Kevin Ooley took on the role of President in May of 2017 and has served as the Chief Financial Officer of DataBank since 2011. He has over 20 years of extensive experience in delivering shareholder value through the creation and implementation of growth and operational strategies. Prior to joining DataBank, Ooley served as the CFO for the Thompson Media Group and as a Principal at Lovett Miller & Co., a growth capital private equity firm based in Florida. He was also a Director of Strategy for iXL Enterprises and a Manager in Accenture’s Strategic Services practice. Ooley holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University.

As Chief Executive Officer, Brian Cox ensures that STACK offers a compelling and seamless solution to its clients. At Cologix, he was responsible for critical infrastructure, development, and commercial management, growing the business from a startup with one data center into an international platform with 25 data centers across the U.S. and Canada. He also served as Chief Financial Officer at Cologix and prior to Cologix, was Chief Financial Officer at i-transfer, a global financial technology company. Brian received an MBA from the University of Colorado and a BBA in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University. He is a former officer in the U.S. Military.

Jim Smith joined Equinix in 2018 to lead the Hyperscale Infrastructure Team (HIT). Under Mr. Smith’s

leadership, the HIT business services the needs of the top 12 global cloud, technology, and SaaS

providers for their global large footprint deployments.

Previous to Equinix, Mr. Smith served as General Manager of Site Selection and Network Acquisition at

Microsoft and spent the bulk of his career as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Digital Realty Trust. Mr.

Smith began at Digital Realty Trust as Director of Engineering in 2004 and was promoted to CTO in 2008

leading Digital Realty’s Design, Construction, and Energy teams. Prior to his 11 years at Digital Realty

Trust, Mr. Smith held various executive positions at 360 Networks, colo.com and Verio.

Mr. Smith earned his Master of Business Administration degree from London Business School and also

holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Fort Lewis College in Durango, CO.

Nic Bustamante has over 20 years of global hyperscale data center development experience ranging from site selection to design, commissioning, and systems deployment in over 100 markets. His background includes managerial positions at Apple, Google, Microsoft and Rackspace. Nic attended the University of Texas Austin and University of Texas San Antonio with a bachelor's degree focus in Information Systems. Nic holds numerous industry certifications and has co-authored an array of industry standards. He joined the company in 2021.

Peter Gross is a technology and energy internationally recognized expert whose career spans over three decades. He is presently the Managing Partner of PMG Associates a consulting and advisory firm. In addition, he sits on several boards of directors and boards of advisors for public, private and not-for- profit companies. Until recently, he was the VP of Mission Critical Systems at Bloom Energy, the premier supplier of Solid Oxide Fuel Cell systems.

Before his Bloom stint, Peter Gross was Vice President and Managing Partner of HP Global Technology Consulting at Hewlett Packard. Prior to HP, he was the co-founder and CEO at EYP Mission Critical Facilities, Inc., a consulting company specialized in strategic technology planning, design and operations support for large-scale data centers. In this position, he has played a pivotal role in the rapid growth of EYP MCF’s business since its founding in 1997, leading to its acquisition by HP in 2008.

Peter is recognized as a thought leader in the mission-critical digital infrastructure domain, has published numerous technical papers in the field, authored several patents and is a frequent speaker at international events. His focus centers on mission-critical facilities, high-reliability design, power quality, energy, and sustainability.

Peter is the recipient of 2010 Data Center Dynamics "Outstanding Contribution to the Industry" award, is a Senior IEEE Member and was one of the contributors to IEEE Standard 3006.7-2013, “Recommended Practice for determining the reliability of 7x24 Power Systems in industrial and commercial facilities”. He also received the 2020 award for Outstanding Contribution to the Digital Infrastructure Community and was inducted in the Infrastructure Masons Hall of Fame.

Rob Rockwood serves as President of Sabey Data Centers and has been with the company for four years. Prior to joining Sabey, he served at CoreSite from 2001-2014 finishing as a Senior Vice President and General Manager.

After graduating from West Point and serving in the US Army, Rob earned master’s degrees in construction management and public administration from the University of Illinois and Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, respectively. Rob draws on his training and experience as a soldier and business leader to build teams that create the very best opportunities for customers and employees to grow and prosper.

He lives with his wife Meg in Northern Virginia.

Chandra “CK” Krishnan is a mission-critical infrastructure executive with over two decades of experience leading design, operations, and risk programs for global data center and financial services portfolios, including executive roles at CloudHQ and Fidelity Investments. He has overseen operational readiness, sustainability strategy, and large-scale capital programs across North America and internationally.

As a Managing Partner at ReadyInfra, CK advises emerging data center developers and investors on operational risk, supply chain resilience, and governance frameworks that protect performance from day one. ReadyInfra helps platforms move beyond siloed risk management by aligning development, commissioning, and long-term operations into a cohesive, investment-grade operating model.

Eddie Schutter is currently Managing Partner at LuxML, prior he was the Chief Technology Officer for Switch, responsible for technical and operational leadership, optimization of production and services, and strategic development of innovation programs and initiatives that drive top-and-bottom line business value across all business units. Transforming the company’s monetary and intellectual capital into technology to advance strategic and tactical plans, his focus includes leading efforts to identify new technologies that advance the strategic vision and mission of Switch. Eddie will also lead Switch’s efforts to promote, integrate and apply new technologies through research and development, proof of concept, piloting, field trials, scale out and realization. Eddie has over 25 years of experience and leadership in the data center and information technology industry for organizations including eBay, AT&T, DCF Technologies, The Green Grid, Datacenter Pulse, and other various advisory boards. He is a Director on the iMasons BOD, executive advisor on the Technical Curriculum Advisory Board of CNet Training, and Executive Advisor on the SMU Lyle School of Engineering DSE Advisory Board. Additionally, he has been instrumental in the development of operational optimization, technology innovations, automation, full stack solution development and deployment, networks, infrastructure security, cloud engineering, new product development, industry standards and advancing formal education in data center design and engineering. Eddie is a Navy veteran and he studied Aerospace Engineering at Texas A&M University. He resides in Dallas with his wife of 28 years and their eleven children. In his free time, Eddie enjoys outdoor activities, soccer, hunting, fishing, and farming.

Craig Compiano is the co-founder and President of Modius Inc. Craig is a successful executive and entrepreneur and has been our President since 2004.

Craig has a passion for operational systems development and performance analytics for data centers. He brings 30+ years of business and technology expertise to his role. Before Modius, Craig was at Andersen Consulting and the co-founder & VP of Paymap, Inc.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from USC and an MBA in Finance from UC Berkeley. He also holds a patent for an Electronic Payment Technology that is widely deployed in the banking industry. Craig is also a US Navy Veteran.

