Bill Burton serves as Executive Vice President, Marketing & Development for Hillwood, developer of AllianceTexas. As EVP, Bill is responsible for leading the vision and strategy of AllianceTexas by overseeing the development of office, industrial and retail as well as leasing and sales. Bill continues to play an active role with key stakeholders and clients—maintaining relationships that support the forward-thinking and innovative mission that drives the growth of AllianceTexas.

Bill joined Hillwood in January 1989 and has been directly involved with developing AllianceTexas from raw ranch land to a 27,000-acre, master-planned development. Bill’s expertise is centered on developing customer relationships that nurture long- term success. He has directed build-to suit and lease transactions totaling more than 53 million square feet with companies such as Amazon, AT&T Nokia, Bridgestone-Firestone, General Mills, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and Volkswagen of America. In addition, he has managed portfolio sales in excess of 1 billion dollars and coordinated more than 1,800 acres of land sale transactions with companies such as Citigroup, Deloitte, Fidelity Investments, Intel, KRAFT Foods, and more.

Bill remains involved with and supports numerous professional and community development organizations. Beyond his professional affiliations, Bill supports several non-profit organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Boys and Girls Club, March for Babies, and the Christian Prayer Breakfast of Fort Worth and Tarrant County.

As Executive Vice President for Duke Realty, Jeff Turner has responsibility for the company’s South and West Regions, including overseeing all development, leasing, asset management, and real estate operations. Duke Realty’s South and West Regions include the cities of Dallas, Houston, Nashville, Phoenix, and Seattle, as well as various cities in California, where Duke Realty has more than 31 million square feet of office and industrial properties. Jeff is also a member of the company’s Management, Investment, Operations and Executive Committees.

Jeff is a member of the Board of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.

Jason A. Nunley has served as a Vice President - Development since shortly after joining Jackson-Shaw in 2007. In this role, Jason is responsible for all aspects of the development cycle from identifying potential development sites, assisting with procuring financing, site layout and design and construction to marketing and leasing. His development experience includes both speculative and build to suit projects for both the private sector and the federal government focusing on projects Texas.

He holds a BS in Construction Management from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Jason is active in The Real Estate Council, NAIOP, ICSC, and NTCAR. He currently servers on the board of directors for the Jackson-Shaw Foundation and volunteers with several other private charitable organizations.

2007 as a leasing agent at The Austin Ranch Apartment

Development and proceeded to move to the

corporate office where he served as multifamily

financial analyst and later asset manager.

In 2010 George moved to the industrial asset class

where he served as Vice President of Industrial

Leasing. George was promoted to Partner in 2012 and

now serves in an administrative role in which he is

responsible for portfolio management, development,

leasing, and financing.

George earned his BA from Dallas Baptist University

and his Master of Science in Management Degree

from Southern Methodist University and he is an

active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.

Sean Dalfen is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dalfen Industrial and leads the firm’s investment committees and management committees across its platforms. Under Sean’s leadership, Dalfen Industrial’s portfolio has grown to over 50 million square feet of industrial properties from coast to coast, making it one of the nation’s largest owners and developers of industrial real estate and a leader in the last mile sector. Over his career, Sean has transacted on an excess of $10 billion USD. Prior to Dalfen Industrial, Sean worked at NAI Commercial as an Investment Sales Broker where he was one of the company’s Top 10 producers in Canada.

Sean is involved in a variety of philanthropic activities, sits on the boards of multiple charitable organizations and is a frequent speaker and panelist at private equity & commercial real estate industry events. Sean studied Psychology and Finance at Tel Aviv University’s Lowy School and McGill University.

Al Sorrels joined Majestic Realty Co. in 2005 as Vice President, Director of Development and is responsible for identifying and pursuing land acquisitions, development opportunities and leasing in the Texas marketplace.

Al has worked in the Dallas industrial market for more than 20 years, including affiliations with Panattoni Development and Trammell Crow Company. During that time, he has been instrumental in the development and leasing of more than 10 million square feet of property.

Al serves on the Board of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and holds affiliations with the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors & Real Estate Professionals (NTCAR) and The Real Estate Council (TREC).

A graduate of Southern Methodist University, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance and M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance.

As Senior Vice President Art Barkley is responsible for DCT Industrial Trust’s operational performance in the Dallas region. Mr. Barkley focuses on identifying growth opportunities for that target investment market. Earlier in his career, Mr. Barkley helped establish DCT’s business platform in Mexico and opened the Dallas office, where he handled all leasing activities for a ten-city region.

Mr. Barkley brings over 15 years of real estate experience, primarily in the industrial sector, to our team. Before joining DCT Industrial, Mr. Barkley worked for ProLogis (NYSE: PLD), a global industrial Real Estate Investment Trust. While there, he served as Vice President and Market Officer and handled the day-to-day operations for the Kansas City, Tulsa, and Oklahoma City markets. Prior to that, Mr. Barkley worked for Continental Airlines, managing the company’s on-airport and off-airport real estate interests in the United States.

Mr. Barkley received his MBA from Rice University and his degree from Whitman College.

With over 20 years focused on strategic planning and business development for general contractors and architecture & engineering firms, Cory’s efforts since joining FCL builders in 2011 have assisted the company in entering the Dallas/Ft Worth, Southeast, West and Desert Southwest markets. As Vice President of Business Development & Pre-Construction, Cory is charged with coordinating the company’s business development, sales and pre-construction efforts to ensure FCL Builders grows and maintains the reputation that has earned a 97% customer retention rate.
