Daniel English is the President and Co-Founder of Legacy Investing, an investment firm focused on technology impacted real estate. Legacy has completed >$3B in transactions across 19M SF in data centers, e-commerce industrial assets, and life science buildings. Prior to co-founding Legacy Investing, Daniel was a tech start-up executive with leadership roles across M&A, corporate development, strategy, and product management. Daniel studied engineering at Carnegie Mellon University and Economics and Finance at Emory University.

Kevin Ooley took on the role of President in May of 2017 and has served as the Chief Financial Officer of DataBank since 2011. He has over 20 years of extensive experience in delivering shareholder value through the creation and implementation of growth and operational strategies. Prior to joining DataBank, Ooley served as the CFO for the Thompson Media Group and as a Principal at Lovett Miller & Co., a growth capital private equity firm based in Florida. He was also a Director of Strategy for iXL Enterprises and a Manager in Accenture’s Strategic Services practice. Ooley holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University.

Raul Martynek joined DataBank in June of 2017 as the Chief Executive Officer. In this role, he provides overall strategic direction of the company and its operations. Raul is a 25+ year veteran in the telecom and Internet Infrastructure sector. He most recently served as a Senior Advisor for Digital Bridge Holdings LLC. Prior to Digital Bridge, he served as Chief Executive Officer for New Jersey-based data center and managed services operator Net Access, LLC. Net Access was acquired in November 2015 by Denver-based data center operator Cologix. Prior to Net Access, he was the CEO of Voxel dot Net, Inc., a global managed hosting and cloud company, which was acquired by Internap Network Services Corp. in early 2012. Mr. Martynek also served as the Chief Restructuring Officer of Smart Telecom, a Dublin, Ireland-based fiber carrier which was acquired by Digiweb in 2009. Before that he evaluated investment opportunities in the telecommunications and Internet sector as a Senior Advisor at Plainfield Asset Management, a $4B hedge fund. Prior to Plainfield, Mr. Martynek spent 13 years with telecom and Internet provider InfoHighway Communications Corp; first as a Chief Operating Officer of Eureka Networks and then as President and Chief Executive Officer of InfoHighway. InfoHighway was acquired by Broadview Networks in 2007. Mr. Martynek earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Binghamton University and received a Master Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs.

Chris Sumter serves as EVP of Acquisitions for Prime. He brings 20 years of experience in mission critical data centers and colocation facilities. He previously served as EVP at Jones Lang LaSalle where he oversaw the west coast. Prior to this he was co-founder of Santa Clara-based Vantage Data Centers.

Kemal Hawa is a corporate partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Kemal represents many of the world’s largest private equity firms, infrastructure funds, real estate investors and lenders across a broad range of transactions in the digital infrastructure sector domestically and internationally, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, financing arrangements, joint ventures and development projects.

Kurt’s professional engineering career spans over 40 years. His expertise includes structural engineering design for Mission Critical Facilities such as Data Centers, Health Care Facilities such as Hospitals and Clinics and Life Sciences Facilities such as Biopharmaceutical Pilot Plants and Production Facilities around the United States and the World. His area of expertise is in designing buildings to be occupable after natural disasters including Tornados, Hurricanes and Earthquakes. He has been the structural engineer of record for conventional “fixed Base Buildings” ranging from 1-23 stories, “Base Isolated Buildings” ranging from 1-5 stories, and the retrofit and new construction of buildings incorporating Fluid Viscous Dampers ranging from 1-22 stories. Ryan has extensive data center investment, development and leasing experience and joins Lincoln from GI Partners, where he led the firm’s real estate development activities, as Director of Investments and Head of Development. Prior to joining GI Partners, Ryan led investment and portfolio management at Landmark Dividend’s Digital Infrastructure Division, prior to its acquisition by Digital Bridge. From 2015 to 2020, Mr. Sullivan oversaw all investment, leasing and development activities for Lincoln’s Data Center business, formerly known as Lincoln Rackhouse. With his leadership and extensive mission critical investment and development experience, he helped build a respectable national data center operating platform of 16 datacenters across 14 markets, totaling over 3 million sq. ft. and 100 MWs of data center capacity. Earlier, he served in development, leasing and portfolio management roles at Digital Realty. Over his 18+ year data center career, Ryan has managed data center and tech/life science portfolios valued at over $7.5 billion in AUM and pursued data center projects in most U.S. and many international markets.