Ileana works in the Cloud Operations + Innovation CTO office at Microsoft, focusing on enabling and scaling next gen platforms into Microsoft's Data Centers. Prior to joining Microsoft, Ileana worked for the Data Center Engineering team for LinkedIn, focusing primarily on energy efficiency and operational cost saving measures. Before that, Ileana worked for a sustainability consulting firm, and Amazon Web Services' Data Center teams. She has a B.S in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. in Sustainable Design.

Jon Pettitt is a highly experienced, successful and well-regarded business leader within the data center Industry. Since 2011 Jon held the position of Vice President of data center for EMEA & APAC, specialising in data center cooling solutions and energy efficient systems for the Munters data center business area, Jon has over 15 years of extensive knowledge of HVAC projects for data centres and critical facilities. His background has included employment at York International and Johnson Controls.

Nick Speziale moved to the D.C. area from Buffalo, NY. He spent the early part of his career as a commercial tradesman, working with various state projects. During that time in NY, he learned about commercial building and infrastructure.

Upon his arrival in the D.C. area, he switched his career focus to project/construction management, where he excelled at vendor and operations management.

Nick is currently the Regional Facilities Manager for GEICO’s Region 1 Office and Corporate Data Center. He is a professional manager who is disciplined and focused on the efficient and effective delivery of logistics and other support services related to real property.

He encompasses multiple disciplines to ensure functionality, comfort, safety and efficiency of the built environment by integrating people, place, process and technology.

Danielle has over 16 years of experience in data center solution design and engineering for hyper-scale, colocation, enterprise, edge, and government environments. In her current role, Danielle manages global mission-critical cooling products and processes to provide a standardized deliverable for customers executing projects domestically and internationally.

Nathan Hazelwood, Chief Development Officer of Cologix, is responsible for leading all aspects of design and construction, supply chain, vendor management, sales engineering and strategic sourcing throughout the company.

Over the past 18 years, Nathan has been an industry leader in key areas, such as design, construction and supply chain by forging new ways of procuring that have led to changes in how manufacturers and end users benefit together.

Prior to joining Cologix, Hazelwood held leadership roles in the data center industry at CyrusOne and QTS. He was responsible for overseeing development projects, establishing corporate standards, building procurement departments, setting overall strategic sourcing strategies, creating robust supply chains and fostering strategic partnerships.

Hazelwood holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Purdue University.

Michael bring 23 years of investment banking, commercial real estate, and digital infrastructure experience, and with it he brings a deep understanding how mission critical infrastructure is the bind which holds today’s digital economy together. Serving as Chief Executive Officer for Layer 9 Data Centers, Michael leads the organization’s growth initiatives into Latin America where Layer 9 will begin delivering in 2023 hyperscale data center solutions to cloud service providers and enterprise 1000 clients.

Michael has maintained leadership roles with hyperscale data center operators, Digital Realty and DuPont Fabros Technology and previously served in Portfolio Management at Equity Office Properties through the sale of the company to Blackstone in 2007. Michael’s investment banking experience at JP Morgan and Mitsubishi Tokyo Financial Group focused on capital debt placements and distressed credit workouts. Michael recently earned his Executive Education Certifications in Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence from the University Of Oxford.

Arman Khalili is the Founder and CEO of Foundation Data Center and is a Board Member of Evocative and brings with him over 25 years of experience in Internet Infrastructure industry.

Prior to joining the company, Arman served as a Principal at Industry Capital a real assets based private equity firm in San Francisco. He was the founder and CEO of CentralColo also known as Element Critical. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Black Lotus, a leader in DDoS mitigation company, which was acquired by Level 3, and was the Founder/CEO of UnitedLayer, the largest privately held colocation provider in San Francisco. He was the founder of Sirius – one of the first ISPs in Silicon Valley, as well as the Co-founder and CTO of MusicBank, the first music subscription company. He has held numerous senior consulting positions at Level3, AT&T and Apple Computers.

Wil Tirado is the Global VP of Carrier Engagement & Strategy at EdgeConneX where he created and led several key departments including Program Management, Engineering and Service Delivery after joining in 2013 to build their first data center. He has held technical leadership positions in the telecom sector for over 30 years at Verizon, XO Communications, FiberTower and Apcela. His broad industry experience in hyper growth companies in emerging industry sectors enabled Wil to grow the business from concept to a global portfolio. In his previous role at low latency connectivity pioneer Apcela serving the financial industry he was a customer of most major data center operators in the US and Europe, giving him a customer-centric perspective when joining EdgeConneX, a data center design, build and operations company.

Wil holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and MBA from Babson College along with completing coursework in leadership at the University of Virginia and the Babson College Executive Conference Center.

Tom leads EdgeCore’s strategy, teams, and activities around client leasing and marketing initiatives focused on bespoke client-centric growth solutions for top hyperscale and technology companies globally.

Tom brings to EdgeCore 19 years of experience in wholesale data centers, enabling him with valuable insight into client needs for tailored data center developments and tailored commercial models designed to enable EdgeCore clients to ensure scalability, reduce cost, and maximize flexibility. Supporting these objectives, Tom leverages his experience in site selection, acquisition, development, and leasing supporting hyperscale CSPs and information-intensive businesses, including completion of transactions totaling over 600+ MW and valued at over $1.8B. Prior to joining EdgeCore, Tom worked for Amazon Web Services, where he was accountable for strategy and execution for new and existing regions across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, along with diligence and strategy for additional regions under evaluation. At AWS, Tom worked in a multi-stakeholder environment executing on accountabilities to scale data center infrastructure planned to exceed $1B in construction investment. Prior to Amazon, Tom was co-practice leader of Cassidy Turley’s (now Cushman & Wakefield’s) Data Center Advisory Practice, focused on end-user representation and capital markets transactions. Tom previously worked with many members of the EdgeCore team at CoreSite Realty Corporation as regional VP of Sales.

Michael Whitlock is the General Manager of Sabey Data Centers, Intergate Ashburn. He is a driven and dedicated business development professional and leader with a determination to devise win-win solutions and an aptitude for solving critical problems and leveraging strategic partnerships. He has significant experience managing all aspects of data centers including electrical/mechanical critical infrastructure, capacity planning, security and compliance.

Prior to his current role as General Manager, he served as the Operations Manager of Intergate Ashburn and managed all aspects of the Data Center. Prior to joining Sabey Data Centers, Michael served as the Director of Facilities for the East Coast at CoreSite.

Michael has over 25 years of experience in the government, commercial and critical infrastructure industry. He has proven to have strengths in team building, staff development, remote staff management, geographically dispersed operations, standardization, vendor management and data center builds. Michael is a huge advocate of building future leaders in the Data Center community.

