As Co-Founder, Jerry Blair was instrumental in DataBank’s inception in 2005. In his role, Blair is charged with executing on the company’s sales strategy. With a successful track record spanning more than 20 years in senior sales management, Blair’s experience and proven ability to implement results-driven direct and channel-focused sales programs is a very welcome continued asset to the company. Prior to DataBank, Blair was Vice President of Sales for Switch and Data and LayerOne. He has also served as General Manager of Sales for Lucent Technologies and has held sales management positions with various industry leaders including ICG Communications, Nortel Communications, and Wellfleet Communications.

Jared Day has over 20 years of experience scaling high growth businesses. Previously, Jared was the President of Armor Defense, Inc a cloud cyber security company, where he led the organization through a period of rapid growth (5x in four years). Jared served as acting CFO for most of his time at Armor, overseeing the financial management of the company and closing several rounds of debt and equity capital. At Armor Defense, Jared was also responsible for product management, operations, sales, marketing and all administrative functions. Previously, Jared spent eight years as a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group where he specialized in developing growth strategies and execution plans for portfolio companies of several of the world’s largest private equity investors. Prior to BCG, Jared was CFO of FirstDoor, a software-as-a-service company acquired by Infor. Jared began his professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Jared received a B.S. degree in Management and Accounting from Washington and Lee University, magna cum laude, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

As Chief Innovation Officer at Aligned Data Centers, Phill spearheads the identification of emerging trends and technologies, strategically leveraging them to shape Aligned's innovation roadmap. Known for his ability to distill complex technical concepts into actionable strategies, Phill is a sought-after speaker and advisor, recognized for his innovation and commitment to advancing sustainability in the digital infrastructure sector.

Rob Rockwood serves as President of Sabey Data Centers and has been with the company for four years. Prior to joining Sabey, he served at CoreSite from 2001-2014 finishing as a Senior Vice President and General Manager.

After graduating from West Point and serving in the US Army, Rob earned master’s degrees in construction management and public administration from the University of Illinois and Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, respectively. Rob draws on his training and experience as a soldier and business leader to build teams that create the very best opportunities for customers and employees to grow and prosper.

He lives with his wife Meg in Northern Virginia.

Andrew is a data center, IT, private equity and real estate executive with over 20 years of complex transactional experience and multi-disciplinary senior leadership. As CEO of Aligned, he is dedicated to accelerating business growth by driving the delivery of data center solutions with industry-leading technology and adaptive infrastructure. Since beginning his tenure with Aligned three years ago, Andrew has exponentially grown company revenues, completed several successful capital raisings, and cultivated an ecosystem of innovation that advances Aligned’s commitment to reducing the social, economic and environmental impact of the digital era to position Aligned as the number one performing private data center company in 2019.

Prior to joining Aligned, Andrew held numerous leadership positions over an 11-year period with Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR). Most recently serving as Senior Vice President, he was responsible for global large-scale, client-driven data center builds and was part of the executive leadership team that grew revenue to $2 billion. He also oversaw all major international transactions, including the successful negotiation and execution of projects in Osaka, Singapore, Hong Kong and Sydney. Prior to Digital Realty Trust, Andrew held leadership roles at Sterling Network Services and Sysix Technologies.

Andrew is the Founder and Board Member of DC Delta, an advisory council comprised of global data center end-users and innovators, connectivity providers and sustainability thought-leaders focused on improving data center efficiency and sustainability. He also sits on the Infrastructure Masons Advisory Council, an organization that provides infrastructure executives and technical professionals an independent forum to connect, grow and give back. Additionally, Andrew serves as a mentor for Great Minds in STEM, an association dedicated to keeping America technologically strong by promoting Science, Technology, Engineering and Math careers, especially in underserved communities.

He holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from Cornerstone University, in addition to completing graduate programs in Executive Negotiations and Management Training at Harvard University.

James Grice, co-leader of the global Data Centers and Digital Infrastructure Team, works with clients in high-growth potential industries, advising on transactions and projects around the world. Beyond his deep experience in general commercial real estate, Jim has distinguished himself in the data center and renewable energy sectors. With just over two decades in software and related disciplines, I continue to be excited to see how the world of computing keeps evolving. WIth a background in Geological Sciences, my journey into software engineering, IT, business has been a meandering one; albeit one

surrounded by incredibly gifted people who were always willing to help and teach.

