Bruce Webster

Mr. Webster, based in Chicago, has been involved in commercial property management

since 1981. He has been dedicated to multi-family portfolio and property management

exclusively since 1987. Mr. Webster holds a BS from the University of Colorado in

Architectural Engineering and Construction Management. He also holds an MBA in

business and finance from the Daniels School of Business at the University of Denver.

Mr. Webster's experience includes real estate management, development, finance and

acquisitions. Mr. Webster previously worked with Trammell Crow Residential, the Irvine

Company, Security Capital and Equity Residential, where as EVP he managed 65,000

units and served as leader on multiple special projects within Equity Residential. Mr.

Webster represented RREEF in its strategic alliance with JPI Management Services in

2006 and subsequently joined JPI as EVP. Following his tenure at JPI, Mr. Webster

worked with a real estate technology and services company developing and marketing a

property management platform specifically for multi-family owners and managers.

Mr. Webster is a past President of the Chicagoland Apartment Association and is active

with NMHC. Mr. Webster has been with Lincoln Property Company since 2009.

Alex Samoylovich

Alex Samoylovich is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of CEDARst companies and Founder and Co-CEO of Livly, Inc. Since the inception of CEDARst, he has sourced, invested in, and managed hundreds of transactions and has been instrumental in the development value of over $2 billion. Mr. Samoylovich also founded Livly, a property technology company that enables modern, seamless living between residents and property management via the Livly apartment app. Prior to entering real estate, he was an accomplished equity and options trader. In 2016, Alex was named one of Crain’s 40 under 40.

Heather Moore is Managing Director of Real Estate for Greystar in New York. She oversees the Operations, Construction, and Marketing Teams. She oversees approximately 40 buildings with 7,000 units primarily in NYC. Heather has operational expertise in capital investment, value-add strategies, and value execution, and has led operational teams on multiple new developments through stabilization. Heather has experience with public and private investors for both individual owners and third-party managers.

Heather has been active in the multifamily industry since 1997. Prior to joining Greystar in 2017, Heather spent 10 years operating communities in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and San Francisco for AvalonBay. Prior to that, she oversaw a portfolio of communities in the Midwest for Village Green Companies. She attended Arizona State University and holds CAM, PAM, and NALP Property Management designations.

Award and has earned an international reputation as a go-to IoT

industry expert, developing pioneering strategic partnerships and

unprecedented technology strategies and initiatives for the Internet

of Things.

Moorman is the CoFounder of STRATIS, a RealPage Company,

and SaaS Platform for large-scale Internet of Things installations.

STRATIS was named a top ten “Best Company in America” by

Entrepreneur Magazine and ranked in the top twenty percent of Inc

Magazine’s “Fastest Growing Companies” three consecutive years

prior to acquisition. Moorman was simultaneously CEO of BuLogics,

which designed, built, and certified hardware, software, and

ecosystems for the Internet of Things.

Moorman is an international speaker and columnist, and has been featured as a thought leader in dozens of mass media outlets and publications including: U.S. News & World Report, Fast Company, Inc Magazine,

Prior to STRATIS and BuLogics, Moorman launched the Emerging Technologies Division for GE’s Consumer and Home Electronics brand. Moorman quickly established her reputation in technology,

engaging eight Fortune 500 companies in less than eighteen months, entering new vertical channels, and creating and beginning execution on the strategic plan to dominate the Internet of Things lighting

peripherals market. Today the GE lighting line is a part of nearly every home automation and security platform offered in the United States.

Early in her career, Moorman led a team that became the most sought after marketing and management partnership in Baltimore real estate. She expanded the companies to include nationwide finance, brokerage, legal, and insurance offerings. Moorman oversaw $1.5 billion dollars of transactions in less than five years, including property acquisition management for the $500 million dollar expansion of Rutgers University.

Moorman recognizes the importance of giving back, especially within the Philadelphia community, and volunteers her time and expertise to the following organizations: NAA & NMHC’s Real Estate Technology

Alliance (IoT Committee Co-Chair), Comcast NBCUniversal LIFT Labs Accelerator (Lead Mentor), SXSW (Mentor), Lean Startup Conference (Mentor), Philly Startup Leaders (Mentor), Dreamit Ventures (Mentor),

and Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce (Small Business Board Member). She is also a community activist and Chair of East Falls Forward, a Philadelphia Registered Community Organization focused on the

revitalization of the Riverfront Business District. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law and a Law School Club Founder.