Michael is also an active partner in the data center community, lending his time and efforts to AFCOM, 7x24 Exchange and NVTC Data Center and Cloud. He is currently serving on the board of the AFCOM Potomac Chapter, as the Director of Memberships. Michael’s “can do” attitude, along with his fight to win, has established him as one of the premier leaders in the most competitive data center market in the world,

Emily Naughton focuses her practice on transactions in the telecommunications, media and technology space, with an emphasis on cloud computing.  Emily has represented clients in connection with real estate acquisitions, development projects and leases, mergers and acquisitions involving cloud service providers, and telecommunications network infrastructure deals.  Emily has represented some of the world’s largest content providers globally in connection with network procurement and colocation and data center leases involving providers ranging from multinational companies to single facility operators. Emily has experience representing property owners in the acquisition, financing and development of real estate; landlords and tenants in a variety of short- and long-term leases and subleases; and developers on complex land use and permitting matters. Emily has also represented contractors and subcontractors in the negotiation of construction contracts and disputes. In addition to assisting clients on transactional matters, Emily has also regularly advised clients on general governance and operational issues from entity inception to dissolution.

Mr. Steve Derr currently leads the Cloud Operations & Engineering Team for Oracle’s National Security Group headquartered in Reston, VA. His Team is responsible for leveraging Oracle’s innovative technology across the full spectrum of Cloud, Software, Engineered Systems, Compute and Storage to enable the world’s best intelligence capability for the US Government. Exclusively focusing on the Intelligence Community and DoD ISR mission allows his Team to closely partner with agencies to solve their most important challenges that directly impact mission success. Mr. Derr is also responsible for the hardware support and software support functions within the National Security Group ensuring that customers achieve the maximum mission availability.

In addition, Mr. Derr has been an integral member of the Oracle Team deploying Oracle’s Gen2 Cloud National Security Regions to support Secret, Top Secret, SCI and SAP mission critical government workloads. He has supported all aspects of the deployment including ICD705 Data Center construction, Oracle Cloud Deployment, and ongoing Cloud Operations. Prior to his current role, Steve led the Hardware Solutions Sales & Engineering Team for Oracle’s National Security Group focused on compute (X86 & SPARC), Engineered Systems and Storage from February 2013 to May 2017.

Before joining Oracle in February of 2013, Steve led the Office of the CTO as well as the Sales, Systems Engineering, and Business Operations Teams for Avaya Government Solutions from April 2010 – January 2013. He provided the strategic direction for Avaya to meet the mission critical needs of the government across all sectors, to include the Department of Defense, Civilian Agencies, and the Intelligence Community. He worked closely with government agencies to understand and define the requirements ensuring real time communications are delivered securely either through traditional private networks or via a private cloud construct. His responsibilities also included enabling significant shifts in technology deployments such as Cloud services, Unified Communications /Capabilities, and Virtual Enterprise Network Architecture.

Mr. Derr led the Nortel Government Solutions Product Solutions Engineering Team from 2007 - 2010. His responsibilities include directing technology investments that will provide the greatest benefit to the government mission as well as ensuring these technologies meet the government’s stringent interoperability and information assurance requirements. He also leads the Systems Engineering Team responsible for

supporting Department of Defense, Civilian, and Intelligence Agencies. During this time period Nortel Government Solutions was acquired by Avaya. Steve was key to the integration of these two businesses to form Avaya Government Solutions in December of 2009 to include the development of the government product solution roadmap.

Steve served as Vice President of the Intelligence Sector for Nortel Government Solutions after the acquisition of PEC Solutions by Nortel in 2005. He had responsibility for expanding existing secure business initiatives as well as generating new business opportunities through advanced technologies that increase customer mission effectiveness. Among his many clients are members of the Intelligence Community, White House Communications Agency, Department of State, Missile Defense Agency, and the Pentagon. After leaving the US Air Force in 2000, Steve joined Nortel as a communications systems engineer supporting Independent Defense Agencies (IDA). After earning his Nortel Certified Design Specialist and Expert certifications in optical, data, and wireless technologies he earned the System Engineering Team Lead position for IDA in January 2003. His role was expanded as the Director of Business Development and Technology for Special Programs where he led a team of senior system engineers and program managers to increase Nortel’s technology position within the Intelligence Community.

Steve has a 30+-year career in electronics and communications technology including 13 years with the US Air Force. His initial three years in the Air Force were in support of the AC-130H Gunship electronic weapon control systems as part of the Special Operations Group in Hurlburt Field, Florida. Steve cross trained as a satellite communications specialist and spent two years in Australia supporting the missile defense mission for the Joint Defence Facility Nurrungar. He transitioned to Kadena AFB as the communications team lead for the Special Operation Contingency Communications Element responsible for supporting mission deployments as well as international joint forces exercises in the Far East. Steve

completed his 13 year Air Force career with the White House Communications Agency as the Network Control Center Supervisor responsible for configuring worldwide Presidential communications, both satellite and terrestrial, under challenging circumstances and timelines. Steve was chosen to lead the first forward deployed Network Control Center in Shanghai during President Clinton’s five city tour of China.

Steve holds degrees in Electronic Systems Technology, Internetworking Technology and a Master’s Degree in Information Technology Management. He holds a Top Secret/SCI clearance and is based in Reston, VA.

Wole Moses is Director of Cloud Solutions for Microsoft Federal. In his role, Wole is responsible for digging deep into customer business problems with a view on how AI, IOT and other cloud technologies can help drive transformation.

Wole has 21 years of experience in the technology industry and during this time has worked with both commercial and public sector organizations to help them leverage innovation and best practices across both segments. During his career at Microsoft he has led product management at Microsoft Headquarters, and led technical sales strategy in various field sales roles. He also spent 4 years working for Microsoft Middle East and Africa (while based in Istanbul Turkey and Dubai UAE).

Wole regularly presents at national and international conferences to share the latest Microsoft security, and cloud solutions and best practices.

Ms. Warren has a unique combination of emerging technology engineering and leadership experience within government and technology driven environments. She has extensive experience in developing and acquiring cloud and IT strategic solutions for CIO’s in the US Federal government. She has a proven ability to maximize performance of IT organizations, including standing up and executing Department-level cloud and cyber programs. She is an accomplished technology leader, adept at strategy, building team-work and cooperation, and driving solutions. She has a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with multiple government agencies, customers, executive management, and staff, and promote mutual understanding and problem resolution. Since 2013, she has been leading the IT Modernization, Enterprise Technology Adoption and Cloud Engineering emerging market concentration at MITRE, including research and application of new models, methods, tools and approaches across the Federal Government. She is the author of MITRE’s Enterprise Cloud Adoption Framework (ECAF), which has been used successfully by multiple government departments and agencies to strategize, design, plan and adoption cloud on an enterprise scale. Stan Blackwell is responsible for the management of large customers throughout the Central and Northern regions of Virginia. Additionally, he is responsible for all economic development activities in Dominion’s electric service territory. Stan has been with Dominion for 20 years in a variety of leadership roles including the following: Finance, Accounting, Electrical Design, Renewable Product Development, Contract Management, Key Account Management, and Economic Development. Before joining Dominion Virginia Power, Stan spent 9 years in the computer industry with AT&T and NCR in various financial roles supporting competitive sales organizations. Stan is currently a board member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council, and a past board member of the Central Virginia Better Business Bureau, and the Central Virginia Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Stan has a Finance degree, an MBA, and holds a CPA license.

