Adil Attlassy serves as Compass’ Chief Technical Officer. Mr. Attlassy is widely respected as a thought leader in IT infrastructure who has been at the forefront of data center trends over the past two decades. Prior to joining Compass, Adil served as the General Manager of Global Site and Network Acquisition for Microsoft. Before Microsoft, Mr. Attlassy held the position of Chief Development Officer for IO. In that role, he was directly responsible for global site selection and development, and he oversaw the company’s data center procurement and supply chain engagement. Prior to IO, Adil held executive positions for Digital Realty Trust in the U.S., UK and Singapore. Mr. Attlassy holds a DUT from Institut de Technologie, Mulhouse, France, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles and an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management.

An accomplished executive, Lindsey brings together expertise in project development for both data centers and renewable energy. Lindsey led the advancement of several hundred megawatts of data center pipelines across the US and Europe, and her renewable energy development experience extends to the US, Canada and parts of South America.

Prior to joining CleanArc, Lindsey served as Vice President of Project Development at CyrusOne, a leading global data center developer and operator specializing in delivering state-of-the-art digital infrastructure solutions across the globe. At CyrusOne, she led the global Project Development team and was responsible for the strategy, execution, and delivery of the company’s organic data center development projects. Prior to this role, Lindsey served as CyrusOne’s Senior Corporate Counsel of Real Estate & Construction, working alongside the company’s U.S. and global site selection and construction teams in all aspects of site selection and development. Previously, Lindsey served as Senior Attorney for the Americas division of RES Group, the world’s largest independent renewable energy company, where she represented the organization in various matters related to the development and construction of utility scale renewable energy projects. Lindsey began her career as an attorney in private practice focused on commercial and industrial real estate.

Lindsey holds an AB in English from Duke University, a JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.

Vello is the president of Ehvert Mission Critical, a vertically integrated multi-disciplinary engineering and

construction firm specializing in the design, construction, and support of critical facilities with offices in

the United States, Canada and Europe.

Vello has been involved in the design, construction and operation of critical facilities for over forty years

and has pioneered the use of digital technologies and manufacturing processes for critical facility design,

construction and operation.

Ehvert uses a manufacturing approach to construction and is a global leader in the use of BIM, Virtual

Design, Digital Construction, and Automation System Programming for critical facilities.

Vello Ehvert is a registered professional engineer in the United States and Canada, a LEED Accredited

Professional, Uptime Accredited Tier Designer and a Broker of Record with Adelaide Realty Inc. He also

holds an RBQ certification for construction in the Province of Quebec.

Bijan Nowroozi has more than 27 years of experience with technology companies, spanning product development, implementation, and support engineering roles within all sizes of organizations from startups to large corporations.

Prior to joining OCP as its Chief Technology Officer, Bijan was the System Architect for EF Johnson Technologies/JVCKENWOOD where he championed innovation and developed roadmap and strategy for an array of both software and hardware-based infrastructure products. Prior to this role, he was founder and CTO of startups Aerietau and SONLTE. At Aerietau he developed leading edge components and products for wireless, data center and Internet of Things, solving new challenges in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, advanced networking, orchestration, and advanced hardware architectures. At SONLTE he partnered with industry leading companies providing subject matter expertise for new technologies. He’s held senior leadership positions for over a decade at Samsung, delivered architectural and innovation leadership within PageNet’s R&D group and performed engineering roles launching new products at NORTEL.

Eddie Schutter is currently Managing Partner at LuxML, prior he was the Chief Technology Officer for Switch, responsible for technical and operational leadership, optimization of production and services, and strategic development of innovation programs and initiatives that drive top-and-bottom line business value across all business units. Transforming the company’s monetary and intellectual capital into technology to advance strategic and tactical plans, his focus includes leading efforts to identify new technologies that advance the strategic vision and mission of Switch. Eddie will also lead Switch’s efforts to promote, integrate and apply new technologies through research and development, proof of concept, piloting, field trials, scale out and realization. Eddie has over 25 years of experience and leadership in the data center and information technology industry for organizations including eBay, AT&T, DCF Technologies, The Green Grid, Datacenter Pulse, and other various advisory boards. He is a Director on the iMasons BOD, executive advisor on the Technical Curriculum Advisory Board of CNet Training, and Executive Advisor on the SMU Lyle School of Engineering DSE Advisory Board. Additionally, he has been instrumental in the development of operational optimization, technology innovations, automation, full stack solution development and deployment, networks, infrastructure security, cloud engineering, new product development, industry standards and advancing formal education in data center design and engineering. Eddie is a Navy veteran and he studied Aerospace Engineering at Texas A&M University. He resides in Dallas with his wife of 28 years and their eleven children. In his free time, Eddie enjoys outdoor activities, soccer, hunting, fishing, and farming.

