An accomplished executive, Lindsey brings together expertise in project development for both data centers and renewable energy. Lindsey led the advancement of several hundred megawatts of data center pipelines across the US and Europe, and her renewable energy development experience extends to the US, Canada and parts of South America.

Prior to joining CleanArc, Lindsey served as Vice President of Project Development at CyrusOne, a leading global data center developer and operator specializing in delivering state-of-the-art digital infrastructure solutions across the globe. At CyrusOne, she led the global Project Development team and was responsible for the strategy, execution, and delivery of the company’s organic data center development projects. Prior to this role, Lindsey served as CyrusOne’s Senior Corporate Counsel of Real Estate & Construction, working alongside the company’s U.S. and global site selection and construction teams in all aspects of site selection and development. Previously, Lindsey served as Senior Attorney for the Americas division of RES Group, the world’s largest independent renewable energy company, where she represented the organization in various matters related to the development and construction of utility scale renewable energy projects. Lindsey began her career as an attorney in private practice focused on commercial and industrial real estate.

Lindsey holds an AB in English from Duke University, a JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.

Raul Martynek joined DataBank in June of 2017 as the Chief Executive Officer. In this role, he provides overall strategic direction of the company and its operations. Raul is a 25+ year veteran in the telecom and Internet Infrastructure sector. He most recently served as a Senior Advisor for Digital Bridge Holdings LLC. Prior to Digital Bridge, he served as Chief Executive Officer for New Jersey-based data center and managed services operator Net Access, LLC. Net Access was acquired in November 2015 by Denver-based data center operator Cologix. Prior to Net Access, he was the CEO of Voxel dot Net, Inc., a global managed hosting and cloud company, which was acquired by Internap Network Services Corp. in early 2012. Mr. Martynek also served as the Chief Restructuring Officer of Smart Telecom, a Dublin, Ireland-based fiber carrier which was acquired by Digiweb in 2009. Before that he evaluated investment opportunities in the telecommunications and Internet sector as a Senior Advisor at Plainfield Asset Management, a $4B hedge fund. Prior to Plainfield, Mr. Martynek spent 13 years with telecom and Internet provider InfoHighway Communications Corp; first as a Chief Operating Officer of Eureka Networks and then as President and Chief Executive Officer of InfoHighway. InfoHighway was acquired by Broadview Networks in 2007. Mr. Martynek earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Binghamton University and received a Master Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs.

Rob is a leading expert within the data center industry with over a decade of mission critical projects both nationally and internationally. Mr. Morris has directed more than 250 megawatts of development in North America. Previous roles include U.S. Practice Leader for Cassidy Turley’s Datacenter Solutions Group as well as Senior Associate to Cushman & Wakefield’s Datacenter Advisory Group.

Jeremy, Chief Executive Officer of Colohouse, specializes in the data center and cloud hosting sectors with over 20 years of experience leading development and infrastructure teams. As the Senior Vice President of Managed Services at DataBank, he restored continuous growth to the top and bottom-line revenue of the Cloud, Security, Compliance, and Network business lines.

Prior to DataBank, Jeremy was the Chief Operating Officer of Aptum, responsible for global operational functions, leading product and technology innovation, and facilitating business planning functions to help secure an effective growth strategy.

Eddie Schutter is currently Managing Partner at LuxML, prior he was the Chief Technology Officer for Switch, responsible for technical and operational leadership, optimization of production and services, and strategic development of innovation programs and initiatives that drive top-and-bottom line business value across all business units. Transforming the company’s monetary and intellectual capital into technology to advance strategic and tactical plans, his focus includes leading efforts to identify new technologies that advance the strategic vision and mission of Switch. Eddie will also lead Switch’s efforts to promote, integrate and apply new technologies through research and development, proof of concept, piloting, field trials, scale out and realization. Eddie has over 25 years of experience and leadership in the data center and information technology industry for organizations including eBay, AT&T, DCF Technologies, The Green Grid, Datacenter Pulse, and other various advisory boards. He is a Director on the iMasons BOD, executive advisor on the Technical Curriculum Advisory Board of CNet Training, and Executive Advisor on the SMU Lyle School of Engineering DSE Advisory Board. Additionally, he has been instrumental in the development of operational optimization, technology innovations, automation, full stack solution development and deployment, networks, infrastructure security, cloud engineering, new product development, industry standards and advancing formal education in data center design and engineering. Eddie is a Navy veteran and he studied Aerospace Engineering at Texas A&M University. He resides in Dallas with his wife of 28 years and their eleven children. Kemal Hawa is a corporate partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Dr. Emily Clark is a Thermal Technologist in the Office of the CTO at Dell Technologies. She focuses on thermal solutions and innovations for server and data center cooling. Emily completed her PhD research at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, which focused on cooling of plasma-facing components in nuclear fusion reactors. She previously worked at Raytheon Technologies, where she focused on cooling complex defense systems.