As a Co-founder in 1992, and currently the Director of Environmental Impact at MIRATECH Corporation, Jim provides leadership, strategy and product design expertise for their Power Generation division. Jim rejoined Miratech Corporation in 2019 heading up the ENP Concepts consulting arm after management positions at Rypos Corporation and leading the environmental department at PowerSecure’s microgrid group. In charge of tracking all Federal, State and Local emissions regulations as they pertain to backup generators located at Datacenters in North America and Europe, he ensures MIRATECH’s products and services offer ongoing compliance. Mr. McDonald has testified before the Federal EPA numerous times and is considered a valuable stakeholder on several rulemaking teams at the State Level. For 15 years he has been an instructor for the Advanced School of the Electrical Generating Systems Association on the subject of Emissions from Diesel engines and has authored the textbook chapter on the same. He has a Patent Pending on the use of wire mesh DPF substrates in the pre-heating of SCR catalyst blocks. As the originator of the ‘GVU’ measurement parameter, Jim performs analyses to show the relative comparison on Ultraclean diesel generators versus grid supplied power. As such he advocates for the environmentally justifiable use of stationary generators until emerging renewable technologies are proven and cost effective. Jim holds a B.S in mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware.

As a resident of Austin, Texas, Shane Menking serves as Element Critical’s Chief Operating Officer. He brings over 20 years of experience to this role, where he will continue to solve IT barriers for Element Critical’s customers while making the company’s high-performance data centers a valued choice for enterprise and hyperscale clients.

Prior to joining Element Critical, Shane served as President and Chief Financial Officer for Data Foundry Inc., a data center provider acquired by Switch in May 2021. Working closely with Data Foundry’s owners, a group of Internet pioneers, Shane led the executive team where he helped build the premier data center platform in South and Central Texas from the ground up. In this role, for two decades, Shane’s contributions brought invaluable growth from both a business and a cultural standpoint.

Shane is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Texas at San Antonio, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Nathan Hazelwood, Chief Development Officer of Cologix, is responsible for leading all aspects of design and construction, supply chain, vendor management, sales engineering and strategic sourcing throughout the company.

Over the past 18 years, Nathan has been an industry leader in key areas, such as design, construction and supply chain by forging new ways of procuring that have led to changes in how manufacturers and end users benefit together.

Prior to joining Cologix, Hazelwood held leadership roles in the data center industry at CyrusOne and QTS. He was responsible for overseeing development projects, establishing corporate standards, building procurement departments, setting overall strategic sourcing strategies, creating robust supply chains and fostering strategic partnerships.

Hazelwood holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Purdue University.

Bruce Thomas is Business Development Manager for Tindall Building Systems Virginia location. Bruce’s

30+ years of experience working in the data/mission critical industry speaks for itself. From project

manager to Sales Engineer and Mechanical General Contracting, there is no part of the business he has

not touched. He began his career working in project management then for Liebert Corporation (Vertiv)

and later moved into a sales Engineer position. This experience led him to mechanical/general

contracting where he has spent years working with the data center expansions in the Northern Virginia

market to the United Arab Emirates region of the Middle East. Bruce is active on various boards serving

as an officer and committee chairman for AFCOM and 7x24 Exchange.

Headquartered in Spartanburg, S.C., Tindall is one of the largest precast prestressed concrete

manufactures in North America. The company is comprised of two distinct business groups, Building

Systems, and Infrastructure. Between the two groups, they own and operates six plant facilities that

service the Mid-Atlantic, Southeastern, and South-Central United States. Tindall provides engineering,

manufacturing, shipping, and installation solutions for the customers and communities they serve.

David Klein is the CEO and founder of DHK Storage, Inc, designer and manufacturer of the ChilliRack® and ChilliAire™ data center cooling systems. David currently has 32 patents awarded for the ChilliRack® system in 17 countries. Over the past 27 years working on networks and data centers, he has achieved numerous Cisco, Juniper, and VMware certifications.

