Jennifer Reininger is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of expertise in mission-critical infrastructure, specializing in data center site acquisition, development, and strategic expansion. She currently serves as the Director of Acquisition at CleanArc Data Centers, where she leads efforts to identify and secure high-value sites that support the company’s rapid growth and evolving infrastructure needs.

Prior to joining CleanArc, Jennifer held senior leadership roles with major players in the industry, including Yondr Group and CyrusOne, where she consistently exceeded acquisition goals, led landmark land transactions, and pioneered process improvements that streamlined operations and reduced costs. Her global experience spans key data center markets in North America and Europe, including Dublin, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, and London.

Jennifer’s expertise includes power and network planning, financial modeling, governmental negotiations, strategic planning, and risk mitigation. David C. Meadows II has worked in data center cooling since 1999.  He is currently the Director of Technology with STULZ USA, a manufacturer of precision air conditioning, humidification, and dehumidification products specifically designed for the data center.  Previously David has served as both the Design Engineering Manager and the Applications Engineering Manager at Stulz.  David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.  David is also a graduate of the United States Navy Nuclear Power School.

David is an experienced public speaker and data center evangelist with over 25 years in

the IT/Data Center industry. He has held a variety of roles, from leading national product

and solution engineering teams to hosting the QTS Experience podcast.

David is passionate about using technology and data for the greater good. He believes

John has over 20 years of experience in HVAC design and construction developing Critical Facilities projects up to 48MW. He is proficient in engineering project management, high performance building design, LEED, engineering asset evaluation, commissioning, construction administrative services and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). With his knowledge base in sustainable design practices, John’s project portfolio includes LEED Gold and LEED Platinum projects. He is a professional engineer and LEED Accredited Professional BD+C. John is also a member of American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).

Joe is Vice President, Solution Architects at Schneider Electric, responsible for bringing together the full

suite of our products and services to provide complete solutions for our customers. Joe has more than

22 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, operations management, and

system engineering strategies.  Joe started his career with the U.S. Air Force Nuclear program and then

lead one of the world’s largest financial data center portfolios. Joe provides strong technical and

business leadership skills with the proven ability to analyze an organization’s business requirements,

identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to meet the

customer’s business objectives.

Christa leads WRA’s Protective Design group and has been providing protective design services for government studies, design projects, and Title II efforts involving perimeter and building security countermeasures for almost 20 years. She has successfully completed a wide variety of engineering projects including design of new vehicle control points for government installations; selection and specification of active and passive vehicle barriers, perimeter fences, perimeter intrusion detection systems; and interior building modifications for the installation interior guard posts and personnel access control. She has contributed to the development of feasibility studies and design projects for new and renovated federal facilities and campuses that must be brought into compliance with the most robust federal criteria to improve protection for federal/DoD personnel and critical assets from a full range of terrorist threats.

Amy Dunton is a business development professional with a focus on developing business

relationships and strategies with her customers, partners and industry peers. Serving as

the foundation of her consultative wholistic approach, Amy’s over 25 years of experience

in physical and network security, structured cabling, power/cooling, connectivity,

network, storage, and compute brings a well-rounded and unique perspective to the

critical infrastructure industry.  Her roles have included working for distribution,

manufacturing, manufacturing representatives, and a leading Enterprise IT Solutions

provider.  Her expansive network and understanding of IT infrastructure, Facilities and

Data Centers has fuelled a passion for creating an environment with more collaboration

as IT Infrastructure and technology trends can greatly impact how we design, build and

secure our data centers and critical infrastructure.

Amy currently serves on the board of the AFCOM Greater MN Chapter and the 7x24

Exchange MN Chapter. She is serving as the Co-Chair for the SIA Perimeter Security

As a founding member of AG&E, Sanjay brings over 27 years of experience as a structural engineer. His leadership and expertise in the design and construction industries have propelled the growth of the company into one of the largest structural engineering firms in the state of Texas. Sanjay is licensed in more than 30 states and has led the structural design of numerous projects in different market sectors including healthcare, municipal, education, mission critical, industrial, corporate, parking structures, and aviation, as well as structural forensics and full-scale load tests. Sanjay is actively involved in the development process of each project and closely monitors design execution and completion. He is also committed to training and coaching junior engineers, team building, and strategic corporate planning.

