Dave has been in the utility industry for over 10 years helping support temporary, or long-term power generation requirements to industry, either behind or in front of the meter, using large reciprocating engines.

Dave has worked with, industry, utilities, ISO’s and RTO’s to support capacity requirements, emergency response challenges and help improve planned work requirements.

Dave joined the VoltaGrid in 2022 where VoltaGrid been supporting large industry by electrifying their processes when they have been completely stranded or have limited access to their utility.

By supporting their customers they have reduced emissions by over 38%.

Kevin Dalton serves as Chief Data Center Officer for Cumulus Data, a division of Talen Energy Corporation. In this role, he leads the design and construction of data centers and supports technical customer sales efforts. He has over 30 years of experience developing 1,000 MW of data center capacity ($10B CapEx) across over 75 data centers globally.

Mr. Dalton is an expert in leveraging supply chain optimization and modular prefabricated construction techniques to drive rapid growth, improved quality, and speed to market. Throughout his career, he has set the standard for next-generation data center designs and led multiple successful sustainability initiatives.

Prior to joining Cumulus Data, Mr. Dalton served as Senior Vice President of Design & Construction for NTT Global Data Centers, responsible for leading the team that designs and delivers world-class data centers. Before his tenure with NTT Global Data Centers, he spent 12 years at Digital Realty in technical and senior management roles, including seven years as Vice President of Engineering, leading teams of engineers to deliver data center solutions for customers around the world. Mr. Dalton previously spent 10 years at MGE UPS Systems, a world leader in uninterrupted power supply systems, and nine years at McClier Corporation, a design-build firm.

Mr. Dalton earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.

As a Co-founder in 1992, and currently the Director of Environmental Impact at MIRATECH Corporation, Jim provides leadership, strategy and product design expertise for their Power Generation division. Jim rejoined Miratech Corporation in 2019 heading up the ENP Concepts consulting arm after management positions at Rypos Corporation and leading the environmental department at PowerSecure’s microgrid group. In charge of tracking all Federal, State and Local emissions regulations as they pertain to backup generators located at Datacenters in North America and Europe, he ensures MIRATECH’s products and services offer ongoing compliance. Mr. McDonald has testified before the Federal EPA numerous times and is considered a valuable stakeholder on several rulemaking teams at the State Level. For 15 years he has been an instructor for the Advanced School of the Electrical Generating Systems Association on the subject of Emissions from Diesel engines and has authored the textbook chapter on the same. He has a Patent Pending on the use of wire mesh DPF substrates in the pre-heating of SCR catalyst blocks. As the originator of the ‘GVU’ measurement parameter, Jim performs analyses to show the relative comparison on Ultraclean diesel generators versus grid supplied power. As such he advocates for the environmentally justifiable use of stationary generators until emerging renewable technologies are proven and cost effective. Jim holds a B.S in mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware.

Rob Rockwood serves as President of Sabey Data Centers and has been with the company for four years. Prior to joining Sabey, he served at CoreSite from 2001-2014 finishing as a Senior Vice President and General Manager.

After graduating from West Point and serving in the US Army, Rob earned master’s degrees in construction management and public administration from the University of Illinois and Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, respectively. Rob draws on his training and experience as a soldier and business leader to build teams that create the very best opportunities for customers and employees to grow and prosper.

He lives with his wife Meg in Northern Virginia.

As a Product Innovation Manager at Microsoft's Cloud Operations & Innovation, Yue leads end-to-end program management of disruptive technologies and breakthrough datacenter innovations from incubation to hyperscale deployment. He had previously worked on delivering datacenter power infrastructure and renewable energy procurement for Microsoft's datacenters. He has nearly 10 years of experience in Microsoft's datacenter development, deployment, and innovation.

Before joining Microsoft, Yue worked at Pacific Gas & Electric Company for more than 5 years, where he focused on renewable energy procurement and electric operations.

Yue earned his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of California Berkeley and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Yue has a passion for the performing arts. He has been a producer, writer, and performer for a community theater company in San Francisco and Berkeley. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring the world with his wife and infant while contemplating the history of the Roman Empire.

Mike has been a forward-thinking leader in the energy space for over 28 years covering many facets of energy solutions from power generation / CHP, electric and natural gas infrastructure, load response, energy efficiency, and LNG / CNG / RNG solutions. Experience navigating large and small utilities, developers, multinational corporations, military branches, universities, large and small companies creating innovative solutions to meet each project’s specific target and requirements. Mike is responsible for growing Jenbacher North America’s Hydrogen and Natural Gas Generator Market.

James Repass services as SVP of Global Operations for Fleet Data Centers, leading a team of multidisciplinary experts to ensure continuous uptime for mission-critical data center operations, with a focus on delivering seamless space, power, cooling, connectivity and security to a diverse client portfolio. His 10+ years in the data center industry include key contributions in engineering, maintenance management and project oversight. He has expertise in business process improvement and customer collaboration, and is committed to enabling operational excellence and supporting client success.

Ron Davis’s over 40 years of experience includes facility construction, preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, as well as associated staff and program management. Davis was an instructor for a state-registered apprenticeship training program, before developing and implementing an apprenticeship program in a manufacturing facility for which he was a maintenance manager.

