Michael A. Noto serves as Senior Vice President, Real Estate Services for Welltower. He is responsible for

ensuring that the operations, finance and leasing departments of Welltower’s Outpatient Medical portfolio

provide hospital clients and physician tenants with quality property management services, timely management

information, and a wide array of leasing services. Mr. Noto has been with the company since September 2001.

Mr. Noto spent 13 years as a banking executive with responsibilities including commercial and real estate

lending, credit administration, and the management and workout of tens of millions of dollars of real estate

assets. During his 17 years as a practicing attorney, Mr. Noto was directly involved in the financing,

management, acquisition and disposition of millions of dollars of real estate.

Mr. Noto is a member of BOMA International and has participated on panel discussions at the Medical Office

Buildings and Healthcare Facilities Conferences.

Mr. Noto received a Bachelor of Arts degree and an MBA in finance from Rutgers University and a law degree

from Pace University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the States of New York and Florida.

Pamela Stoyanoff, MBA, CPA, and FACHE is currently President and Chief

Operating Officer for the 12 hospital Methodist Health System in Dallas, Texas. In that role she leads strategic planning for the system and provides operational leadership for its hospitals, joint ventures, and medical group. She is passionate about the Quadruple Aim and improving health by leading efforts that help to reduce health disparities.

Pam has been a member of numerous Boards including the Dallas-Fort-Worth

Hospital Council Education and Foundation Board, the Texas Hospital Association Board of Directors, the American Hospital Association Regional Policy Board, and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra Finance Committee.

Prior to coming to Dallas, Pam was the Chief Financial Officer for the St. Vincent Health System (4 hospitals) in Little Rock, Arkansas. She is originally from Chicago, Illinois and began her career at Arthur Anderson & Co.

Pam has her BS in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, is a CPA and has her Masters degree from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in Lake Forest, Illinois.

Pam has spoken around the country on many topics including revenue cycle

management, robotics, cost reduction strategies, and diversity in healthcare supply

procurement.

She has been voted one of the top “100 Women Hospital and Health System Leaders to Know” by Becker’s Hospital Review, one of the top 25 Women in Business in Dallas/Ft. Worth by the Dallas Business Journal, and was also selected by the Dallas Business Journal, as a Health Care Hero (in recognition of contributions toward improving healthcare in North Texas). Pam is currently a finalist for DCEO magazine’s Excellence in Healthcare Awards, in the Hospital Executive of the Year category.

Dr. Elizabeth Ransom

Elizabeth Ransom, M.D., FACS, was named executive vice president and North Zone clinical leader in June 2012. She and the zone operations leader are responsible for improving the health and well-being of the residents of Texas Health’s North Zone. They work in collaboration with clinical partners, communities, physicians and clinicians, to create healthier lives for North Texans. Their work enables Texas Health to enhance its continuum of care capabilities and evolve into a fully integrated health system, excelling in care coordination and population health management.

Ransom is also Texas Health’s executive leading the academic affiliation with UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Prior to her current role, Ransom served as the chief quality officer for Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth, where she was responsible for the quality improvement and safety program, in addition to oversight of Medical Staff Affairs, Pharmacy, Patient Safety and Risk Management, Laboratory Services, Case Management, and the Environment of Care. She also worked with Texas Health Research & Education Institute on a strategic feasibility assessment of the development of a coordinated graduate medical education initiative for Texas Health Resources.

Ransom received her B.Sc. in Microbiology and Immunology from McGill University in Montreal, and her M.D. from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan. She completed her residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery at Henry Ford Hospital.

Ann has been with USPI since 2003 and has over 25 years of experience in the health care industry, materials management and strategic initiatives. She graduated summa cum laude from Wright State University with her bachelor’s in nursing, and received her master’s in nursing with honors from Benedictine University.

Sharon Larson joined the staff of Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children as Chief of Business Development – Strategy in 2016. She is passionate about developing and implementing strategic initiatives, as well as leading health care teams through operational processes to improve the quality of their care.

Sharon earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in hospital and health administration from the University of Iowa in Iowa City. Prior to joining the team at Scottish Rite Hospital, Sharon supported large physician group practices as a health care consultant and served as CEO of UT Southwestern University Hospitals and Vice President for University hospitals, UT Southwestern Medical Center. She is a member of the International Women’s Foundation and Texas Women’s Ventures, and has been active with the American Heart Association.

Ray Garfield is an accomplished leader in the financing and development of essential facilities for municipalities and other public sector entities. With an extensive Wall Street background, he focuses primarily on working with investment banking partners, bond and underwriter’s counsels to engineer creative financing structures and securing capital for essential public/private developments.

Mr. Garfield founded Garfield Corporation in 1997 to finance and develop publicly-owned and public/private facilities, and expanded the firm as Garfield Traub Development in 2003. Through 2012, the firms had completed or under development over $1 billion in public/private facilities, including performing arts centers, convention centers, conference centers and headquarters hotels, justice and public safety facilities, K-12 and higher education buildings, government office buildings, parking garages, and other vital public infrastructure.

Prior to 1997, Mr. Garfield served as Chairman and CEO or as a Senior Executive of a number of major private or publicly-held national development, real estate services, and financial services companies, including Vista Properties, Inc., Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., Salomon Brothers, and Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate. In that capacity, he was responsible for the development or disposition of more than 9000 acres of urban properties totaling over $1 billion and the sale or financing of major properties totaling over $6 billion nationwide.

Mr. Garfield has been a member of leading professional real estate organizations including the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and has been a board member of two public companies, Vista Properties, Inc. and Harvard Industries. He has been a featured speaker and panelist at real estate conferences throughout the nation including The Americas Lodging Investment Summit (ALIS), the International Economic Development Council (IEDC), and the National Council for Public Private Partnerships (NCPPP).

Mr. Garfield received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and served as a Naval Aviator. As a Disabled American Veteran, Mr. Garfield’s firm is designated as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business.

Sean has led the healthcare initiatives for clients like HCA, McKesson Specialty Health, MD Anderson Cancer Center, and Cook’s Children’s.