Peter Hopper is a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Primary Digital Infrastructure, an independent data center investment platform. In prior roles, Mr. Hopper was a Managing Director at DigitalBridge Investment Management. Mr. Hopper was responsible for the identification, evaluation, and implementation of growth opportunities for DigitalBridge’s investment management franchise. Prior to joining DigitalBridge, Mr. Hopper was Co-Founder and CEO of DH Capital, a firm specializing in assisting growing businesses in the Internet Infrastructure, Telecom and SaaS industries. Prior to founding DH Capital, Mr. Hopper founded and served as President and CEO of DURO Communications, one of the largest privately held ISP/CLECs in the U.S. Mr. Hopper received a Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania.

Carrington Brown serves as Senior Managing Director, Development for Affinius Capital. In this role he oversees Affinius Capital’s Data Center investments globally alongside Corscale Data Centers, their vertically integrated development and operating partner. In this role, Carrington is focused on site-selection, development, capital activities, and Portfolio Management. Prior to his current role, Carrington was an Investment Officer based in Dallas, responsible for capital activity in the Texas and Colorado region, which included acquisitions, development/build-to-suits, joint ventures, and capital transactions including senior debt, mezzanine, and preferred equity financing structures. Prior to joining Affinius Capital, Carrington Brown was a Vice President and Team Leader for Wells Fargo in their Dallas, Commercial Real Estate lending group, where he sourced debt financing to institutional clients. In this role, Carrington was responsible for business development, underwriting, loan documentation, and portfolio management for acquisitions, development, note financings, and lines of credit. Carrington earned an undergraduate degree in Finance with a Real Estate concentration from Texas Christian University and earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute's Data Center Product Council and is also a member of the Real Estate Executive Council.

As Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer, Fran Federman is responsible for leading CyrusOne’s capital markets activities and related strategic transactions.

Fran previously served as the Chief Financial Officer at IQHQ, a developer and owner of life science real estate. Prior to that, Fran served in various roles at Ventas, Inc., most recently as Vice President of Capital Markets and Managing Director of the Ventas Life Science and Healthcare Real Estate Fund. She previously worked as the Director of Global Treasury and Capital Markets for Terraform Global, including during its IPO, and held roles in Capital Markets and Finance at Prologis.

In addition to her professional experiences, Fran also is active in Chief, an organization focused on supporting women in senior leadership positions, and the Urban Land Institute, a leading organization in the broader real estate industry, as well as serving on the boards of One Tail at a Time and the National Eating Disorder Association.

Fran received her Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and her Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School.

Jeff Moerdler is chair of the Haynes Boone Data Center and Digital Infrastructure Practice and a real estate partner in the New York office. He has more than 40 years’ experience in general commercial real estate law. Jeff’s real estate practice includes acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, and borrower’s side financing. Jeff also has a particular focus on real estate challenges facing communications, technology and energy companies, and represents property owners and telecom companies in telecom real estate matters, particularly in data center development, acquisitions, sales, leases, colocation agreements and service level agreements. His clients include both large national companies and smaller, local clients, and includes representation of landlords and tenants in all types of leases; counseling owners and developers in the acquisition, sale, joint venture, development, and renovation of property as well as sale-leaseback transactions; advising lenders and borrowers in commercial loans; and the representation of all parties in real estate litigation. He is actively involved in settling real estate, partnership, and inter-family disputes. He also represents many not-for-profit entities and is active in health care, senior living, and educational real estate.

During the past 35 years, Jeff has developed considerable experience in the intersection of real estate with communications, technology, and energy issues. He has extensive experience representing landlords, tenants, developers, and communications service providers in the leasing, purchase, sale, and financing of data centers, colocation facilities, radio and television broadcast antennas, distributed and in-building wireless systems, rooftop antennas, and fiber-optic transactions as well as the wiring of buildings for broadband communications access. Jeff has also negotiated thousands of data center leases, master services agreements, colocation agreements and service level agreements, rooftop and cellular antenna leases, inside wiring agreements, and antenna tower leases throughout the country – covering over 500 million square feet.

He has also devoted a considerable portion of his practice to power and energy issues related to real estate and other technology matters, including large solar and wind installations, battery storage facilities, and bulk power purchases.

Jeff is a frequent speaker on real estate, data center, and telecom topics around the country. He is Fellow of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and on the faculty of the Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute. He regularly speaks as a panelist at data center, digital infrastructure and real estate conference around the United States. In addition, he is regularly quoted in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Bisnow, Commercial Property News, Real Estate Weekly, and other publications. He co-authored the first treatise chapter on telecom real law for Powell on Real Property in 1999.