Davis’s last 15 years have been solely focused on data center operations, during which he has developed, implemented, and managed global data center operations programs for Schneider electric and NTT. Before becoming VP

of Professional Services-Digital Infrastructure Operations, his experience at Uptime included delivery of operations professional services, including M&O (Management and Operations) Stamp of Approval and TCOS (Tier Certification of Operational Sustainability).

Adam Wiggins is the Data Center Segment Manager for Camfil, a leading global manufacturer of clean air solutions. He is responsible for Camfil’s data center strategy, market share, and technical support in the US. Adam brings over 12 years of experience in optimizing air filtration systems for many Fortune 500 companies such as Cardinal Health, AT&T, HCA Healthcare, Tyson Foods and Nissan. He is an expert in modeling data center TCO air filtration system costs using Camfil’s Life Cycle Cost (LCC) software. LCC software can accurately project various costs associated with a data center air filtration systems using ASHRAE filter loading data. Air filtration Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization will drastically reduce kWh usage, CO2 emissions, labor hours, and environmental landfill impact. Adam passionately believes the best solutions for his customers are the best solutions for our planet too. Mike has worked in Data Centers for 30 years. He started his career with Johnson Controls Global WorkPlace Solutions (GWS) in UK working at the IBM data centers and driving risk management and operational process improvement. In 2006 he relocated to Sydney, Australia as the APAC Technical Director responsible for all the critical sites, including data centers, JCI managed across Asia. In 2010 he moved to Milwaukee, USA to lead the JCI Global Critical Environment Program. CBRE acquired GWS in 2015 and Mike became part of a new business unit, Data Centre Solutions (DCS), where he has been responsible for developing and driving process, technology, maintenance, reliability, and training standards across the 700 data centers managed by DCS as part of the Data Center Shield program. Mike holds a Masters in Data Centre Leadership and Management through CNet and Anglia Riskin University.

Vello is the president of Ehvert Mission Critical, a vertically integrated multi-disciplinary engineering and

construction firm specializing in the design, construction, and support of critical facilities with offices in

the United States, Canada and Europe.

Vello has been involved in the design, construction and operation of critical facilities for over forty years

and has pioneered the use of digital technologies and manufacturing processes for critical facility design,

construction and operation.

Ehvert uses a manufacturing approach to construction and is a global leader in the use of BIM, Virtual

Design, Digital Construction, and Automation System Programming for critical facilities.

Vello Ehvert is a registered professional engineer in the United States and Canada, a LEED Accredited

Professional, Uptime Accredited Tier Designer and a Broker of Record with Adelaide Realty Inc. He also

holds an RBQ certification for construction in the Province of Quebec.

Jim Gao is the CEO and co-founder of Phaidra — an AI company that makes autonomous, self-learning control systems for data centers. Prior to Phaidra, Jim launched DeepMind Energy, a Google business division dedicated to applying AI to mitigate climate change. This included reducing Google's data center cooling energy by over 30% via machine learning. Jim started his career as a mechanical engineer helping to design and operate Google's hyperscale data centers.

James Sedoruk is the Director of Operations – East for Sabey Data Centers. Prior to joining Sabey, James

had managed and operated various data center and mission critical environments serving purpose-built

data center spaces and mixed-use multi-purpose environments. He started his career as a Local 94 IOUE

critical systems engineer focusing on chiller plant operation and power distribution monitoring, serving

investment banking infrastructure. Since then, James has supported the critical operations of multiple

Fortune/Global 500 corporations. James draws from his years of experience playing junior and college

hockey to develop teams that excel in high-performance/high-stakes scenarios. He lives with his wife

Rachel and sons Lucas and Ryan in Northern Virginia.

Dan Fuenffinger is an AI Controls Solutions Engineer at Phaidra — an AI company deploying autonomous, self-learning control systems for mission critical infrastructure. Prior to Phaidra, a 10 year career with Google took him from Southlands, IA as a Facilities Technician to Clarksville, TN as the Controls and Commissioning lead through full a construction lifecycle, and later to playing a key role on the Central Operations team developing the GDC Alarm Philosophy and improving global alarm management strategies. He also worked directly with the founders of Phaidra during their time deploying AI control within Google’s data center infrastructure. Before Google, Dan was an electrician on a 688 class submarine where he operated and maintained the ship's electrical and propulsion systems.

Sam Rabinowitz is the CEO of LANTANA LED and has been delivering energy efficient and sustainable lighting solutions to the digital infrastructure industry for the past six years. Sam’s passion and keen focus on innovation, technology, and process optimization helps data centers improve efficiency and costs associated with installation, maintenance, and operations of illumination systems. David C. Meadows II has worked in data center cooling since 1999.  He is currently the Director of Technology with STULZ USA, a manufacturer of precision air conditioning, humidification, and dehumidification products specifically designed for the data center.  Previously David has served as both the Design Engineering Manager and the Applications Engineering Manager at Stulz.  David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.  David is also a graduate of the United States Navy Nuclear Power School.
