Sean Dalfen is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dalfen Industrial and leads the firm’s investment committees and management committees across its platforms. Under Sean’s leadership, Dalfen Industrial’s portfolio has grown to over 50 million square feet of industrial properties from coast to coast, making it one of the nation’s largest owners and developers of industrial real estate and a leader in the last mile sector. Over his career, Sean has transacted on an excess of $10 billion USD. Prior to Dalfen Industrial, Sean worked at NAI Commercial as an Investment Sales Broker where he was one of the company’s Top 10 producers in Canada.

Sean is involved in a variety of philanthropic activities, sits on the boards of multiple charitable organizations and is a frequent speaker and panelist at private equity & commercial real estate industry events. Sean studied Psychology and Finance at Tel Aviv University’s Lowy School and McGill University.

where he was one of the company’s Top 10 producers in Canada.

Al Sorrels joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2005 as Vice President, Director of Development and is responsible for identifying and pursuing land acquisitions, development opportunities and leasing in the Texas marketplace.

Al has worked in the Dallas industrial market for more than 20 years, including affiliations with Panattoni Development and Trammell Crow Company. During that time, he has been instrumental in the development and leasing of more than 10 million square feet of property.

Al serves on the Board of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and holds affiliations with the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors & Real Estate Professionals (NTCAR) and The Real Estate Council (TREC).

A graduate of Southern Methodist University, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance and M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance.

Ryan Thornton is a member of the Investment Properties Group in Dallas, focusing primarily on the sale of institutional industrial investment properties on a regional and national level. The team specializes in industrial institutional investment property sales across the nation. The team’s transactions have included national portfolio sales, programmatic joint ventures, and one-off local dispositions.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ryan worked at Thackeray Partners, a Dallas-based real estate private equity firm, where he was responsible for the acquisition, operations and disposition of a portfolio of industrial, office and multi-housing projects valued in excess of $570 million. At Trammell Crow Company and The Rosewood Corporation, Ryan gained exposure to investment sales as both an analyst and active participant in the disposition of individual and portfolios of properties.

Ryan is also a member of CBRE National Partners, fifteen industry leaders acting as one within a partnership model. They deliver superior information, analytics and strategy leading to exceptional execution over the industrial investment property life cycle and across the capital stack. In 2013, the team completed investment transactions representing over 90 million square feet with a total consideration of over $5.8 billion.

George began his career with Billingsley Company in

2007 as a leasing agent at The Austin Ranch Apartment

Development and proceeded to move to the

corporate office where he served as multifamily

financial analyst and later asset manager.

In 2010 George moved to the industrial asset class

where he served as Vice President of Industrial

Leasing. George was promoted to Partner in 2012 and

now serves in an administrative role in which he is

responsible for portfolio management, development,

leasing, and financing.

George earned his BA from Dallas Baptist University

and his Master of Science in Management Degree

from Southern Methodist University and he is an

active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.

Tony Creme

Tony Creme serves as Senior Vice President of Hillwood, the developer of AllianceTexas. A member of

the marketing and development team, Creme leads the planning and implementation of the industrial

building program, the largest component of the 26,000-acre AllianceTexas project. He also works with

new and existing corporate residents to understand their operational needs in order to provide the

most effective solution for their distribution center and logistics requirements.

Originally from Syracuse, New York, Tony moved to Dallas in 1994 to attend Southern Methodist

University. During the summers of 1996 and 1997, he served as an intern with Hillwood at the

AllianceTexas project. Immediately upon graduating from SMU in 1998, Tony joined Hillwood full-time

in the marketing department, with a focus on industrial and office leasing. His role has since expanded

to include involvement in all facets of AllianceTexas, with a focus on industrial development and land

planning. Creme now lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife and children.

During the past 21 years, Creme has been a key player in the growth of AllianceTexas. During his tenure,

the development has grown from less than 50 companies to more than 500. He has worked with

leading corporations such as Bridgestone/Firestone, Coca-Cola, XPO Logistics, Martin Brower, Stanley

Black & Decker, The Home Depot, and UPS. In addition, he developed Hillwood’s largest speculative

building in the AllianceTexas development’s 30-year history at over 1 million square feet, as well as the

first build-to-suit office facility at Circle T Ranch for Chrysler Financial Services. Creme also led the

headquarters site selection and development for Galderma Laboratories, Heritage Bag Company and

Progressive Waste Solutions, formerly IESI, at AllianceTexas.

Robert R. Martin leads the Office and Industrial Divisions for Arch-Con’s Dallas office and oversees business development, estimating, project management and construction. Martin has more than 20 years of experience in the industry constructing more than $300 million in work. Before joining Arch-Con, Martin worked for Jordan Foster Construction, Rogers-O’Brien and Cadence McShane Construction where he gained experience in all product types with projects ranging from 20,000 square feet to 1.6 million square feet. With a bachelor’s degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University, Martin is an active member in NAIOP’s North Texas Chapter and TEXO Association.

With over 20 years focused on strategic planning and business development for general contractors and architecture & engineering firms, Cory’s efforts since joining FCL builders in 2011 have assisted the company in entering the Dallas/Ft Worth, Southeast, West and Desert Southwest markets. As Vice President of Business Development & Pre-Construction, Cory is charged with coordinating the company’s business development, sales and pre-construction efforts to ensure FCL Builders grows and maintains the reputation that has earned a 97% customer retention rate.