John brings 15 years of management experience to the operations of Sabey’s data center portfolio – with no incidence of facility downtime. In addition to all day-to-day operations, start-ups and transitions, John is responsible for developing the conceptual bases of design and operations for data centers, managing client relationships, overseeing construction projects, and planning for electrical utility capacity.

Matthew Caldwell leads strategic account engagement at Trane, a global leader in mission critical cooling. Matt understands the unique needs of the hyperscale & colocation market and coordinates with an account team to support the rapid growth and sustainability goals of global data center clients. Matt has spent the past two decades working in the data center industry; having worked at Schneider Electric, as an enterprise account manager, and Siemens, as a global account manager. Matt earned an MBA from the University of California – Irvine and a BS in business from the University of Rhode Island.

Nabeel Mahmood is a Technologist, Futurist and a Keynote Speaker. His career is driven by one question – what’s next? He is passionate about the power of technology to deliver competitive and transformational change and the need to develop digital leadership that will create the enterprise of the future. He believes strongly in simplification, with a purpose. Nabeel is a strategic CIO identifying opportunities that are being underpinned by emerging technologies. He serves on multiple boards and is an advisor to CIOs and CEO across a number of industries.

Jamie Nickerson is a registered Professional Engineer with 15 years of experience designing, constructing, commissioning, and operating technical facilities, with a focus on data centers. In addition to serving as a trusted consultant for numerous clients in the financial, technology, healthcare, and communications sectors, he has also helped develop and optimize prototypes for a number of data center providers. Jamie is an Uptime Institute Tier Accredited Specialist and a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional. He received his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University with a focus on thermodynamics and fluid mechanics. Currently, he is the Principal Mechanical Engineer for Wells Fargo's data centers.

Craig Compiano is the co-founder and President of Modius Inc. Craig is a successful executive and entrepreneur and has been our President since 2004.

Craig has a passion for operational systems development and performance analytics for data centers. He brings 30+ years of business and technology expertise to his role. Before Modius, Craig was at Andersen Consulting and the co-founder & VP of Paymap, Inc.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from USC and an MBA in Finance from UC Berkeley. He also holds a patent for an Electronic Payment Technology that is widely deployed in the banking industry. Craig is also a US Navy Veteran.

As senior vice president of portfolio management, Robert Crespi will be responsible for the development and execution of the asset and portfolio management strategies to optimize the financial performance and value creation of the Company’s data centers. Robert joined CyrusOne in 2015 following a 20+ year career in technology services leadership and data center operations. He has served as vice president of Interconnection & Services since 2016 and has played a key role in growing the services business.

Therese is based in the Company’s Denver office and leads EdgeCore’s day-to-day data center operations and customer-lifecycle activities, from lease execution and move in through expiration and move out, including space build out, on-going support, and incident management. Therese brings significant experience in designing strategy and leading execution and operation of end-to-end service-delivery and customer-support teams, systems, and processes. Therese joined EdgeCore following roles of progressive accountability at CoreSite Realty Corporation, most recently as Vice President supporting and leading the company’s activities around customer-lifecycle management for more than 1,200 customers and $500M+ in annualized revenue. Her responsibilities included a) on-boarding and capacity deployment, b) on-going support via self-service systems (portal management) and a team of Strategic Account Service Representatives, c) capacity and contract management, d) service-processes design and improvement, and e) incident engagement, remediation, and avoidance. Prior to CoreSite, Therese was a Dean’s Research Fellow at the University of Colorado Law School, where she authored and collaborated in authoring works related to cybersecurity, telecommunications, and technology. Therese holds a B.A. in International Business from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law.