Taylor Hawkins is an experienced and outgoing Data Center Development Project Manager leveraging technical knowledge of the mechanical, electrical, civil and structural engineering principles to support complex data infrastructure projects for the world's premier Cloud computing platforms. Ms. Hawkins has completed hundreds of megawatts of hyperscale data center builds on behalf of public and private sector clients, which include Bid-Build, Design-Build, and CM-at-Risk scopes of work, delivering 10 figures worth of construction of mission critical facilities.

With a deep understanding of the intricate challenges and complexities of the data center industry, Taylor has successfully managed numerous projects from conception to completion, ensuring optimal efficiency, cost effectiveness, and adherence to strict timelines. Her expertise in overseeing the entire project life cycle, from planning and design to procurement and construction, has consistently resulted in the seamless delivery of state-of-the-art data center facilities.

Experience navigating large and small utilities, developers, multinational corporations, military branches, universities, large and small companies creating innovative solutions to meet each project’s specific target and requirements. Mike is responsible for growing Jenbacher North America’s Hydrogen and Natural Gas Generator Market.

As a Co-founder in 1992, and currently the Director of Environmental Impact at MIRATECH Corporation, Jim provides leadership, strategy and product design expertise for their Power Generation division. Jim rejoined Miratech Corporation in 2019 heading up the ENP Concepts consulting arm after management positions at Rypos Corporation and leading the environmental department at PowerSecure’s microgrid group. In charge of tracking all Federal, State and Local emissions regulations as they pertain to backup generators located at Datacenters in North America and Europe, he ensures MIRATECH’s products and services offer ongoing compliance. Mr. McDonald has testified before the Federal EPA numerous times and is considered a valuable stakeholder on several rulemaking teams at the State Level. For 15 years he has been an instructor for the Advanced School of the Electrical Generating Systems Association on the subject of Emissions from Diesel engines and has authored the textbook chapter on the same. He has a Patent Pending on the use of wire mesh DPF substrates in the pre-heating of SCR catalyst blocks. As the originator of the ‘GVU’ measurement parameter, Jim performs analyses to show the relative comparison on Ultraclean diesel generators versus grid supplied power. As such he advocates for the environmentally justifiable use of stationary generators until emerging renewable technologies are proven and cost effective. Jim holds a B.S in mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware.

Nancy Novak, Compass Datacenters’ Chief Innovation Officer, has over 25 years of construction experience and has overseen the delivery of over $3.5 billion in projects during that time. Prior to joining Compass, Nancy was the National Vice President of Operations for Balfour Beatty Construction which she joined after serving in a variety of executive positions for Hensel Phelps Construction Company. Ms. Novak is a member of the iMason’s advisory council and is actively involved in a number of organizations dedicated to the advancement of woman in business including Above the Glass Ceiling (AGC) who are working with Fortune 500 companies to aid in the advancement of women in STEM, Women in Government Relations (WGE), Women Construction Owners and Executives (WCOE), The World Trade Center Initiative, Fortune Media’s Most Powerful Women and the National Women’s Party. Nancy is a frequent speaker on the topic and has participated in the White House Womens and Diversity in STEM forums. Nancy holds a degree in Construction Engineering and Management from San Diego State University.

As Vice President of Data Center Development and Construction, Karen Petersburg brings 17

years of significant experience to PowerHouse, having successfully managed complex

sustainable data center design and engineering projects, including campus developments,

hyperscale built-to-suits, and major infrastructure renovations. Most recently, Petersburg has

served as director of design for Digital Realty Trust, where she was responsible for the quality of

the organization’s designs and processes. Alongside Luke Kipfer, Petersburg oversees the

planning and execution of all PowerHouse data center projects.

Karen Petersburg actively contributes to the data center industry as the president of the local

7x24 DC Chapter, with board and committee positions for the Data Center Coalition and the

Nomad Futurist Foundation. She also supports local non-profits aiming to increase STEM

participation among local youth.