Jeff has previously served in numerous governmental positions, including as a Commissioner of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, a member of the New York State Banking Board, a member of the New York State Financial Control Board, a member of the Departmental Disciplinary Committee of the Appellate Division of the First Department of the New York State Supreme Court, Assistant to the First Deputy Mayor of the City of New York, and assistant to the Deputy Borough President of the Borough of Manhattan. From 1981 to 1982, Jeff served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles L. Brieant, US District Judge, and later Chief Judge, for the Southern District of New York.

Jeff is also an emergency medical technician on his local volunteer ambulance and President of his local chapter, as well as having served for 8 years on the Board of Trustees of the umbrella organization which is the largest volunteer ambulance service in the United States.

Laura is the Founder and CEO of Monarch Telecom Marketing with 30 years of experience as a

leader in marketing and communications. She has successfully developed marketing, branding,

event, public relations, content, and media strategies for data centers, telecoms and mission-

critical companies worldwide.

Before becoming a fractional CMO leading a top PR/Marketing agency in the industry, Laura

oversaw external communications for one of the largest private companies in the U.S., where

she partnered with national brands, professional sports teams and executives. Laura also

created a centralized social media infrastructure and established content marketing and lead

generation processes across the entire organization with hundreds of locations across the U.S.

As an accomplished speaker, she has shared best practices for digital marketing, public

relations, media relations and social media with significant brands and companies from New

York City to Las Vegas.

Furthermore, Laura's professional journey includes a background as a television news

anchor/reporter, weather anchor and radio news anchor from Florida to Texas, demonstrating

her adaptability and versatility in different media platforms.

After getting his B.S. in Chemistry Michael began his career in Industrial Water Treatment for 16 years. For the next 14 years he served in the Data Center industry, advising Data Center owners, engineers, and operators regarding cooling and power designs and solutions. Michael has managed multiple Data Center Design/Build projects, from greenfield to brownfield, including live Data Center upgrades. He has Top Secret DOD clearance and has performed Data Center energy and Tier Reliability audits for the US Government and private industry. He also has experience in doing forensic analysis of Data Center equipment failures and implementing solutions for remediation. In 2020 Michael joined Nalco Water in the Global High Tech business group, responsible for advising and supporting Data Center engineers and owner/operators regarding water related issues. This includes site selection water assessment, cooling system design, water consumption and treatment, water conservation, water reclaim, water pre-treatment equipment design, water related Capex/Opex, and newer sustainable water strategies and technologies. He also leads the Nalco CDCWT Certification effort to educate Data Center industry members about best practices with water and the wise stewardship of water. Michael is married with four children and serves on the leadership teams of two ministry groups.

Andy Kirby is the AMER East & LATAM Build Partner at Microsoft, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing various business operations and strategic initiatives within the Americas and LATAM region. Raj joined QTS in 2022 and is the Director of Energy. He manages conventional and renewable electricity procurement and risk management activities for QTS.

Raj is a chemical engineer with over 15 years of energy management experience working for large global chemical companies.

His primary focus has been conventional and renewable energy procurement, asset management, on-site generation, risk management, and developing strategies to reduce scope two emissions for companies.

Jake is the Co-Founder of Power and Data Management, LLC (PDM), a development firm that advises clients in building massively modular mission critical projects, and supplies electrical infrastructure including transformers, switchgear, containerized data centers and Battery Energy Storage Systems. PDM’s modular designs support flexible power densities to power standard and HPC systems yet delivers high operating efficiency. He is also the Founder of DC BLOX and Co-Founder of GIGA Data Centers, providers of multi-tenant colocation data centers and network services.

Prior to these ventures, he was Chief Marketing Officer for GE Energy Management ($8B revenue) where he led the development of global strategy and commercialization initiatives, and guided the development of markets and new technology areas such as creating GE’s Critical Power business. In GE Critical Power, he led the business to engage hyperscale-cloud companies with a complete portfolio of electrical equipment, including UPS, switchgear, and containerized critical power systems with automated controls.

Previously, he spent over nine years managing portfolio companies for private equity investors of electrical & electronic manufacturing businesses including Milestek, Pasternack Enterprises, and Magnequench, and saw them successfully brought to sale. He has also held executive leadership roles with Emerson Electric, in which he led Product Management for the Emerson Network Power division (now Vertiv).

Jake received a Bachelor degree in Math and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis. He lives in Atlanta, GA.

Reid Senescu is VP of Product Management at Doxel. His team talks with folks in construction and communicates their needs to software developers who use AI to help the industry build better, faster, with lower costs. His career began as a structural engineer, founded a construction tech startup out of his PhD research at Stanford and then led product for Rhumbix followed by Enlighted (acquired by Siemens).

