"After beginning her design career in both New York and Los Angeles, Kris returned to Texas in 1991 and joined Page as Senior Designer in the Austin office. There, she expanded her range of project experience and continued to develop her love of holistic design – collaborating with the design and client team to make great places for people to work and live.

Kris led the Austin office’s Interior Design team for nearly ten years before relocating to Dallas to be closer to family. She rejoined Page a few years later in the Dallas office, this time as Design Director. Today, she applies her passion and extensive expertise to a variety of project types and industries, ranging from corporate, commercial, hospitality and science/ technology. Her expertise includes space planning, programming, interior architecture and design, as well as furniture and art selection.

Kris’ primary focus is understanding her clients’ needs and project requirements, then developing an innovative design response. Most exciting to Kris is the “knowledge aspect” of interior design. Amanda (Mandy) Pearcy has over 15 years of experience in the tenant finish construction industry and has been with Gordon Highlander since 2007. She has played a key role in virtually every business area, from administrative to bid development, project management, and coordinating field teams and subcontractors. She has a proven ability to understand potential risks and bring these issues to the forefront, ensuring that quality projects are delivered on time and under budget, with an eye toward integrity throughout the process. Amanda now utilizes these skills and talents to lead and encourage Highlanders in their roles as she continually builds and promotes the culture Gordon Highlander is known for.

As Chief Operating Officer, Ginny leads Ryan’s global operations in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, including Service Delivery, Business Development, and Global Shared Services. She specializes in providing transaction tax services, including multi-state audit defense representation, research, reverse audits, and transaction tax education on a national basis. In addition to transaction tax services, Ms. Kissling is an industry-recognized expert in the Texas Enterprise Zone Program, which is a business incentive for capital investment and new or retained jobs, and other state and local incentives in Texas.

Holly is the Director of capital markets for Nuveen Real Estate’s industrial team, responsible for executing debt and disposition transactions for the industrial equity portfolio. She also helps implement new strategic initiatives in the industrial sector.

Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Holly served as Chief Financial Officer of CapRidge Partners. Before CapRidge, she worked at Colony Industrial as Senior Vice President as well as Chief Financial Officer of Cobalt Capital Partners which was acquired by Colony in 2014.

Holly graduated with a B.S. in Accounting, an M.S. in Accounting from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and holds a CPA in the State of Texas.

B. Diane Butler was the Co-Founder and previously Executive Chairman of Butler Burgher Group (BBG), a leading independent national commercial real-estate valuation, advisory and assessment firm headquartered in Dallas with more than 20 offices in key markets throughout the United States. She continues to serve on BBG’s Board of Directors and is a Shareholder.

She has 30 years of commercial real estate expertise in valuation, consulting and feasibility studies. She has significant experience in all types of multi-family housing, student housing, healthcare, single and multi-tenant office buildings, industrial, retail, mixed-use developments and master-planned communities including expertise in Agency, FHA and Affordable Housing Appraisals and Market Studies.

Butler served as Chairman of The Real Estate Council in 2016, was the CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) National President in 2012, received the “CREW Entrepreneurial Spirit Impact Award” in 2016 and was honored nationally as a “CREW Distinguished Leader” in 2014. Ms. Wheeler serves in leadership roles for a number of national professional organizations. In 2018 she will serve as president of the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals. Ms. Wheeler was the 2009 chair of TREC, the first woman to hold that designation. Kathy Permenter is a founder and serves as co-managing partner of Younger Partners, a full-service regional commercial real estate firm providing investment, leasing, and management services to investors and tenants in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Younger Partners has more than 100 employees and a management and leasing portfolio of over 12 million square feet of properties in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. The company specializes in the leasing, management and investment sales of office, land, industrial and retail properties.

