John Moore, CPA, joined Parkland in January 2015 from Carolinas HealthCare System in Charlotte, N.C., where he served as Vice President/Chief Financial Officer since 2008. There he was responsible for financial operations, patient accounting, Health Information Management, patient access, information systems, communications and wound care.

Prior to that, Moore was Chief Financial Officer at Northwest Medical Center Oro Valley in Tucson, Ariz. where he was responsible opening and staffing all financial-related areas of a de novo hospital. Moore also has served as Senior Financial Analyst for Triad Hospitals, Inc., in Plano; Chief Financial Officer at Samaritan Surgicenters of Arizona in Phoenix; and accounting manager for HCA-The Healthcare Company in Dallas.

Moore earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, and a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Steve Newton

Baylor Scott & White Health

Steve Newton is president of Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Grapevine and executive director of the west region of Baylor Scott & White Health – North Texas. Baylor Scott & White – Grapevine is a 276-bed medical facility serving Grapevine and surrounding communities.

He has served as the west region, serving Tarrant, Parker, Johnson and Hood counties, since November 2011. He is currently responsible for collaboration among the respective business entities within this geographic region, which includes Baylor Scott & White – Grapevine, Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center – Fort Worth, Andrews Women’s Hospital and Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Irving, and assists with facility growth and development, standardizing services, developing strategic initiatives, physician growth and development, stewardship and quality improvement.

Newton has served as a hospital president for 19 years, with experience in the for-profit and not-for profit environment and as a regional executive with multihospital responsibility. After 15 years in Kansas City, Mo., Steve joined Baylor Health Care System in June 2004 as president of Baylor All Saints Medical Center (now Baylor Scott & White – Fort Worth), which includes the 627-bed Baylor Scott & White – Fort Worth and the Andrews Women’s Hospital.

Newton currently serves as a board and finance committee member of Carter Bloodcare and board member of Fort Worth South, Healing Shepherd Clinic at Union Gospel Mission and Cancer Care Services. He also is chairman of the American Heart Association Tarrant County affiliate and serves on advisory board for the Recovery Resource Council. He is a past chairman of the Dallas/Fort Worth Hospital Council and of Healthy Tarrant County Collaborative.

The son of a doctor and a nurse, he is a cum laude graduate of Williams College. He received a master’s degree in public health from Yale University School of Public Health. He is married with three children. In his spare time, he is an avid long distance runner and veteran of 16 marathons.

Pamela Stoyanoff

Pamela Stoyanoff, MBA, CPA, and FACHE is currently President and Chief

Operating Officer for the 12 hospital Methodist Health System in Dallas, Texas. In that role she leads strategic planning for the system and provides operational leadership for its hospitals, joint ventures, and medical group. She is passionate about the Quadruple Aim and improving health by leading efforts that help to reduce health disparities.

Pam has been a member of numerous Boards including the Dallas-Fort-Worth

Hospital Council Education and Foundation Board, the Texas Hospital Association Board of Directors, the American Hospital Association Regional Policy Board, and the Dallas Symphony Orchestra Finance Committee.

Prior to coming to Dallas, Pam was the Chief Financial Officer for the St. Vincent Health System (4 hospitals) in Little Rock, Arkansas. She is originally from Chicago, Illinois and began her career at Arthur Anderson & Co.

Pam has her BS in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, is a CPA and has her Masters degree from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in Lake Forest, Illinois.

Pam has spoken around the country on many topics including revenue cycle

management, robotics, cost reduction strategies, and diversity in healthcare supply

procurement.

She has been voted one of the top “100 Women Hospital and Health System Leaders to Know” by Becker’s Hospital Review, one of the top 25 Women in Business in Dallas/Ft. Worth by the Dallas Business Journal, and was also selected by the Dallas Business Journal, as a Health Care Hero (in recognition of contributions toward improving healthcare in North Texas). Pam is currently a finalist for DCEO magazine’s Excellence in Healthcare Awards, in the Hospital Executive of the Year category.

Brett McClung

Brett S. McClung, FACHE, was named executive vice president and North Zone operations leader in May 2013.

He previously was president of Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Southwest Fort Worth for six years. McClung also served as president of Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Azle for two years and vice president for ambulatory, support services and business development at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth. He has been associated with Harris Methodist hospitals and Texas Health Resources in various roles since 1993.

McClung serves the community and the health care industry in a variety of volunteer roles, including: Healthy Tarrant County Collaboration (chair), Trinity University Healthcare Alumni Board (president), Dallas/Fort Worth Hospital Council (board member), faculty and moderator for American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), Tarrant County American Heart Association (leadership team member), Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce (board member) and Downtown Fort Worth Rotary (member).

In addition to his service to the community, McClung's honors include the 2006 Dallas Fort Worth Hospital Council Young Executive of the Year, the Early Careerist Healthcare Executive Award from ACHE, the International Leadership Fellow from the German Marshall Fund of the United States, and "40 Business Leaders under 40" recognition from the Fort Worth Business Press. He is a member of the Texas Hospital Association HOSPAC Board and was named to the Vision North Texas Health Team, as well as to the inaugural class of Leadership North Texas.

McClung earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Southwestern University in Georgetown and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio.

Michael A. Noto serves as Senior Vice President, Real Estate Services for Welltower. He is responsible for

ensuring that the operations, finance and leasing departments of Welltower’s Outpatient Medical portfolio

provide hospital clients and physician tenants with quality property management services, timely management

information, and a wide array of leasing services. Mr. Noto has been with the company since September 2001.

Mr. Noto spent 13 years as a banking executive with responsibilities including commercial and real estate

lending, credit administration, and the management and workout of tens of millions of dollars of real estate

assets. During his 17 years as a practicing attorney, Mr. Noto was directly involved in the financing,

management, acquisition and disposition of millions of dollars of real estate.

Mr. Noto is a member of BOMA International and has participated on panel discussions at the Medical Office

Buildings and Healthcare Facilities Conferences.

Mr. Noto received a Bachelor of Arts degree and an MBA in finance from Rutgers University and a law degree

from Pace University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the States of New York and Florida.

Mr. Trabold has extensive experience in the valuation of complex healthcare properties including hospitals, medical office buildings, surgery centers, imaging centers and long-term acute care hospitals. Webber’s responsibilities include co-management of Lincoln Harris CSG and supervision of the Healthcare Group. His primary areas of specialty are Strategy Development for healthcare clients, Account Integration and Transaction Management. Webber has developed real estate strategies for numerous healthcare clients and has closed over $1 billion in transactions. He has been with Lincoln since 1991.
