Colin Cross is a Vice President at Hunt Mortgage Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hunt Companies. Mr. Cross originates Hunt Mortgage Group’s full range of debt product for multifamily and other commercial assets nationwide, and has expertise in all Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS and bridge loan executions. During his time at Hunt, Mr. Cross and his Dallas originations team have originated more than $650 million in various debt products, and received recognition as the firm’s top production team in 2013. Mr. Cross’ loan structuring and underwriting skills mirror the firm’s reputation for working with clients to find creative solutions to all their financing needs. Prior to joining Hunt Mortgage Group in 2012, Mr. Cross began his career working at Walker & Dunlop, Inc. in their Originations and Underwriting groups in Bethesda, MD. While at Walker & Dunlop he underwrote, structured and negotiated deal terms to successfully originate more than $1 billion in senior agency debt. Mr. Cross earned a Bachelor of Science degree in communications from the University of Texas, Austin.

Michael Ostella

Michael Ostella is an Executive Director and Head of the Dallas Office for JP Morgan Chase’s CMBS group. He is responsible for Loan Originations throughout the Southwest Region and parts of the West Coast. Prior to JP Morgan, Michael worked for 6 years at Morgan Stanley where he opened their Commercial Real Estate Lending office in Dallas in 2010. Michael has worked in the CMBS industry for 16 years and has been in the commercial real estate industry for 18 years. Michael started his career in New York with Chase Manhattan in 1998 after graduating from Williams College, and moved to Dallas in 2003. Michael lives in the Preston Hollow area of Dallas with his wife and 3 children.

Alex Inman, senior vice president, joined the team in November 2009 and is responsible for new loan originations out of Walker & Dunlop's Dallas office. Since joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Inman personally arranged over three quarters of a billion dollars in financings from various sources which consist of Agency, CMBS, Banks, and Life Company for over 70 properties located in markets nationwide.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Inman was an associate with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), where he was responsible for originating loans in the company’s Dallas office and specialized in structuring debt and equity across all major property types. Mr. Inman is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and holds a bachelor’s degree. Mr. Inman is currently pursuing his CCIM certification, holds a state of Texas Real Estate Salesperson license and is a member of the Texas Real Estate Commission. Mr. Inman is an avid golfer, a voracious reader, a husband and father of two. In his down time, Mr. Inman enjoys spending time with his family and traveling with his wife.

Seth Eaton is a member of Winstead's Real Estate Finance Practice

Group. His practice focuses on the representation of banks, debt funds

and other institutional lenders and servicers in commercial mortgage

loan and mezzanine loan transactions. He also assists start-up

businesses with formation and organizational matters and advises a

variety of business enterprise to negotiate and structure a wide variety of

real estate, business, corporate and commercial transactions.

Mr. Miller has completed more than $4.0 billion in real estate transactions in his 30 year career. He has extensive experience in sourcing and placing both U.S. and international capital. Mr. Miller is responsible for executing IRE’s investment strategy for larger portfolio acquisitions, recapitalizations and programmatic investing in the western U.S.

Prior to joining IRE, Mr. Miller was Executive Vice President for Internacional Realty and Royalton Real Estate Capital. He was the founder and President of Meridian Global Investors and prior to Meridian, Mr. Miller was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the Lehndorff USA Group of Companies.

Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, magna cum laude, from Texas A&M University and is a current member of ULI and ICSC.

Geoff Osborn is a founding principal and the President of Banner Oak Capital Partners. He oversees the establishment and strategic direction of Banner Oak’s operating partnerships, and manages the execution of its capital programs. He is a member of the company’s investment committee responsible for the approval of all new investment activities. Prior to the formation of Banner Oak, Geoff was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Hunt Realty Investments, Inc., where he managed the company’s legal affairs, including the creation of operating partnerships and establishment of investment structures with co-investment partners, and was one of three members of the company’s investment committee. He was instrumental in the formation and subsequent expansion of a strategic venture with a major pension fund dedicated to investments in real estate operating platforms, spanning multiple real estate sectors and markets across the United States.

Danny Lovell serves as principal of The Rainier Companies, Mr. Lovell is involved in all facets of the company with his primary responsibility being execution of all Rainier led financing mandates for the firm's individual, family office and institutional investment partners. His teams have completed a broad array of commercial real estate transactions including common and preferred equity, high yield debt, leverage finance and securitizations. Mr. Lovell has been involved in origination, structuring and syndication for more than $1 billion in various investment partnerships throughout his career. Under his leadership The Rainier Companies continue to grow their excellent financial intermediary relationships across the country. Mr. Lovell earned his BS in Communications from Oklahoma Christian University where he was a two-time Collegiate All-American in Golf.

Sunny Sajnani

As a Principal and Director of MCA, Mr. Sajnani is responsible for structuring and placing transactions on behalf of the firm's clients. Mr. Sajnani has completed transactions throughout the entire capital stack including senior mortgages, mezzanine loans, participating debt, preferred equity and JV equity partnerships. He has expertise in all areas of real estate including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, hospitality and development land. In addition to real estate finance, Mr. Sajnani specializes in operational capital structures including alternative financing options such as sale leasebacks, development/working lines of credit, cash flow term loans and leasehold mortgages.

Mr. Sajnani began his real estate career at Goldman Sachs’ commercial real estate investment and management arm specializing in structured finance. Mr. Sajnani holds a BBA with a concentration in real estate finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