David Kandel is an authority on hydronic systems for heating and cooling. Mr. Kandel holds bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering from the University of Rochester (NY). He was one of the original engineers in the Belimo control valve product development group. He was an integral part of the group that developed the original CCV (Characterized Control Valve) and the PICCV (Pressure Independent Characterized Control Valve). Originally hired by Belimo in 1998, Mr. Kandel has held the roles of Manager of Valve Development, Product Manager for Control Valves and he currently works as an Application Consultant, Strategic Markets, where he supports Belimo’s efforts in the data center marketplace.

David C. Meadows II has worked in data center cooling since 1999.  He is currently the Director of Technology with STULZ USA, a manufacturer of precision air conditioning, humidification, and dehumidification products specifically designed for the data center.  Previously David has served as both the Design Engineering Manager and the Applications Engineering Manager at Stulz.  David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.  David is also a graduate of the United States Navy Nuclear Power School.

Dr. Shahi is a highly accomplished and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer at NVIDIA, a leading technology company specializing in graphics processing units (GPUs) and artificial intelligence (AI) computing. Dr. Pardeep Shahi holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Texas. His Ph.D. thesis focuses on Cold Plate Based Dynamic Liquid Cooling at the Data center and Chip Level.

Mr. McDonald has testified before the Federal EPA numerous times and is considered a valuable stakeholder on several rulemaking teams at the State Level. For 15 years he has been an instructor for the Advanced School of the Electrical Generating Systems Association on the subject of Emissions from Diesel engines and has authored the textbook chapter on the same. As Engineering Manager for Sabey Data Centers, Johnny Miles acts as program manager and owner’s

representative, responsible for engineering and delivery of data center inventory throughout the

portfolio. Mr. Miles has over 25 years of experience in construction, operations, and engineering and has

been with Sabey for 8 years. Prior to working with Sabey, he worked as Project Manager and Field

Management in the IBEW.3

Scott is a Mission Critical Sector Leader with the national architectural and engineering design firm HED. Playing a key role as design and project leader, subject matter expert, and trusted advisor to clients over his decades of industry experience, Scott has directed the design and construction of over 200 mega-watts and over 2-million-square feet of hyperscale and multi-tenant data center developments. Educated and licensed as an electrical engineer, Scott began his career representing various power and cooling OEM’s in the mission critical industry. This experience has equipped him with a wide breadth of industry knowledge, disciplines, and perspectives, and makes him an ideal partner to clients in producing marquee data center designs. Under his leadership, HED’s architects and engineers execute effective strategies and efficient processes for high-quality project delivery, from complex retrofits to

new campus developments.

Bryan Loewen is a 25-year veteran of the data center industry. Most recently, Bryan raised a discretionary data center real estate fund. He leverages vast experience and tenant relationships in this asset class to acquire data center properties across North America and Europe. To date, the fund has acquired six assets, including four carrier hotels and two traditional data centers. The investment thesis focuses on value-add opportunities, specifically highly interconnected data centers and owning the dominant colocation property in secondary or edge markets.

Bryan Marsh is our Managing Director of North America and is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, structuring, financing and executing acquisition, expansion and leasing activities on behalf of the company. With his nearly 40 years of real estate experience, he has been directly involved in approximately $7 billion in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, financings and asset management.

Prior to StratCap Data Centers, Bryan was a Vice President at Digital Realty where he served as the company’s Portfolio Manager for its U.S. Central region. In this capacity, he had overall responsibility for the strategic planning, acquisitions, dispositions, development, operation, leasing and financial performance of a portfolio of data centers, internet gateways and powered base buildings valued in excess of $5 billion. His portfolio ranged in size from 40 to 55 buildings and from 5.8 million to 8.1 million square feet with annual operating revenues ranging from $400 million to $600 million.

