As Bandwidth IG’s Chief Commercial Officer, Patton Lochridge is responsible for driving revenue and setting the company’s strategic marketing direction. He prioritizes putting the needs of BIG’s customers first to create custom solutions that will strengthen their ability to access mission-critical dark fiber routes that enable their businesses to operate. Lochridge’s lengthy experience in the communications infrastructure industry is instrumental as the company expands its low-latency dark fiber networks in the key data center markets of the San Francisco Bay Area, Greater Atlanta and Greater Portland.

Lochridge comes to BIG from Zayo, where held several senior leadership roles managing Large Enterprise, Hyperscale, Wireless and Public Sector verticals. While there, he also served as Zayo’s Vice President of Fiber Solutions for the Mid Atlantic and East Regions and held positions in marketing and corporate development. Lochridge also brings experience from the utilities and renewable energy industries. Lochridge earned his MBA from University of Colorado Leeds School of Business. He resides in Colorado. When he’s not serving BIG’s customers, he enjoys spending time with his three children and exploring the state’s great outdoors.

Hunter Schaaf is a Senior Global Manager at CloudHQ with over 15 years of experience in Fiber/ Telecom and Data Centers. Partnering with some of the world’s largest hyperscaler’s, he is recognized for designing and delivering complex OSP/ISP systems and advanced telecom infrastructure to support AI workloads at scale.

With a proven track record leading cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders worldwide, Hunter has successfully driven innovative fiber, connectivity, and data center solutions that enable enterprise growth, cloud adoption, and next-generation AI applications.

As the Founder of Edgeology, Adam draws on his extensive background to deliver innovative solutions for evaluating and developing mission-critical sites, ensuring robust optical backhaul to power each site’s digital ambitions.

Adam’s career spans a unique spectrum of infrastructure design and deployment, from pre-data center projects and field engineering roles at MCI WorldCom to global SONET and DWDM deployments with Fujitsu, business development for dark fiber initiatives, and cable landing station (CLS) development for subsea connectivity. This diverse experience equips him with a comprehensive perspective on data center location strategy and the evolving demands of global connectivity.

Daniel Golding is one the world's leading experts at data center and network engineering, business development, and operations. He has a 30 year career focused on building Internet, Cloud, and AI/ML infrastructure for enterprises, colocation providers, hyperscale clouds, and the emerging AI ecosystem. Dan recently left a long career at Google where he was the only Google Engineering Director to be a part of both the Google Global Networking and Google Data Centers Advanced Technology Innovation teams. He's been a technical lead on the design, engineering and build teams responsible for over $25b of datacenters - thousands of megawatts. He's also a leader in data center leasing, having negotiated, sold, performed due diligence, or signed over $600m of wholesale data center lease deals.

Prior to joining ASG, Dan was the Director of Global Network Delivery Engineering at Google. Before Google, he was the VP of Operations and Engineering at Iron Mountain Data Centers, and before that RagingWire Data Centers, now NTT Data Centers. Dan was the sector's leading industry analyst and investment banker at Gartner for Technical Professionals, Tier 1 Research (451 Group) and DH Capital. Dan was one of the earliest engineering leaders at groundbreaking Internet service providers like AOL, Mindspring, and Earthlink. Dan is the former Chairman of NANOG and former vice-Chairman and co-founder of Open-IX. He is frequently credited as the co-founder of Northern Virginia's Data Center Alley in Ashburn.

Dan's three most significant innovations have been the popularization of the now dominant Donut model of Internet interconnection which supplanted the former Tier-n model of interconnect; the most historically advantageous Ashburn, VA data center land deal, NTT's 100 acre campus in the middle of Ashburn for $20m in 2012 - land with an objective value of $500m; and the development of engineering continuous improvement techniques to vastly accelerate deployments in hyperscale data centers by factors of 5x or more.

Dan has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Auburn University, and a Master of Science Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from George Mason University. He is a graduate of the US Navy's Nuclear Power School.

Robert Novo has in-depth experience in service delivery, network operations, executive consulting, leading-edge technology and carrier-grade, resilient telecommunications. Robert is experienced with leading large team consulting projects, managing shifting priorities and delivering on-time with quality to CxOs of Fortune 500, multi-national customers.

Joshua B. Forman is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Miami office. Joshua represents data center owners, developers, operators, and investors globally, specifically focusing on data center expansion, operations, leases and colocation agreements, and transit services, including the purchase and sale of terrestrial and subsea fiber access and interconnection in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean and Latin America.

Joshua has deep in-house experience, having served as senior vice president and general counsel at Netrality Data Centers, where he was responsible for the organization’s legal department and providing strategic corporate and commercial legal advice to the executive leadership team, and providing legal advice on a wide range of domestic telecommunications matters. As general counsel and chief compliance officer at GlobeNet, he served on the executive leadership team and acted as the secretary to the board of directors, providing counsel regarding virtually all aspects of transactions, from assisting with due diligence and deal structuring, negotiating and drafting transaction documents, to overseeing the attainment of U.S. and non-U.S. regulatory approvals. As corporate counsel for mergers and acquisitions at TouchSuite, he structured U.S. and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions in the merchant services industry.

Hunter Newby is an American entrepreneur, investor, conservationist and the owner of Newby Ventures. His primary field of interest has been network infrastructure. As Co-Founder, Chief Strategy Officer and a Director of Telx, he pioneered the carrier-neutral Meet-Me-Room and the development of carrier hotels and data centers in the United States leading to massive value creation and economic development throughout the Country. Since the sale of Telx he has been and continues to be a founder, developer and investor in the creation of multiple network-neutral infrastructure businesses all across North America.

Mr. Newby is a recognized authority in the network-neutral interconnection and data center industry. He has served on multiple company boards, is a published author, public speaker and has been quoted in several publications including the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and USA Today. He has also been the recipient of numerous awards including being named to the Global Telecoms Business Top 40 Under 40 in 2010.

Kurt Widmann serves as Vice President of the Hyperscale Division at Serverfarm Data Centers and is a key member of the team that just acquired the strategic 7990 Tyson’s Corner, Virginia facility. Prior to joining Serverfarm, Kurt was the Principal SME overseeing AWS’s North and South American edge portfolio, managing 100+ sites.

Develops strategies for applications of precast/prestressed concrete building systems in the data center space. Leads the effort to engage technical staff in the design-assist effort of very fast-track projects, at the earliest stages of development. Works with end-users and their agents to create unique designs and unusual applications of precast concrete building systems.

Drives Metromont’s practice of acting as a specialty precast subcontractor in the data center -- and not just the manufacturer of various precast parts and pieces. Metromont can self-perform 100% of the precast concrete work, beginning from structured design-assist engagement, through field erection of "all-precast" buildings.

Leads the activities of Metromont’s VA Sales staff in pursuit of projects primarily in Virginia’s Data Center Alley, but across the U.S. Metromont has the capability of extending its reach beyond this area, on certain projects, where organizational strengths, financial capacity, and past experience -- particularly with regard to mission-critical projects -- are required.