As Executive Vice President – Chief Customer Officer for CyrusOne, Andrea Munoz is responsible for an ecosystem of services aimed at delivering high-touch, optimal customer experiences. Andrea’s oversight includes data center operations, physical security, customer success, implementations, service delivery, and crisis management. Additionally, Andrea serves in a leadership role for CyrusOne’s Women’s Resource Group, a supportive network for facilitating professional development and growth as well as promoting diversity and inclusion. She also is a frequent speaker at industry and business events.

Since joining CyrusOne in 2014, Andrea has successfully led customer-centric initiatives and service delivery teams that have fueled CyrusOne’s scalable growth and elevated its customer-centric operations and culture. Her accomplishments have earned her several promotions and increased responsibilities. Prior to joining CyrusOne, Andrea spent 17 years in the telecommunications industry serving in multiple operational leadership roles.

Andrea earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, Texas.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys her time with her family as well as yoga, mountain biking and traveling.

Ms Hulbert is CEO of Opus Interactive. Shannon has led the strategy and vision for the cloud provider since 2011. Prior to cloud, Shannon was in the utility energy-efficiency sector for 8 years. Opus Interactive is a hybrid and multicloud solutions provider with a dedicated FEDRAMP Moderate Ready IaaS/PaaS environment and can be found on the FedRAMP marketplace under OpusGov (OG). OG is housed inside of FISMA High faciliites, operated by screened US citizens. This environment is restricted to US federal, state, local and tribal governments, and their partners - backed by over 24 years of proven reliability in the commercial sector.

Joe is Vice President, Solution Architects at Schneider Electric, responsible for bringing together the full

suite of our products and services to provide complete solutions for our customers. Joe has more than

22 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, operations management, and

system engineering strategies.  Joe started his career with the U.S. Air Force Nuclear program and then

lead one of the world’s largest financial data center portfolios. Joe provides strong technical and

business leadership skills with the proven ability to analyze an organization’s business requirements,

identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to meet the

customer’s business objectives.

Hugh has nearly 20 years of cross-industry technology experience, from data networking to fiber optics to wireless infrastructure. He spent the early half of his career in Silicon Valley, helping to start and grow several start-ups in Silicon Valley, such as ONI Systems and FiberTower. In these roles Hugh helped bridge the gap between the state of technology its implementation to drive the technology’s adoption in the market. After this, Hugh held a senior leadership role at Fujitsu Network Communications, launching Fujitsu’s multi-technology solutions organization. Applying the lessons learned through these various experiences, Hugh is adapting how data centers will meet the growing and changing requirements of today’s businesses. He received his A.B. and B.E. in Engineering from Dartmouth College and his Master in Engineering Management from the Thayer School of Engineering and Tuck School of Business. Hugh, his wife, and his two daughters reside in Dallas, Texas.

Daniel English is the President and Co-Founder of Legacy Investing, an investment firm focused on technology impacted real estate. Legacy has completed >$3B in transactions across 19M SF in data centers, e-commerce industrial assets, and life science buildings. Prior to co-founding Legacy Investing, Daniel was a tech start-up executive with leadership roles across M&A, corporate development, strategy, and product management. Daniel studied engineering at Carnegie Mellon University and Economics and Finance at Emory University.

Bryan Loewen is a 25-year veteran of the data center industry. Most recently, Bryan raised a discretionary data center real estate fund. He leverages vast experience and tenant relationships in this asset class to acquire data center properties across North America and Europe. To date, the fund has acquired six assets, including four carrier hotels and two traditional data centers. The investment thesis focuses on value-add opportunities, specifically highly interconnected data centers and owning the dominant colocation property in secondary or edge markets.

Jeff Moerdler is chair of the Haynes Boone Data Center and Digital Infrastructure Practice and a real estate partner in the New York office. He has more than 40 years’ experience in general commercial real estate law. Jeff’s real estate practice includes acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, and borrower’s side financing. Jeff also has a particular focus on real estate challenges facing communications, technology and energy companies, and represents property owners and telecom companies in telecom real estate matters, particularly in data center development, acquisitions, sales, leases, colocation agreements and service level agreements. His clients include both large national companies and smaller, local clients, and includes representation of landlords and tenants in all types of leases; counseling owners and developers in the acquisition, sale, joint venture, development, and renovation of property as well as sale-leaseback transactions; advising lenders and borrowers in commercial loans; and the representation of all parties in real estate litigation. He is actively involved in settling real estate, partnership, and inter-family disputes. He also represents many not-for-profit entities and is active in health care, senior living, and educational real estate.