Paul is a data center industry leader with a long tenured employment with Silicon Valley technology company, followed by a second career in mission critical commercial real estate. He is well versed in all aspects of data center design, construction, and operations. Paul is a thought leader on high density facility design, water cooling, for new construction and facility retrofits.

· Paul has directly managed the global operations portfolio of data centers for large hyper scale operators, national portfolio for wholesale co-location and been technical design build leader on over $1.5 B in data center projects around the globe.

· Paul is currently employed by JE Dunn as Vice President of Mission Critical leading their West Coast client relationships, and a portfolio of projects. Prior roles include 22 years with Intel Corporation in various Sr Technical leadership roles for critical facility operations, facility design and construction. Paul was SVP of Design, Construction, and Operations for Informant, and helped lead the successful sale of that portfolio. He has worked for several confidential hyper scale clients on site selection, facility design, construction, and operations of global facilities.

Lovisa is an experienced sales professional with over 25 years of experience in various sales and leadership roles including international sales management and business development. Driven by strong client relationships and growth achievements, she takes pride in providing her clients with excellence in sales support and strong business plans for aggressive growth. Her core competencies include strategic planning, execution, high-stake negotiating, marketing and project management.

Lovisa is originally from Sweden, and has lived in Europe, China and USA. She’s a graduate from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science. She’s avid hockey mom, currently resides in Des Moines, Iowa with her husband and 2 teenage children.

Brian is the Vice President at Stewart Title’s National Commercial Services group, where he and his team provide title insurance solutions for complex transactions across the United States. With over ten years of experience in the energy sector, Brian specializes in development, construction, and operations. He is an active member of the Houston community, co-founding the Renewable Energy Alliance (REAL) Houston and serving on its Board of Directors. Before his career in the energy industry, Brian served in the U.S. Army and completed a tour in Afghanistan.

Chelsea has 12+ years of experience in the real estate industry. Her considerable experience includes site selection, land development and investment. At Google, Chelsea was involved in more than $5 billion of global infrastructure investments and held multiple roles, including leading development of best practices for the company’s global site selection and portfolio management team. As Site Acquisition and Development Lead, Chelsea believes two things are fundamental to success: asking the right questions and thinking creatively. As Albert Einstein said, "Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere.”

Rafal Rak is Vice President of Digital Realty and serves as the company’s Portfolio Manager for Midwest and West regions. In this capacity, he has overall responsibility for strategic planning, development, operations, leasing and financial performance of 48 buildings with 9.2 million rentable square feet. Digital Realty is a leading global data center Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) with 215 properties in 14 countries and 36 markets representing 34 million square feet in North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America and Australia. Digital Realty is the 8th largest publicly-traded REITs in the U.S. with a market capitalization of approximately $27 billion, a member of the prestigious S&P 500 and has been recognized by the EPA as one of the top 100 largest buyers of renewal energy.

Tom Spackman is owner and CEO of Gigabit Fiber, a Dallas metro optical transport provider. He is also Managing Director of Mexcap LLC, a Dallas based private equity firm. Previously, Tom was the founder and former CEO of XC Networks, an international telecommunications firm specializing in fiber and wireless networks, data centers and towers that was sold to Transtelco.

Tom is a subject matter expert in the areas of network security, utility regulation, spectrum management, rights of way and large-scale capital projects. Tom is a licensed attorney in the state of Texas specializing in Federal and State communication law. He was a delegate representing the Republic of Mexico at the ITU World Radio Conference in Geneva, Switzerland and has owned and operated network assets throughout North America.

Elizabeth Dominguez Yaeger represents private equity firms, lenders, real estate funds, and data infrastructure owners and operators across a broad range of domestic and international transactions in the real estate, digital infrastructure and telecommunication sectors, including real estate asset acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, financing, data center leases, colocation agreements and telecommunication master service agreements.

Elizabeth also advises clients on affordable housing transactions, including the tax credit syndications of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and financings involving tax-exempt and taxable bond financings for the development, operation, and maintenance of affordable multifamily properties.

Steven Murray oversees the Dallas office. He utilizes his project controls expertise to provide his clients with innovative and top-quality services and work products. Mr. Murray has scheduled over $20 billion of projects and programs for some of the largest companies in the world. On these projects and programs, he developed personalized procedures and deliverables in order to meet clients’ needs. His specialty is in large-scale projects, such as corporate campuses and data centers.

Mr. Murray has experience representing general contractors, construction managers, owners, and subcontractors in all phases of construction. Steven began working for Aegis in 2013 after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland. He is an accredited member of the AACE.