Prior to joining Digital Realty, Bryan was a Senior Vice President and Partner at Equastone, a private equity firm, where he was involved in the acquisition and asset management of a 4.3 million square foot office portfolio in Dallas valued at over $600 million. At that time, Equastone was the city’s 3rd largest office landlord with 21 buildings spread across most of the city’s major submarkets.

He also was formerly a Vice President with RREEF, a pension fund advisor and investment management firm, where he led an office that managed over 18 million square feet of office and industrial space in Texas and Oklahoma. Bryan personally oversaw a roughly 9 million square foot portfolio valued at approximately $500 million. Bryan has closed real estate transactions in over 250 cities and 15 states during his career. He is a past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, and he also served on the Board of Directors of Tech Titans which is the largest technology trade association in North Texas. He has been recognized for each of the past 5 years as a member of the Dallas 500 which is a list of the most powerful and influential business leaders in the DFW metro area according to D CEO Magazine. He graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in finance and real estate.

Jeff Moerdler is chair of the Haynes Boone Data Center and Digital Infrastructure Practice and a real estate partner in the New York office. He has more than 40 years’ experience in general commercial real estate law. Jeff’s real estate practice includes acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, and borrower’s side financing. Jeff also has a particular focus on real estate challenges facing communications, technology and energy companies, and represents property owners and telecom companies in telecom real estate matters, particularly in data center development, acquisitions, sales, leases, colocation agreements and service level agreements. His clients include both large national companies and smaller, local clients, and includes representation of landlords and tenants in all types of leases; counseling owners and developers in the acquisition, sale, joint venture, development, and renovation of property as well as sale-leaseback transactions; advising lenders and borrowers in commercial loans; and the representation of all parties in real estate litigation. He is actively involved in settling real estate, partnership, and inter-family disputes. He also represents many not-for-profit entities and is active in health care, senior living, and educational real estate.

During the past 35 years, Jeff has developed considerable experience in the intersection of real estate with communications, technology, and energy issues. He has extensive experience representing landlords, tenants, developers, and communications service providers in the leasing, purchase, sale, and financing of data centers, colocation facilities, radio and television broadcast antennas, distributed and in-building wireless systems, rooftop antennas, and fiber-optic transactions as well as the wiring of buildings for broadband communications access. Jeff has also negotiated thousands of data center leases, master services agreements, colocation agreements and service level agreements, rooftop and cellular antenna leases, inside wiring agreements, and antenna tower leases throughout the country – covering over 500 million square feet.

He has also devoted a considerable portion of his practice to power and energy issues related to real estate and other technology matters, including large solar and wind installations, battery storage facilities, and bulk power purchases.

Jeff is a frequent speaker on real estate, data center, and telecom topics around the country. He is Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and on the faculty of the Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute. He regularly speaks as a panelist at data center, digital infrastructure and real estate conference around the United States. In addition, he is regularly quoted in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Bisnow, Commercial Property News, Real Estate Weekly, and other publications. He co-authored the first treatise chapter on telecom real law for Powell on Real Property in 1999.

Jeff has previously served in numerous governmental positions, including as a Commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, a member of the New York State Banking Board, a member of the New York State Financial Control Board, a member of the Departmental Disciplinary Committee of the Appellate Division of the First Department of the New York State Supreme Court, Assistant to the First Deputy Mayor of the City of New York, and assistant to the Deputy Borough President of the Borough of Manhattan. From 1981 to 1982, Jeff served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles L. Brieant, US District Judge, and later Chief Judge, for the Southern District of New York.

Jeff is also an emergency medical technician on his local volunteer ambulance and President of his local chapter, as well as having served for 8 years on the Board of Trustees of the umbrella organization which is the largest volunteer ambulance service in the United States.

Ryan Sullivan is an Executive Vice President and National Data Center Group Leader with Lincoln Property Company, overseeing Data Center Investments and Capital Markets. Ryan is responsible for broadening the firm’s data center offering, by partnering with Lincoln’s national commercial and industrial platforms to identify and execute on data center opportunities across the country, including new investments, development, leasing and third-party services for institutional investors, data center operators and end users. He also partners with Lincoln’s Investment Management team to source investment capital for data center opportunities.