During the past 35 years, Jeff has developed considerable experience in the intersection of real estate with communications, technology, and energy issues. He has extensive experience representing landlords, tenants, developers, and communications service providers in the leasing, purchase, sale, and financing of data centers, colocation facilities, radio and television broadcast antennas, distributed and in-building wireless systems, rooftop antennas, and fiber-optic transactions as well as the wiring of buildings for broadband communications access. Jeff has also negotiated thousands of data center leases, master services agreements, colocation agreements and service level agreements, rooftop and cellular antenna leases, inside wiring agreements, and antenna tower leases throughout the country – covering over 500 million square feet.

He has also devoted a considerable portion of his practice to power and energy issues related to real estate and other technology matters, including large solar and wind installations, battery storage facilities, and bulk power purchases.

Jeff is a frequent speaker on real estate, data center, and telecom topics around the country. He is Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and on the faculty of the Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute. He regularly speaks as a panelist at data center, digital infrastructure and real estate conference around the United States. In addition, he is regularly quoted in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Bisnow, Commercial Property News, Real Estate Weekly, and other publications. He co-authored the first treatise chapter on telecom real law for Powell on Real Property in 1999.

Jeff has previously served in numerous governmental positions, including as a Commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, a member of the New York State Banking Board, a member of the New York State Financial Control Board, a member of the Departmental Disciplinary Committee of the Appellate Division of the First Department of the New York State Supreme Court, Assistant to the First Deputy Mayor of the City of New York, and assistant to the Deputy Borough President of the Borough of Manhattan. From 1981 to 1982, Jeff served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles L. Brieant, US District Judge, and later Chief Judge, for the Southern District of New York.

Jeff is also an emergency medical technician on his local volunteer ambulance and President of his local chapter, as well as having served for 8 years on the Board of Trustees of the umbrella organization which is the largest volunteer ambulance service in the United States.

Ryan Sullivan is an Executive Vice President and National Data Center Group Leader with Lincoln Property Company, overseeing Data Center Investments and Capital Markets. Ryan is responsible for broadening the firm’s data center offering, by partnering with Lincoln’s national commercial and industrial platforms to identify and execute on data center opportunities across the country, including new investments, development, leasing and third-party services for institutional investors, data center operators and end users. He also partners with Lincoln’s Investment Management team to source investment capital for data center opportunities.

Ryan has extensive data center investment, development and leasing experience and joins Lincoln from GI Partners, where he led the firm’s real estate development activities, as Director of Investments and Head of Development. Prior to joining GI Partners, Ryan led investment and portfolio management at Landmark Dividend’s Digital Infrastructure Division, prior to its acquisition by Digital Bridge. From 2015 to 2020, Mr. Sullivan oversaw all investment, leasing and development activities for Lincoln’s Data Center business, formerly known as Lincoln Rackhouse. With his leadership and extensive mission critical investment and development experience, he helped build a respectable national data center operating platform of 16 datacenters across 14 markets, totaling over 3 million sq. ft. and 100 MWs of data center capacity. Earlier, he served in development, leasing and portfolio management roles at Digital Realty. Over his 18+ year data center career, Ryan has managed data center and tech/life science portfolios valued at over $7.5 billion in AUM and pursued data center projects in most U.S. and many international markets.

Corey Welp is the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner of fifteenfortyseven

Critical Systems Realty ("1547"). Mr. Welp is responsible for defining and implementing

the firm's investment strategy, overseeing portfolio construction, financial modeling, risk

assessment, asset acquisition, and property monetization. He is also actively engaged

in securing debt and equity capital and maintaining investor relations. Under his

leadership, 1547 has successfully completed sixteen data center acquisitions across

eight U.S. states and Canada, deploying approximately $1.2 billion to acquire and

develop assets comprising approximately 1.95 million square feet and 219 Megawatts

of power. With his expertise, strategic vision, and unwavering dedication to excellence,

Mr. Welp continues to lead his Dallas-based team in their commitment to building a

portfolio of world-class data center assets, driving the continued growth and success of

1547.