Ms Hulbert is CEO of Opus Interactive. Shannon has led the strategy and vision for the cloud provider since 2011. Prior to cloud, Shannon was in the utility energy-efficiency sector for 8 years. Opus Interactive is a hybrid and multicloud solutions provider with a dedicated FEDRAMP Moderate Ready IaaS/PaaS environment and can be found on the FedRAMP marketplace under OpusGov (OG). OG is housed inside of FISMA High faciliites, operated by screened US citizens. This environment is restricted to US federal, state, local and tribal governments, and their partners - backed by over 24 years of proven reliability in the commercial sector.

Allan Schurr joined the Enchanted Rock team in 2018 and brings go-to-market expertise from over 30 years of experience in commercial and industrial energy services and innovative utility solutions. Schurr is responsible for corporate and product marketing, direct sales, and channel sales functions.

Schurr holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Davis and a Master’s in Business Administration from St. Mary’s College in California. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in the State of California, and he is a co-inventor on seven patents related to distributed energy.

Jeff Moerdler is chair of the Haynes Boone Data Center and Digital Infrastructure Practice and a real estate partner in the New York office. He has more than 40 years’ experience in general commercial real estate law. Jeff’s real estate practice includes acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, and borrower’s side financing. Jeff also has a particular focus on real estate challenges facing communications, technology and energy companies, and represents property owners and telecom companies in telecom real estate matters, particularly in data center development, acquisitions, sales, leases, colocation agreements and service level agreements. His clients include both large national companies and smaller, local clients, and includes representation of landlords and tenants in all types of leases; counseling owners and developers in the acquisition, sale, joint venture, development, and renovation of property as well as sale-leaseback transactions; advising lenders and borrowers in commercial loans; and the representation of all parties in real estate litigation. He is actively involved in settling real estate, partnership, and inter-family disputes. He also represents many not-for-profit entities and is active in health care, senior living, and educational real estate.

During the past 35 years, Jeff has developed considerable experience in the intersection of real estate with communications, technology, and energy issues. He has extensive experience representing landlords, tenants, developers, and communications service providers in the leasing, purchase, sale, and financing of data centers, colocation facilities, radio and television broadcast antennas, distributed and in-building wireless systems, rooftop antennas, and fiber-optic transactions as well as the wiring of buildings for broadband communications access. Jeff has also negotiated thousands of data center leases, master services agreements, colocation agreements and service level agreements, rooftop and cellular antenna leases, inside wiring agreements, and antenna tower leases throughout the country – covering over 500 million square feet.

He has also devoted a considerable portion of his practice to power and energy issues related to real estate and other technology matters, including large solar and wind installations, battery storage facilities, and bulk power purchases.

Jeff is a frequent speaker on real estate, data center, and telecom topics around the country. He is Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and on the faculty of the Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute. He regularly speaks as a panelist at data center, digital infrastructure and real estate conference around the United States. In addition, he is regularly quoted in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Bisnow, Commercial Property News, Real Estate Weekly, and other publications. He co-authored the first treatise chapter on telecom real law for Powell on Real Property in 1999.

Jeff has previously served in numerous governmental positions, including as a Commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, a member of the New York State Banking Board, a member of the New York State Financial Control Board, a member of the Departmental Disciplinary Committee of the Appellate Division of the First Department of the New York State Supreme Court, Assistant to the First Deputy Mayor of the City of New York, and assistant to the Deputy Borough President of the Borough of Manhattan. From 1981 to 1982, Jeff served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles L. Brieant, US District Judge, and later Chief Judge, for the Southern District of New York.

Jeff is also an emergency medical technician on his local volunteer ambulance and President of his local chapter, as well as having served for 8 years on the Board of Trustees of the umbrella organization which is the largest volunteer ambulance service in the United States.

Dawane is the Division Vice President of Voice, Wireless and Platforms for Verizon’s

Partner Solutions organization. He is a 20+ year Telecommunications and IT

veteran with strategy, sales, marketing and operations experience.

In Dawane’s current role, he leads a Global organization responsible for product line

management and sales of Voice, Mobility, Cybersecurity, Data Center Collocation

and Application Services. He also drives the integration programs designed to help

drive account traction of the Next Generation product portfolio offerings from

Internet of Things (IoT), Machine-to-Machine (M2M), Over-the-Top (OTT), Digital

Advertising and Machine Learning. Dawane’s team helps to identify emerging sales

strategies, technology shifts and also develops new models to address the rapidly

growing ‘as a service’ market.

Dawane was a member of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)

Cloud Carrier Working Group and Board member of the Cloud Exchange Forum. He

holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communications from James Madison

University and lives in Ashburn, VA with his wife and two children.

Joel Ogren is the CEO and founder of Assured Communications Advisors. A former U.S. Marine, Joel has over 35 years of experience working within the ICT industry in both public and private entities.

Joel has spent much of his career working with and for various 3-letter agencies developing the backbone of U.S. communication systems. Previously, Joel has managed nuclear communications under the Bush Administration and advised on disaster planning and the continuity communications. Joel has served as the COO for Ocean Networks managing subsea fiberoptic cable systems worldwide and has also served as a Managing Partner of GoTo Networks, which focused on the development of new submarine cable systems into underserved markets.

Leveraging his extensive experience within the telecom industry, Joel founded Assured in 2015 to connect the unconnected. Joel and his team is driven by the immense opportunity that connectivity can bring to underserved and underdeveloped markets and works to create solutions to these complex problems. Joel is the go-to advisor for many in the mission-critical industry simply because he knows the importance of getting the job done.

As the Chief Financial Officer, Peter leads the full scope of financial strategy and management for T5 Data Centers. In his role, Peter focuses on accuracy and consistency across financial reporting, accounting, and financial planning and analysis. To support T5’s growth, Peter manages relationships to raise and structure debt and equity capital that complements T5’s strategic goals.

Prior to T5 Data Centers, Peter raised debt capital for private-equity backed and public corporate clients as a Managing Director in the Leveraged Finance groups at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Peter received a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia as well as an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Peter is a CFA charterholder.

As Chief Real Estate Officer, Mario Calderone is responsible for all aspects of Serverfarm’s commercial real estate portfolio, including acquisitions, leasing, management, financing and disposition. A seasoned real estate industry professional, Calderone has an established track record of successful value creation across a broad range of investment assets.

