AC³E supports several Fortune 10 companies through Master Service Agreements covering the ongoing maintenance and operations of their cooling infrastructure, with a client base spanning data centers, healthcare, financial services, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, and commercial real estate. Karin holds an ROC plumbing license and oversees company-wide strategy and operations as AC³E expands into another geographical U.S. market. The conversation about data center operations has changed more in the past two years than in the previous ten. For most of the cloud era, operators were optimizing known systems: managing PUE targets, staffing facility teams, scheduling maintenance windows and keeping air-cooled infrastructure running reliably at densities that, while growing, were still manageable with established playbooks.