Prior to founding 1547, Mr. Welp established Oak Star Partners, a consulting firm that

specialized in supporting alternative investment management firms in structuring their

investment offerings and raising capital. Earlier in his career, he held executive positions

in both boutique and major investment management firms, such as Henderson Global,

AIM Investments, and Enterprise Capital Management, where he primarily worked in

investment sales. Through his extensive network, he secured over $4 billion for

investment opportunities across various asset classes, including technology and real

estate.

Mr. Welp graduated from Creighton University with a Bachelor of Science in Business

Administration. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of ColoHouse, LLC, a

national provider of colocation, cloud, managed and bare metal services.

Amy Dunton is a business development professional with a focus on developing business

relationships and strategies with her customers, partners and industry peers. Serving as

the foundation of her consultative wholistic approach, Amy’s over 25 years of experience

in physical and network security, structured cabling, power/cooling, connectivity,

network, storage, and compute brings a well-rounded and unique perspective to the

critical infrastructure industry.  Her roles have included working for distribution,

manufacturing, manufacturing representatives, and a leading Enterprise IT Solutions

provider.  Her expansive network and understanding of IT infrastructure, Facilities and

Data Centers has fuelled a passion for creating an environment with more collaboration

as IT Infrastructure and technology trends can greatly impact how we design, build and

secure our data centers and critical infrastructure.

Amy currently serves on the board of the AFCOM Greater MN Chapter and the 7x24

Exchange MN Chapter. She is serving as the Co-Chair for the SIA Perimeter Security

Bryan Marsh is our Managing Director of North America and is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, structuring, financing and executing acquisition, expansion and leasing activities on behalf of the company. With his nearly 40 years of real estate experience, he has been directly involved in approximately $7 billion in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, financings and asset management.

Prior to StratCap Data Centers, Bryan was a Vice President at Digital Realty where he served as the company’s Portfolio Manager for its U.S. Central region. In this capacity, he had overall responsibility for the strategic planning, acquisitions, dispositions, development, operation, leasing and financial performance of a portfolio of data centers, internet gateways and powered base buildings valued in excess of $5 billion. His portfolio ranged in size from 40 to 55 buildings and from 5.8 million to 8.1 million square feet with annual operating revenues ranging from $400 million to $600 million.

Prior to joining Digital Realty, Bryan was a Senior Vice President and Partner at Equastone, a private equity firm, where he was involved in the acquisition and asset management of a 4.3 million square foot office portfolio in Dallas valued at over $600 million. At that time, Equastone was the city’s 3rd largest office landlord with 21 buildings spread across most of the city’s major submarkets.

He also was formerly a Vice President with RREEF, a pension fund advisor and investment management firm, where he led an office that managed over 18 million square feet of office and industrial space in Texas and Oklahoma. Bryan personally oversaw a roughly 9 million square foot portfolio valued at approximately $500 million. Bryan has closed real estate transactions in over 250 cities and 15 states during his career. He is a past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, and he also served on the Board of Directors of Tech Titans which is the largest technology trade association in North Texas. He has been recognized for each of the past 5 years as a member of the Dallas 500 which is a list of the most powerful and influential business leaders in the DFW metro area according to D CEO Magazine. He graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in finance and real estate.

Mike has more than 30 years of sophisticated and broad-based real estate experience representing clients in buying, selling, developing, leasing and financing real estate assets in all asset classes. Since 2010, he has been at the forefront of the expanding, multi-disciplinary data center, digital infrastructure and IT commercial contracting fields that straddle real estate and technology. Mike was named the 2023 Lawyer of the Year in Chicago for Privacy and Data Security Law by Best Lawyers. He is in-demand for presentations at digital infrastructure conferences and is often quoted in trade periodicals.

Mike's clients include insurance companies, Fortune 500 companies, pension funds, investment advisers, enterprise companies, financial institutions, real estate developers, high-tech companies and data center developers/providers. His recent transactions include representing multiple platform data center companies in acquiring land for development, developing data centers and entering into leases and master services agreements with major technology companies; acquiring operating data centers for private equity-backed real estate and technology funds; representing a financial services client in the outsourcing of all of its legacy IT infrastructure supporting its banking operations and applications, including mission-critical banking applications; negotiating joint venture agreements related to the development of data centers and multi-family developments; and representing a real estate investment company in the sale of a carrier hotel/data center in a major US market.
