Adil Attlassy serves as Compass’ Chief Technical Officer. Mr. Attlassy is widely respected as a thought leader in IT infrastructure who has been at the forefront of data center trends over the past two decades. Prior to joining Compass, Adil served as the General Manager of Global Site and Network Acquisition for Microsoft. Before Microsoft, Mr. Attlassy held the position of Chief Development Officer for IO. In that role, he was directly responsible for global site selection and development, and he oversaw the company’s data center procurement and supply chain engagement. Prior to IO, Adil held executive positions for Digital Realty Trust in the U.S., UK and Singapore. Mr. Attlassy holds a DUT from Institut de Technologie, Mulhouse, France, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles and an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management.

Kurt’s professional engineering career spans over 40 years. His expertise includes structural engineering design for Mission Critical Facilities such as Data Centers, Health Care Facilities such as Hospitals and Clinics and Life Sciences Facilities such as Biopharmaceutical Pilot Plants and Production Facilities around the United States and the World. His area of expertise is in designing buildings to be occupable after natural disasters including Tornados, Hurricanes and Earthquakes. He has been the structural engineer of record for conventional “fixed Base Buildings” ranging from 1-23 stories, “Base Isolated Buildings” ranging from 1-5 stories, and the retrofit and new construction of buildings incorporating Fluid Viscous Dampers ranging from 1-22 stories. He has published numerous papers on passive energy dissipation and presented the findings at various conventions in Boston, San Francisco and Milan.

For over 23 years as the Founding Principal at PARADIGM Structural Engineers, Kurt spends most of his time developing new leaders at PARADIGM and mentoring staff in Chicago and San Francisco.

Paul is the director of virtual design and construction at Ehvert with ten years of unique experience and expertise in digital tools revolutionizing engineering and construction. In his time with the firm, he has achieved project success by effectively implementing laser scanning, 3D, 4D and 5D BIM to create digital twins for large-scale construction projects. Paul focuses on making VDC technology accessible to all project stakeholders and works to ensure that all project team members can leverage their background and expertise in the model. Paul is currently working with hyper-scale data center providers to use BIM to improve site safety by modelling high-risk construction activities and construction sequencing demos

Nishi is an experienced supply chain director with global experience working in diverse industries: data centers, oil & gas, electric power, locomotives and mining.

Nishi is a D,E and I ally. She believes that 'the entire purpose of POWER is to EMPOWER others'.

Saurabh Ladha is the Founder and CEO of Doxel, which provides automated progress tracking powered by AI. Inspired after seeing how construction delays impact lives and livelihoods, Saurabh brought his passion for cyber-physical systems to construction to help project teams stay on track in the face of constant change.

Doxel powers construction on the world’s largest oil and gas facilities, mega data centers, hospitals, and other complex construction.

Hani Noshi is a Principal Program Manager at Microsoft. Hani has 20+ years of Projects, Operations, Strategy, and Business Transformation experience.

In the Operations Excellence space, Hani focused on the full life cycle of operations transformation: from target operating model design through to operations transformation delivery, change management and implementation. Hani has led projects in Oil & Gas, Resources, and Consumer Products operating groups in 4 continents and 36 countries.

In consulting, Hani has provided services involving supply chain lean transformation and process excellence for several large clients. He prides himself on his ability to help clients through complex transformations. A few noteworthy examples include:

Helping an Energy Supermajor organization to develop a multi-million dollar business case to streamline their Capital Projects and Engineering processes resulting in $200M in savings and a 15 times return on investment.

Prior to joining Accenture, Hani started his career in industry with General Electric Company in 1999, where he joined their Operations Management Leadership program. He then held various functions in hard core manufacturing, supply chain, and product development with increasing levels of responsibility. Throughout Hani’s career in GE, he was promoted throughout several GE businesses where he invented five US and European patents.

Steven Murray oversees the Dallas office. He utilizes his project controls expertise to provide his clients with innovative and top-quality services and work products. Mr. Murray has scheduled over $20 billion of projects and programs for some of the largest companies in the world. On these projects and programs, he developed personalized procedures and deliverables in order to meet clients’ needs. His specialty is in large-scale projects, such as corporate campuses and data centers.

Mr. Murray has experience representing general contractors, construction managers, owners, and subcontractors in all phases of construction. Steven began working for Aegis in 2013 after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland. He is an accredited member of the AACE.

Anthony oversees business development and leasing across Fortune 500 enterprise accounts, and is instrumental in guiding the company’s collaborative ecosystem of partnerships, which include brokerage relationships, alliance partners and Stream’s growing channel program.