Prior to joining Serverfarm, Calderone founded and operated Alpine Investment Company, a private investment company that he operated for more than 15 years. During this period, he was responsible for over $500 million of successful investment or capitalization of commercial assets involving entities such as General Electric, Global Exchange, Royal Ahold, ATT Corporation, and Verizon. Calderone also spent several years as Asset Management Vice President for a regional development firm with an office and industrial portfolio totaling more than 2 million square feet. During his tenure, the company successfully built and leased over 700,000 square feet of commercial space. Calderone started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Calderone received a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Temple University.

Peter Hopper is a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Primary Digital Infrastructure, an independent data center investment platform. In prior roles, Mr. Hopper was a Managing Director at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Hopper was responsible for the identification, evaluation, and implementation of growth opportunities for DigitalBridge’s investment management franchise. Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Hopper was Co-Founder and CEO of DH Capital, a firm specializing in assisting growing businesses in the Internet Infrastructure, Telecom and SaaS industries. Prior to founding DH Capital, Mr. Hopper founded and served as President and CEO of DURO Communications, one of the largest privately held ISP/CLECs in the U.S. Mr. Hopper received a Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania.

Michael Lee is a Managing Director at GI Partners and focuses on asset management and property management within GI Partners’ Real Estate investments. Prior to joining GI Partners, Mr. Lee was with Digital Realty where he focused on development, management, and leasing of data centers. Previously, Mr. Lee led New City Corporation’s asset management team in Tokyo as the Senior Vice President. Prior to that, Mr. Lee had roles with Situs, Hines, and various hospitality groups. He served in portfolio management, asset management, and other operational capacities domestically as well as internationally for multiple types of commercial real estate, including office, multifamily, and hospitality.

Bryan Marsh is our Managing Director of North America and is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, structuring, financing and executing acquisition, expansion and leasing activities on behalf of the company. With his nearly 40 years of real estate experience, he has been directly involved in approximately $7 billion in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, financings and asset management.

Prior to StratCap Data Centers, Bryan was a Vice President at Digital Realty where he served as the company’s Portfolio Manager for its U.S. Central region. In this capacity, he had overall responsibility for the strategic planning, acquisitions, dispositions, development, operation, leasing and financial performance of a portfolio of data centers, internet gateways and powered base buildings valued in excess of $5 billion. His portfolio ranged in size from 40 to 55 buildings and from 5.8 million to 8.1 million square feet with annual operating revenues ranging from $400 million to $600 million.

Prior to joining Digital Realty, Bryan was a Senior Vice President and Partner at Equastone, a private equity firm, where he was involved in the acquisition and asset management of a 4.3 million square foot office portfolio in Dallas valued at over $600 million. At that time, Equastone was the city’s 3rd largest office landlord with 21 buildings spread across most of the city’s major submarkets.

He also was formerly a Vice President with RREEF, a pension fund advisor and investment management firm, where he led an office that managed over 18 million square feet of office and industrial space in Texas and Oklahoma. Bryan personally oversaw a roughly 9 million square foot portfolio valued at approximately $500 million. Bryan has closed real estate transactions in over 250 cities and 15 states during his career. He is a past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, and he also served on the Board of Directors of Tech Titans which is the largest technology trade association in North Texas. He has been recognized for each of the past 5 years as a member of the Dallas 500 which is a list of the most powerful and influential business leaders in the DFW metro area according to D CEO Magazine. He graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in finance and real estate.

As Chief Financial Officer, Sharif brings more than two decades of experience in the investment banking industry to his role at Vantage, where he will be responsible for driving strategic financing solutions for organic growth and market expansion. For most of his career, Sharif has executed debt and equity financings and M&A transactions with a particular focus on clients in the data center and communications sector. He most recently served as a Managing Director at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and prior to that as a Director at Wells Fargo Securities. He holds an MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business and a BBA from the University of Michigan. He is a volunteer with Habit for Humanity and served as a board and committee member for North Carolina’s Cannon School.

Avner Papouchado has been the guiding force behind ServerFarm since its inception. Known for his intense business acumen, Papouchado has a proven track record of successful real estate investments. He has served as Red Sea Group’s North American CEO since 1993 and is an active member of the executive management team responsible for the company’s worldwide investment strategy. A certified pilot, Papouchado received a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from the New School for Social Research in New York.

Miles is well recognized as the industry’s leading appraiser of data center properties. His experience includes advising private equity funds, institutional investors, large pension funds, Fortune 500 companies, cloud companies and Global IT conglomerates on investments in all types of data centers, including mission critical, disaster recovery data centers, colocation facilities, carrier hotels, internet gateways and life science properties. These assignments have involved data centers owned and/or operated by Fortune 500 companies across numerous industries as well as Uptime Institute Site Certified Tier III and Tier IV facilities; U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED Platinum, Gold and Silver buildings; and state and federal disaster recovery data centers. Julia is Turner Construction Company’s Chief Sustainability Officer, responsible for setting and implementing sustainability policies, standards and strategies across Turner’s national and international operations. Through mutually beneficial collaboration, the goal setting, speaking engagements, and projects further the vision of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Kass is one of the researchers for The Clean Energy For Biden (now named Clean Energy for America), her focus is to provide scientific based evidence for America to revamp Carbon Neutral infrastructure and to support the new enactment to the Paris Agreement. Kass is honored as top 50 women leaders in San Francisco, a member of Climate 50 most influential towards a carbon free future as a Stanford Energy Fellow. Dean is currently the CEO of Cato, a software platform that unlocks stranded power in datacenters, the Founder and Chairman of Infrastructure Masons, a professional association of industry executives and technology professionals uniting the builders of the digital age, and the Founder and CEO of Dean Nelson Inc, a strategic advisory and consulting company serving startups, fortune 500 companies and investment firms.

Previously, Dean led Uber’s Metal as a Service function supporting Uber’s ridesharing business delivering over 100 million trips a week in more than 600 cities spanning 6 continents, as well as UberEats, UberFreight, UberHealth, UberForBusiness, and Autonomous vehicle and UberAir development.

Prior to Uber, Dean worked at eBay Inc for 7 years as the Vice President of Global Foundation Services, which served over 300 million active users enabling over $250B of enabled commerce volume annually. At the end of his tenure, his team successfully integrated, then split eBay and PayPal infrastructures into two independent internet companies. Prior to eBay, Dean worked at Sun Microsystems for 17 years in various technical, management and executive leadership roles. Andrew is a data center, IT, private equity and real estate executive with over 20 years of complex transactional experience and multi-disciplinary senior leadership. As CEO of Aligned, he is dedicated to accelerating business growth by driving the delivery of data center solutions with industry-leading technology and adaptive infrastructure. Since beginning his tenure with Aligned three years ago, Andrew has exponentially grown company revenues, completed several successful capital raisings, and cultivated an ecosystem of innovation that advances Aligned’s commitment to reducing the social, economic and environmental impact of the digital era to position Aligned as the number one performing private data center company in 2019.