Ryan has extensive data center investment, development and leasing experience and joins Lincoln from GI Partners, where he led the firm’s real estate development activities, as Director of Investments and Head of Development. Prior to joining GI Partners, Ryan led investment and portfolio management at Landmark Dividend’s Digital Infrastructure Division, prior to its acquisition by Digital Bridge. From 2015 to 2020, Mr. Sullivan oversaw all investment, leasing and development activities for Lincoln’s Data Center business, formerly known as Lincoln Rackhouse. With his leadership and extensive mission critical investment and development experience, he helped build a respectable national data center operating platform of 16 datacenters across 14 markets, totaling over 3 million sq. ft. and 100 MWs of data center capacity. Earlier, he served in development, leasing and portfolio management roles at Digital Realty. Over his 18+ year data center career, Ryan has managed data center and tech/life science portfolios valued at over $7.5 billion in AUM and pursued data center projects in most U.S. and many international markets.

As President for TitleVest and New York State Manager for First American Title, Brian is

involved in strategic planning, execution, and oversight of operational projects, business

development, as well as technology creation and deployment. Brian handles client inquiries and

provides subject-matter expertise for complex transactions such as, sale-leasebacks,

development right transfers, 1031's, defeasance, multi-site/multi-state portfolios, and other

residential and commercial matters. With over twenty years of experience in real estate and title

insurance Brian has leveraged his knowledge to develop the cutting-edge technology and

business practices behind the critically-acclaimed TitleVest proprietary systems. During his 20-

year tenure with TitleVest, he has helped to structure and/or oversee the closing of over fifty

billion in real estate transactions for leading lenders, investment banks, developers, REITs, and

other real estate investors throughout the United States. Under his leadership TitleVest has

been awarded Best Title Agency ten years running in the New York Law Journal and also Best

Title Company the past two years in the National Law Journal.

As senior vice president of portfolio management, Robert Crespi will be responsible for the development and execution of the asset and portfolio management strategies to optimize the financial performance and value creation of the Company’s data centers. Robert joined CyrusOne in 2015 following a 20+ year career in technology services leadership and data center operations. He has served as vice president of Interconnection & Services since 2016 and has played a key role in growing the services business.

As Chief Innovation Officer at Aligned Data Centers, Phill spearheads the identification of emerging trends and technologies, strategically leveraging them to shape Aligned's innovation roadmap. He's instrumental in cultivating a culture of creativity, driving the development of new products and partnerships that ensure the company remains both competitive and highly adaptable in today's rapidly evolving market.

Before joining Aligned, Phill served as Chief Innovation Officer at EdgeConneX, where he was instrumental in developing edge-based network data centers that underpin today’s digital content ecosystem. As Executive Vice President – Chief Customer Officer for CyrusOne, Andrea Munoz is responsible for an ecosystem of services aimed at delivering high-touch, optimal customer experiences. Andrea’s oversight includes data center operations, physical security, customer success, implementations, service delivery, and crisis management. Additionally, Andrea serves in a leadership role for CyrusOne’s Women’s Resource Group, a supportive network for facilitating professional development and growth as well as promoting diversity and inclusion. She also is a frequent speaker at industry and business events.

Since joining CyrusOne in 2014, Andrea has successfully led customer-centric initiatives and service delivery teams that have fueled CyrusOne’s scalable growth and elevated its customer-centric operations and culture. Chris Sharp has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with an extensive background in developing technology strategies in global markets. He has a deep knowledge of the data center sector and is well positioned to expand technical innovation at Digital Realty. Most recently, he was responsible for cloud innovation at Equinix, where he led the development of innovative cloud services solutions and developed new capabilities enabling next-generation, high-performance exchange and interconnection solutions, facilitating broad commercial adoption of cloud computing on a global basis. Previously, Mr. Sharp held leadership positions at top network and colocation providers, including Qwest Communications, MCI/Verizon Business and Reliance Globalcom.

Jim Gao is the CEO and co-founder of Phaidra — an AI company that makes autonomous, self-learning control systems for data centers. Prior to Phaidra, Jim launched DeepMind Energy, a Google business division dedicated to applying AI to mitigate climate change. This included reducing Google's data center cooling energy by over 30% via machine learning. Jim started his career as a mechanical engineer helping to design and operate Google's hyperscale data centers.