Bringing more than two and a half decades of technical real estate expertise to the team, Anthony delivers data center and commercial real estate insight to ensure Stream excels at meeting customers’ evolving needs with tailored mission-critical solutions.

Over the years, Anthony has served as an expert panelist and guest speaker for a number of professional data center organizations, including datacenterHawk, Data Center Dynamics, in addition to multiple AFCOM events and panels.

Prior to joining Stream Data Centers in 2007, Anthony was a founding member of the data center solutions group at CBRE, where he specialized in delivering data center services to technical real estate owners and users.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics with an emphasis in Real Estate Valuation from Texas A&M University.

Haynes Strader brings 8 years of real estate experience, with 7 entirely focused on

mission critical facilities. Haynes spent the majority of his career as a data center site

selection, acquisition and disposition expert, completing more than 200 transactions

totaling more than 250 MW in 26 global markets since 2015. Haynes joined the Skybox

team in January 2021 and leads the site selection and acquisition team in tandem with the

sales and marketing process.

Mr. Strader continues to participate in a number of data center professional organizations

including Infrastructure Masons, GLG, BWG, and 24x7. His expertise is often relied on by

Strader is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and serves on SMU Dedman

College Executive Board and the SMU Folsom Institute Associates Board.

Chris Sumter serves as EVP of Acquisitions for Prime. He brings 20 years of experience in mission critical data centers and colocation facilities. He previously served as EVP at Jones Lang LaSalle where he oversaw the west coast. Prior to this he was co-founder of Santa Clara-based Vantage Data Centers.

Bruce Thomas is Business Development Manager for Tindall Building Systems Virginia location. Bruce’s

30+ years of experience working in the data/mission critical industry speaks for itself. From project

manager to Sales Engineer and Mechanical General Contracting, there is no part of the business he has

not touched. He began his career working in project management then for Liebert Corporation (Vertiv)

and later moved into a sales Engineer position. This experience led him to mechanical/general

contracting where he has spent years working with the data center expansions in the Northern Virginia

market to the United Arab Emirates region of the Middle East. Bruce is active on various boards serving

as an officer and committee chairman for AFCOM and 7x24 Exchange.

Headquartered in Spartanburg, S.C., Tindall is one of the largest precast prestressed concrete

manufactures in North America. The company is comprised of two distinct business groups, Building

Systems, and Infrastructure. Between the two groups, they own and operates six plant facilities that

service the Mid-Atlantic, Southeastern, and South-Central United States. Tindall provides engineering,

manufacturing, shipping, and installation solutions for the customers and communities they serve.

Mr. Bond is Managing Director and Co-Leader of JLL's global Data Center Solutions practice team. He is a recognized leader in the real estate industry whose knowledge of technical issues, infrastructure, and labor assessment has allowed him to develop the unique skill set required for mission critical and contact center requirements. He works with clients to develop the necessary strategies to meet their individual objectives including tenant and owner representation, investment sales and acquisitions, leasing and development of these unique assets.

As a Boy Scout spending weeks in the wilderness, I became fascinated with how humans thrive when nature and ingenuity work together. That sparked a belief that guides me today: the future is won by combining timeless wisdom with breakthrough technology. I enlisted in the Marines because I wanted to serve. I became an officer because I wanted to lead. From combat deployments to joint cyber and SOF operations, I learned to solve problems with limited resources, build teams that trust each other, and move fast when the mission demands it. In the private sector, I continued building at speed. I’ve led high-stakes global operations for hyperscalers and defense customers integrating autonomy, AI, and UAS to protect people, assets, and national advantage. I develop programs that scale quickly, reduce risk, and increase operational performance. Amy Dunton is a business development professional with a focus on developing business

relationships and strategies with her customers, partners and industry peers. Serving as

the foundation of her consultative wholistic approach, Amy’s over 25 years of experience

in physical and network security, structured cabling, power/cooling, connectivity,

network, storage, and compute brings a well-rounded and unique perspective to the

critical infrastructure industry.  Her roles have included working for distribution,

manufacturing, manufacturing representatives, and a leading Enterprise IT Solutions

provider.  Her expansive network and understanding of IT infrastructure, Facilities and

Data Centers has fuelled a passion for creating an environment with more collaboration

as IT Infrastructure and technology trends can greatly impact how we design, build and

secure our data centers and critical infrastructure.

Amy currently serves on the board of the AFCOM Greater MN Chapter and the 7x24