Prior to joining Aligned, Andrew held numerous leadership positions over an 11-year period with Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR). Most recently serving as Senior Vice President, he was responsible for global large-scale, client-driven data center builds and was part of the executive leadership team that grew revenue to $2 billion. He also oversaw all major international transactions, including the successful negotiation and execution of projects in Osaka, Singapore, Hong Kong and Sydney. Prior to Digital Realty Trust, Andrew held leadership roles at Sterling Network Services and Sysix Technologies.

Andrew is the Founder and Board Member of DC Delta, an advisory council comprised of global data center end-users and innovators, connectivity providers and sustainability thought-leaders focused on improving data center efficiency and sustainability. He also sits on the Infrastructure Masons Advisory Council, an organization that provides infrastructure executives and technical professionals an independent forum to connect, grow and give back. Additionally, Andrew serves as a mentor for Great Minds in STEM, an association dedicated to keeping America technologically strong by promoting Science, Technology, Engineering and Math careers, especially in underserved communities.

He holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from Cornerstone University, in addition to completing graduate programs in Executive Negotiations and Management Training at Harvard University.

Sean is the Vice President of Data Center Strategy for the Americas, charged with developing deeper client relationships, broader industry awareness, and enhanced partner collaboration by evangelizing JLL’s broad facility management, sustainability, commissioning, capital market, colocation and cloud advisory services. He works with clients to fully leverage the firm’s capabilities to maximum digital infrastructure value, minimize facility risk and drive data center innovation.

Sean has also led Digital Transformation strategic programs at two Fortune 500 companies, executing global data center consolidation and cloud migration, and initiatives that resulted in reduced time-to-revenue.

He is active in the industry, participating in panels, roundtables, podcasts, and other speaking events. Sean publishes regularly on such venues as Data Center Frontier, Data Center Dynamics, Mission Critical Magazine, and Data Centre Magazine.

Mike DeVito has been a member of the Tonaquint team since Jan '23, and leads our sales, marketing, and commercial management efforts. Mike joined Tonaquint from DIF Capital Partners, where he serves as a Data Center Operating Advisor. Mike has extensive global experience, having worked in over 30 countries, including multiple expatriate assignments. His previous positions include Chief Commercial Officer at Iron Mountain Data Centers, Senior Vice President of Sales at Digital Realty Trust, and EVP of Global Solutions at NTT. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family, horseback riding, and studying history.

Brian Kirschbaum is a Partner at Astra Capital Management, a Washington, DC-based private equity firm that invests in growth businesses in the communications and technology services sectors. Brian has over 15 years of technology investing experience and is the Chairman of DartPoints, a leading edge colocation data center operator. Brian graduated from Princeton University and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Daniel English is the President and Co-Founder of Legacy Investing, an investment firm focused on technology impacted real estate. Legacy has completed >$3B in transactions across 19M SF in data centers, e-commerce industrial assets, and life science buildings. Prior to co-founding Legacy Investing, Daniel was a tech start-up executive with leadership roles across M&A, corporate development, strategy, and product management. Daniel studied engineering at Carnegie Mellon University and Economics and Finance at Emory University.

Specializing in providing real and personal property tax consulting services to his clients for over a decade, Shawn has extensive experience with various property types, including data centers, hospitality, and other going-concern properties, in addition to office buildings, shopping centers, multifamily, assisted-living facilities, and industrial buildings. As a licensed attorney in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, his expertise extends to researching property tax code and case law, including transfer and recordation taxes, exemptions and abatements, and transaction tax consulting services nationwide. Professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA), and the Virginia Bar Association (VBA). Shawn is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in Virginia.

Kanan joined CVC DIF (formerly DIF Americas) in 2021 and is based in New York. She is managing the New York office, is co-head for the firm in North America and Global Head of Digital Infrastructure. Kanan was appointed to partner on the 1st of October 2023.

Kanan is recognized within the infrastructure industry as an expert in telecoms, including data centres and fibre.

Prior to joining CVC DIF, she worked at private investment firms Upper Bay and Digital Bridge, where she was part of the team leading data center investments. Prior experience also includes roles at JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank advising companies across North America, LATAM and Asia and execution of high-profile M&A and capital raising transactions. Kanan holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the University of Chicago

Tony Rossabi is CEO of Recovery Point Group Holding Company, where he focuses on the growth of Recovery Point Systems, a leader in DRaaS, and other companies within the portfolio. A talented and seasoned executive, Rossabi brings over twenty years of experience in technology, communications, data center infrastructure sales, marketing, operations, and strategic planning. Prior positions include Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of TierPoint, Managing Director for Digital Realty Trust’s colocation and connectivity business unit (Telx), and Senior Vice President of Global Carrier Solutions at TATA Communications.

Chris Sharp has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with an extensive background in developing technology strategies in global markets. He has a deep knowledge of the data center sector and is well positioned to expand technical innovation at Digital Realty. Most recently, he was responsible for cloud innovation at Equinix, where he led the development of innovative cloud services solutions and developed new capabilities enabling next-generation, high-performance exchange and interconnection solutions, facilitating broad commercial adoption of cloud computing on a global basis. Previously, Mr. Sharp held leadership positions at top network and colocation providers, including Qwest Communications, MCI/Verizon Business and Reliance Globalcom.

Kemal Hawa is a corporate partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Kemal represents many of the world’s largest private equity firms, infrastructure funds, real estate investors and lenders across a broad range of transactions in the digital infrastructure sector domestically and internationally, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, financing arrangements, joint ventures and development projects.

Kemal counsels clients in complex transactions across the digital infrastructure and telecommunications, media and technology industries. This includes many of the world’s largest data center operators, telecommunications carriers, tower companies, cloud providers, fiber providers, media companies, submarine cable operators, fintech companies, wireless and international carriers, internet service providers, satellite companies, equipment manufacturers and electric utilities.

Dr. Julie Albright is a Sociologist specializing in digital culture and communications; She has a Masters Degree in Social and Systemic Studies from Nova SouthEastern University and a Dual Doctorate in Sociology and Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California. Dr. Albright is currently a Lecturer in the departments of Applied Psychology and Engineering at USC, where She teaches master’s level courses on the Psychology of Interactive Technologies and Sustainable Infrastructure.

Wendy Peterson helps lead Workforce Development for Google Data Centers. Her work lends itself to building future representative and resilient talent pathways in communities for Google Data Centers and the industry as a whole.

Before Google, Wendy spent over 15 years creating career pathways for the underserved, unemployed, and career changers. She is a workforce development practitioner and leader with multifaceted experience in varied aspects of WFD including academic, for-profit, and non-profit settings. Wendy holds an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Washington, Seattle.

