasing for

15 years, with over 4,000 acres and 46 million square feet of commercial facilities

developed. He was the President of PG Development, LLC until January 2023,

providing commercial development, land planning, and consulting services to both

international and U.S. airports. He held executive leadership roles with Southern Pacific

and Union Pacific Railroads heading up the western half of the US for real estate.

John has also served as an elected or appointed official for 19 years, including as

Mayor and City Council member. He has been recognized for his achievements in the

industry, holds advanced degrees in business, and serves on various advisory boards

and committees.

Cannon Green

Cannon serves as Managing Director of Stream’s Dallas industrial division. In this capacity Cannon leads operations, business development, strategy and the execution of industrial transactions including project leasing and sales, tenant representation, real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development. Under Cannon’s leadership, the industrial group has grown to one of the largest industrial service platforms in DFW with a portfolio in excess of 50 million square feet.

Since joining Stream in 2009, Cannon has consistently been a top-ten producer at Stream and was the companywide top-producer in 2015, 2016, and 2017. Cannon has been recognized as an industry leader in DFW on multiple occasions with recognition from the Dallas Business Journal, DCEO Magazine, D-Magazine, CoStar, REDNews and others. During Cannon’s real estate career, he has executed real estate transactions in excess of $1 billion and procured the development of 13 assets with an estimated market value of $350 million.

Prior to joining Stream, Cannon spent four years with DCT Industrial Trust, a publicly traded REIT, as Regional Director of Leasing where he led the leasing efforts for 27 million square feet portfolio located in 11 U.S. cities. Cannon began his real estate career with Trammell Crow Company as a development analyst and leasing agent.

Kris Arviso

Prior to joining Scannell as a managing director, Kris Arviso was a Senior Vice President and member of the industrial transactions team at Clarion Partners based in Dallas, TX, where he was responsible for acquisition, dispositions, and development transactions. During his career, he has executed more than $2 billion in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development and debt across the central and eastern regions of the US. In addition to his role in the US, Kris co-managed Clarion Partner’s industrial platform in Brazil. Prior to joining Clarion Partners in 2007, Kris worked at Wells Fargo in the Real Estate Merchant Banking Group. Kris is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (“NAIOP”) and is an active member of NAIOP ‘s National Capital Markets III forum. Arviso will develop new business in the company’s new Dallas office.

Jonathan Stites

Mr. Jonathan Stites joined Seefried in January 2012 as Senior Vice President of the Texas Region and directs all development and operational activities in the Texas Region, including the states of Oklahoma and Kansas, with an emphasis on the Dallas market.

Prior to joining Seefried, Mr. Stites spent 15 years with Argent Property Company developing and leasing industrial projects in Dallas and South Texas. During his 17 year real estate career, Mr. Stites has been involved in the development, leasing and sales of nearly 8 million square feet of space approaching $360 million in value.

Mr. Stites earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Abilene Christian University and a Master of Business Administration in finance and real estate from George Washington University.

With over 20 years focused on strategic planning and business development for general contractors and architecture & engineering firms, Cory’s efforts since joining FCL builders in 2011 have assisted the company in entering the Dallas/Ft Worth, Southeast, West and Desert Southwest markets. As Vice President of Business Development & Pre-Construction, Cory is charged with coordinating the company’s business development, sales and pre-construction efforts to ensure FCL Builders grows and maintains the reputation that has earned a 97% customer retention rate.