Beyond her professional life, Karen is dedicated to exploring the philosophical and

socio-economic dimensions of data, contemplating how it impacts our daily lives and shapes our

globalized society's future.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government as well as a Masters of

Arts in Philosophy from Virginia Tech, along with several industry certifications from CNet

Training/Uptime Institute and Data Center Dynamics.

Paul Peterson is a Director of Data Center & Critical Environments –

Assessments & Consulting, responsible for overseeing the delivery of data

center and critical environment assessments for various portfolios and

footprints globally. With over eighteen years of experience in critical power

and infrastructure, Paul has worked in large-scale mission critical data

centers across the United States.

Prior to his current role, Paul served as the Senior Director Facilities

Manager for the CyrusOne account, where he successfully led operations at

data center locations in the Northeast. He ensured that his facilities teams

had the necessary tools and resources to achieve exceptional performance,

focusing on operational excellence, business development, client

compliance, and efficiency.

Before joining CyrusOne, Paul spent over five years as a Senior Sales

Engineer at Quality Uptime Services. With his unique technical background

acquired from servicing critical equipment in major data centers

nationwide, he provided exceptional support to his clients. Prior to this,

Paul worked as a Senior Field Engineer for over a decade.

Outside of his professional work, Paul is actively involved as the Director of

Communications at 7X24 Exchange Empire State Chapter, where he fosters

learning and networking opportunities within the data center industry in

the Empire State Region.

Paul's educational background includes studying Business Administration,

Finance, and Financial Management services at Western Connecticut State

University. Additionally, he attended the Connecticut School of Electronics,

where he received training in areas such as semi-conductors, AC/DC

voltage, schematics, and alarm systems.

In his leisure time, Paul enjoys spending quality time with his wife Lauren

and their son Owen and Daughter Eve. He also enjoys cycling as a way to

relax and stay active.

Reid Senescu is VP of Product Management at Doxel. His team talks with folks in construction and communicates their needs to software developers who use AI to help the industry build better, faster, with lower costs. His career began as a structural engineer, founded a construction tech startup out of his PhD research at Stanford and then led product for Rhumbix followed by Enlighted (acquired by Siemens).

Vicki Worden serves as President and CEO of the Green Building Initiative, an international nonprofit dedicated to reducing climate impacts by improving the built environment. She is co-author of Greener Data, a best selling book on Amazon that launched on April 22, 2022. She is the former chair of the National Institute of Building Sciences Consultative Council, which unifies the codes development and building industry and communicates to the U.S. Congress and Administration on commercial building priorities. She also serves as a judge of the U.S. DOE's Solar Decathlon.

As a sustainability pro and entrepreneur, Worden has advanced objectives within a range of industries, including solar, wind, parking, furniture, mattress, composites, wood products and rainwater harvesting. During her tenure at GBI, she led this start-up organization into a thriving community that supports integration of sustainability and net zero, health and wellness, and resilience objectives throughout some of the largest real estate portfolios in the world. Through its Green Globes and federal Guiding Principles Compliance programs, GBI will have certified half a billion square feet of commercial and multifamily building space in North America and beyond during 2022.

Worden holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and she is a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organizational Management. She lives in Camden, Maine, where she feeds her soul with an abundance of hiking, skiing, swimming, and outdoor activities along with her husband and dogs.

Leads the effort to engage technical staff in the design-assist effort of very fast-track projects, at the earliest stages of development. Works with end-users and their agents to create unique designs and unusual applications of precast concrete building systems.

Drives Metromont’s practice of acting as a specialty precast subcontractor in the data center -- and not just the manufacturer of various precast parts and pieces. Metromont can self-perform 100% of the precast concrete work, beginning from structured design-assist engagement, through field erection of "all-precast" buildings.

Leads the activities of Metromont’s VA Sales staff in pursuit of projects primarily in Virginia’s Data Center Alley, but across the U.S. Metromont has the capability of extending its reach beyond this area, on certain projects, where organizational strengths, financial capacity, and past experience -- particularly with regard to mission-critical projects -- are required.