Kathy is involved in the company’s overall strategy and is responsible for business development, leasing assignments and the overall performance of the company. She has years of transaction experience, a CPA background and has been instrumental in executing some of the most significant leases in the region. Sumner Billingsley is a Partner at Billingsley Company in Dallas, Texas, where she specializes in

Trammell Crow Company in Los Angeles, where she worked in development and acquisitions

planned communities, which include: Cypress Waters, International Business Park,

Austin Ranch, and the Arts Plaza campus in Dallas’ Arts District.

Prior to Billingsley Company, Lucy was Chief Executive Officer of the Dallas Market

Center and the Crow Design Centers in Dallas, Houston and Boston and Wyndham

Jade Travel.

Lucy has been inducted into the Texas Business Hall of Fame, the Junior Achievement

of Dallas Business Hall of Fame, the NTCAR Hall of Fame, and she was awarded the

2013 H. Neil Mallon Award.

Susan Arledge, SIOR, currently serves as a Senior Managing Director in the company’s Dallas office. Arledge has served as President of the SIOR North Texas Chapter, the Board of Directors for the American Heart Association and as Chair of the Go Red for Women Luncheon in Dallas. Lucy Burns began her career at Lehman Brothers in New York City where she worked in Private Client Services. From there she transitioned into real estate as the head of investments for Groupe Arnault in the United States. In 2006 Lucy joined The Ratkovich Company in Los Angeles where she managed the renovation of a 500,000 square foot high rise on Wilshire Boulevard. The role involved oversight and management of the complete replacement of the building’s central plant, asbestos abatement, common area upgrades and a $5 million lobby renovation. She received the 2012 National Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW Network) Circle of Excellence award, CREW Network’s highest honor. In 2015, Dallas Business Journal recognized her as one of the top 25 Women in Business in the DFW area. She was named a 2023 POWER BROKER and a 2023 Finalist for the Corporate Leadership Excellence Award by D CEO Magazine. In 2019, Bisnow named her a DFW Power Woman.

Eliza is the author of numerous articles on commercial real estate, and is a frequent speaker on commercial real estate, corporate board development/governance and corporate social responsibility. She developed and leads the popular Nonprofit Real Estate 101 Course for The Real Estate Council in Dallas. She also writes a highly regarded real estate blog for D CEO (D Magazine).

Eliza earned a master’s degree from Purdue University and a bachelor’s degree from Emerson College in Boston. She is a licensed Texas real estate broker and is a National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Governance Fellow, the highest level of credentialing for corporate directors.

Susan Gruppi started M2G Ventures in 2014. Susan is responsible for Development, Strategy and Value Creation at M2G. Prior to starting M2G, Susan was with Trademark Property Company for 7 years, where she served in many roles including Analyst, Manager, Director of Finance and Vice President. M2G strives to be the chosen visionary platform in innovative mixed-use and industrial assets through investing and select consulting. The company also has an integrated approach to social impact with their mental health initiative.

Susan serves on the board for the Cultural District Alliance in Fort Worth. She is also a member of The Greater Fort Worth Real Estate Council and the International Council of Shopping Centers. She received her BBA in Finance with a Real Estate Concentration and a Minor in Spanish from Texas Christian University.

Tanya i s a leading authori ty in commercial real es tate known for her groundbreaking work in

s t rategic as set management . During her tenure at GE Capi tal, Tanya over saw the leas ing,

management , and di spos i t ion of a $425 million nat ional commercial por t folio of Clas s A as set s for

the GE Pens ion Trus t . In addi t ion, in her subsequent role as Managing Director, she developed and

directed the market ing s t rategy for GE Real Es tate’ s $7 billion-per-year nat ional lending plat form.

over saw all bus ines s operat ions for a new lending bus ines s uni t that produced more than $2.3 billion

Since her tenure at GE Real Es tate, Tanya has been mentoring and promot ing young commercial real

es tate profes s ional s through her involvement in The Real Es tate Council, CREW Dallas , 4Word, Ladies

in CRETM, and individual relat ionships . Alli son Johns ton Frizzo, whom Tanya met through a mentoring
