Lorenzo Doumani

Partner

Majestic Resorts

A Las Vegas native and heir to a storied hospitality family, Lorenzo Doumani has spent a lifetime shaping the landscape of luxury hospitality, real estate development, and historic preservation. Beginning his career in the family’s iconic resort properties, he gained firsthand experience under the influence of industry visionaries including Jay Sarno and Steve Wynn.

Doumani earned his undergraduate business degree from USC and later received his MBA from UCLA. Combining formal business training with hands-on development experience, he has successfully designed, developed, and built several luxury estates in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, earning a reputation for blending timeless architecture with modern luxury. In 2000, Doumani founded Majestic Resorts, focusing on the acquisition, revitalization, and repositioning of landmark hospitality assets while overseeing significant real estate and resort transactions throughout the region. His career has been defined by a passion for preserving historic properties while creating forward-looking destinations that honor the rich heritage of the communities they serve.

Among his most notable preservation projects is the restoration and reimagining of the historic Park Hill Estate, originally built in 1923 by C.F. DeWitt, the developer credited with creating the original Hollywoodland sign. The estate stands today as a showcase of Old Hollywood glamour thoughtfully integrated with contemporary luxury and amenities.

From the legendary La Concha and El Morocco, to the iconic Tropicana, Golden Nugget, and the famed Peppermill restaurant, the Doumani family’s influence has been woven into the fabric of Las Vegas for generations. Today, Lorenzo continues that legacy through Majestic Resorts, combining a deep respect for history with an entrepreneurial vision for the future of luxury hospitality, real estate, and destination development.
