Why This Matters

What You'll Learn:

  • Which elements are developers being asked to include in projects to aid zoning requests?

  • How can projects expedite permitting approvals with city stakeholders?

  • Which processes represent the most major roadblocks in development timelines?

  • How can the architecture, engineering, and construction industries better collaborate to reduce project cost?

  • What creative funding and financing mechanisms are being employed to aid project execution?

  • Which asset types are under built in the market and present areas of opportunity for the development community?

  • How are investors making informed site selection decisions around increased competition and burgeoning neighborhoods?

How You'll Do More Business:

The Triangle region has seen tremendous real estate growth, with major attention paid to the market from local and institutional investors alike. With this pace of activity, challenges have arisen in terms of permitting and rezoning request timelines and approvals, as well as increased community pushback for certain asset types and increased levels of density. These issues, paired with an inflated interest rate environment and tariff related supply chain concerns, present obstacles for the region's continued growth. Attending this event will position your business to thrive amidst recent and upcoming shifts. Connect with, and hear more on these trends from industry leaders so that your firm can align with opportunity.