As Executive Vice President – Chief Customer Officer for CyrusOne, Andrea Munoz is responsible for an ecosystem of services aimed at delivering high-touch, optimal customer experiences. Andrea’s oversight includes data center operations, physical security, customer success, implementations, service delivery, and crisis management. Additionally, Andrea serves in a leadership role for CyrusOne’s Women’s Resource Group, a supportive network for facilitating professional development and growth as well as promoting diversity and inclusion. She also is a frequent speaker at industry and business events.

Since joining CyrusOne in 2014, Andrea has successfully led customer-centric initiatives and service delivery teams that have fueled CyrusOne’s scalable growth and elevated its customer-centric operations and culture. Her accomplishments have earned her several promotions and increased responsibilities. Prior to joining CyrusOne, Andrea spent 17 years in the telecommunications industry serving in multiple operational leadership roles.

Andrea earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys her time with her family as well as yoga, mountain biking and traveling.

Mark is currently the Vice President of Strategic Markets Development for Boon Edam and has 27 years’ experience in physical and cyber security, with his earliest years at Boon Edam focusing on pedestrian and vehicular barrier implementation. Mark was previously the Chief Executive Officer of ESI Convergent, a security consulting firm specializing in converged cyber and physical security solutions, and before that the Vice President of Enterprise Security Accounts for Boon Edam.

After graduating from the University of Detroit in 1981 with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Mark worked for

several companies, including Litton Industries, and Stanley. In between his differing tenures with Boon Edam, Inc., Mark has engaged in multiple start-ups including a construction partnership, children’s furniture manufacturing company, a vehicle crash barrier company, a Frac Tank / Vacuum Trailer manufacturing company, and most recently a Secured Communications venture.

Mark was an early adopter of sustainable energy savings applications for public entrances and helped pioneer the Boon Edam U.S. evolution to being the World leader in secured entry designs. Some of Mark’s earliest secured entry initiatives were Data Centers. And to this day, Mark is an advocate for bringing the same principles practiced in cyber secured network environments to secured entry and physical security.

With just over two decades in software and related disciplines, I continue to be excited to see how the world of computing keeps evolving. WIth a background in Geological Sciences, my journey into software engineering, IT, business has been a meandering one; albeit one

surrounded by incredibly gifted people who were always willing to help and teach.

In my current role as Head of Customer Engineering, Select accounts for Retail(Fashion) North America at Google Cloud, I have had the opportunity to work with some of the best in product, engineering, support and sales to help customers in their cloud transformation journey.

Being a practitioner in this space, I am witness to the unbelievable scale, flexibility and power of cloud that can help customers rapidly build, scale and operationalize the best in class experiences that matters to their business. Ranging from building resilient elastic applications to serverless approach in Data(it's all Big now) to rapid innovation in AI; Cloud is where the next big ideas are being born and being nurtured into reality. Adam Wiggins is the Data Center Segment Manager for Camfil, a leading global manufacturer of clean air solutions. He is responsible for Camfil’s data center strategy, market share, and technical support in the US. Adam brings over 12 years of experience in optimizing air filtration systems for many Fortune 500 companies such as Cardinal Health, AT&T, HCA Healthcare, Tyson Foods and Nissan. He is an expert in modeling data center TCO air filtration system costs using Camfil’s Life Cycle Cost (LCC) software. LCC software can accurately project various costs associated with a data center air filtration systems using ASHRAE filter loading data. Air filtration Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization will drastically reduce kWh usage, CO2 emissions, labor hours, and environmental landfill impact. Adam passionately believes the best solutions for his customers are the best solutions for our planet too. Adam resides in Nashville, TN with his wife and son.

Avery is an Engineered Solutions Manager for Kohler Power’s Data Center Team. Within his role he works directly with international data center clients to ensure designs, production, and services all align. Previously, he was an outside sales representative in Vertiv / Liebert’s Kansas City office growing the 3PH power business in the Midwest. In 2018 he was nationally recognized as one of Vertiv top ten producers for North America power systems. He has his bachelor’s from Michigan State University and his MBA from University of Kansas. His background with financial analysis and passion for environmental sustainability has uniquely positioned him to help companies make positive changes for the planet while increasing the value of their businesses.