Outside of work, Wendy loves cooking for friends and family, snorkeling, diving, reading, and enjoying the outdoors.

Lee has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of information systems, strategic business development, finance, planning, human resources, and administration both in the private and public sectors. Lee has successfully led several technology startups and turnarounds as well as built and run world-class global operations. He is a trusted advisor and independent consultant for various organizations in the data center sector and provides interim leadership to emerging and transforming technology companies. His core technical competency focuses on improving the performance of critical infrastructure through sustainable solutions that reduce power and water consumption with application across all industries. Lee provides leadership from business strategy development through funding to execution and his focus on sustainable operations has repeatedly driven value to all stakeholders. Salute launched in 2013 and is focused on providing military veterans with job opportunities. By immersing the veterans and helping them gain experience and skills this initiative will deliver a feeder system to the data center industry and the first step in a career for the veterans. In addition to an MBA from University of Washington and further studies at Henley School of Business in London and Stanford University, Lee holds professional certifications in management and security (ITIL v3 Expert, Lean Six Sigma, CCO). He also serves as a frequent contributor for several industry publications, including Mission Critical Magazine, Data Center Management, Processor Magazine Network World and BusinessWeek. In addition to his many years as a successful technology industry leader, he has masterfully balanced a successful military career over 36 years (Ret. Colonel) and continues to serve as an advisor to many veteran support organizations.

Nancy Novak, Compass Datacenters’ Chief Innovation Officer, has over 25 years of construction experience and has overseen the delivery of over $3.5 billion in projects during that time. Prior to joining Compass, Nancy was the National Vice President of Operations for Balfour Beatty Construction which she joined after serving in a variety of executive positions for Hensel Phelps Construction Company. Ms. Novak is a member of the iMason’s advisory council and is actively involved in a number of organizations dedicated to the advancement of woman in business including Above the Glass Ceiling (AGC) who are working with Fortune 500 companies to aid in the advancement of women in STEM, Women in Government Relations (WGE), Women Construction Owners and Executives (WCOE), The World Trade Center Initiative, Fortune Media’s Most Powerful Women and the National Women’s Party. Nancy is a frequent speaker on the topic and has participated in the White House Womens and Diversity in STEM forums. Nancy holds a degree in Construction Engineering and Management from San Diego State University.

Anita Simmons is a human resources executive with more than 25 years of experience. She has spent the past 18 years in the government contracting and association field. Her focus is on strategic human resources and organizational development, with a broad portfolio that ranges from recruitment and retention, to conflict resolution, labor relations, change management and benefits administration. Her expertise incudes collaboration with cross-functional divisions on strategic planning in human resources to support and further corporate goals, the introduction of cost containment strategies that result in significant savings, and the implementation of strategic initiatives for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning. Anita is originally from Los Angeles, California and enjoys reading and spending time with her boys.

Cary runs Polargy, sometimes into the ground, but most times to good success. He shows up for work mostly because he likes inventing things, with that he is trying to change the way data centers are built. He is particularly keen on figuring new ways to bring speed to the construction equation. For example, after two years of development Polargy launched its structural ceiling system with speed as must have. Today, builders are installing 75,000 square feet in a quick 8 days. On the personal side, Cary is easily distracted by shiny objects. However, when you’re talking to him you will have his full attention; he won’t be checking his text messages.

Nabeel Mahmood is a Technologist, Futurist and a Keynote Speaker. His career is driven by one question – what’s next? At, heart he’s a true technologist and futurist, he is a proven strategist, winsome communicator and leader with extraordinary vision and operational expertise within very large, complex organizations. Nabeel is a strategic CIO identifying opportunities that are being underpinned by emerging technologies. He serves on multiple boards and is an advisor to CIOs and CEO across a number of industries.

With over 35 years of project management experience in design, construction and real estate, Alan brings

to the firm a large portfolio of mission critical projects, including large data centers for high profile com-

mercial clients. In this role, Alan will be responsible for new client development and overseeing the design,

construction and commissioning of mission critical projects. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the

Illinois Institute of Technology.

Frank McCann is a 30 year veteran of Verizon and Verizon Wireless, focusing on data center design, retrofits and greenfield builds. He has held several leadership roles within Verizon, most recently leading the Potomac Region’s Wireline Network Construction team. Frank also recently lead the Global Wireline Standards team, which encompassed all of Verizon Wireline’s network facilities worldwide.

Outside of his day job, Frank is on the Executive Board for Monmouth Council of Scouting America as well as Assistant Scoutmaster for his son’s troop. He lives at the beautiful Jersey Shore.

Since 2008, Chuck Wynings has served as Vice President and General Manager of the Tindall Corporation’s Virginia Division, a precast concrete systems supplier located in Petersburg, Virginia. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and has worked in the precast prestressed concrete industry for over 35 years. An active member of the Precast, Prestressed Concrete Institute, Chuck served on the committees for the 6th and 7th Editions of the PCI Design Handbook, chaired the development of PCI’s Special Inspectors Training Program, and in 2013 was named a Fellow of the Institute. In his roles with the Tindall Corporation, Chuck has been involved in the construction of nearly twenty data centers in the mid-Atlantic region.

Hector leads Service Delivery & Technology for BCS Data Center Operations, including all technologies in support of BCS facility management, IT services, Physical Security and Professional Services solutions. In addition, he leads product management and delivery of the BCS Tactical Operations Center, BCS’s 24/7 manned remote monitoring, surveillance and response service. Hector is a seasoned data center, IT hardware and services, and network operations professional who happens to be an impassioned technologist. He has worked for and supported enterprises in the Financial Services, Energy, Healthcare and Technology industries – in addition to supporting Hyperscale providers. Hector has achieved his CDTCP, DCCA, CDMS and CTIAA.

Tucker has over 12 years of experience in the logistics industry, where he has developed expertise in Data Centers and Mission Critical Environments in both domestic and international markets. He is most recently employed by the largest independently owned relocation services provider in the U.S., JK Moving Services, as Director of Technology Services. Tucker is leading JK’s Technology Services platform delivering true end to end logistics solutions from infrastructure design/plan, to smart hands in the data center, all the way to secure proximity warehousing with final mile. As a data center infrastructure specialist and author/contributor for industry leading data center infrastructure standards, Tucker is driven to improve processes around lifecycle management, business continuity, risk mitigation planning, and innovation for AI utilization in data center infrastructure operations. Prior to logistics, Tucker ran sales, marketing, and operations for a publicly traded health and wellness company, as well as assisted in the scale up of a prominent D.C. based medical practice that was later purchased by Goldman Sachs for $2.7B.

