Join Us for Our Final Financial Discussion of 2025

As the CRE industry enters a higher-for-longer rate environment and prepares for potential federal tax reform in 2026, sophisticated investors are reevaluating how to protect gains, unlock liquidity, and preserve long-term wealth through tax-advantaged structures. This national webinar brings together top advisors, owners, investors, and capital markets experts for a lively, actionable conversation on the tools shaping today’s most effective tax strategies—especially 1031 exchanges, Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs), and UPREIT transactions.

Attendees will walk away with practical guidance on structuring deals, identifying risks, and optimizing tax outcomes in a rapidly shifting regulatory landscape. Whether you're an owner, investor, capital raiser, or advisor, this session will equip you with the strategic insights needed to close out 2025 strong and build a smarter tax strategy for 2026.

Key Questions To Explore:

  • How are investors using 1031 exchanges in today’s high-rate environment, and what structuring strategies help maximize tax deferral while preserving optionality?

  • What advantages do Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs) offer for passive investors seeking stable, tax-efficient returns—and how are sponsors evolving DST models for 2026?

  • When does an UPREIT structure make strategic sense, and how can owners evaluate whether contributing assets in exchange for OP units creates superior long-term outcomes?

  • What tax pitfalls should investors and capital raisers avoid when navigating complex multi-asset transactions, step-ups in basis, and accelerated depreciation rules?

  • How might expected federal tax policy changes in 2026 reshape CRE investment strategies—and what proactive moves should owners and investors make before year-end?