Terry has over 40 years of progressive experience in Critical Facilities operations and management including strategic planning, critical infrastructure design, operations, and commissioning; business protection and recovery; preventive and predictive maintenance; technical training and professional training development.

Terry is an ASHRAE Distinguished Lecturer and a voting member of ASHRAE TC9.9 "Mission Critical Facilities, Data Centers, Technology Spaces, & Electronic Equipment", ASHRAE SSPC 90.4 "Energy Standard for Data Centers”, ASHRAE SPC-127 "Method of Testing for Rating Computer Room Air Conditioners”, and GPC-1.6P “Commissioning Process for Data Centers”. He is on the Board of Directors of the 7x24 Exchange Carolinas Chapter. He is on the Board of Directors of the Building Commissioning Association’s Southeast Region and has authored or co-authored books, whitepapers, and presentations on Critical Facilities, facilities management, and formal commissioning. He has developed and taught multiple training classes in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of critical facilities including commercial nuclear power plants, aerospace facilities, and large data centers.

Terry has performed site reliability assessments for more than 50 sites in over 20 countries and 5 continents. Terry writes a bi-monthly column in Mission Critical magazine called Sustainable

Operations.

Stansberry is responsible for all commercial and service delivery activities in the North American region. He previously served as Senior Director of Content & Publications for Uptime Institute with extensive industry expertise writing for the Journal and other publications and is a regular speaker at industry events around the globe.

Alex Rakow is the Sustainability Leader for the data center industry at Schneider Electric. Previously at Schneider, he was responsible for the delivery of data center energy monitoring and control software for several hyperscale customers. Before coming to Schneider, he was a founding member of the North American microgrids team at Hitachi. He has a B.S. in environmental science from Cornell University, and an M.A. from Johns Hopkins University in economics. He is author of the book “Energy Resilient Buildings and Communities,” from CRC Press.

Mr. Gibbs serves as SVP of Design and Construction for Prime. With over 10 years of industry experience and perspective, he leads Prime’s physical building development efforts globally. Jonathan’s design and construction portfolio consists of over $15B throughout North America, Europe, and Asia.

As Vice President of Data Center Development and Construction, Karen Petersburg brings 17

years of significant experience to PowerHouse, having successfully managed complex

sustainable data center design and engineering projects, including campus developments,

hyperscale built-to-suits, and major infrastructure renovations. Most recently, Petersburg has

served as director of design for Digital Realty Trust, where she was responsible for the quality of

the organization’s designs and processes. Alongside Luke Kipfer, Petersburg oversees the

planning and execution of all PowerHouse data center projects.

Karen Petersburg actively contributes to the data center industry as the president of the local

7x24 DC Chapter, with board and committee positions for the Data Center Coalition and the

Nomad Futurist Foundation. She also supports local non-profits aiming to increase STEM

participation among local youth.

Beyond her professional life, Karen is dedicated to exploring the philosophical and

socio-economic dimensions of data, contemplating how it impacts our daily lives and shapes our

globalized society's future.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government as well as a Masters of

Arts in Philosophy from Virginia Tech, along with several industry certifications from CNet

Training/Uptime Institute and Data Center Dynamics.

With 20 years of experience, Alejandra has a strong background in data center design. She has been involved in the design of many significant data center projects - encompassing over 1GW of critical power - leading great consultant teams. She is now the VP of Global Design and Product at Yondr, building and leading teams to deliver designs around the world as well as spearheading the development of Global Design & OFE Standards and processes.

Develops strategies for applications of precast/prestressed concrete building systems in the data center space. Leads the effort to engage technical staff in the design-assist effort of very fast-track projects, at the earliest stages of development. Works with end-users and their agents to create unique designs and unusual applications of precast concrete building systems.

Drives Metromont’s practice of acting as a specialty precast subcontractor in the data center -- and not just the manufacturer of various precast parts and pieces. Metromont can self-perform 100% of the precast concrete work, beginning from structured design-assist engagement, through field erection of "all-precast" buildings.

Leads the activities of Metromont’s VA Sales staff in pursuit of projects primarily in Virginia’s Data Center Alley, but across the U.S. Metromont has the capability of extending its reach beyond this area, on certain projects, where organizational strengths, financial capacity, and past experience -- particularly with regard to mission-critical projects -- are required.

35 years experience in the precast/prestressed concrete industry, including responsibilities for nearly every aspect of the ", get work" and "do work" functions. Directly involved in preconstruction through contract, in 20M SF of all precast data centers.

Marshall is a 7x24 Exchange DC Chapter Board of Directors member and a member of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA).

Sean Corcoran is a Regional Sales Manager for STULZ USA, a manufacturer that is dedicated to

providing innovative solutions to mission critical environments. Sean joined STULZ in

November 2015, managing our indirect rep organizations throughout the United States and

actively promoting energy efficient solutions within our industries. As an 18+ year veteran in

the Data Center industry, Sean has spent the past decade focusing primarily on mission critical

containment and cooling applications. He holds a Bachelors Degree of Business Administration

and Economics from the State University of New York and is a member of AFCOM and 7X24.

Ross joined Turner’s Mid-Atlantic office in 2010 as a field engineer after graduating from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction. Ross spent most of his early career in operations working on projects across a variety of market segments advancing to help lead the Special Projects Division as the Estimating & Preconstruction Manager in 2014 and as the Business Development Manager in 2018.

In early 2021, Ross joined Turner’s Global Critical Facilities market segment group where he serves as the regional team lead for data center work in the Mid-Atlantic and as the account manager for several hyperscale and colocation clients for projects across North America.

Buddy Rizer serves as the Executive Director for economic development in Loudoun County, Virginia,

which was named the 2021 Economic Development Organization of the Year by the International

Economic Development Council. He leads the agency responsible for encouraging growth and

developing relationships with Loudoun’s business community in both the commercial and agricultural-

based business sectors. During his tenure, Rizer and his team have attracted more than $65 billion in

new commercial investment and more than 60 thousand new jobs. During this time, the growth in the

commercial based has helped lower the tax rate in Loudoun by more than 48 cents on the dollar, saving

residents thousands of dollars annually on their tax bill.

Mr. Rizer has been named a Tech Titan eight times by Washingtonian Magazine (2017 – 2024), one of

the 50 most influential Virginians six times by Virginia Business Magazine (2018 – 2023), a five-time

member of Virginia’s Power 500 (2020 – 2024), and three times named to the Washington Business

Journal’s Power 100 as one of the most influential businesspeople in Washington, DC (2020, 2022,

2023). In 2024, he was named as one of the 50 most influential people in Northern Virginia by Northern

Virginia Magazine.

Mr. Rizer is a Certified Economic Developer (CEcD), a certified Entrepreneurship Development

Professional (EDP), has a master’s in business administration/economics from Longwood University and

is a graduate of Virginia Tech's Local Government Management Graduate Program.
